1	يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Transliteration 1:	Yusabbihu lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi lahu almulku walahu alhamdu wahuwa AAala kulli shayin qadeerun
Yusuf Ali 1:	Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare the Praises and Glory of Allah. to Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs praise: and He has power over all things.
Shakir 1:	Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth declares the glory of Allah; to Him belongs the kingdom, and to Him is due (all) praise, and He has power over all things.
Pickthal 1:	All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth glorifieth Allah; unto Him belongeth Sovereignty and unto Him belongeth praise, and He is Able to do all things.
Mohsin Khan: 1:	Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allah. His is the dominion, and to Him belong all the praises and thanks, and He is Able to do all things.
French 1:	Ce qui est dans les cieux et ce qui est sur la terre glorifient Allah. A Lui la royauté et à Lui les louanges. Et Il est Omnipotent.
Spanish 1:	Lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra glorifica a Alá. Suyo es el dominio, Suya la alabanza. Es omnipotente.
Indonesian 1:	Senantiasa bertasbih kepada Allah apa yang di langit dan apa yang di bumi; hanya Allah-lah yang mempunyai semua kerajaan dan semua puji-pujian; dan Dia Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.
Melayu 1:	Segala yang ada di langit dan yang ada di bumi sentiasa mengucap tasbih kepada Allah; bagiNyalah kuasa pemerintahan dan bagiNyalah segala pujian dan Dia Maha Kuasa atas tiap-tiap sesuatu.
German 1:	Es preist Allah, was in den Himmeln und auf der Erde ist; Sein ist das Königreich und Sein ist das Lob, und Er hat Macht über alle Dinge.
Russian 1:	Славит Аллаха то, что на небесах, и то, что на земле. Ему принадлежит власть и надлежит хвала. Он способен на всякую вещь.
Bosnian 1:	Ono što je na nebesima i ono što je na Zemlji hvali Allaha, Njemu - vlast i Njemu - pohvala; On sve može!
Urdu 1:	جو مخلوقات آسمانوں میں اور جو زمین میں ہے الله کی تسبیح کرتی ہے اسی کی حکومت ہے اور اس کی تعریف ہے اوروہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
2	هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ فَمِنكُمْ كَافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُّؤْمِنٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ
Transliteration 2:	Huwa allathee khalaqakum faminkum kafirun waminkum muminun waAllahu bima taAAmaloona baseerun
Yusuf Ali 2:	It is He Who has created you; and of you are some that are Unbelievers, and some that are Believers: and Allah sees well all that ye do.
Shakir 2:	He it is Who created you, but one of you is an unbeliever and another of you is a believer; and Allah sees what you do.
Pickthal 2:	He it is Who created you, but one of you is a disbeliever and one of you is a believer, and Allah is Seer of what ye do.
Mohsin Khan: 2:	He it is Who created you, then some of you are disbelievers and some of you are believers. And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.
French 2:	C'est Lui qui vous a créés. Parmi vous [il y a] mécréant et croyant. Allah observe parfaitement ce que vous faites.
Spanish 2:	Él es Quien os ha creado. Entre vosotros, unos son infieles, otros son creyentes. Alá ve bien lo que hacéis.
Indonesian 2:	Dia-lah yang menciptakan kamu, maka di antara kamu ada yang kafir dan di antaramu ada yang beriman. Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu kerjakan.
Melayu 2:	Dialah yang mengaturkan kejadian kamu; maka ada sebahagian dari kamu yang kafir dan ada sebahagian dari kamu yang beriman dan Allah Maha Melihat akan segala yang kamu kerjakan (serta membalas masing-masing).
German 2:	Er ist es, Der euch erschaffen hat, aber einige von euch sind ungläubig und einige von euch sind gläubig; und Allah durchschaut das, was ihr tut.
Russian 2:	Он – Тот, Кто сотворил вас. Среди вас есть неверующие, и среди вас есть верующие. Аллах видит то, что вы совершаете.
Bosnian 2:	On vas stvara, pa ste ili nevjernici ili vjernici. Sve što vi radite Allah dobro vidi.
Urdu 2:	اسی نے تو تمہیں پیدا کیا ہے پھر کوئی تم میں سے کافر ہے اور کوئی مومن اورجو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو الله دیکھ رہا ہے
3	خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ
Transliteration 3:	Khalaqa alssamawati waalarda bialhaqqi wasawwarakum faahsana suwarakum wailayhi almaseeru
Yusuf Ali 3:	He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal.
Shakir 3:	He created the heavens and the earth with truth, and He formed you, then made goodly your forms, and to Him is the ultimate resort.
Pickthal 3:	He created the heavens and the earth with truth, and He shaped you and made good your shapes, and unto Him is the journeying.
Mohsin Khan: 3:	He has created the heavens and the earth with truth, and He shaped you and made good your shapes. And to Him is the final Return.
French 3:	Il a créé les cieux et la terre en toute vérité et vous a donné votre forme et quelle belle forme Il vous a donnée. Et vers Lui est le devenir.
Spanish 3:	Ha creado con un fin los cielos y la tierra y a vosotros os ha formado armoniosamente. ¡Es Él el fin de todo!
Indonesian 3:	Dia menciptakan langit dan bumi dengan (tujuan) yang benar, Dia membentuk rupamu dan dibaguskan-Nya rupamu itu, dan hanya kepada-Nya-lah kembali (mu).
