1	وَيْلٌ لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ
Transliteration 1:	Waylun lilmutaffifeena
Yusuf Ali 1:	Woe to those that deal in fraud,-
Shakir 1:	Woe to the defrauders,
Pickthal 1:	Woe unto the defrauders:
Mohsin Khan: 1:	Woe to Al-Mutaffifun (those who give less in measure and weight).
French 1:	Malheur aux fraudeurs
Spanish 1:	¡Ay de los defraudadores,
Indonesian 1:	Kecelakaan besarlah bagi orang-orang yang curang ,
Melayu 1:	Kecelakaan besar bagi orang-orang yang curang (dalam timbangan dan sukatan),
German 1:	Wehe denjenigen, die das Maß verkürzen,

Bosnian 1:	Teško onima koji pri mjerenju zakidaju,
Urdu 1:	کم تولنے والوں کے لیے تباہی ہے
2	الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ
Transliteration 2:	Allatheena itha iktaloo AAala alnnasi yastawfoona
Yusuf Ali 2:	Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, exact full measure,
Shakir 2:	Who, when they take the measure (of their dues) from men take it fully,
Pickthal 2:	Those who when they take the measure from mankind demand it full,
Mohsin Khan: 2:	Those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure,
French 2:	qui, lorsqu'ils font mesurer pour eux-mêmes exigent la pleine mesure,
Spanish 2:	que, cuando piden a otros la medida, la exigen exacta,
Indonesian 2:	(yaitu) orang-orang yang apabila menerima takaran dari orang lain mereka minta dipenuhi,
Melayu 2:	Iaitu mereka yang apabila menerima sukatan (gantang cupak) dari orang lain mereka mengambilnya dengan cukup,
German 2:	die, wenn sie sich von den Leuten zumessen lassen, volles Maß verlangen.
Russian 2:	которые хотят получить сполна, когда люди отмеривают им,
Bosnian 2:	koji punu mjeru uzimaju kada od drugih kupuju,
Urdu 2:	وہ لوگ کہ جب لوگوں سے ماپ کر لیں تو پورا کریں
3	وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
Transliteration 3:	Waitha kaloohum aw wazanoohum yukhsiroona
Yusuf Ali 3:	But when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due.
Shakir 3:	But when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient.
Pickthal 3:	But if they measure unto them or weight for them, they cause them loss.
Mohsin Khan: 3:	And when they have to give by measure or weight to (other) men, give less than due.
French 3:	et qui lorsqu'eux-mêmes mesurent ou pèsent pour les autres, [leur] causent perte.
Spanish 3:	pero que, cuando ellos miden o pesan para otros, dan menos de lo debido!
Indonesian 3:	dan apabila mereka menakar atau menimbang untuk orang lain, mereka mengurangi.
Melayu 3:	Dan (sebaliknya) apabila mereka menyukat atau menimbang untuk orang lain, mereka kurangi.
German 3:	Und dann jedoch, wenn sie es ihnen ausmessen oder auswägen, verkürzen sie es.
Russian 3:	а когда сами мерят или взвешивают для других, то наносят им урон.
Bosnian 3:	a kada drugima mjere na litar ili na kantar - zakidaju.
Urdu 3:	اور جب ان کو ماپ کر یا تول کردیں توگھٹا کر دیں
4	أَلَا يَظُنُّ أُولَـٰئِكَ أَنَّهُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ
Transliteration 4:	Ala yathunnu olaika annahum mabAAoothoona
Yusuf Ali 4:	Do they not think that they will be called to account?-
Shakir 4:	Do not these think that they shall be raised again
Pickthal 4:	Do such (men) not consider that they will be raised again
Mohsin Khan: 4:	Do they not think that they will be resurrected (for reckoning),
French 4:	Ceux-là ne pensent-ils pas qu'ils seront ressuscités,
Spanish 4:	¿No cuentan con ser resucitados
Indonesian 4:	Tidakkah orang-orang itu yakin, bahwa sesungguhnya mereka akan dibangkitkan,
Melayu 4:	Tidakkah mereka menyangka bahawa mereka akan dibangkitkan (hidup semula sesudah mati)?
German 4:	Glauben diese nicht, daß sie auferweckt werden
Russian 4:	Разве не думают они, что будут воскрешены

