51	وَنَبِّئْهُمْ عَن ضَيْفِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
Transliteration 51:	Wanabbihum AAan dayfi ibraheema
Yusuf Ali 51:	Tell them about the guests of Abraham.
Shakir 51:	And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim:
Pickthal 51:	And tell them of Abraham's guests,
Mohsin Khan: 51:	And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham).
French 51:	Et informe-les au sujet des hòtes d'Abraham
Spanish 51:	Infórmales de lo que pasó con los huéspedes de Abraham,
Indonesian 51:	Dan kabarkanlah kepada mereka tentang tamu-tamu Ibrahim .
Melayu 51:	Dan khabarkanlah kepada mereka perihal tetamu Nabi Ibrahim.
German 51:	Und verkünde ihnen von den Gästen Abrahams,
Russian 51:	Сообщи им также о гостях Ибрахима (Авраама).
Bosnian 51:	I obavijesti ih o gostima Ibrahimovim -
Urdu 51:	اور انہیں ابراھیم کے مہمانوں کا حال سنا دو
52	إِذْ دَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا سَلَامًا قَالَ إِنَّا مِنكُمْ وَجِلُونَ
Transliteration 52:	Ith dakhaloo AAalayhi faqaloo salaman qala inna minkum wajiloona
Yusuf Ali 52:	When they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you!"
Shakir 52:	When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you.
Pickthal 52:	(How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you.
Mohsin Khan: 52:	When they entered unto him, and said: Salam (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you."
French 52:	Quand ils entrèrent chez lui et dirent: ‹Salam› - Il dit: ‹Nous avons peur de vous›.
Spanish 52:	cuando, entrados en donde él estaba, dijeron: "¡Paz!" Dijo: "¡Nos dais miedo!"
Indonesian 52:	Ketika mereka masuk ke tempatnya, lalu mereka mengucapkan: "Salaam". Berkata Ibrahim: "Sesungguhnya kami merasa takut kepadamu".
Melayu 52:	Ketika mereka masuk mendapatkannya lalu memberi salam dengan berkata: Selamat sejahtera kepadamu! Dia berkata: Sesungguhnya kami berasa takut kepada kamu.
German 52:	"als sie bei ihm eintraten und sprachen: ""Friede!"", und er sagte: ""Wir haben Angst vor euch.""
Russian 52:	Они вошли к нему и сказали: «Мир!» Он сказал: «Воистину, мы опасаемся вас».
Bosnian 52:	kada su mu ušli i rekli: "Mir!” - on je rekao: "Mi smo se vas uplašili."
Urdu 52:	جب اس کے گھر میں داخل ہوئے اور کہا سلام اس نے کہا بے شک ہمیں تم سے ڈر معلوم ہوتا ہے
53	قَالُوا لَا تَوْجَلْ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَامٍ عَلِيمٍ
Transliteration 53:	Qaloo la tawjal inna nubashshiruka bighulamin AAaleemin
Yusuf Ali 53:	They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom."
Shakir 53:	They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge.
Pickthal 53:	They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom.
Mohsin Khan: 53:	They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom."
French 53:	Ils dirent: ‹N'aie pas peur! Nous t'annonçons une bonne nouvelle, [la naissance] d'un garçon plein de savoir›.
Spanish 53:	"¡No tengas miedo!", dijeron. "Te anunciamos la buena noticia de un muchacho lleno de ciencia".
Indonesian 53:	Mereka berkata: "Janganlah kamu merasa takut, sesungguhnya kami memberi kabar gembira kepadamu dengan (kelahiran seorang) anak laki-laki (yang akan menjadi) orang yang alim".
Melayu 53:	Mereka menjawab: Janganlah engkau takut, sebenarnya kami hendak menggembirakanmu dengan berita bahawa engkau akan beroleh seorang anak lelaki yang bakal menjadi seorang yang berilmu.
German 53:	""Sie sprachen: ""Fürchte dich nicht, wir bringen dir frohe Kunde von einem hochbegabten Knaben.""
Russian 53:	Они сказали: «Не бойся! Воистину, мы принесли тебе благую весть об умном мальчике».
Bosnian 53:	"Ne plaši se!” - rekoše - "donosimo ti radosnu vijest, učena sina ćeš imati."
Urdu 53:	کہا ڈرو مت بے شک ہم تمہیں ایک دن لڑکے کی خوشخبری سناتے ہیں
54	قَالَ أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِي عَلَىٰ أَن مَّسَّنِيَ الْكِبَرُ فَبِمَ تُبَشِّرُونَ
Transliteration 54:	Qala abashshartumoonee AAala an massaniya alkibaru fabima tubashshirooni
Yusuf Ali 54:	He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?"
