2	تِلْكَ آيَاتُ الْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ
Transliteration 2:	Tilka ayatu alkitabi almubeeni
Yusuf Ali 2:	These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear.
Shakir 2:	These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear.
Pickthal 2:	These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain.
Mohsin Khan: 2:	These are the Verses of the manifest Book [(this Qur'an), which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear].

3	لَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 3:	LaAAallaka bakhiAAun nafsaka alla yakoonoo mumineena
Yusuf Ali 3:	It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers.
Shakir 3:	Perhaps you will kill yourself with grief because they do not believe.
Pickthal 3:	It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not.
Mohsin Khan: 3:	It may be that you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) i.e. in your Message of Islamic Monotheism].
French 3:	Il se peut que tu te consumes de chagrin parce qu'ils ne sont pas croyants!
Spanish 3:	Tú, quizá, te consumas de pena porque no creen.
Indonesian 3:	Boleh jadi kamu (Muhammad) akan membinasakan dirimu, karena mereka tidak beriman.
Melayu 3:	Jangan-jangan pula engkau (wahai Muhammad), membinasakan dirimu dengan menanggung dukacita, kerana mereka tidak menjadi orang-orang yang beriman.
German 3:	Vielleicht grämst du dich noch zu Tode darüber, daß sie nicht glauben.
Russian 3:	Ты можешь погубить себя от скорби от того, что они не становятся верующими.
Bosnian 3:	Zar ćeš ti sebe uništiti zato što ovi neće da postanu vjernici?
Urdu 3:	شاید تو اپنی جان ہلاک کرنے والا ہے اس لیے کہ وہ ایمان نہیں لاتے
4	إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ آيَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَاقُهُمْ لَهَا خَاضِعِينَ
Transliteration 4:	In nasha nunazzil AAalayhim mina alssamai ayatan fathallat aAAnaquhum laha khadiAAeena
Yusuf Ali 4:	If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.
Shakir 4:	If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it.
Pickthal 4:	If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it.
Mohsin Khan: 4:	If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.
French 4:	Si Nous voulions, Nous ferions descendre du ciel sur eux un prodige devant lequel leurs nuques resteront courbées.
Spanish 4:	Si quisiéramos, haríamos bajar del cielo sobre ellos un signo y doblarían ante él la cerviz.
Indonesian 4:	Jika Kami kehendaki niscaya Kami menurunkan kepada mereka mu'jizat dari langit, maka senantiasa kuduk-kuduk mereka tunduk kepadanya.
Melayu 4:	Kalau Kami mahu, tentulah Kami akan turunkan kepada mereka satu mukjizat dari langit, yang menjadikan mereka tunduk kepadanya.
German 4:	Wenn Wir wollen können Wir ihnen ein Zeichen vom Himmel niedersenden, so daß ihre Nacken sich demütig davor beugen.
Russian 4:	Если Мы пожелаем, то ниспошлем им с неба знамение, перед которым покорно склонятся их шеи.
Bosnian 4:	Kad bismo htjeli, Mi bismo im s neba jedan znak poslali pred kojim bi oni šije svoje sagnuli.
Urdu 4:	اگر ہم چاہیں تو ان پر آسمان سے ایسی نشانی نازل کریں کہ اس کے آگے ان کی گردنیں جھک جائیں
5	وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ
Transliteration 5:	Wama yateehim min thikrin mina alrrahmani muhdathin illa kanoo AAanhu muAArideena
Yusuf Ali 5:	But there comes not to them a newly-revealed Message from ((Allah)) Most Gracious, but they turn away therefrom.
Shakir 5:	And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it.
Pickthal 5:	Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it.
Mohsin Khan: 5:	And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Gracious (Allah), but they turn away therefrom.
French 5:	Aucun nouveau rappel ne leur vient du Tout Miséricordieux sans qu'ils ne l'esquivent.
Spanish 5:	No les llega una nueva amonestación del Compasivo que no se aparten de ella.
Indonesian 5:	Dan sekali-kali tidak datang kepada mereka suatu peringatan baru dari Tuhan Yang Maha Pemurah, melainkan mereka selalu berpaling daripadanya.
Melayu 5:	Dan tidak datang kepada mereka peringatan serta pengajaran yang baru dari (Allah) Ar-Rahman, melainkan mereka tetap berpaling mengingkarinya.
German 5:	Aber nie kommt zu ihnen eine neue Ermahnung vom Allerbarmer, ohne daß sie sich davon abkehren.
Russian 5:	Какое бы новое напоминание не приходило к ним от Милостивого, они отворачивались от него.
Bosnian 5:	I njima ne dođe nijedna nova opomena od Milostivoga, a da se od nje ne okrenu.
Urdu 5:	اور ان کے پاس رحمنٰ کی طرف سے کوئی نئی بات نصیحت کی ایسی نہیں آئی کہ وہ اس سے منہ نہ موڑ لیتے ہوں
6	فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنبَاءُ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
Transliteration 6:	Faqad kaththaboo fasayateehim anbao ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona
Yusuf Ali 6:	They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at!
Shakir 6:	So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them.
Pickthal 6:	Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff.
Mohsin Khan: 6:	So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Qur'an), then the news of what they mocked at will come to them.
French 6:	Et ils ont traité de mensonge [tout ce qui leur vient du Seigneur]. Il leur viendra bientòt des nouvelles de ce dont ils se raillent.
Spanish 6:	Han desmentido, pero recibirán noticias de aquello de que se burlaban.
Indonesian 6:	Sungguh mereka telah mendustakan (Al Qur'an), maka kelak akan datang kepada mereka (kenyataan dari) berita-berita yang selalu mereka perolok-olokan.
Melayu 6:	Oleh kerana mereka telah mendustakan Al-Quran, maka sudah tentu akan datang kepada mereka berita-berita (azab) mengenai perkara yang mereka ejek-ejek itu.
German 6:	Sie haben tatsächlich (die Ermahnung) verworfen; bald aber wird von dem Kunde zu ihnen kommen, was sie verspotteten.
Russian 6:	Они сочли это ложью, и к ним придут вести о том, над чем они издевались.
Bosnian 6:	Oni poriču - pa, stići će ih sigurno posljedice onoga čemu se izruguju.
Urdu 6:	سو یہ جھٹلاتو چکے اب ان کے پاس اس چیز کی حقیقت آئے گی جس پر ٹھٹھا کیا کرتے تھے