Melayu 3:	Dia menciptakan langit dan bumi dengan cara yang sungguh layak dan berhikmat, dan Dia menentukan bentuk rupa kamu serta memperelokkan rupa kamu dan kepadaNyalah tempat kembali.
German 3:	Er schuf die Himmel und die Erde in gerechter Weise, und Er gestaltete euch und machte eure Gestalt schön, und zu Ihm ist die Heimkehr.
Russian 3:	Он создал небеса и землю во истине, придал вам облик и сделал ваш облик прекрасным. К Нему предстоит прибытие.
Bosnian 3:	On je nebesa i Zemlju mudro stvorio, i On vam obličje daje, i likove vaše čini lijepim, i Njemu će se sve vratiti.
Urdu 3:	اسی نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو ٹھیک طور پر بنایا ہے اور تمہاری صورت بنائی پھر تمہاری صورتیں اچھی بنائیں اور اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے
4	يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
Transliteration 4:	YaAAlamu ma fee alssamawati waalardi wayaAAlamu ma tusirroona wama tuAAlinoona waAllahu AAaleemun bithati alssudoori
Yusuf Ali 4:	He knows what is in the heavens and on earth; and He knows what ye conceal and what ye reveal: yea, Allah knows well the (secrets) of (all) hearts.
Shakir 4:	He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows what you hide and what you manifest;and Allah is Cognizant of what is in the hearts.
Pickthal 4:	He knoweth all that is in the heavens and the earth, and He knoweth what ye conceal and what ye publish. And Allah is Aware of what is in the breasts (of men).
Mohsin Khan: 4:	He knows what is in the heavens and on earth, and He knows what you conceal and what you reveal. And Allah is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts (of men).
French 4:	Il sait ce qui est dans les cieux et la terre, et il sait ce que vous cachez ainsi que ce que vous divulguez. Et Allah connaît bien le contenu des poitrines.
Spanish 4:	Conoce lo que está en los cielos y en la tierra, conoce lo que ocultáis y lo que manifestáis. Y Alá conoce bien lo que encierran los pechos.
Indonesian 4:	Dia mengetahui apa yang ada di langit dan di bumi, dan mengetahui apa yang kamu rahasiakan dan apa yang kamu nyatakan. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala isi hati.
Melayu 4:	Dia mengetahui segala yang ada di langit dan di bumi dan Dia mengetahui segala yang kamu rahsiakan serta yang kamu zahirkan dan Allah sentiasa Mengetahui segala (isi hati) yang terkandung di dalam dada;
German 4:	Er weiß, was in den Himmeln und auf Erden ist, und Er weiß, was ihr geheimhaltet und was ihr offenkundig tut; und Allah kennt alles, was in den Herzen ist.
Russian 4:	Он знает о том, что на небесах и на земле, и знает о том, что вы скрываете и что обнародуете. Аллах ведает о том, что в груди.
Bosnian 4:	On zna šta na nebesima i na Zemlji postoji i zna šta krijete i šta pokazujete; Allah zna svačije misli.
Urdu 4:	وہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے اور وہ جانتاہے جو تم چھپاتے ہو اور جو تم ظاہر کرتے ہو اور الله ہی سینوں کے بھید جانتا ہے
5	أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن قَبْلُ فَذَاقُوا وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Transliteration 5:	Alam yatikum nabao allatheena kafaroo min qablu fathaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabun aleemun
Yusuf Ali 5:	Has not the story reached you, of those who rejected Faith aforetime? So they tasted the evil result of their conduct; and they had a grievous Penalty.
Shakir 5:	Has there not come to you the story of those who disbelieved before, then tasted the evil result of their conduct, and they had a painful punishment?
Pickthal 5:	Hath not the story reached you of those who disbelieved of old and so did taste the ill-effects of their conduct, and theirs will be a painful doom.
Mohsin Khan: 5:	Has not the news reached you of those who disbelieved aforetime? And so they tasted the evil result of their disbelief, and theirs will be a painful torment.
French 5:	Ne vous est-elle pas parvenue, la nouvelle de ceux qui auparavant ont mécru et qui ont goûté la conséquence néfaste de leur acte; ils auront en outre un châtiment douloureux.
Spanish 5:	¿No os habéis enterado de lo que pasó a los que fueron antes infieles y gustaron la gravedad de su conducta? Tendrán un castigo doloroso.
Indonesian 5:	Apakah belum datang kepadamu (hai orang-orang kafir) berita orang-orang kafir dahulu? Maka mereka telah merasakan akibat yang buruk dari perbuatan mereka dan mereka memperoleh azab yang pedih.
Melayu 5:	Bukankah telah sampai kepada kamu berita orang-orang kafir yang telah lalu? Lalu mereka merasai kesan yang buruk dari perbuatan kufur mereka dan mereka (pada hari akhirat kelak) beroleh azab seksa yang tidak terperi sakitnya.
German 5:	Ist nicht die Geschichte von denen, die zuvor ungläubig waren, zu euch gekommen? So kosteten sie die bösen Folgen ihres Betragens, und ihnen wird eine qualvolle Strafe zuteil sein.
Russian 5:	Разве до вас не дошли рассказы о тех, которые не уверовали в прошлом и вкусили пагубные последствия своих деяний? Им уготованы мучительные страдания.