Shakir 54:	He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news!
Pickthal 54:	He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings?
Mohsin Khan: 54:	[Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?"
French 54:	Il dit: ‹M'annoncez-vous [cette nouvelle] alors que la vieillesse m'a touché? Que m'annoncez-vous donc?›
Spanish 54:	Dijo: "¿Me anunciáis buenas noticias, a pesar de mi avanzada edad? Y ¿qué es lo que me anunciáis?"
Indonesian 54:	Berkata Ibrahim: "Apakah kamu memberi kabar gembira kepadaku padahal usiaku telah lanjut, maka dengan cara bagaimanakah (terlaksananya) berita gembira yang kamu kabarkan ini?"
Melayu 54:	Nabi Ibrahim berkata: Betulkah kamu menggembirakan daku (dengan berita yang demikian), padahal aku telah tua; maka dengan jalan apakah kamu menggembirakan daku?
German 54:	""Er sagte: ""Bringt ihr mir die frohe Kunde ungeachtet dessen, daß ich vom Alter getroffen bin? Welche frohe Kunde bringt ihr denn?""
Russian 54:	Он сказал: «Неужели вы сообщаете мне такую благую весть, когда старость уже одолела меня? Чем же вы меня радуете?»
Bosnian 54:	"Zar mi donosite radosnu vijest sada kad me je starost ophrvala?" - reče on - "čime me radujete?"
Urdu 54:	کہا مجھے اب بڑھاپے میں خوشخبری سناتے ہو سو کس چیز کی خوشخبری سناتے ہو
55	قَالُوا بَشَّرْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ الْقَانِطِينَ
Transliteration 55:	Qaloo bashsharnaka bialhaqqi fala takun mina alqaniteena
Yusuf Ali 55:	They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!"
Shakir 55:	They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing.
Pickthal 55:	They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing.
Mohsin Khan: 55:	They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing."
French 55:	- Ils dirent: ‹Nous t'annonçons la vérité. Ne sois donc pas de ceux qui désespèrent›.
Spanish 55:	Dijeron: "Te anunciamos la buena noticia de la Verdad. ¡No te desesperes!"
Indonesian 55:	Mereka menjawab: "Kami menyampaikan kabar gembira kepadamu dengan benar, maka janganlah kamu termasuk orang-orang yang berputus asa".
Melayu 55:	Mereka menjawab: Kami menggembirakanmu dengan jalan yang sungguh benar; oleh itu janganlah engkau menjadi dari orang-orang yang berputus asa.
German 55:	""Sie sprachen: ""Wir haben dir die frohe Kunde wahrheitsgemäß überbracht; sei darum nicht einer derjenigen, die die Hoffnung aufgeben.""
Russian 55:	Они сказали: «Мы сообщаем тебе правдивую весть, и не будь в числе отчаявшихся».
Bosnian 55:	"Donosimo ti radosnu vijest koja će se doista obistiniti" - rekoše oni -, "zato nadu ne gubi!"
Urdu 55:	انہوں نے کہا ہم نے تمہیں بھی سچی خوشخبری سنائی ہے سو تو نا امید نہ ہو
56	قَالَ وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلَّا الضَّالُّونَ
Transliteration 56:	Qala waman yaqnatu min rahmati rabbihi illa alddalloona
Yusuf Ali 56:	He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?"
Shakir 56:	He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones?
Pickthal 56:	He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray?
Mohsin Khan: 56:	[Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?"
French 56:	- Il dit: ‹Et qui désespère de la miséricorde de son Seigneur, sinon les égarés?›
Spanish 56:	Dijo: "Y quién podría desesperar de la misericordia de su Señor, sino los extraviados!?"
Indonesian 56:	Ibrahim berkata: "Tidak ada orang yang berputus asa dari rahmat Tuhannya, kecuali orang-orang yang sesat".
Melayu 56:	Nabi Ibrahim berkata: Dan tiadalah sesiapa yang berputus asa dari rahmat Tuhannya melainkan orang-orang yang sesat.
German 56:	""Er sagte: ""Und wer außer den Verirrten zweifelt an der Barmherzigkeit seines Herrn?""
Russian 56:	Он сказал: «Кто же отчаивается в милости своего Господа, кроме заблудших?!»