7	أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ
Transliteration 7:	Awa lam yaraw ila alardi kam anbatna feeha min kulli zawjin kareemin
Yusuf Ali 7:	Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein?
Shakir 7:	Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it?
Pickthal 7:	Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein?
Mohsin Khan: 7:	Do they not observe the earth - how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein?
French 7:	N'ont-ils pas observé la terre, combien Nous y avons fait pousser de couples généreux de toutes sortes?
Spanish 7:	¿No han visto cuánta especie generosa de toda clase hemos hecho crecer en la tierra?
Indonesian 7:	Dan apakah mereka tidak memperhatikan bumi, berapakah banyaknya Kami tumbuhkan di bumi itu berbagai macam tumbuh-tumbuhan yang baik?
Melayu 7:	Masihkah mereka berdegil dan tidak memperhatikan bumi, berapa banyak kami tumbuhkan padanya dari berbagai jenis tanaman yang memberi banyak manfaat?
German 7:	Haben sie nicht die Erde betrachtet - wieviel Wir auf ihr von jeglicher herrlichen Gattung wachsen ließen?
Russian 7:	Неужели они не видят, сколько Мы взрастили на земле благородных видов растений?
Bosnian 7:	Zar oni ne vide kako činimo da iz zemlje niče svakovrsno bilje plemenito?
Urdu 7:	کیا وہ زمین کو نہیں دیکھتے ہم نے اس میں ہر ایک قسم کی کتنی عمدہ چیزیں اُگائی ہیں
8	إِنَّ فِي ذَ‌ٰلِكَ لَآيَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 8:	Inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mumineena
Yusuf Ali 8:	Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
Shakir 8:	Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe.
Pickthal 8:	Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
Mohsin Khan: 8:	Verily, in this is an Ayah (proof or sign), yet most of them (polytheists, pagans who do not believe in Resurrection) are not believers.
French 8:	Voilà bien là une preuve! Et la plupart d'entre eux ne croient pas.
Spanish 8:	Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo, pero la mayoría no creen.
Indonesian 8:	Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat suatu tanda kekuasaan Allah. Dan kebanyakan mereka tidak beriman.
Melayu 8:	Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu terdapat satu tanda (yang membuktikan kekuasaan dan rahmat pengurniaan Allah) dan (dalam pada itu), kebanyakan mereka tidak juga beriman.
German 8:	Darin liegt wahrlich ein Zeichen; jedoch die meisten von ihnen glauben es nicht.
Russian 8:	Воистину, в этом – знамение, но большинство их не стали верующими.
Bosnian 8:	To je, doista, dokaz, ali većina njih ne vjeruje,
Urdu 8:	البتہ اس میں بڑی نشانی ہے اور ان میں سے اکثر ایمان لانے والے نہیں
9	وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration 9:	Wainna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu
Yusuf Ali 9:	And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
Shakir 9:	And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful.
Pickthal 9:	And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.
Mohsin Khan: 9:	And verily your Lord, He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
French 9:	Et ton Seigneur est en vérité Lui le Tout Puissant, le Très Miséricordieux.
Spanish 9:	En verdad, tu Señor es el Poderoso, el Misericordioso.
Indonesian 9:	Dan sesungguhnya Tuhanmu benar-benar Dialah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Penyayang.
Melayu 9:	Dan sesungguhnya Tuhanmu (wahai Muhammad) Dialah sahaja Yang Maha Kuasa, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
German 9:	Und dein Herr: Er ist wahrlich der Allmächtige, der Barmherzige.
Russian 9:	Воистину, твой Господь – Могущественный, Милосердный.
Bosnian 9:	a Gospodar tvoj je, zaista, silan i milostiv.
Urdu 9:	اور بے شک تیرا رب زبردست رحم کرنے والا ہے
10	وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰ أَنِ ائْتِ الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration 10:	Waith nada rabbuka moosa ani iti alqawma alththalimeena
Yusuf Ali 10:	Behold, thy Lord called Moses: "Go to the people of iniquity,-
Shakir 10:	And when your Lord called out to Musa, saying: Go to the unjust people,
Pickthal 10:	And when thy Lord called Moses, saying: Go unto the wrongdoing folk,
Mohsin Khan: 10:	And (remember) when your Lord called Musa (Moses) (saying): "Go to the people who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers) -
French 10:	Et lorsque ton Seigneur appela Moïse: ‹Rends-toi auprès du peuple injuste,
Spanish 10:	Y cuando tu Señor llamó a Moisés: "Ve al pueblo impío,
Indonesian 10:	Dan (ingatlah) ketika Tuhanmu menyeru Musa (dengan firman-Nya): "Datangilah kaum yang zalim itu,
Melayu 10:	Dan (ingatkanlah peristiwa) ketika Tuhanmu menyeru Nabi Musa: Hendaklah engkau mendatangi kaum yang zalim, -
German 10:	"Und da rief dein Herr Moses an: ""Geh zu dem Volk der Ungerechten,
Russian 10:	Вот твой Господь воззвал к Мусе (Моисею): «Ступай к несправедливому народу –
Bosnian 10:	A kad je Gospodar tvoj Musaa zovnuo: "Idi narodu koji se prema sebi ogriješio,
Urdu 10:	اور جب تیرے رب نے موسیٰ کو پکارا کہ اس ظالم قوم کے پاس جا
11	قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ
Transliteration 11:	Qawma firAAawna ala yattaqoona
Yusuf Ali 11:	"The people of the Pharaoh: will they not fear Allah."
Shakir 11:	The people of Firon: Will they not guard (against evil)?
Pickthal 11:	The folk of Pharaoh. Will they not ward off (evil)?
Mohsin Khan: 11:	"The people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh): Will they not fear Allah and become righteous?"
French 11:	[auprès du] peuple de Pharaon›; ne craindront-ils pas (Allah)?
Spanish 11:	al pueblo de Faraón. ¿No van a temerme ?"
Indonesian 11:	(yaitu) kaum Fir'aun. Mengapa mereka tidak bertakwa?"
Melayu 11:	Iaitu kaum Firaun; tidakkah mereka mahu mengawal diri dari kemurkaanKu?
German 11:	""dem Volke Pharaos. Wollen sie denn nicht gottesfürchtig sein?""
Russian 11:	к народу Фараона. Неужели они не устрашатся?»
Bosnian 11:	narodu faraonovu, ne bi li se Allaha pobojao," -
Urdu 11:	فرعون کی قوم کے پاس کیا وہ ڈرتے نہیں