Bosnian 5:	Zar do vas nije doprla vijest o onima koji još davno nisu vjerovali, pa su kobnost svoga iskusili - a još ih i patnja nesnosna čeka -
Urdu 5:	کیا تمہارے ہاں ان کی خبر نہیں پہنچی جو اس ے پہلے منکر ہوئے پس انہوں نے اپنے کام کا وبال چکھا اوران کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے
6	ذَ‌ٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرٌ يَهْدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُوا وَتَوَلَّوا ۚ وَّاسْتَغْنَى اللَّهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
Transliteration 6:	Thalika biannahu kanat tateehim rusuluhum bialbayyinati faqaloo abasharun yahdoonana fakafaroo watawallaw waistaghna Allahu waAllahu ghaniyyun hameedun
Yusuf Ali 6:	That was because there came to them apostles with Clear Signs, but they said: "Shall (mere) human beings direct us?" So they rejected (the Message) and turned away. But Allah can do without (them): and Allah is free of all needs, worthy of all praise.
Shakir 6:	That is because there came to them their messengers with clear arguments, but they said: Shall mortals guide us? So they disbelieved and turned back, and Allah does not stand in need (of anything), and Allah is Self-sufficient, Praised.
Pickthal 6:	That was because their messengers (from Allah) kept coming unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), but they said: Shall mere mortals guide us? So they disbelieved and turned away, and Allah was independent (of them). Allah is Absolute, Owner of Praise.
Mohsin Khan: 6:	That was because there came to them their Messengers with clear proofs (signs), but they said: "Shall mere men guide us?" So they disbelieved and turned away (from the truth). But Allah was not in need (of them). And Allah is Rich (Free of all needs), Worthy of all praise.
French 6:	il en est ainsi parce que leurs messagers leur venaient avec des preuves évidentes, et qu'ils ont dit: ‹Sont-ce des hommes qui nous guideront?› Ils mécrurent alors et se détournèrent et Allah Se passa [d'eux] et Allah Se suffit à Lui-même et Il est Digne de louange.
Spanish 6:	Porque vinieron a ellos sus enviados con las pruebas claras y dijeron: "¿Es que van a dirigirnos unos mortales?" No creyeron y volvieron la espalda. Pero Alá no necesitaba de ellos. Alá Se basta a Sí mismo, es digno de alabanza.
Indonesian 6:	Yang demikian itu adalah karena sesungguhnya telah datang kepada mereka Rasul-Rasul mereka (membawa) keterangan-keterangan lalu mereka berkata: "Apakah manusia yang akan memberi petunjuk kepada kami?" lalu mereka ingkar dan berpaling; dan Allah tidak memerlukan (mereka). Dan Allah Maha Kaya lagi Maha Terpuji.
Melayu 6:	(Balasan) yang demikian itu, kerana sesungguhnya mereka pernah didatangi Rasul-rasul (yang diutus kepada) mereka dengan membawa keterangan-keterangan yang jelas nyata, maka mereka berkata: Patutkah manusia (yang seperti kami menjadi Rasul untuk) memberi petunjuk kepada kami? Lalu mereka kufur ingkar serta berpaling (dari kebenaran) dan Allah pun menyatakan tidak berhajatNya (kepada iman dan ketaatan mereka lalu membinasakan mereka) dan Allah sememangnya Maha Kaya, lagi tetap Terpuji.
German 6:	"Dies (soll so sein), weil ihre Gesandten mit klaren Beweisen zu ihnen kamen, sie aber sagten: ""Sollen Menschen uns rechtleiten?"" Also glaubten sie nicht und wandten sich ab, doch Allah hat dies nicht nötig; und Allah ist auf keinen angewiesen, des Lobes Würdig.
Russian 6:	Это – за то, что посланники приходили к ним с ясными знамениями, а они говорили: «Неужели люди поведут нас прямым путем?» Они не уверовали и отвернулись. Аллах обошелся без них, ведь Аллах – Богатый, Достохвальный.
Bosnian 6:	zato što su govorili kada su im poslanici njihovi jasne dokaze donosili: "Zar da nas ljudi upućuju?" I nisu vjerovali i glave su okretali; a Allahu niko nije potreban, Allah nije ni o kome ovisan, On je jedini hvale dostojan!
Urdu 6:	یہ اس لیے کہ ان کے پاس ان کے رسول واضح دلیلیں لے کر آتے تھے تووہ کہا کرتے تھے کہ کیا آدمی ہم کو راہ دکھائیں گے پس انہوں نے انکار کیا اورمنہ موڑ لیا اور الله نے پروا نہ کی اور الله بے نیاز تعریف کیا ہوا ہے
7	زَعَمَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَن لَّن يُبْعَثُوا ۚ قُلْ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّي لَتُبْعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلْتُمْ ۚ وَذَ‌ٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
Transliteration 7:	ZaAAama allatheena kafaroo an lan yubAAathoo qul bala warabbee latubAAathunna thumma latunabbaonna bima AAamiltum wathalika AAala Allahi yaseerun
Yusuf Ali 7:	The Unbelievers think that they will not be raised up (for Judgment). Say: "Yea, By my Lord, Ye shall surely be raised up: then shall ye be told (the truth) of all that ye did. And that is easy for Allah."
Shakir 7:	Those who disbelieve think that they shall never be raised. Say: Aye! by my Lord! you shall most certainly be raised, then you shall most certainly be informed of what you did; and that is easy to Allah.