Bosnian 56:	"Nadu u milost Gospodara svoga mogu gubiti samo oni koji su zabludjeli" - reče on
Urdu 56:	کہا اپنے رب کی رحمت سے نا امید تو گمراہ لوگ ہی ہوا کرتے ہیں
57	قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْمُرْسَلُونَ
Transliteration 57:	Qala fama khatbukum ayyuha almursaloona
Yusuf Ali 57:	Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah.?"
Shakir 57:	He said: What is your business then, O messengers?
Pickthal 57:	He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)?
Mohsin Khan: 57:	[Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?"
French 57:	Et il [leur] dit: ‹Que voulez-vous, ò envoyés d'Allah?
Spanish 57:	Dijo: "¿Qué es lo que os trae, ¡enviados!?"
Indonesian 57:	Berkata (pula) Ibrahim: "Apakah urusanmu yang penting (selain itu), hai para utusan?"
Melayu 57:	Nabi Ibrahim bertanya pula: Apa hal kamu wahai utusan Tuhan?
German 57:	""Er sagte: ""Was ist euer Auftrag, ihr Boten?""
Russian 57:	Он сказал: «Какова же ваша миссия, о посланцы?»
Bosnian 57:	i upita: "A šta vi hoćete, o izaslanici?"
Urdu 57:	کہا اے فرشتو! پھر تمہارا کیا مقصد ہے
58	قَالُوا إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ
Transliteration 58:	Qaloo inna orsilna ila qawmin mujrimeena
Yusuf Ali 58:	They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin,
Shakir 58:	They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people,
Pickthal 58:	They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk,
Mohsin Khan: 58:	They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners).
French 58:	- Ils dirent: ‹En vérité, nous sommes envoyés à des gens criminels,
Spanish 58:	Dijeron: "Se nos ha enviado a un pueblo pecador.
Indonesian 58:	Mereka menjawab: "Kami sesungguhnya diutus kepada kaum yang berdosa,
Melayu 58:	Mereka menjawab: Kami diutus kepada suatu kaum yang berdosa (untuk membinasakan mereka).
German 58:	""Sie sprachen: ""Wir sind zu einem schuldigen Volk entsandt worden,
Russian 58:	Они сказали: «Мы посланы к грешным людям.
Bosnian 58:	"Mi smo poslani narodu navjerničkom" - rekoše -
Urdu 58:	انہوں نے کہا ہم ایک نافرمان قوم کی طرف بھیجے گئے ہیں
59	إِلَّا آلَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Transliteration 59:	Illa ala lootin inna lamunajjoohum ajmaAAeena
Yusuf Ali 59:	"Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All -
Shakir 59:	Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all,
Pickthal 59:	(All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one,
Mohsin Khan: 59:	"(All) except the family of Lut (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction).
French 59:	à l'exception de la famille de Lot que nous sauverons tous
Spanish 59:	No incluimos a la familia de Lot, a los que salvaremos, a todos.
Indonesian 59:	kecuali Luth beserta pengikut-pengikutnya. Sesungguhnya Kami akan menyelamatkan mereka semuanya,
Melayu 59:	Melainkan keluarga Nabi Lut; sesungguhnya kami akan menyelamatkan mereka semuanya, -
German 59:	"ausgenommen die Anhänger Lots, die wir alle erretten sollen,
Russian 59:	И только семью Лута (Лота) мы спасем целиком,
Bosnian 59:	"samo ćemo svu Lutovu čeljad spasiti,
Urdu 59:	مگر لوط کے گھر والے کہ ہم ان سب کو بچا لیں گے
60	إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ قَدَّرْنَا ۙ إِنَّهَا لَمِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
Transliteration 60:	Illa imraatahu qaddarna innaha lamina alghabireena
Yusuf Ali 60:	"Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind."
Shakir 60:	Except his wife; We ordained that she shall surely be of those who remain behind.
Pickthal 60:	Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind.
Mohsin Khan: 60:	"Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)."
French 60:	sauf sa femme. ‹Nous (Allah) avions déterminé qu'elle sera du nombre des exterminés.
Spanish 60:	salvo a su mujer". Determinamos: sería de los que se rezagaran.
Indonesian 60:	kecuali isterinya, Kami telah menentukan, bahwa sesungguhnya ia itu termasuk orang-orang yang tertinggal (bersama-sama dengan orang kafir lainnya)".
Melayu 60:	Kecuali isterinya; kami telah tentukan (menurut keputusan Tuhan) sesungguhnya dia dari orang-orang yang tinggal (menerima kebinasaan).
German 60:	"bis auf seine Frau. Wir bestimmten, daß sie unter denen sein wird, die zurückbleiben.""
Russian 60:	кроме его жены. Мы решили, что она останется позади».