12	قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ
Transliteration 12:	Qala rabbi innee akhafu an yukaththibooni
Yusuf Ali 12:	He said: "O my Lord! I do fear that they will charge me with falsehood:
Shakir 12:	He said: O my Lord! surely I fear that they will reject me;
Pickthal 12:	He said: My Lord! Lo! I fear that they will deny me,
Mohsin Khan: 12:	He said: "My Lord! Verily, I fear that they will belie me,
French 12:	Il dit: ‹Seigneur, je crains qu'ils ne me traitent de menteur;
Spanish 12:	Dijo: "¡Señor! Temo que me desmientan.
Indonesian 12:	Berkata Musa: "Ya Tuhanku, sesungguhnya aku takut bahwa mereka akan mendustakan aku.
Melayu 12:	Nabi Musa merayu dengan berkata: Wahai Tuhanku, sesungguhnya aku takut bahawa mereka akan mendustakan daku.
German 12:	""Er sagte: ""Mein Herr, ich fürchte, sie werden mich für einen Lügner halten,
Russian 12:	Он сказал: «Господи! Я боюсь, что они сочтут меня лжецом,
Bosnian 12:	on je rekao: "Gospodaru moj, bojim se da me oni u laž ne utjeraju,
Urdu 12:	عرض کی اے میرے رب میں ڈرتا ہوں کہ مجھے جھٹلا دیں
13	وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِي وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِي فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَارُونَ
Transliteration 13:	Wayadeequ sadree wala yantaliqu lisanee faarsil ila haroona
Yusuf Ali 13:	"My breast will be straitened. And my speech may not go (smoothly): so send unto Aaron.
Shakir 13:	And by breast straitens, and my tongue is not eloquent, therefore send Thou to Haroun (to help me);
Pickthal 13:	And I shall be embarrassed, and my tongue will not speak plainly, therefor send for Aaron (to help me).
Mohsin Khan: 13:	"And my breast straitens, and my tongue expresses not well. So send for Harun (Aaron) (to come along with me).
French 13:	que ma poitrine ne se serre, et que ma langue ne soit embarrassée: Mande donc Aaron.
Spanish 13:	Me angustio, se me traba la lengua. ¡Envía por Aarón!
Indonesian 13:	Dan (karenanya) sempitlah dadaku dan tidak lancar lidahku maka utuslah (Jibril) kepada Harun .
Melayu 13:	Dan akan sempit pula dadaku serta tidak lancar lidahku; oleh itu utuskanlah perintahMu kepada Harun (supaya dia membantuku).
German 13:	"und meine Brust wird beklemmt, und meine Zunge versagt den Redefluß. Schicke darum (auch) zu Aaron.
Russian 13:	что стеснится моя грудь и не развяжется мой язык. Пошли же за Харуном (Аароном).
Bosnian 13:	da mi ne postane teško u duši i da mi se jezik ne saplete; zato podaj poslanstvo i Harunu,
Urdu 13:	اور میرا سینہ تنگ ہوجائے اور میری زبان نہ چلے پس ہارون کو پیغام دے
14	وَلَهُمْ عَلَيَّ ذَنبٌ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ
Transliteration 14:	Walahum AAalayya thanbun faakhafu an yaqtulooni
Yusuf Ali 14:	"And (further), they have a charge of crime against me; and I fear they may slay me."
Shakir 14:	And they have a crime against me, therefore I fear that they may slay me.
Pickthal 14:	And they have a crime against me, so I fear that they will kill me.
Mohsin Khan: 14:	"And they have a charge of crime against me, and I fear they will kill me."
French 14:	Ils ont un crime à me reprocher; je crains donc qu'ils ne me tuent›.
Spanish 14:	Me acusan de un crimen y temo que me maten".
Indonesian 14:	Dan aku berdosa terhadap mereka , maka aku takut mereka akan membunuhku".
Melayu 14:	Dan lagi mereka ada mengemukakan satu tuduhan jenayah terhadapku; oleh itu aku takut mereka akan membunuhku.
German 14:	"Auch haben sie eine Schuldklage gegen mich erhoben, deshalb fürchte ich, daß sie mich umbringen.""
Russian 14:	Я несу перед ними ответственность за грех и боюсь, что они убьют меня».
Bosnian 14:	a ja sam njima i odgovoran, pa se plašim da me ne ubiju."
Urdu 14:	اور میرے ذمہ ان کا ایک گناہ بھی ہے سو میں ڈرتا ہوں کہ مجھے مار نہ ڈالیں
15	قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ فَاذْهَبَا بِآيَاتِنَا ۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسْتَمِعُونَ
Transliteration 15:	Qala kalla faithhaba biayatina inna maAAakum mustamiAAoona
Yusuf Ali 15:	Allah said: "By no means! proceed then, both of you, with Our Signs; We are with you, and will listen (to your call).
Shakir 15:	He said: By no means, so go you both with Our signs; surely We are with you, hearing;
Pickthal 15:	He said: Nay, verily. So go ye twain with Our tokens. Lo! We shall be with you, Hearing.
Mohsin Khan: 15:	(Allah) said: "Nay! Go you both with Our Signs. Verily We shall be with you, listening.
French 15:	Mais [Allah lui] dit: ‹Jamais! Allez tous deux avec Nos prodiges. Nous resterons avec vous et Nous écouterons.
Spanish 15:	Dijo: "¡No! ¡Id los dos con Nuestros signos! Estamos con vosotros, escuchamos.
Indonesian 15:	Allah berfirman: "Jangan takut (mereka tidak akan dapat membunuhmu), maka pergilah kamu berdua dengan membawa ayat-ayat Kami (mu'jizat-mu'jizat); sesungguhnya Kami bersamamu mendengarkan (apa-apa yang mereka katakan).
Melayu 15:	Allah berfirman: Jangan! Jangan fikir (akan berlaku apa yang engkau bimbangkan itu)! Oleh itu pergilah kamu berdua membawa mukjizat-mukjizat Kami (yang membuktikan kebenaran kamu); sesungguhnya Kami ada bersama-sama kamu mendengar.
German 15:	""Er sprach: ""Keineswegs! Geht nur beide mit Unseren Zeichen hin. Wir sind mit euch; Wir werden mit euch zuhören.
Russian 15:	Он сказал: «Нет! Ступайте вдвоем с Моими знамениями. Мы будем вместе с вами и будем слушать.
Bosnian 15:	"Neće!" - reče On. "Idite obojica sa dokazima Našim, Mi ćemo s vama biti i slušati.
Urdu 15:	فرمایا ہر گز نہیں تم دونوں ہماری نشانیاں لے کر جاؤ ہم تمہارے ساتھ سننے والے ہیں
16	فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولَا إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 16:	Fatiya firAAawna faqoola inna rasoolu rabbi alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 16:	"So go forth, both of you, to Pharaoh, and say: 'We have been sent by the Lord and Cherisher of the worlds;
Shakir 16:	Then come to Firon and say: Surely we are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds:
Pickthal 16:	And come together unto Pharaoh and say: Lo! we bear a message of the Lord of the Worlds,