Pickthal 7:	Those who disbelieve assert that they will not be raised again. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Yea, verily, by my Lord! ye will be raised again and then ye will be informed of what ye did; and that is easy for Allah.
Mohsin Khan: 7:	The disbelievers pretend that they will never be resurrected (for the Account). Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): Yes! By my Lord, you will certainly be resurrected, then you will be informed of (and recompensed for) what you did; and that is easy for Allah.
French 7:	Ceux qui ont mécru prétendent qu'ils ne seront point ressuscités. Dis: ‹Mais si! Par mon Seigneur! Vous serez très certainement ressuscités; puis vous serez certes informés de ce que vous faisiez. Et cela est facile pour Allah›.
Spanish 7:	Los infieles pretenden que no van a ser resucitados. Di: "¡Claro que sí, por mi Señor!, que habéis de ser resucitados y, luego, habéis de ser informados de lo que hicisteis. Es cosa fácil para Alá".
Indonesian 7:	Orang-orang yang kafir mengatakan, bahwa mereka sekali-kali tidak akan dibangkitkan. Katakanlah: "Tidak demikian, demi Tuhanku, benar-benar kamu akan dibangkitkan, kemudian akan diberitakan kepadamu apa yang telah kamu kerjakan". Yang demikian itu adalah mudah bagi Allah.
Melayu 7:	(Di antara sebab-sebab kufur) orang-orang yang kafir (ialah kerana mereka) mengatakan bahawa mereka tidak sekali-kali akan di bangkitkan (sesudah mati). Katakanlah: Bahkan, demi Tuhanku, kamu akan dibangkitkan, kemudian kamu akan diberitahu tentang segala yang kamu telah kerjakan dan yang demikian itu adalah mudah bagi Allah melaksanakannya.
German 7:	""Diejenigen, die da ungläubig sind, behaupten, sie würden nicht auferweckt werden. Sprich: ""Doch, bei meinem Herrn, ihr werdet gewiß auferweckt werden; dann wird euch gewiß verkündet, was ihr getan habt. Und das ist für Allah ein leichtes.""
Russian 7:	Неверующие полагают, что они не будут воскрешены. Скажи: «Напротив, клянусь моим Господом, вы непременно будете воскрешены, а затем вам непременно сообщат о том, что вы совершили. Это для Аллаха легко».
Bosnian 7:	Nevjernici tvrde da neće biti oživljeni. Reci: "Hoćete, Gospodara mi moga, sigurno ćete biti oživljeni, pa o onome šta ste radili, doista, biti obaviješteni!" - a to je Allahu lahko -
Urdu 7:	کافروں نے سمجھ لیا کہ قبروں سے اٹھائے نہ جائیں گے کہہ دوکیوں نہیں مجھے اپنے رب کی قسم ہے ضرور اٹھائے جاؤ گے پھر تمہیں بتلایا جائے گا جو کچھ تم نے کیا تھا اور یہ بات الله پر آسان ہے
8	فَآمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَالنُّورِ الَّذِي أَنزَلْنَا ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
Transliteration 8:	Faaminoo biAllahi warasoolihi waalnnoori allathee anzalna waAllahu bima taAAmaloona khabeerun
Yusuf Ali 8:	Believe, therefore, in Allah and His Messenger, and in the Light which we have sent down. And Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.
Shakir 8:	Therefore believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Light which We have revealed; and Allah is Aware of what you do.
Pickthal 8:	So believe in Allah and His messenger and the light which We have revealed. And Allah is Informed of what ye do.
Mohsin Khan: 8:	Therefore, believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) and in the Light (this Qur'an) which We have sent down. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
French 8:	Croyez en Allah donc et en Son messager, ainsi qu'en la Lumière [le Coran] que Nous avons fait descendre. Et Allah est Parfaitement Connaisseur de ce que vous faites.
Spanish 8:	¡Creed, pues, en Alá, en Su Enviado y en la Luz que Nosotros hemos revelado! Alá está bien informado de lo que hacéis.
Indonesian 8:	Maka berimanlah kamu kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan kepada cahaya (Al Qur'an) yang telah Kami turunkan. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan.
Melayu 8:	Oleh itu, berimanlah kamu kepada Allah dan kepada rasulNya serta kepada penerangan cahaya Al-Quran yang Kami turunkan dan (ingatlah), Allah Amat Mendalam PengetahuanNya akan segala yang kamu kerjakan.
German 8:	"Darum glaubt an Allah und Seinen Gesandten und an das Licht, das Wir herniedergesandt haben. Und Allah ist dessen wohl kundig, was ihr tut.
Russian 8:	Уверуйте же в Аллаха, Его Посланника и свет, который Мы ниспослали. Аллах ведает о том, что вы совершаете.
Bosnian 8:	zato vjerujte u Allaha i Poslanika Njegova i u svjetlo koje objavljujemo, Allah dobro zna ono što vi radite.
