PCB must look for the Future Captain

Pakistan Cricket Board has changed ODI captain for the national team once again. PCB has changed Captains regularly in last 3 years for both test and limited over game. Nine captains have been made by Mr. Butt in his tenure for the Tests and ODIs.
The main reason is that there is no clear front leader in the Pakistani cricket team who can lead from the front in all 3 formats of the game. Since the retirement of Inzamam-ul-Haq Pakistan is struggling to get a top leader in the team. In the current scenario PCB has only two options left for the leader of the team. One is current test captain Misbah-ul-Haq and the other is Younis Khan. Now Younis Khan does not want to lead the team as he has runaway with captaincy several times in the past. So the final candidate is Misbah-ul-Haq who is actually ideal person to lead the team in the given scenario. By giving Misbah-ul-Haq captaincy for the entire 3 format will be a short term solution. PCB definitely needs to look for the future captain and the ideal way is to make a younger player like Umar Akmal or Asad Shafiq as a vice captain to Misbah-ul-Haq. PCB must look forward and take a bold step now otherwise the war of captaincy will destroy Pakistan cricket which is already slaughter by spot fixing.
Please save Pakistan Cricket.