18	قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
Transliteration 18:	Qala alam nurabbika feena waleedan walabithta feena min AAumurika sineena
Yusuf Ali 18:	(Pharaoh) said: "Did we not cherish thee as a child among us, and didst thou not stay in our midst many years of thy life?
Shakir 18:	(Firon) said: Did we not bring you up as a child among us, and you tarried among us for (many) years of your life?
Pickthal 18:	(Pharaoh) said (unto Moses): Did we not rear thee among us as a child? And thou didst dwell many years of thy life among us,
Mohsin Khan: 18:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said [to Musa (Moses)]: "Did we not bring you up among us as a child? And you did dwell many years of your life with us.
French 18:	‹Ne t'avons-nous pas, dit Pharaon, élevé chez nous tout enfant? Et n'as-tu pas demeuré parmi nous des années de ta vie?
Spanish 18:	Dijo: "¿No te hemos educado, cuando eras niño, entre nosotros? ¿No has vivido durante años de tu vida entre nosotros?
Indonesian 18:	Fir'aun menjawab: "Bukankah kami telah mengasuhmu di antara (keluarga) kami, waktu kamu masih kanak-kanak dan kamu tinggal bersama kami beberapa tahun dari umurmu .

19	وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ الَّتِي فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration 19:	WafaAAalta faAAlataka allatee faAAalta waanta mina alkafireena
Yusuf Ali 19:	"And thou didst a deed of thine which (thou knowest) thou didst, and thou art an ungrateful (wretch)!"
Shakir 19:	And you did (that) deed of yours which you did, and you are one of the ungrateful.
Pickthal 19:	And thou didst that thy deed which thou didst, and thou wast one of the ingrates.
Mohsin Khan: 19:	"And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man) while you were one of the ingrates."
French 19:	Puis tu as commis le méfait que tu as fait, en dépit de toute reconnaissance›.
Spanish 19:	Desagradecido, hiciste lo que hiciste"

Transliteration 20:	Qala faAAaltuha ithan waana mina alddalleena
Yusuf Ali 20:	Moses said: "I did it then, when I was in error.
Shakir 20:	He said: I did it then while I was of those unable to see the right course;
Pickthal 20:	He said: I did it then, when I was of those who are astray.
Mohsin Khan: 20:	Musa (Moses) said: "I did it then, when I was ignorant (as regards my Lord and His Message).

21	فَفَرَرْتُ مِنكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكْمًا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
Transliteration 21:	Fafarartu minkum lamma khiftukum fawahaba lee rabbee hukman wajaAAalanee mina almursaleena
Yusuf Ali 21:	"So I fled from you (all) when I feared you; but my Lord has (since) invested me with judgment (and wisdom) and appointed me as one of the apostles.
Shakir 21:	So I fled from you when I feared you, then my Lord granted me wisdom and made me of the messengers;
Pickthal 21:	Then I fled from you when I feared you, and my Lord vouchsafed me a command and appointed me (of the number) of those sent (by Him).
Mohsin Khan: 21:	"So I fled from you when I feared you. But my Lord has granted me Hukm (i.e. religious knowledge, right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood), and made me one of the Messengers.
French 21:	Je me suis donc enfui de vous quand j'ai eu peur de vous: puis, mon Seigneur m'a donné la sagesse et m'a désigné parmi Ses messagers.

22	وَتِلْكَ نِعْمَةٌ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَيَّ أَنْ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
Transliteration 22:	Watilka niAAmatun tamunnuha AAalayya an AAabbadta banee israeela
Yusuf Ali 22:	"And this is the favour with which thou dost reproach me,- that thou hast enslaved the Children of Israel!"
Shakir 22:	And is it a favor of which you remind me that you have enslaved the children of Israel?
Pickthal 22:	And this is the past favour wherewith thou reproachest me: that thou hast enslaved the Children of Israel.
Mohsin Khan: 22:	"And this is the past favour with which you reproach me: that you have enslaved the Children of Israel."
French 22:	Est-ce là un bienfait de ta part [que tu me rappelles] avec reproche, alors que tu as asservi les Enfants d'Israël?›

23	قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 23:	Qala firAAawnu wama rabbu alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 23:	Pharaoh said: "And what is the 'Lord and Cherisher of the worlds'?"
Shakir 23:	Firon said: And what is the Lord of the worlds?
Pickthal 23:	Pharaoh said: And what is the Lord of the Worlds?
Mohsin Khan: 23:	Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "And what is the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists)?"
French 23:	‹Et qu'est-ce que le Seigneur de l'univers?› dit Pharaon.
Spanish 23:	Faraón dijo: "Y ¿qué es 'el Señor del universo'?"

Transliteration 24:	Qala rabbu alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma in kuntum mooqineena
Yusuf Ali 24:	(Moses) said: "The Lord and Cherisher of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- if ye want to be quite sure."
Shakir 24:	He said: The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, if you would be sure.
Pickthal 24:	(Moses) said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye had but sure belief.
Mohsin Khan: 24:	[Musa (Moses)] said: "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, if you seek to be convinced with certainty."
French 24:	‹Le Seigneur des cieux et de la terre et de ce qui existe entre eux, dit [Moïse], si seulement vous pouviez en être convaincus!›

Melayu 24:	Nabi Musa menjawab. Dialah yang memiliki dan mentadbirkan langit dan bumi serta segala yang ada di antara keduanya, kalaulah kamu mahu mendapat keyakinan dengan berdalil maka inilah jalannya.