Urdu 8:	پس الله اوراس کے رسول پر ایمان لاؤ اور اس نور پر جو ہم نے نازل کیا ہے اور الله اس سے جو تم کرتے ہو خبردار ہے
9	يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُكُمْ لِيَوْمِ الْجَمْعِ ۖ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ يَوْمُ التَّغَابُنِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۚ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
Transliteration 9:	Yawma yajmaAAukum liyawmi aljamAAi thalika yawmu alttaghabuni waman yumin biAllahi wayaAAmal salihan yukaffir AAanhu sayyiatihi wayudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan thalika alfawzu alAAatheemu
Yusuf Ali 9:	The Day that He assembles you (all) for a Day of Assembly,- that will be a Day of mutual loss and gain (among you), and those who believe in Allah and work righteousness,- He will remove from them their ills, and He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever: that will be the Supreme Achievement.
Shakir 9:	On the day that He will gather you for the day of gathering, that is the day of loss and gain; and whoever believes in Allah and does good, He will remove from him his evil and cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide therein forever; that is the great achievement.
Pickthal 9:	The day when He shall gather you unto the Day of Assembling, that will be a day of mutual disillusion. And whoso believeth in Allah and doeth right, He will remit from him his evil deeds and will bring him unto Gardens underneath which rivers flow, therein to abide for ever. That is the supreme triumph.
Mohsin Khan: 9:	(And remember) the Day when He will gather you (all) on the Day of Gathering, - that will be the Day of mutual loss and gain (i.e. loss for the disbelievers as they will enter the Hell-fire and gain for the believers as they will enter Paradise). And whosoever believes in Allah and performs righteous good deeds, He will expiate from him his sins, and will admit him to Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) to dwell therein forever; that will be the great success.
French 9:	Le jour où Il vous réunira pour le jour du Rassemblement, ce sera le jour de la grande perte. Et celui qui croit en Allah et accomplit les bonnes oeuvres, Il lui effacera ses mauvaises actions et fera entrer dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent les ruisseaux où ils demeureront éternellement. Voilà l'énorme succès!
Spanish 9:	El día que Él os reúna para el día de la Reunión, ése será el día del Engaño Mutuo. Entonces, a quienes crean en Alá y obren bien, Él les borrará sus malas obras y les introducirá en jardines por cuyos bajos fluyen arroyos, en los que estarán eternamente, para siempre. ¡Ése es el éxito grandioso!
Indonesian 9:	(Ingatlah) hari (yang di waktu itu) Allah mengumpulkan kamu pada hari pengumpulan (untuk dihisab), itulah hari (waktu itu) ditampakkan kesalahan-kesalahan. Dan barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah dan mengerjakan amal saleh niscaya Allah akan menghapus kesalahan-kesalahannya dan memasukkannya ke dalam surga yang mengalir di bawahnya sungai-sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya. Itulah keberuntungan yang besar.
Melayu 9:	(Ingatkanlah) masa Allah menghimpunkan kamu pada hari perhimpunan (untuk menerima balasan), itulah hari masing-masing nampak kerugiannya dan (ingatlah), sesiapa yang beriman kepada Allah serta mengerjakan amal soleh, nescaya Allah mengampunkan dosa-dosanya dan memasukkannya ke dalam Syurga yang mengalir di bawahnya beberapa sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya; yang demikian itulah kemenangan yang besar.
German 9:	Der Zeitpunkt, wo Er euch am Tage der Versammlung versammeln wird - das wird der Tag des verlorenen Gewinns sein. Und wer an Allah glaubt und das Rechte tut - Er wird seine Ubel von ihm nehmen und wird ihn in Gärten führen, durch die Bäche fließen, worin (sie) auf ewig verweilen. Das ist das große Glück.
Russian 9:	В тот день Он соберет вас для Дня сбора. Это будет День взаимного обделения. Тем, кто уверовал в Аллаха и поступал праведно, Он простит злодеяния и введет их в Райские сады, в которых текут реки. Они пребудут там вечно. Это – великое преуспеяние!
Bosnian 9:	A onoga dana kada vas On na onome svijetu sakupi, to će biti dan kada će vam biti jasno da ste sami sebe obmanuli. I On će preći preko hrđavih postupaka onoga ko je u Allaha vjerovao i dobra djela činio, i uvešće ga u džennetske bašče kroz koje će rijeke teći; u njima će vječno i zauvijek boraviti. To će uspjeh veliki biti!
Urdu 9:	جس دن تمہیں جمع ہونے کے دن جمع کرے گا وہ دن ہار جیت کا ہے اور جو کوئی الله پر ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرے الله اس سے اس کی برائیاں دور کر دے گا اور اسے بہشتوں میں داخل کرے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہوں گی ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے
10	وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَـٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
Transliteration 10:	Waallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboo biayatina olaika ashabu alnnari khalideena feeha wabisa almaseeru
Yusuf Ali 10:	But those who reject Faith and treat Our Signs as falsehoods, they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein for aye: and evil is that Goal.
Shakir 10:	And (as for) those who disbelieve and reject Our communications, they are the inmates of the fire, to abide therein and evil is the resort.
Pickthal 10:	But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, such are owners of the Fire; they will abide therein - a hapless journey's end!
Mohsin Khan: 10:	But those who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and denied Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they will be the dwellers of the Fire, to dwell therein forever. And worst indeed is that destination .
French 10:	Et ceux qui ont mécru et traité de mensonges Nos versets, ceux-là sont les gens du Feu où ils demeureront éternellement. Et quelle mauvaise destination!
Spanish 10:	Pero quienes no crean y desmientan Nuestros signos, ésos morarán en el Fuego eternamente. ¡Qué mal fin...!