Urdu 4:	کیا وہ خیال نہیں کرتے کہ وہ اٹھائے جائیں گے
5	لِيَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Transliteration 5:	Liyawmin AAatheemin
Yusuf Ali 5:	On a Mighty Day,
Shakir 5:	For a mighty day,
Pickthal 5:	Unto an Awful Day,
Mohsin Khan: 5:	On a Great Day?
French 5:	en un jour terrible,
Spanish 5:	un día terrible,
Indonesian 5:	pada suatu hari yang besar,
Melayu 5:	Pada hari (kiamat) yang amat besar (huru-haranya),
German 5:	an einem großen Tag,
Russian 5:	в Великий день –
Bosnian 5:	na Dan veliki,
Urdu 5:	اس بڑے دن کے لیے
6	يَوْمَ يَقُومُ النَّاسُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 6:	Yawma yaqoomu alnnasu lirabbi alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 6:	A Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of the Worlds?
Shakir 6:	The day on which men shall stand before the Lord of the worlds?
Pickthal 6:	The day when (all) mankind stand before the Lord of the Worlds?
Mohsin Khan: 6:	The Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists)?
French 6:	le jour où les gens se tiendront debout devant le Seigneur de l'Univers?
Spanish 6:	el día que comparezcan los hombres ante el Señor del universo?
Indonesian 6:	(yaitu) hari (ketika) manusia berdiri menghadap Tuhan semesta alam?
Melayu 6:	Hari berdiri manusia untuk mengadap Tuhan sekalian alam?
German 6:	an dem die Menschen vor dem Herrn der Welten stehen werden?
Russian 6:	в тот день, когда люди предстанут перед Господом миров?
Bosnian 6:	na Dan kada će se ljudi zbog Gospodara svjetova dići!
Urdu 6:	جس دن سب لوگ رب العالمین کے سامنے کھڑے ہو ں گے
7	كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٍ
Transliteration 7:	Kalla inna kitaba alfujjari lafee sijjeenin
Yusuf Ali 7:	Day! Surely the record of the wicked is (preserved) in Sijjin.
Shakir 7:	Nay! most surely the record of the wicked is in the Sijjin.
Pickthal 7:	Nay, but the record of the vile is in Sijjin -
Mohsin Khan: 7:	Nay! Truly, the Record (writing of the deeds) of the Fujjar (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, evil-doers and the wicked) is (preserved) in Sijjin.
French 7:	Non...! Mais en vérité le livre des libertins sera dans le Sijjin
Spanish 7:	¡No! La Escritura de los pecadores está, ciertamente, en Sichchín.
Indonesian 7:	Sekali-kali jangan curang, karena sesungguhnya kitab orang yang durhaka tersimpan dalam sijjin .
Melayu 7:	Tidak sepatutnya (mereka melakukan perbuatan yang salah itu dan melalaikan hari akhirat)! Sesungguhnya "kitab suratan amal" orang-orang yang berdosa itu (didaftarkan) dalam "Sijjiin".
German 7:	Nein! Wahrlich, das Buch der Unverschämten ist in Sidschin.
Russian 7:	Но нет! Книга грешников окажется в Сиджжине.
Bosnian 7:	Uistinu! Knjiga grješnika je u Sidždžinu,
Urdu 7:	ہر گز ایسا نہیں چاہیے بے شک نافرمانوں کے اعمال نامے سجین میں ہیں
8	وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سِجِّينٌ
Transliteration 8:	Wama adraka ma sijjeenun
Yusuf Ali 8:	And what will explain to thee what Sijjin is?
Shakir 8:	And what will make you know what the Sijjin is?
Pickthal 8:	Ah! what will convey unto thee what Sijjin is! -
Mohsin Khan: 8:	And what will make you know what Sijjin is?
French 8:	et qui te dira ce qu'est le Sijjin? -
Spanish 8:	Y ¿cómo sabrás qué es Sichchín?
Indonesian 8:	Tahukah kamu apakah sijjin itu?
Melayu 8:	Dan apa jalannya engkau dapat mengetahui: Apa dia "Sijjiin" itu,
German 8:	Und was lehrt dich wissen, was Sidschin ist?
Russian 8:	Откуда ты мог знать, что такое Сиджжин?
Bosnian 8:	a znaš li ti šta je Sidždžin?
Urdu 8:	اور آپ کو کیا خبر کہ سجین کیا ہے
9	كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ
Transliteration 9:	Kitabun marqoomun
Yusuf Ali 9:	(There is) a Register (fully) inscribed.
Shakir 9:	It is a written book.
Pickthal 9:	A written record.
Mohsin Khan: 9:	A Register inscribed.
French 9:	un livre déjà cacheté (achevé).
Spanish 9:	Es una Escritura marcada.
Indonesian 9:	(Ialah) kitab yang bertulis.