Yusuf Ali 25:	(Pharaoh) said to those around: "Did ye not listen (to what he says)?"
Shakir 25:	(Firon) said to those around him: Do you not hear?
Pickthal 25:	(Pharaoh) said unto those around him: Hear ye not?
Mohsin Khan: 25:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said to those around: "Do you not hear (what he says)?"
French 25:	[Pharaon] dit à ceux qui l'entouraient: ‹N'entendez-vous pas?›
Spanish 25:	Dijo a los circunstantes: "¡Habéis oído?"

Pickthal 26:	He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers.
Mohsin Khan: 26:	[Musa (Moses)] said: "Your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers!"
French 26:	[Moïse] continue: ‹... Votre Seigneur, et le Seigneur de vos plus anciens ancêtres›.
Spanish 26:	Dijo. "Es vuestro Señor y Señor de vuestros antepasados..."

Transliteration 27:	Qala inna rasoolakumu allathee orsila ilaykum lamajnoonun
Yusuf Ali 27:	(Pharaoh) said: "Truly your apostle who has been sent to you is a veritable madman!"
Shakir 27:	Said he: Most surely your Messenger who is sent to you is mad.
Pickthal 27:	(Pharaoh) said: Lo! your messenger who hath been sent unto you is indeed a madman!
Mohsin Khan: 27:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "Verily, your Messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!"
French 27:	‹Vraiment, dit [Pharaon], votre messager qui vous a été envoyé, est un fou›.
Spanish 27:	Dijo: "¡El enviado que se os ha mandado es; ciertamente, un poseso!"
Indonesian 27:	Fir'aun berkata: "Sesungguhnya Rasulmu yang diutus kepada kamu sekalian benar-benar orang gila".

28	قَالَ رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
Transliteration 28:	Qala rabbu almashriqi waalmaghribi wama baynahuma in kuntum taAAqiloona
Yusuf Ali 28:	(Moses) said: "Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense!"
Shakir 28:	He said: The Lord of the east and the west and what is between them, if you understand.
Pickthal 28:	He said: Lord of the East and the West and all that is between them, if ye did but understand.
Mohsin Khan: 28:	[Musa (Moses)] said: "Lord of the east and the west, and all that is between them, if you did but understand!"
French 28:	[Moïse] ajouta: ‹... Le Seigneur du Levant et du Couchant et de ce qui est entre les deux; si seulement vous compreniez!›
Spanish 28:	Dijo: "...el Señor del Oriente y del Occidente y de lo que entre ellos está. Si razonarais..."
Indonesian 28:	Musa berkata: "Tuhan yang menguasai timur dan barat dan apa yang ada di antara keduanya: (Itulah Tuhanmu) jika kamu mempergunakan akal".
Melayu 28:	Nabi Musa (menerangkan lagi tentang keesaan Allah dan kekuasaanNya dengan) berkata: Dialah yang memiliki dan menguasai timur dan barat serta segala yang ada di antara keduanya; kalau kamu orang-orang yang berakal tentulah memahaminya.
German 28:	""Er (Moses) sagte: ""Er ist der Herr des Ostens und des Westens und dessen, was zwischen den beiden ist, wenn ihr es nur begreifen würdet.""

29	قَالَ لَئِنِ اتَّخَذْتَ إِلَـٰهًا غَيْرِي لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ الْمَسْجُونِينَ
Transliteration 29:	Qala laini ittakhathta ilahan ghayree laajAAalannaka mina almasjooneena
Yusuf Ali 29:	(Pharaoh) said: "If thou dost put forward any god other than me, I will certainly put thee in prison!"
Shakir 29:	Said he: If you will take a god besides me, I will most certainly make you one of the imprisoned.
Pickthal 29:	(Pharaoh) said: If thou choosest a god other than me, I assuredly shall place thee among the prisoners.
Mohsin Khan: 29:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "If you choose an ilah (god) other than me, I will certainly put you among the prisoners."
French 29:	‹Si tu adoptes, dit [Pharaon], une autre divinité que moi, je te mettrai parmi les prisonniers›.
Spanish 29:	Dijo: "¡Si tomas por dios a otro diferente de mí, he de enviarte a la cárcel!"
Indonesian 29:	Fir'aun berkata: "Sungguh jika kamu menyembah Tuhan selain aku, benar-benar aku akan menjadikan kamu salah seorang yang dipenjarakan".
Melayu 29:	Firaun berkata: Demi sesungguhnya! Jika engkau menyembah Tuhan yang lain daripadaku, sudah tentu aku akan menjadikan engkau dari orang-orang yang dipenjarakan.
German 29:	""Er (Pharao) sagte: ""Wenn du einen anderen Gott als mich annimmst, so werde ich dich ganz gewiß zum Gefängnisinsassen machen.""

30	قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَيْءٍ مُّبِينٍ
Transliteration 30:	Qala awa law jituka bishayin mubeenin
Yusuf Ali 30:	(Moses) said: "Even if I showed you something clear (and) convincing?"
Shakir 30:	He said: What! even if I bring to you something manifest?
Pickthal 30:	He said: Even though I show thee something plain?
Mohsin Khan: 30:	[Musa (Moses)] said: "Even if I bring you something manifest (and convincing)?"
French 30:	‹Et même si je t'apportais, dit [Moïse], une chose (une preuve) évidente?
Spanish 30:	Dijo: "¿Y si te trajera algo claro?"
Indonesian 30:	Musa berkata: "Dan apakah (kamu akan melakukan itu) kendatipun aku tunjukkan kepadamu sesuatu (keterangan) yang nyata?"

31	قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
Transliteration 31:	Qala fati bihi in kunta mina alssadiqeena
Yusuf Ali 31:	(Pharaoh) said: "Show it then, if thou tellest the truth!"
Shakir 31:	Said he: Bring it then, if you are of the truthful ones.
Pickthal 31:	(Pharaoh) said: Produce it then, if thou art of the truthful!
Mohsin Khan: 31:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "Bring it forth then, if you are of the truthful!"
French 31:	‹Apporte-la, dit [Pharaon], si tu es du nombre des véridiques›.
Spanish 31:	Dijo: "¡Tráelo‚ si es verdad lo que dices!"
Indonesian 31:	Fir'aun berkata: "Datangkanlah sesuatu (keterangan) yang nyata itu, jika kamu adalah termasuk orang-orang yang benar".