Bosnian 60:	osim žene njegove, ona će, odlučili smo, sa ostalima kaznu iskusiti."
Urdu 60:	مگر اس کی بیوی ہم نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ وہ پیچھے رہنے والو ں میں سے ہے
61	فَلَمَّا جَاءَ آلَ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
Transliteration 61:	Falamma jaa ala lootin almursaloona
Yusuf Ali 61:	At length when the messengers arrived among the adherents of Lut,
Shakir 61:	So when the messengers came to Lut's followers,
Pickthal 61:	And when the messengers came unto the family of Lot,
Mohsin Khan: 61:	Then, when the Messengers (the angels) came unto the family of Lut (Lot).
French 61:	Puis lorsque les envoyés vinrent auprès de la famille de Lot
Spanish 61:	Cuando los enviados llegaron a la familia de Lot,
Indonesian 61:	Maka tatkala para utusan itu datang kepada kaum Luth, beserta pengikut-pengikutnya,
Melayu 61:	Maka apabila (malaikat-malaikat) utusan itu datang kepada kaum Nabi Lut,
German 61:	"Als die Boten zu den Anhängern Lots kamen,
Russian 61:	Когда посланцы пришли к Луту (Лоту),
Bosnian 61:	I kad izaslanici dođoše Lutu,
Urdu 61:	پھر جب لوط کے گھر فرشتے پہنچے
62	قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ
Transliteration 62:	Qala innakum qawmun munkaroona
Yusuf Ali 62:	He said: "Ye appear to be uncommon folk."
Shakir 62:	He said: Surely you are an unknown people.
Pickthal 62:	He said: Lo! ye are folk unknown (to me).
Mohsin Khan: 62:	He said: "Verily! You are people unknown to me."
French 62:	celui-ci dit: ‹Vous êtes [pour moi] des gens inconnus›.
Spanish 62:	dijo: "Sois gente desconocida".
Indonesian 62:	ia berkata: "Sesungguhnya kamu adalah orang-orang yang tidak dikenal".
Melayu 62:	Nabi Lut berkata: Sesungguhnya kamu suatu kaum yang tidak dikenali (serta tidak diketahui baiknya kedatangan kamu).
German 62:	"da sagte er: ""Wahrlich, ihr seid (uns) unbekannte Leute.""
Russian 62:	он сказал: «Воистину, вы – люди незнакомые».
Bosnian 62:	on reče: "Vi ste, doista, ljudi neznani!”
Urdu 62:	کہا بے شک تم اجنبی لوگ ہو
63	قَالُوا بَلْ جِئْنَاكَ بِمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ
Transliteration 63:	Qaloo bal jinaka bima kanoo feehi yamtaroona
Yusuf Ali 63:	They said: "Yea, we have come to thee to accomplish that of which they doubt.
Shakir 63:	They said: Nay, we have come to you with that about which they disputed.
Pickthal 63:	They said: Nay, but we bring thee that concerning which they keep disputing,
Mohsin Khan: 63:	They said: "Nay, we have come to you with that (torment) which they have been doubting.
French 63:	- Ils dirent: ‹Nous sommes plutòt venus à toi en apportant (le châtiment) à propos duquel ils doutaient.
Spanish 63:	Dijeron: "¡No, sino que te traemos aquello de que han dudado!
Indonesian 63:	Para utusan menjawab: "Sebenarnya kami ini datang kepadamu dengan membawa azab yang selalu mereka dustakan.
Melayu 63:	Mereka menjawab: (Kedatangan kami bukan untuk mendukacitakanmu) bahkan kami datang kepadamu untuk membawa azab yang mereka ragu-ragukan kebenarannya.
German 63:	""Sie sprachen: ""Nein, aber wir sind mit dem zu dir gekommen, woran sie zweifelten.
Russian 63:	Они сказали: «Но мы явились к тебе с тем, в чем они сомневались.
Bosnian 63:	"Ne! - rekoše oni. "Donosimo ti ono u što ovi stalno sumnjaju,
Urdu 63:	انہوں نے کہا بلکہ ہم تیرے پاس وہ چیز لے کر آئے ہیں جس میں وہ جھگڑتے تھے
64	وَأَتَيْنَاكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّا لَصَادِقُونَ
Transliteration 64:	Waataynaka bialhaqqi wainna lasadiqoona
Yusuf Ali 64:	"We have brought to thee that which is inevitably due, and assuredly we tell the truth.
Shakir 64:	And we have come to you with the truth, and we are most surely truthful.