Melayu 9:	Ialah (tempat simpanan) kitab catitan yang jelas nyata, (yang menghimpunkan amalan orang-orang yang berdosa).
German 9:	(Es ist) ein geschriebenes Buch.
Russian 9:	Это – книга начертанная.
Bosnian 9:	Knjiga ispisana!
Urdu 9:	ایک دفتر ہے جس میں لکھا جاتا ہے
10	وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
Transliteration 10:	Waylun yawmaithin lilmukaththibeena
Yusuf Ali 10:	Woe, that Day, to those that deny-
Shakir 10:	Woe on that day to the rejecters,
Pickthal 10:	Woe unto the repudiators on that day!
Mohsin Khan: 10:	Woe, that Day, to those who deny.
French 10:	Malheur, ce jour-là, aux négateurs,
Spanish 10:	Ese día, ¡ay de los desmentidores,
Indonesian 10:	Kecelakaan yang besarlah pada hari itu bagi orang-orang yang mendustakan,
Melayu 10:	Kecelakaan besar, pada hari itu, bagi orang-orang yang mendustakan -
German 10:	Wehe an jenem Tage den Leugnern,
Russian 10:	Горе в тот день обвиняющим во лжи,
Bosnian 10:	Teško toga dana onima koji su poricali -
Urdu 10:	اس دن جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے تباہی ہے
11	الَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ
Transliteration 11:	Allatheena yukaththiboona biyawmi alddeeni
Yusuf Ali 11:	Those that deny the Day of Judgment.
Shakir 11:	Who give the lie to the day of judgment.
Pickthal 11:	Those who deny the Day of Judgment
Mohsin Khan: 11:	Those who deny the Day of Recompense.
French 11:	qui démentent le jour de la Rétribution.
Spanish 11:	que desmienten el día del Juicio!
Indonesian 11:	(yaitu) orang-orang yang mendustakan hari pembalasan.
Melayu 11:	Iaitu mereka yang mendustakan hari pembalasan.
German 11:	die den Tag des Gerichts leugnen!
Russian 11:	которые считают ложью День воздаяния!
Bosnian 11:	koji su onaj svijet poricali -
Urdu 11:	وہ جو انصاف کے دن کو جھٹلاتے ہیں
12	وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
Transliteration 12:	Wama yukaththibu bihi illa kullu muAAtadin atheemin
Yusuf Ali 12:	And none can deny it but the Transgressor beyond bounds the Sinner!
Shakir 12:	And none gives the lie to it but every exceeder of limits, sinful one
Pickthal 12:	Which none denieth save each criminal transgressor,
Mohsin Khan: 12:	And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience to Allah) the sinner!
French 12:	Or, ne le dément que tout transgresseur, pécheur:
Spanish 12:	Y no lo desmiente sino todo violador de la ley, pecador,
Indonesian 12:	Dan tidak ada yang mendustakan hari pembalasan itu melainkan setiap orang yang melampaui batas lagi berdosa,
Melayu 12:	Dan tiada yang mendustakannya melainkan tiap-tiap orang yang melampaui batas (kebenaran), lagi amat derhaka!
German 12:	Und es leugnet ihn keiner als ein jeder sündhafter Ubertreter,
Russian 12:	Его считает ложью только преступник и грешник.
Bosnian 12:	a njega može poricati samo prijestupnik, grješnik,
Urdu 12:	اور اس کو وہی جھٹلاتا ہے جو حد سے بڑھا ہوا گناہگار ہے
13	إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ آيَاتُنَا قَالَ أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
Transliteration 13:	Itha tutla AAalayhi ayatuna qala asateeru alawwaleena
Yusuf Ali 13:	When Our Signs are rehearsed to him, he says, "Tales of the ancients!"
Shakir 13:	When Our communications are recited to him, he says: Stories of those of yore.
Pickthal 13:	Who, when thou readest unto him Our revelations, saith: (Mere) fables of the men of old.
Mohsin Khan: 13:	When Our Verses (of the Qur'an) are recited to him he says: "Tales of the ancients!"
French 13:	qui, lorsque Nos versets lui sont récités, dit: ‹[Ce sont] des contes d'anciens!›
Spanish 13:	que, al serle recitadas Nuestras aleyas, dice: "¡Patrañas de los antiguos!"
Indonesian 13:	yang apabila dibacakan kepadanya ayat-ayat Kami, ia berkata: "Itu adalah dongengan orang-orang yang dahulu".
Melayu 13:	(Sehingga) apabila dia dibacakan kepadanya ayat-ayat Kami, dia berkata: Ini ialah dongeng orang-orang dahulu kala!