32	فَأَلْقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُّبِينٌ
Transliteration 32:	Faalqa AAasahu faitha hiya thuAAbanun mubeenun
Yusuf Ali 32:	So (Moses) threw his rod, and behold, it was a serpent, plain (for all to see)!
Shakir 32:	So he cast down his rod, and lo! it was an obvious serpent,
Pickthal 32:	Then he flung down his staff and it became a serpent manifest,
Mohsin Khan: 32:	So [Musa (Moses)] threw his stick, and behold, it was a serpent, manifest.

Transliteration 33:	WanazaAAa yadahu faitha hiya baydao lilnnathireena
Yusuf Ali 33:	And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders!
Shakir 33:	And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it appeared white to the onlookers.
Pickthal 33:	And he drew forth his hand and lo! it was white to the beholders.
Mohsin Khan: 33:	And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders!
French 33:	Et il tira sa main et voilà qu'elle était blanche (étincelante) à ceux qui regardaient.

34	قَالَ لِلْمَلَإِ حَوْلَهُ إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
Transliteration 34:	Qala lilmalai hawlahu inna hatha lasahirun AAaleemun
Yusuf Ali 34:	(Pharaoh) said to the Chiefs around him: "This is indeed a sorcerer well- versed:
Shakir 34:	(Firon) said to the chiefs around him: Most surely this is a skillful magician,
Pickthal 34:	(Pharaoh) said unto the chiefs about him: Lo! this is verily a knowing wizard,
Mohsin Khan: 34:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said to the chiefs around him: "Verily! This is indeed a well-versed sorcerer.
French 34:	[Pharaon] dit aux notables autour de lui: ‹Voilà en vérité un magicien savant.
Spanish 34:	Dijo a los dignatarios que le rodeaban: "Sí, éste es un mago muy entendido,

Transliteration 35:	Yureedu an yukhrijakum min ardikum bisihrihi famatha tamuroona
Yusuf Ali 35:	"His plan is to get you out of your land by his sorcery; then what is it ye counsel?"
Shakir 35:	Who desires to turn you out of your land with his magic; what is it then that you advise?
Pickthal 35:	Who would drive you out of your land by his magic. Now what counsel ye?
Mohsin Khan: 35:	"He wants to drive you out of your land by his sorcery: what is it then that you command?"
French 35:	Il veut par sa magie vous expulser de votre terre. que commandez-vous?›
Spanish 35:	que quiere expulsaros de vuestra tierra con su magia. ¿Qué ordenáis?"

36	قَالُوا أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَابْعَثْ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَاشِرِينَ
Transliteration 36:	Qaloo arjih waakhahu waibAAath fee almadaini hashireena
Yusuf Ali 36:	They said: "Keep him and his brother in suspense (for a while), and dispatch to the Cities heralds to collect-
Shakir 36:	They said: Give him and his brother respite and send heralds into the cities
Pickthal 36:	They said: Put him off, (him) and his brother, and send into the cities summoners
Mohsin Khan: 36:	They said: "Put him off and his brother (for a while), and send callers to the cities;
French 36:	Ils dirent: ‹Remets-les à plus tard, [lui] et son frère, et envoie des gens dans les villes, pour rassembler,

Yusuf Ali 37:	"And bring up to thee all (our) sorcerers well-versed."
Shakir 37:	That they should bring to you every skillful magician.
Pickthal 37:	Who shall bring unto thee every knowing wizard.
Mohsin Khan: 37:	"To bring up to you every well-versed sorcerer."
French 37:	et t'amener tout grand magicien savant›.
Spanish 37:	que te traigan a los magos más entendidos, a todos".
Indonesian 37:	niscaya mereka akan mendatangkan semua ahli sihir yang pandai kepadamu".

38	فَجُمِعَ السَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَاتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
Transliteration 38:	FajumiAAa alssaharatu limeeqati yawmin maAAloomin
Yusuf Ali 38:	So the sorcerers were got together for the appointment of a day well-known,
Shakir 38:	So the magicians were gathered together at the appointed time on the fixed day,
Pickthal 38:	So the wizards were gathered together at a set time on a day appointed.
Mohsin Khan: 38:	So the sorcerers were assembled at a fixed time on a day appointed.
French 38:	Les magiciens furent donc réunis en rendez-vous au jour convenu.

Yusuf Ali 39:	And the people were told: "Are ye (now) assembled?-
Shakir 39:	And it was said to the people: Will you gather together?
Pickthal 39:	And it was said unto the people: Are ye (also) gathering?
Mohsin Khan: 39:	And it was said to the people: "Are you (too) going to assemble?
French 39:	Et il fut dit aux gens: ‹Est-ce que vous allez vous réunir,
Spanish 39:	y se dijo a la gente: "¿No queréis asistir?
Indonesian 39:	dan dikatakan kepada orang banyak: "Berkumpullah kamu sekalian,

40	لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ السَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُوا هُمُ الْغَالِبِينَ
Transliteration 40:	LaAAallana nattabiAAu alssaharata in kanoo humu alghalibeena
Yusuf Ali 40:	"That we may follow the sorcerers (in religion) if they win?"
Shakir 40:	Haply we may follow the magicians, if they are the vanquishers.
Pickthal 40:	(They said): Aye, so that we may follow the wizards if they are the winners.
Mohsin Khan: 40:	"That we may follow the sorcerers [who were on Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) religion of disbelief] if they are the winners."
French 40:	afin que nous suivions les magiciens, si ce sont eux les vainqueurs?›
Spanish 40:	Quizás, así, sigamos a los magos, si son ellos los que ganan"
Indonesian 40:	semoga kita mengikuti ahli-ahli sihir jika mereka adalah orang-orang yang menang".