Pickthal 64:	And bring thee the Truth, and lo! we are truth-tellers.
Mohsin Khan: 64:	"And we have brought you the truth (the news of the destruction of your nation) and certainly, we tell the truth.
French 64:	Et nous venons à toi avec la vérité. Et nous sommes véridiques.
Spanish 64:	Te traemos la Verdad. ¡Sí, es como decimos!
Indonesian 64:	Dan kami datang kepadamu membawa kebenaran dan sesungguhnya kami betul-betul orang-orang benar.
Melayu 64:	Juga membawa kepadamu perkara yang benar (tentang kebinasaan mereka) dan sesungguhnya kami adalah orang-orang yang benar.
German 64:	"Und wir sind mit der Gerechtigkeit zu dir gekommen, und gewiß, wir sind wahrhaftig.
Russian 64:	Мы принесли тебе истину, и мы говорим правду.
Bosnian 64:	donosimo ti ono što će se, sigurno, dogoditi, a mi, zaista, istinu govorimo.
Urdu 64:	او رہم تیرے پاس پکی بات لائے ہیں اوربے شک ہم سچ کہتے ہیں
65	فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ وَاتَّبِعْ أَدْبَارَهُمْ وَلَا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ وَامْضُوا حَيْثُ تُؤْمَرُونَ
Transliteration 65:	Faasri biahlika biqitAAin mina allayli waittabiAA adbarahum wala yaltafit minkum ahadun waimdoo haythu tumaroona
Yusuf Ali 65:	"Then travel by night with thy household, when a portion of the night (yet remains), and do thou bring up the rear: let no one amongst you look back, but pass on whither ye are ordered."
Shakir 65:	Therefore go forth with your followers in a part of the night and yourself follow their rear, and let not any one of you turn round, and go forth whither you are commanded.
Pickthal 65:	So travel with thy household in a portion of the night, and follow thou their backs. Let none of you turn round, but go whither ye are commanded.
Mohsin Khan: 65:	"Then travel in a part of the night with your family, and you go behind them in the rear, and let no one amongst you look back, but go on to where you are ordered."
French 65:	Pars donc avec ta famille en fin de nuit et suis leurs arrières; et que nul d'entre vous ne se retourne. Et allez là où on vous le commande›.
Spanish 65:	¡Ponte en camino con tu familia, durante la noche! ¡Ve el último y que ninguno de vosotros se vuelva! ¡Id a donde se os ordena!"
Indonesian 65:	Maka pergilah kamu di akhir malam dengan membawa keluargamu, dan ikutilah mereka dari belakang dan janganlah seorangpun di antara kamu menoleh ke belakang dan teruskanlah perjalanan ke tempat yang diperintahkan kepadamu".
Melayu 65:	Oleh itu, bawalah pergi keluargamu pada waktu malam serta ikutlah di belakang mereka dan janganlah seseorang pun di antara kamu berpaling (ke belakang); serta pergilah terus ke arah yang diperintahkan kamu menujunya.
German 65:	"So mache dich mit den Deinen in einer nächtlichen Stunde fort und ziehe hinter ihnen her. Und keiner von euch soll sich umwenden, sondern geht, wohin euch befohlen werden wird.""
Russian 65:	Среди ночи выведи свою семью и сам иди вслед за ними. И пусть никто из вас не оборачивается. Ступайте туда, куда вам приказано».
Bosnian 65:	Izvedi čeljad svoju u gluho doba noći, a ti budi na začelju njihovu, i neka se niko od vas ne osvrće, već produžite u pravcu kuda vam se naređuje!"
Urdu 65:	پس تم اپنے گھر والوں کو کچھ رات رہے لے نکلو اور تو ان کے پیچھے چل اور تم میں سے کوئی مڑ کر نہ دیکھے اور چلے جاؤ جہاں تمہیں حکم ہے
66	وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ الْأَمْرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ مَقْطُوعٌ مُّصْبِحِينَ
Transliteration 66:	Waqadayna ilayhi thalika alamra anna dabira haolai maqtooAAun musbiheena
Yusuf Ali 66:	And We made known this decree to him, that the last remnants of those (sinners) should be cut off by the morning.
Shakir 66:	And We revealed to him this decree, that the roots of these shall be cut off in the morning.
Pickthal 66:	And We made plain the case to him, that the root of them (who did wrong) was to be cut at early morn.
Mohsin Khan: 66:	And We made known this decree to him, that the root of those (sinners) was to be cut off in the early morning.
French 66:	Et Nous lui annonçâmes cet ordre: que ces gens-là, au matin, seront anéantis jusqu'au dernier.