German 13:	"der, wenn ihm Unsere Verse verlesen werden, sagt: ""Fabeln der Früheren!""
Russian 13:	Когда ему читают Наши аяты, он говорит: «Это – сказки древних народов!»
Bosnian 13:	koji je, kada su mu ajeti naši kazivani, govorio: "Izmišljotine naroda drevnih!"
Urdu 13:	جب اس پر ہماری آیتیں پڑھی جاتی ہیں تو کہتا ہے پہلوں کی کہانیاں ہیں
14	كَلَّا ۖ بَلْ ۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
Transliteration 14:	Kalla bal rana AAala quloobihim ma kanoo yaksiboona
Yusuf Ali 14:	By no means! but on their hearts is the stain of the (ill) which they do!
Shakir 14:	Nay! rather, what they used to do has become like rust . upon their hearts.
Pickthal 14:	Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts.
Mohsin Khan: 14:	Nay! But on their hearts is the Ran (covering of sins and evil deeds) which they used to earn.
French 14:	Pas du tout, mais ce qu'ils ont accompli couvre leurs coeurs.
Spanish 14:	Pero ¡no! Lo que han cometido ha cubierto de herrumbre sus corazones.
Indonesian 14:	Sekali-kali tidak (demikian), sebenarnya apa yang selalu mereka usahakan itu menutup hati mereka.
Melayu 14:	Sebenarnya! (Ayat-ayat Kami itu tidak ada cacatnya) bahkan mata hati mereka telah diselaputi kekotoran (dosa), dengan sebab (perbuatan kufur dan maksiat) yang mereka kerjakan.
German 14:	"Nein, jedoch das, was sie zu tun pflegten, hat auf ihre Herzen Schmutz gelegt.
Russian 14:	Но нет! Их сердца окутаны тем, что они приобрели.
Bosnian 14:	A nije tako! Ono što su radili prekrilo je srca njihova,
Urdu 14:	ہر گز نہیں بلکہ ان کے (بڑے) کاموں سے ان کے دلو ں پر زنگ لگ گیا ہے
15	كَلَّا إِنَّهُمْ عَن رَّبِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّمَحْجُوبُونَ
Transliteration 15:	Kalla innahum AAan rabbihim yawmaithin lamahjooboona
Yusuf Ali 15:	Verily, from (the Light of) their Lord, that Day, will they be veiled.
Shakir 15:	Nay! most surely they shall on that day be debarred from their Lord.
Pickthal 15:	Nay, but surely on that day they will be covered from (the mercy of) their Lord.
Mohsin Khan: 15:	Nay! Surely they (evil-doers) will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day.
French 15:	Qu'ils prennent garde! En vérité ce jour-là un voile les empêchera de voir leur Seigneur,
Spanish 15:	¡No! Ese día serán separados de su Señor por un velo.
Indonesian 15:	Sekali-kali tidak , sesungguhnya mereka pada hari itu benar-benar terhalang dari (melihat) Tuhan mereka.
Melayu 15:	Jangan lagi mereka berlaku demikian! (kalau tidak), mereka pada hari itu, tetap terdinding dari (rahmat) Tuhannya.
German 15:	Nein, sie werden an jenem Tage gewiß keinen Zugang zu ihrem Herrn haben.
Russian 15:	В тот день они будут отделены от своего Господа завесой,
Bosnian 15:	uistinu, oni će toga dana od milosti Gospodara svoga zakonjeni biti,
Urdu 15:	ہر گز نہیں بے شک وہ اپنے رب سے اس دن روک دیئے جائیں گے
16	ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ لَصَالُو الْجَحِيمِ
Transliteration 16:	Thumma innahum lasaloo aljaheemi
Yusuf Ali 16:	Further, they will enter the Fire of Hell.
Shakir 16:	Then most surely they shall enter the burning fire.
Pickthal 16:	Then lo! they verily will burn in hell,
Mohsin Khan: 16:	Then, verily, they will indeed enter (and taste) the burning flame of Hell.
French 16:	ensuite, ils brûleront certes, dans la Fournaise;
Spanish 16:	Luego, arderán, sí, en el fuego de la gehena.
Indonesian 16:	Kemudian, sesungguhnya mereka benar-benar masuk neraka.
Melayu 16:	Kemudian, sesungguhnya mereka akan menderita bakaran Neraka.
German 16:	Dann werden sie wahrlich in der Dschahim brennen.
Russian 16:	а потом они попадут в Ад,
Bosnian 16:	zatim će, sigurno, u oganj ući,
Urdu 16:	پھر بے شک وہ دوزخ میں گرنے والے ہیں
17	ثُمَّ يُقَالُ هَـٰذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Transliteration 17:	Thumma yuqalu hatha allathee kuntum bihi tukaththiboona
Yusuf Ali 17:	Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false!