41	فَلَمَّا جَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحْنُ الْغَالِبِينَ
Transliteration 41:	Falamma jaa alssaharatu qaloo lifirAAawna ainna lana laajran in kunna nahnu alghalibeena
Yusuf Ali 41:	So when the sorcerers arrived, they said to Pharaoh: "Of course - shall we have a (suitable) reward if we win?
Shakir 41:	And when the magicians came, they said to Firon: Shall we get a reward if we are the vanquishers?
Pickthal 41:	And when the wizards came they said unto Pharaoh: Will there surely be a reward for us if we are the winners?
Mohsin Khan: 41:	So when the sorcerers arrived, they said to Fir'aun (Pharaoh): "Will there surely be a reward for us if we are the winners?"
French 41:	Puis, lorsque les magiciens arrivèrent, ils dirent à Pharaon: ‹Y aura-t-il vraiment une récompense pour nous, si nous sommes les vainqueurs?›
Spanish 41:	Cuando llegaron los magos dijeron a Faraón: "Si ganamos, recibiremos una recompensa, ¿no?"
Indonesian 41:	Maka tatkala ahli-ahli sihir datang, mereka bertanya kepada Fir'aun: "Apakah kami sungguh-sungguh mendapat upah yang besar jika kami adalah orang-orang yang menang?"
Melayu 41:	Maka ketika ahli-ahli sihir itu datang, berkatalah mereka kepada Firaun: Benarkah kami akan beroleh upah, kiranya kamilah orang-orang yang menang?
German 41:	""Als die Zauberer kamen, da sagten sie zu Pharao: ""Wird es auch eine Belohnung für uns geben, wenn wir die Sieger sind?""
Russian 41:	Явившись, колдуны сказали Фараону: «Будет ли нам награда, если мы одержим верх?»
Bosnian 41:	A kad dođoše, čarobnjaci faraona upitaše: "Da li će nama, doista, pripasti nagrada ako mi budemo pobjednici?"
Urdu 41:	پھر جب جادوگر آئے تو فرعون سے کہا اگر ہم غالب آگئے تو کیا ہمیں کوئی بڑا انعام ملے گا
42	قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَّمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
Transliteration 42:	Qala naAAam wainnakum ithan lamina almuqarrabeena
Yusuf Ali 42:	He said: "Yea, (and more),- for ye shall in that case be (raised to posts) nearest (to my person)."
Shakir 42:	He said: Yes, and surely you will then be of those who are made near.
Pickthal 42:	He said: Aye, and ye will then surely be of those brought near (to me).
Mohsin Khan: 42:	He said: "Yes, and you shall then verily be of those brought near (to myself)."
French 42:	Il dit: ‹Oui, bien sûr, vous serez alors parmi mes proches!
Spanish 42:	Dijo: "¡Sí! Y seréis entonces, ciertamente, de mis allegados".
Indonesian 42:	Fir'aun menjawab: "Ya, kalau demikian, sesungguhnya kamu sekalian benar-benar akan menjadi orang yang didekatkan (kepadaku)".
Melayu 42:	Firaun menjawab: Benar, (kamu akan mendapatnya) dan sesungguhnya kamu dengan itu akan menjadi dari orang-orang yang dekat kepadaku.
German 42:	""Er sagte: ""Ja, und dann werdet ihr zu unseren Nächsten gehören.""
Russian 42:	Он сказал: «Да. В этом случае вы непременно окажетесь в числе приближенных».

43	قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰ أَلْقُوا مَا أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ
Transliteration 43:	Qala lahum moosa alqoo ma antum mulqoona
Yusuf Ali 43:	Moses said to them: "Throw ye - that which ye are about to throw!"
Shakir 43:	Musa said to them: Cast what you are going to cast.
Pickthal 43:	Moses said unto them: Throw what ye are going to throw!
Mohsin Khan: 43:	Musa (Moses) said to them: "Throw what you are going to throw!"
French 43:	Moïse leur dit: ‹Jetez ce que vous avez à jeter›.
Spanish 43:	Moisés les dijo: "¡Tirad lo que vayáis a tirar!"
Indonesian 43:	Berkatalah Musa kepada mereka: "Lemparkanlah apa yang hendak kamu Lemparkan".
Melayu 43:	Nabi Musa berkata kepada mereka: Campakkanlah dahulu apa yang kamu hendak campakkan.
German 43:	""Moses sagte zu ihnen: ""Werft hin, was ihr zu werfen habt.""
Russian 43:	Муса (Моисей) сказал им: «Бросайте то, что вы собираетесь бросить».
Bosnian 43:	Musa im reče: "Bacite ono što želite baciti!"
Urdu 43:	موسیٰ نے ان سے کہا ڈالو جو تم ڈالتے ہو
44	فَأَلْقَوْا حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْغَالِبُونَ
Transliteration 44:	Faalqaw hibalahum waAAisiyyahum waqaloo biAAizzati firAAawna inna lanahnu alghaliboona
Yusuf Ali 44:	So they threw their ropes and their rods, and said: "By the might of Pharaoh, it is we who will certainly win!"
Shakir 44:	So they cast down their cords and their rods and said: By Firon's power, we shall most surely be victorious.
Pickthal 44:	Then they threw down their cords and their staves and said: By Pharaoh's might, lo! we verily are the winners.
Mohsin Khan: 44:	So they threw their ropes and their sticks, and said: "By the might of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), it is we who will certainly win!"
French 44:	Ils jetèrent donc leurs cordes et leurs bâtons et dirent: ‹Par la puissance de Pharaon!... C'est nous qui serons les vainqueurs›.
Spanish 44:	Y tiraron sus cuerdas y varas, y dijeron: "¡Por el poder de Faraón, que venceremos!"
Indonesian 44:	Lalu mereka melemparkan tali temali dan tongkat-tongkat mereka dan berkata: "Demi kekuasaan Fir'aun, sesungguhnya kami benar-benar akan menang".
Melayu 44:	Lalu mereka mencampakkan tali-tali dan tongkat-tongkat mereka sambil berkata: Demi kekuasaan Firaun, sesungguhnya sudah tetap kamilah orang-orang yang akan menang.
German 44:	""Da warfen sie ihre Stricke und ihre Stöcke hin und sagten: ""Bei Pharaos Macht, wir sind es, die sicher siegen werden.""
Russian 44:	Они бросили свои веревки и посохи и сказали: «Во имя могущества Фараона! Мы непременно одержим верх!»
Bosnian 44:	I oni pobacaše konope svoje i štapove svoje i rekoše: "Tako nam dostojanstva faraonova, mi ćemo svakako pobijediti!"
Urdu 44:	پھر انہوں نے اپنی رسیاں اور لاٹھیاں ڈال دیں اور کہا فرعون کے اقبال سے ہماری فتح ہے
45	فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ
Transliteration 45:	Faalqa moosa AAasahu faitha hiya talqafu ma yafikoona
Yusuf Ali 45:	Then Moses threw his rod, when, behold, it straightway swallows up all the falsehoods which they fake!
Shakir 45:	Then Musa cast down his staff and lo! it swallowed up the lies they told.
Pickthal 45:	Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show.
Mohsin Khan: 45:	Then Musa (Moses) threw his stick, and behold, it swallowed up all that they falsely showed!
French 45:	Puis Moïse jeta son bâton, et voilà qu'il happait ce qu'ils avaient fabriqué.
Spanish 45:	Moisés tiró su vara y he aquí que ésta engulló sus mentiras.
Indonesian 45:	Kemudian Musa melemparkan tongkatnya maka tiba-tiba ia menelan benda-benda palsu yang mereka ada-adakan itu .
Melayu 45:	Kemudian Nabi Musa pula mencampakkan tongkatnya, tiba-tiba tongkatnya itu menelan apa yang mereka pura-pura adakan (dengan sihir mereka).
German 45:	"Dann warf Moses seinen Stock hin, und siehe, er verschlang (all) das, was sie vorgetäuscht hatten.
Russian 45:	Затем Муса (Моисей) бросил свой посох, и тот проглотил все, что они лживо измыслили.
Bosnian 45:	Zatim Musa baci svoj štap, koji, odjednom, proguta ono što su oni lažno izveli.
Urdu 45:	پھر موسیٰ نے اپنا عصا ڈالا پھر وہ فوراً ہی نگلنے لگا جو انہوں نے جھوٹ بنایا تھا
46	فَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سَاجِدِينَ
Transliteration 46:	Faolqiya alssaharatu sajideena
Yusuf Ali 46:	Then did the sorcerers fall down, prostrate in adoration,