Indonesian 10:	Dan orang-orang yang kafir dan mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami, mereka itulah penghuni-penghuni neraka, mereka kekal di dalamnya. Dan itulah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali.
Melayu 10:	Dan orang-orang yang kafir serta mendustakan ayat-ayat keterangan Kami, merekalah ahli Neraka, kekallah mereka di dalamnya dan itulah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali.
German 10:	Diejenigen aber, die ungläubig sind und Unsere Zeichen leugnen, sollen die Bewohner des Feuers sein. Darin bleiben sie auf ewig; und das ist eine schlimme Bestimmung!
Russian 10:	А те, которые не уверовали и сочли ложью Наши знамения, станут обитателями Огня. Они пребудут там вечно. Как же скверно это место прибытия!
Bosnian 10:	A oni koji nisu vjerovali i koji su ajete naše poricali - biće stanovnici u vatri; u njoj će vječno ostati, a to će užasna sudbina biti!
Urdu 10:	اورجنہوں نے انکار کیا اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا یہی لوگ دوزخی ہیں اس میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے اوروہ بری جگہ ہے
11	مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Transliteration 11:	Ma asaba min museebatin illa biithni Allahi waman yumin biAllahi yahdi qalbahu waAllahu bikulli shayin AAaleemun
Yusuf Ali 11:	No kind of calamity can occur, except by the leave of Allah. and if any one believes in Allah, ((Allah)) guides his heart (aright): for Allah knows all things.
Shakir 11:	No affliction comes about but by Allah's permission; and whoever believes in Allah, He guides aright his heart; and Allah is Cognizant of all things.
Pickthal 11:	No calamity befalleth save by Allah's leave. And whosoever believeth in Allah, He guideth his heart. And Allah is Knower of all things.
Mohsin Khan: 11:	No calamity befalls, but by the Leave [i.e. Decision and Qadar (Divine Preordainments)] of Allah, and whosoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart [to the true Faith with certainty, i.e. what has befallen him was already written for him by Allah from the Qadar (Divine Preordainments)]. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything.
French 11:	Nul malheur n'atteint [l'homme] que par la permission d'Allah. Et quiconque croit en Allah, [Allah] guide son coeur. Allah est Omniscient.
Spanish 11:	No sucede ninguna desgracia si Alá no lo permite. Él dirige el corazón de quien cree en Alá. Alá es omnisciente.
Indonesian 11:	Tidak ada sesuatu musibahpun yang menimpa seseorang kecuali dengan izin Allah; Dan barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah, niscaya Dia akan memberi petunjuk kepada hatinya. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu.
Melayu 11:	Tidak ada kesusahan (atau bala bencana) yang menimpa (seseorang) melainkan dengan izin Allah dan sesiapa yang beriman kepada Allah, Allah akan memimpin hatinya (untuk menerima apa yang telah berlaku itu dengan tenang dan sabar) dan (ingatlah), Allah Maha Mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu.
German 11:	Kein Unglück trifft ein, es sei denn mit Allahs Erlaubnis. Und wer an Allah glaubt, dem leitet Er sein Herz. Und Allah weiß alle Dinge.
Russian 11:	Любое несчастье постигает только по воле Аллаха. Сердце того, кто уверовал в Аллаха, Он наставляет на прямой путь. Аллах знает обо всякой вещи.
Bosnian 11:	Nikakva nevolja se bez Allahove volje ne dogodi, a On će srce onoga koji u Allaha vjeruje uputiti - Allah sve dobro zna.
Urdu 11:	الله کے حکم کے بغیر کوئی مصیبت بھی نہیں آتی اور جو الله پر ایمان رکھتا ہے وہ اس کے دل کو ہدایت دیتا ہے اور الله ہر چیز جاننے والا ہے
12	وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ
Transliteration 12:	WaateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoola fain tawallaytum fainnama AAala rasoolina albalaghu almubeenu
Yusuf Ali 12:	So obey Allah, and obey His Messenger. but if ye turn back, the duty of Our Messenger is but to proclaim (the Message) clearly and openly.
Shakir 12:	And obey Allah and obey the Messenger, but if you turn back, then upon Our Messenger devolves only the clear delivery (of the message).
Pickthal 12:	Obey Allah and obey His messenger; but if ye turn away, then the duty of Our messenger is only to convey (the message) plainly.
Mohsin Khan: 12:	Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم); but if you turn away, then the duty of Our Messenger is only to convey (the Message) clearly.
French 12:	Obéissez à Allah et obéissez au Messager et si vous vous détournez... il n'incombe à Notre messager que de transmettre en claire (son message).
Spanish 12:	¡Y obedeced a Alá, obedeced al Enviado! Si volvéis la espalda,... A Nuestro Enviado le incumbe sólo la transmisión clara.
Indonesian 12:	Dan ta'atlah kepada Allah dan ta'atlah kepada Rasul, jika kamu berpaling maka sesungguhnya kewajiban Rasul Kami hanyalah menyampaikan (amanat Allah) dengan terang.
Melayu 12:	Dan taatlah kamu kepada Allah serta taatlah kepada Rasulullah; maka kalau kamu berpaling (enggan taat, kamulah yang akan menderita balasannya yang buruk), kerana sesungguhnya kewajipan Rasul Kami hanyalah menyampaikan (perintah-perintah) dengan jelas nyata.