Shakir 17:	Then shall it be said: This is what you gave the lie to.
Pickthal 17:	And it will be said (unto them): This is that which ye used to deny.
Mohsin Khan: 17:	Then, it will be said to them: "This is what you used to deny!"
French 17:	on [leur] dira alors: ‹Voilà ce que vous traitiez de mensonge!›
Spanish 17:	Luego, se dirá: "¡He aquí lo que desmentíais!"
Indonesian 17:	Kemudian, dikatakan (kepada mereka): "Inilah azab yang dahulu selalu kamu dustakan".
Melayu 17:	Akhirnya dikatakan (kepada mereka): Inilah dia (azab seksa) yang kamu dustakan dahulu.
German 17:	"Und es wird gesprochen werden: ""Dies ist es, was ihr zu leugnen pflegtet!""
Russian 17:	после чего им скажут: «Вот то, что вы считали ложью».
Bosnian 17:	pa će im se reći: "Eto, to je ono što ste poricali!"
Urdu 17:	پھر کہا جائے گا کہ یہی ہے وہ جسے تم جھٹلاتے تھے
18	كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْأَبْرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ
Transliteration 18:	Kalla inna kitaba alabrari lafee AAilliyyeena
Yusuf Ali 18:	Day, verily the record of the Righteous is (preserved) in 'Illiyin.
Shakir 18:	Nay! Most surely the record of the righteous shall be in the Iliyin.
Pickthal 18:	Nay, but the record of the righteous is in 'Illiyin -
Mohsin Khan: 18:	Nay! Verily, the Record (writing of the deeds) of Al-Abrar (the pious believers of Islamic Monotheism) is (preserved) in 'Illiyyun
French 18:	Qu'ils prennent garde! Le livre des bons sera dans l'Illiyoun -
Spanish 18:	¡No! La Escritura de los justos está, ciertamente, en Illiyyun.
Indonesian 18:	Sekali-kali tidak, sesungguhnya kitab orang-orang berbakti itu (tersimpan) dalam `Illiyyin .
Melayu 18:	Ingatlah wahai manusia! Sesungguhnya "kitab suratan amal" orang-orang yang berbakti (dengan taat dan amal kebajikan), adalah (didaftarkan) dalam "Illiyyiin".
German 18:	"Nein! Das Buch der Rechtschaffenen ist gewiß in 'Illiyun.
Russian 18:	Но нет! Книга благочестивых окажется в Иллиййуне.
Bosnian 18:	Uistinu! Knjiga čestitih je u Ilijjunu,
Urdu 18:	ہر گز نہیں بےشک نیکوں کے اعمال نامے علییں میں ہیں
19	وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ
Transliteration 19:	Wama adraka ma AAilliyyoona
Yusuf Ali 19:	And what will explain to thee what 'Illiyun is?
Shakir 19:	And what will make you know what the highest Iliyin is?
Pickthal 19:	Ah, what will convey unto thee what 'Illiyin is! -
Mohsin Khan: 19:	And what will make you know what 'Illiyyun is?
French 19:	et qui te dira ce qu'est l'Illiyun? -
Spanish 19:	Y ¿cómo sabrás qué es Illiyyun?
Indonesian 19:	Tahukah kamu apakah `Illiyyin itu?
Melayu 19:	Dan apa jalannya engkau dapat mengetahui, apa dia "Illiyyiin" itu?
German 19:	Und was lehrt dich wissen, was 'Illiyun ist?
Russian 19:	Откуда ты мог знать, что такое Иллиййун?
Bosnian 19:	a znaš li ti šta je Ilijjun?
Urdu 19:	اور آپ کو کیا خبر کہ علیّین کیا ہے
20	كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ
Transliteration 20:	Kitabun marqoomun
Yusuf Ali 20:	(There is) a Register (fully) inscribed,
Shakir 20:	It is a written book,
Pickthal 20:	A written record,
Mohsin Khan: 20:	A Register inscribed,
French 20:	un livre cacheté!
Spanish 20:	Es una Escritura marcada,
Indonesian 20:	(Yaitu) kitab yang bertulis,
Melayu 20:	Ialah (tempat simpanan) kitab catitan yang jelas nyata,
German 20:	(Es ist) ein geschriebenes Buch.
Russian 20:	Это – книга начертанная,
Bosnian 20:	Knjiga ispisana! -
Urdu 20:	ایک دفتر ہے جس میں لکھا جاتا ہے
21	يَشْهَدُهُ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ
Transliteration 21:	Yashhaduhu almuqarraboona
Yusuf Ali 21:	To which bear witness those Nearest (to Allah..
Shakir 21:	Those who are drawn near (to Allah) shall witness it.
Pickthal 21:	Attested by those who are brought near (unto their Lord).
Mohsin Khan: 21:	To which bear witness those nearest (to Allah, i.e. the angels).
French 21:	Les rapprochés (d'Allah: les Anges) en témoignent.
Spanish 21:	que verán con sus propios ojos los allegados.