49	قَالَ آمَنتُمْ لَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ السِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَافٍ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Transliteration 49:	Qala amantum lahu qabla an athana lakum innahu lakabeerukumu allathee AAallamakumu alssihra falasawfa taAAlamoona laoqattiAAanna aydiyakum waarjulakum min khilafin walaosallibannakum ajmaAAeena
Yusuf Ali 49:	Said (Pharaoh): "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? surely he is your leader, who has taught you sorcery! but soon shall ye know! Be sure I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will cause you all to die on the cross!"
Shakir 49:	Said he: You believe in him before I give you permission; most surely he is the chief of you who taught you the magic, so you shall know: certainly I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and certainly I will crucify you all.
Pickthal 49:	(Pharaoh) said: Ye put your faith in him before I give you leave. Lo! he doubtless is your chief who taught you magic! But verily ye shall come to know. Verily I will cut off your hands and your feet alternately, and verily I will crucify you every one.
Mohsin Khan: 49:	[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "You have believed in him before I give you leave. Surely, he indeed is your chief, who has taught you magic! So verily, you shall come to know. Verily, I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will crucify you all."
French 49:	[Pharaon] dit: ‹Avez-vous cru en lui avant que je ne vous le permette? En vérité, c'est lui votre chef, qui vous a enseigné la magie! Eh bien, vous saurez bientòt! Je vous couperai, sûrement, mains et jambes opposées, et vous crucifierai tous›.

Indonesian 49:	Fir'aun berkata: "Apakah kamu sekalian beriman kepada Musa sebelum aku memberi izin kepadamu? Sesungguhnya dia benar-benar pemimpinmu yang mengajarkan sihir kepadamu maka kamu nanti pasti benar-benar akan mengetahui (akibat perbuatanmu); sesungguhnya aku akan memotong tanganmu dan kakimu dengan bersilangan dan aku akan menyalibmu semuanya".
Melayu 49:	Firaun berkata: Patutkah kamu beriman kepadanya sebelum aku izinkan kamu? Sesungguhnya dialah (Musa) ketua kamu yang mengajar kamu ilmu sihir; oleh itu kamu akan mengetahui kelak (akibatnya). Demi sesungguhnya, aku akan memotong tangan dan kaki kamu dengan bersilang kemudian aku akan memalang kamu semuanya.
German 49:	""Er (Pharao) sagte: ""Glaubt ihr an ihn, bevor ich es euch erlaube? Er ist sicher euer Meister, der euch die Zauberei gelehrt hat. Aber bald sollt ihr es erfahren. Wahrhaftig, ich werde euch die Hände und Füße wechselweise abhauen (lassen), und wahrhaftig, ich will euch alle kreuzigen (lassen).""
Russian 49:	Он сказал: «Неужели вы поверили ему до того, как я позволил вам? Воистину, он –старший из вас, который научил вас колдовству! Но скоро вы узнаете! Я отрублю вам руки и ноги накрест и распну вас всех!»
Bosnian 49:	"Da povjerujete njemu prije dopuštenja moga!" - viknu faraon. - "On je vaš učitelj, on vas je čarobnjaštvu naučio - a vi ćete zapamtiti; poodsijecaću vam ruke i noge vaše unakrst i sve ću vas porazapinjati!"
Urdu 49:	کہا کیا تم میری اجازت سے پہلے ہی ایمان لے آئے بے شک وہ تمہارا استاد ہے جس نے تمہیں جادو سکھایا ہے سو تمہیں ابھی معلوم ہو جائے گا البتہ میں تمہارا ایک طرف کا ہاتھ اور دوسری طرف کا پاؤں کاٹ دوں گا اور تم سب کو سولی پر چڑھا دوں گا
50	قَالُوا لَا ضَيْرَ ۖ إِنَّا إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ
Transliteration 50:	Qaloo la dayra inna ila rabbina munqaliboona
Yusuf Ali 50:	They said: "No matter! for us, we shall but return to our Lord!
Shakir 50:	They said: No harm; surely to our Lord we go back;
Pickthal 50:	They said: It is no hurt, for lo! unto our Lord we shall return.
Mohsin Khan: 50:	They said: "No harm! Surely, to our Lord (Allah) we are to return.
French 50:	Ils disent: ‹Il n'y a pas de mal! Car c'est vers notre Seigneur que nous retournerons.
Spanish 50:	Dijeron: "¡No importa! ¡Nos volvemos a nuestro Señor!