German 12:	Und gehorcht Allah und gehorcht dem Gesandten. Doch wenn ihr euch (von ihm) abkehrt, dann obliegt Unserem Gesandten nur die Pflicht zur deutlichen Verkündigung.
Russian 12:	Повинуйтесь Аллаху и повинуйтесь Посланнику. Если же вы отвернетесь, то ведь на Нашего Посланника возложена только ясная передача откровения.
Bosnian 12:	I pokoravajte se Allahu i Poslaniku Njegovu; a ako leđa okrenete, pa - Poslanik Naš je jedino dužan da jasno objavljuje.
Urdu 12:	اور الله اور اس کے رسول کی فرمانبرداری کرو پھر اگر تم نے منہ موڑ لیا تو ہمارے رسول پر بھی صرف کھول کر ہی پہنچا دینا ہے
13	اللَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
Transliteration 13:	Allahu la ilaha illa huwa waAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almuminoona
Yusuf Ali 13:	Allah. There is no god but He: and on Allah, therefore, let the Believers put their trust.
Shakir 13:	Allah, there is no god but He; and upon Allah, then, let the believers rely.
Pickthal 13:	Allah! There is no Allah save Him. In Allah, therefore, let believers put their trust.
Mohsin Khan: 13:	Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). And in Allah (Alone) therefore, let the believers put their trust.
French 13:	Allah, nulle autre divinité que Lui! Et c'est à Allah que les croyants [doivent] s'en remettre.
Spanish 13:	¡Alá! ¡No hay más dios que Él! ¡Que e los creyentes confíen en Alá!

14	يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ وَأَوْلَادِكُمْ عَدُوًّا لَّكُمْ فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ ۚ وَإِن تَعْفُوا وَتَصْفَحُوا وَتَغْفِرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Transliteration 14:	Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo inna min azwajikum waawladikum AAaduwwan lakum faihtharoohum wain taAAfoo watasfahoo wataghfiroo fainna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun
Yusuf Ali 14:	O ye who believe! Truly, among your wives and your children are (some that are) enemies to yourselves: so beware of them! But if ye forgive and overlook, and cover up (their faults), verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Shakir 14:	O you who believe! surely from among your wives and your children there is an enemy to you; therefore beware of them; and if you pardon and forbear and forgive, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Pickthal 14:	O ye who believe! Lo! among your wives and your children there are enemies for you, therefor beware of them. And if ye efface and overlook and forgive, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Mohsin Khan: 14:	O you who believe! Verily, among your wives and your children there are enemies for you (who may stop you from the obedience of Allah); therefore beware of them! But if you pardon (them) and overlook, and forgive (their faults), then verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
French 14:	Ô vous qui avez cru, vous avez de vos épouses et de vos enfants un ennemi [une tentation]. Prenez-y garde donc. Mais si vous [les] excusez passez sur [leurs] fautes et [leur] pardonnez, sachez qu'Allah est Pardonneur, Très Miséricordieux.
Spanish 14:	¡Creyentes! En algunas de vuestras esposas y en algunos de vuestros hijos tenéis un enemigo. ¡Cuidado con ellos! Pero, si sois indulgentes, si sois tolerantes, si perdonáis,... Alá es indulgente, misericordioso.
Indonesian 14:	Hai orang-orang yang beriman, sesungguhnya di antara isteri-isterimu dan anak-anakmu ada yang menjadi musuh bagimu , maka berhati-hatilah kamu terhadap mereka; dan jika kamu mema'afkan dan tidak memarahi serta mengampuni (mereka) maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.
Melayu 14:	Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Sesungguhnya ada di antara isteri-isteri kamu dan anak-anak kamu yang menjadi musuh bagi kamu; oleh itu awaslah serta berjaga-jagalah kamu terhadap mereka dan kalau kamu memaafkan dan tidak marahkan (mereka) serta mengampunkan kesalahan mereka (maka Allah akan berbuat demikian kepada kamu), kerana sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
German 14:	O ihr, die ihr glaubt, wahrlich, unter euren Frauen und Kindern sind welche, die euch feindlich gesonnen sind; so hütet euch vor ihnen. Und wenn ihr verzeiht und Nachsicht übt und vergebt, dann ist Allah Allvergebend, Barmherzig.
Russian 14:	О те, которые уверовали! Воистину, среди ваших жен и ваших детей есть враги вам. Остерегайтесь их. Если же вы будете снисходительны, проявите великодушие и простите их, то ведь Аллах – Прощающий, Милосердный.
Bosnian 14:	O vjernici, i među ženama vašim i djecom vašom, doista, imate neprijatelja, pa ih se pričuvajte! A ako preko toga pređete i opravdanje prihvatite i oprostite, pa - i Allah prašta i samilostan je.
Urdu 14:	اے ایمان والو بے شک تمہاری بیویوں اور اولاد میں سے بعض تمہارے دشمن بھی ہیں سو ان سے بچتے رہو اور اگرتم معاف کرو اور درگزر کرو ارو بخش دو تو الله بھی بخشنے واا نہایت رحم والا ہے
15	إِنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عِندَهُ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ
Transliteration 15:	Innama amwalukum waawladukum fitnatun waAllahu AAindahu ajrun AAatheemun
Yusuf Ali 15:	Your riches and your children may be but a trial: but in the Presence of Allah, is the highest, Reward.