Mohsin Khan: 22:	Verily, Al-Abrar (the pious believers of Islamic Monotheism) will be in Delight (Paradise).

Yusuf Ali 25:	Their thirst will be slaked with Pure Wine sealed:
Shakir 25:	They are made to quaff of a pure drink that is sealed (to others).
Pickthal 25:	They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed,
Mohsin Khan: 25:	They will be given to drink of pure sealed wine.
French 25:	On leur sert à boire un nectar pur, cacheté,

Transliteration 26:	Khitamuhu miskun wafee thalika falyatanafasi almutanafisoona
Yusuf Ali 26:	The seal thereof will be Musk: And for this let those aspire, who have aspirations:
Shakir 26:	The sealing of it is (with) musk; and for that let the aspirers aspire.
Pickthal 26:	Whose seal is musk - for this let (all) those strive who strive for bliss -
Mohsin Khan: 26:	The last thereof (that wine) will be the smell of Musk, and for this let (all) those strive who want to strive (i.e. hasten earnestly to the obedience of Allah).

Yusuf Ali 28:	A spring, from (the waters) whereof drink those Nearest to Allah.
Shakir 28:	A fountain from which drink they who are drawn near (to Allah).
Pickthal 28:	A spring whence those brought near (to Allah) drink.
Mohsin Khan: 28:	A spring whereof drink those nearest to Allah.

Transliteration 29:	Inna allatheena ajramoo kanoo mina allatheena amanoo yadhakoona
Yusuf Ali 29:	Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed,
Shakir 29:	Surely they who are guilty used to laugh at those who believe.
Pickthal 29:	Lo! the guilty used to laugh at those who believed,
Mohsin Khan: 29:	Verily, (during the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
French 29:	Les criminels riaient de ceux qui croyaient,
Spanish 29:	Los pecadores se reían de los creyentes.