Spanish 66:	Y decidimos respecto a él este asunto: iban a amanecer todos ellos, hasta el último, despedazados.
Indonesian 66:	Dan telah Kami wahyukan kepadanya (Luth) perkara itu, yaitu bahwa mereka akan ditumpas habis di waktu subuh.
Melayu 66:	Dan Kami wahyukan kepadanya tentang kesudahan perkara itu; iaitu mereka akan dibinasakan pada waktu pagi, sehingga mereka punah ranah dan terputus keturunannya.
German 66:	"Und Wir verkündeten ihm in dieser Angelegenheit, daß die Wurzel jener (Leute) am Morgen ausgerottet werden sollte.
Russian 66:	Мы объявили ему приговор о том, что к утру все они будут уничтожены.
Bosnian 66:	I Mi smo mu objavili ono što će se zbiti: da će oni, svi do posljednjeg, u svitanje uništeni biti.
Urdu 66:	اور ہم نے لوط کو قطعی طور پر یہ بات واضح کر دی تھی کہ صبح ہوتے ہی ان کی جڑ کاٹ دی جائے گی
67	وَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
Transliteration 67:	Wajaa ahlu almadeenati yastabshiroona
Yusuf Ali 67:	The inhabitants of the city came in (mad) joy (at news of the young men).
Shakir 67:	And the people of the town came rejoicing.
Pickthal 67:	And the people of the city came, rejoicing at the news (of new arrivals).
Mohsin Khan: 67:	And the inhabitants of the city came rejoicing (at the news of the young men's arrival).
French 67:	Et les habitants de la ville (Sodome) vinrent [à lui] dans la joie.
Spanish 67:	La población de la ciudad vino, llena de alegría.
Indonesian 67:	Dan datanglah penduduk kota itu (ke rumah Luth) dengan gembira (karena) kedatangan tamu-tamu itu.
Melayu 67:	Dan (semasa kedatangan mereka) datanglah penduduk bandar itu dengan gembira.
German 67:	Und das Volk der Stadt kam voller Freude.
Russian 67:	Жители города пришли, ликуя.
Bosnian 67:	U to dođoše stanovnici grada, veseli.
Urdu 67:	اور شہر والے خوشیاں کرتے ہوئے آئے
68	قَالَ إِنَّ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ ضَيْفِي فَلَا تَفْضَحُونِ
Transliteration 68:	Qala inna haolai dayfee fala tafdahooni
Yusuf Ali 68:	Lut said: "These are my guests: disgrace me not:
Shakir 68:	He said: Surely these are my guests, therefore do not disgrace me,
Pickthal 68:	He said: Lo! they are my guests. Affront me not!
Mohsin Khan: 68:	[Lut (Lot)] said: "Verily! these are my guests, so shame me not.
French 68:	- Il dit: ‹Ceux-ci sont mes hòtes, ne me déshonorez donc pas.
Spanish 68:	Dijo: "¡Éstos son huéspedes míos! ¡No me deshonréis!
Indonesian 68:	Luth berkata: "Sesungguhnya mereka adalah tamuku; maka janganlah kamu memberi malu (kepadaku),
Melayu 68:	Nabi Lut berkata: Sesungguhnya mereka ini tetamuku, maka janganlah kamu memberi malu kepadaku.
German 68:	"Er sagte: ""Das sind meine Gäste, so tut mir keine Schande an.
Russian 68:	Он сказал им: «Это – мои гости, не позорьте же меня.
Bosnian 68:	"Ovo su gosti moji" - reče on - "pa me ne sramotite,
Urdu 68:	لوط نے کہا یہ لوگ میرے مہمان ہیں سو مجھے ذلیل نہ کرو
69	وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلَا تُخْزُونِ
Transliteration 69:	Waittaqoo Allaha wala tukhzooni
Yusuf Ali 69:	"But fear Allah, and shame me not."
Shakir 69:	And guard against (the punishment of) Allah and do not put me to shame.
Pickthal 69:	And keep your duty to Allah, and shame me not!
Mohsin Khan: 69:	"And fear Allah and disgrace me not."
French 69:	Et craignez Allah. Et ne me couvrez pas d'ignominie.
Spanish 69:	¡Temed a Alá y no me llenéis de vergüenza!"
Indonesian 69:	dan bertakwalah kepada Allah dan janganlah kamu membuat aku terhina".
Melayu 69:	Dan takutlah kamu kepada Allah serta janganlah kamu menghinakan daku.
German 69:	""Und fürchtet Allah und stürzt mich nicht in Schmach.""