Shakir 15:	Your possessions and your children are only a trial, and Allah it is with Whom is a great reward.
Pickthal 15:	Your wealth and your children are only a temptation, whereas Allah! with Him is an immense reward.
Mohsin Khan: 15:	Your wealth and your children are only a trial, whereas Allah! With Him is a great reward (Paradise).
French 15:	Vos biens et vos enfants ne sont qu'une tentation, alors qu'auprès d'Allah est une énorme récompense.
Spanish 15:	Vuestra hacienda y vuestros hijos no son más que tentación, mientras que Alá tiene junto a Sí una magnífica recompensa.
Indonesian 15:	Sesungguhnya hartamu dan anak-anakmu hanyalah cobaan (bagimu): di sisi Allah-lah pahala yang besar.
Melayu 15:	Sesungguhnya harta benda kamu dan anak-anak kamu itu hanyalah menjadi ujian, dan di sisi Allah jualah pahala yang besar.
German 15:	Eure Reichtümer und eure Kinder sind wahrlich eine Versuchung; doch bei Allah ist großer Lohn.
Russian 15:	Воистину, ваше имущество и ваши дети являются искушением. У Аллаха же есть великая награда.
Bosnian 15:	Imanja vaša i djeca vaša su samo iskušenje, a u Allaha je nagrada velika;
Urdu 15:	تمہارے مال اور اولاد تمہارے لیے محض آزمائش ہیں اور الله کے پاس تو بڑا اجر ہے
16	فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ وَاسْمَعُوا وَأَطِيعُوا وَأَنفِقُوا خَيْرًا لِّأَنفُسِكُمْ ۗ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
Transliteration 16:	Faittaqoo Allaha ma istataAAtum waismaAAoo waateeAAoo waanfiqoo khayran lianfusikum waman yooqa shuhha nafsihi faolaika humu almuflihoona
Yusuf Ali 16:	So fear Allah as much as ye can; listen and obey and spend in charity for the benefit of your own soul and those saved from the covetousness of their own souls,- they are the ones that achieve prosperity.
Shakir 16:	Therefore be careful of (your duty to) Allah as much as you can, and hear and obey and spend, it is better for your souls; and whoever is saved from the greediness of his soul, these it is that are the successful.
Pickthal 16:	So keep your duty to Allah as best ye can, and listen, and obey, and spend; that is better for your souls. And whoso is saved from his own greed, such are the successful.
Mohsin Khan: 16:	So keep your duty to Allah and fear Him as much as you can; listen and obey, and spend in charity; that is better for yourselves. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, then they are the successful ones.
French 16:	Craignez Allah, donc autant que vous pouvez, écoutez, obéissez et faites largesses. Ce sera un bien pour vous. Et quiconque a été protégé contre sa propre avidité... ceux-là sont ceux qui réussissent.
Spanish 16:	¡Temed cuanto podáis a Alá! ¡Escuchad! ¡Obedeced! ¡Gastad! Es en vuestro propio beneficio. Los que se guardan de su propia codicia, ésos son los que prosperarán.
Indonesian 16:	Maka bertakwalah kamu kepada Allah menurut kesanggupanmu dan dengarlah serta ta'atlah; dan nafkahkanlah nafkah yang baik untuk dirimu . Dan barangsiapa yang dipelihara dari kekikiran dirinya maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang beruntung.
Melayu 16:	Oleh itu bertakwalah kamu kepada Allah sedaya supaya kamu dan dengarlah (akan pengajaran-pengajaranNya) serta taatlah (akan perintah-perintahNya) dan belanjakanlah harta kamu (serta buatlah) kebajikan untuk diri kamu dan (ingatlah), sesiapa yang menjaga serta memelihara dirinya daripada dipengaruhi oleh tabiat bakhilnya, maka merekalah orang-orang yang berjaya.
German 16:	So fürchtet Allah, soviel ihr nur könnt, und hört und gehorcht und spendet; es wird für euch selbst besser sein. Und wer vor seiner eigenen Habsucht bewahrt ist - das sind die Erfolgreichen.
Russian 16:	Бойтесь Аллаха по мере своих возможностей, слушайте, повинуйтесь и расходуйте во благо самим себе. А уберегшиеся от собственной алчности являются преуспевшими.
Bosnian 16:	zato se Allaha bojte koliko god možete, i slušajte i pokoravajte se i milostinju udjeljujte - za svoje dobro. A oni koji budu sačuvani gramzljivosti, biće ti koji će uspjeti.
Urdu 16:	پس جہاں تک تم سے ہو سکے الله سے ڈرو اور سنو اور حکم مانو اور اپنے بھلے کے لیے خرچ کرو اورجو شخص اپنے دل کے لالچ سے محفوظ رکھا گیا سووہی فلاح بھی پانے والے ہیں
17	إِن تُقْرِضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَاعِفْهُ لَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ
Transliteration 17:	In tuqridoo Allaha qardan hasanan yudaAAifhu lakum wayaghfir lakum waAllahu shakoorun haleemun
Yusuf Ali 17:	If ye loan to Allah, a beautiful loan, He will double it to your (credit), and He will grant you Forgiveness: for Allah is most Ready to appreciate (service), Most Forbearing,-
Shakir 17:	If you set apart for Allah a goodly portion, He will double it for you and forgive you; and Allah is the Multiplier (of rewards), Forbearing,