Yusuf Ali 30:	And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other (in mockery);
Shakir 30:	And when they passed by them, they winked at one another.
Pickthal 30:	And wink one to another when they passed them;
Mohsin Khan: 30:	And, whenever they passed by them, used to wink one to another (in mockery).

Transliteration 31:	Waitha inqalaboo ila ahlihimu inqalaboo fakiheena
Yusuf Ali 31:	And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting;
Shakir 31:	And when they returned to their own followers they returned exulting.
Pickthal 31:	And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting;
Mohsin Khan: 31:	And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting;
French 31:	et, retournant dans leurs familles, ils retournaient en plaisantant,

32	وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ لَضَالُّونَ
Transliteration 32:	Waitha raawhum qaloo inna haolai ladalloona
Yusuf Ali 32:	And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray!"
Shakir 32:	And when they saw them, they said: Most surely these are in error;
Pickthal 32:	And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray.
Mohsin Khan: 32:	And when they saw them, they said: "Verily these have indeed gone astray!"
French 32:	et les voyant, ils disaient: ‹Ce sont vraiment ceux-là les égarés›.
Spanish 32:	cuando les veían, decían: "¡Sí, están extraviados!"
Indonesian 32:	Dan apabila mereka melihat orang-orang mu'min, mereka mengatakan: "Sesungguhnya mereka itu benar-benar orang-orang yang sesat",

German 32:	"und wenn sie sie sahen, sagten sie: ""Das sind wahrlich Irrende"",

Bosnian 32:	kada ih vide, onda govore: "Ovi su, doista, zalutali!" -
Urdu 32:	اور جب ان کو دیکھتے تو کہتے بے شک یہی گمراہ ہیں
33	وَمَا أُرْسِلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ حَافِظِينَ
Transliteration 33:	Wama orsiloo AAalayhim hafitheena
Yusuf Ali 33:	But they had not been sent as keepers over them!
Shakir 33:	And they were not sent to be keepers over them.
Pickthal 33:	Yet they were not sent as guardians over them.
Mohsin Khan: 33:	But they (disbelievers, sinners) had not been sent as watchers over them (the believers).
French 33:	Or, ils n'ont pas été envoyés pour être leurs gardiens.
Spanish 33:	Pero no han sido enviados para velar por ellos.
Indonesian 33:	padahal orang-orang yang berdosa itu tidak dikirim untuk penjaga bagi orang-orang mu'min.
Melayu 33:	Pada hal mereka tidak diutus untuk menjaga sesat atau tidaknya orang-orang yang beriman itu!
German 33:	"obwohl sie nicht als Hüter über sie gesandt worden waren.
Russian 33:	Однако они не были посланы к ним хранителями.
Bosnian 33:	a oni nisu poslani da motre na njih.
Urdu 33:	حالانکہ وہ ان پر نگہبان بنا کر نہیں بھیجے گئے تھے
34	فَالْيَوْمَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ
Transliteration 34:	Faalyawma allatheena amanoo mina alkuffari yadhakoona
Yusuf Ali 34:	But on this Day the Believers will laugh at the Unbelievers:
Shakir 34:	So today those who believe shall laugh at the unbelievers;
Pickthal 34:	This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers,
Mohsin Khan: 34:	But this Day (the Day of Resurrection) those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers
French 34:	Aujourd'hui, donc, ce sont ceux qui ont cru qui rient des infidèles
Spanish 34:	Ese día, los creyentes se reirán de los infieles,
Indonesian 34:	Maka pada hari ini, orang-orang yang beriman menertawakan orang-orang kafir,
Melayu 34:	Maka pada hari ini, orang-orang yang beriman pula tertawakan orang yang kafir itu.

Yusuf Ali 36:	Will not the Unbelievers have been paid back for what they did?
Shakir 36:	Surely the disbelievers are rewarded as they did.
Pickthal 36:	Are not the disbelievers paid for what they used to do?
Mohsin Khan: 36:	Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do?
French 36:	Est-ce que les infidèles ont eu la récompense de ce qu'ils faisaient?
Spanish 36:	¿No han sido retribuidos los infieles según sus obras?
Indonesian 36:	Sesungguhnya orang-orang kafir telah diberi ganjaran terhadap apa yang dahulu mereka kerjakan.