Russian 69:	Побойтесь Аллаха и не унижайте меня».

Urdu 69:	اور الله سے ڈرو اور مجھے بے آبرو نہ کرو
70	قَالُوا أَوَلَمْ نَنْهَكَ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 70:	Qaloo awa lam nanhaka AAani alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 70:	They said: "Did we not forbid thee (to speak) for all and sundry?"
Shakir 70:	They said: Have we not forbidden you from (other) people?
Pickthal 70:	They said; Have we not forbidden you from (entertaining) anyone?
Mohsin Khan: 70:	They (people of the city) said: "Did we not forbid you from entertaining (or protecting) any of the 'Alamin (people, foreigners and strangers from us)?"
French 70:	Ils dirent: ‹Ne t'avions-nous pas interdit de [recevoir] du monde?›
Spanish 70:	Dijeron: "¿No te habíamos prohibido que trajeras a nadie?"
Indonesian 70:	Mereka berkata: "Dan bukankah kami telah melarangmu dari (melindungi) manusia?"
Melayu 70:	Mereka menjawab: Bukankah kami telah melarangmu jangan menerima sebarang tetamu dari orang ramai (atau memberi perlindungan kepada mereka)?
German 70:	""Sie sagten: ""Haben wir dir nicht verboten, Leute (aufzunehmen)?""
Russian 70:	Они сказали: «Разве мы не запрещали тебе укрывать людей?»
Bosnian 70:	"A zar ti nismo zabranili da ikoga primaš?" - povikaše oni.
Urdu 70:	انہوں نے کہا کیاہم نے تمہیں دنیا بھر کی حمایت سے منع نہیں کیا ہے
71	قَالَ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ بَنَاتِي إِن كُنتُمْ فَاعِلِينَ
Transliteration 71:	Qala haolai banatee in kuntum faAAileena
Yusuf Ali 71:	He said: "There are my daughters (to marry), if ye must act (so)."
Shakir 71:	He said: These are my daughters, if you will do (aught).
Pickthal 71:	He said: Here are my daughters, if ye must be doing (so).
Mohsin Khan: 71:	[Lut (Lot)] said: "These (the girls of the nation) are my daughters (to marry lawfully), if you must act (so)."
French 71:	Il dit: ‹Voici mes filles, si vous voulez faire [quelque chose]!›
Spanish 71:	Dijo: "¡Aquí tenéis a mis hijas, si es que os lo habéis propuesto...!"
Indonesian 71:	Luth berkata: "Inilah puteri-puteri (negeri) ku (kawinlah dengan mereka), jika kamu hendak berbuat (secara yang halal)".
Melayu 71:	Nabi Lut berkata: Di sini ada anak-anak perempuanku, kalaulah kamu mahu melakukan (secara halal).
German 71:	""Er sagte: ""Hier sind meine Töchter, wenn ihr etwas zu unternehmen beabsichtigt.""
Russian 71:	Он сказал: «Вот мои дочери, если вы хотите этого».
Bosnian 71:	"Ako već hoćete nešto činiti, eto kćeri mojih!" - reče on.
Urdu 71:	کہا یہ میری بیٹیاں حاضر ہیں اگر تم کرنے والے ہو
72	لَعَمْرُكَ إِنَّهُمْ لَفِي سَكْرَتِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
Transliteration 72:	LaAAamruka innahum lafee sakratihim yaAAmahoona
Yusuf Ali 72:	Verily, by thy life (O Prophet), in their wild intoxication, they wander in distraction, to and fro.
Shakir 72:	By your life! they were blindly wandering on in their intoxication.
Pickthal 72:	By thy life (O Muhammad) they moved blindly in the frenzy of approaching death.
Mohsin Khan: 72:	Verily, by your life (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم), in their wild intoxication, they were wandering blindly.
French 72:	Par ta vie! ils se confondaient dans leur délire.
Spanish 72:	¡Por tu vida!, que erraban en su ofuscación.
Indonesian 72:	(Allah berfirman): "Demi umurmu (Muhammad), sesungguhnya mereka terombang-ambing di dalam kemabukan (kesesatan)".
Melayu 72:	Demi umurmu (wahai Muhammad), sesungguhnya mereka membuta tuli dalam kemabukan maksiat mereka.
German 72:	"Wahrhaftig! Sie waren in ihrem Rausch verblendet, so daß sie umherirrten.
Russian 72:	Клянусь твоей жизнью! Они слепо блуждали, опьяненные.
Bosnian 72:	A života mi tvoga, oni su u pijanstvu svome lutali.
Urdu 72:	تیری جان کی قسم ہے وہ اپنی مستی میں اندھے ہو رہے تھے
73	فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ مُشْرِقِينَ
Transliteration 73:	Faakhathathumu alssayhatu mushriqeena
Yusuf Ali 73:	But the (mighty) Blast overtook them before morning,
Shakir 73:	So the rumbling overtook them (while) entering upon the time of sunrise;
Pickthal 73:	Then the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the sunrise.
Mohsin Khan: 73:	So As-Saihah (torment - awful cry) overtook them at the time of sunrise.
French 73:	Alors, au lever du soleil le Cri (la catastrophe) les saisit.
Spanish 73:	Y les sorprendió el Grito a la salida del sol.
Indonesian 73:	Maka mereka dibinasakan oleh suara keras yang mengguntur, ketika matahari akan terbit.
Melayu 73:	Akhirnya merekapun dibinasakan oleh letusan suara yang menggempakan bumi, ketika matahari terbit.
German 73:	Da erfaßte der Schrei sie bei Sonnenaufgang.
Russian 73:	А на восходе солнца их поразил вопль.
Bosnian 73:	I njih je zadesio strašan glas kad je Sunce izlazilo,
Urdu 73:	پھر دن نکلتے ہی انہیں ہولناک آواز نے آ لیا
74	فَجَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
Transliteration 74:	FajaAAalna AAaliyaha safilaha waamtarna AAalayhim hijaratan min sijjeelin
Yusuf Ali 74:	And We turned (the cities) upside down, and rained down on them brimstones hard as baked clay.
Shakir 74:	Thus did We turn it upside down, and rained down upon them stones of what had been decreed.
Pickthal 74:	And We utterly confounded them, and We rained upon them stones of heated clay.
Mohsin Khan: 74:	And We turned (the towns of Sodom in Palestine) upside down and rained down on them stones of baked clay.
French 74:	Et Nous renversâmes [la ville] de fond en comble et fîmes pleuvoir sur eux des pierres d'argile dure.
Spanish 74:	La volvimos de arriba abajo e hicimos llover sobre ellos piedras de arcilla.
Indonesian 74:	Maka Kami jadikan bahagian atas kota itu terbalik ke bawah dan Kami hujani mereka dengan batu dari tanah yang keras.
Melayu 74:	Maka Kami jadikan negeri kaum Lut itu tunggang-balik (tertimbus segala yang ada di muka buminya) dan kami hujani atasnya dengan batu dari tanah yang dibakar.
German 74:	Und Wir kehrten das Oberste zuunterst, und Wir ließen auf sie brennende Steine niederregnen.
Russian 74:	Мы перевернули город вверх дном и обрушили на них каменья из обожженной глины.
Bosnian 74:	i Mi smo učinili da ono što je gore bude dolje, i na njih smo kao kišu grumenje od skamenjene gline sručili -
Urdu 74:	پھر ہم نے ان بستیوں کو زیرو زبر کر دیا اور ان پر کنکر کے پتھر برسائے
75	إِنَّ فِي ذَ‌ٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ
Transliteration 75:	Inna fee thalika laayatin lilmutawassimeena
Yusuf Ali 75:	Behold! in this are Signs for those who by tokens do understand.
Shakir 75:	Surely in this are signs for those who examine.
Pickthal 75:	Lo! therein verily are portents for those who read the signs.
Mohsin Khan: 75:	Surely! In this are signs for those who see (or understand or learn the lessons from the Signs of Allah).
French 75:	Voilà vraiment des preuves, pour ceux qui savent observer!
Spanish 75:	Ciertamente, hay en ello signos para los que prestan atención.
Indonesian 75:	Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat tanda-tanda (kekuasaan Kami) bagi orang-orang yang memperhatikan tanda-tanda.
Melayu 75:	Sesungguhnya balasan azab yang demikian itu, mengandungi tanda-tanda bagi orang-orang yang kenalkan sesuatu serta memerhati dan memikirkannya.
German 75:	Wahrlich, hierin liegen Zeichen für die Einsichtigen.
Russian 75:	Воистину, в этом – знамения для зрячих.
Bosnian 75:	to su, zaista, pouke za one koji posmatraju -
Urdu 75:	بے شک اس واقعہ میں اہلِ بصیرت کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں
76	وَإِنَّهَا لَبِسَبِيلٍ مُّقِيمٍ
Transliteration 76:	Wainnaha labisabeelin muqeemin
Yusuf Ali 76:	And the (cities were) right on the high-road.
Shakir 76:	And surely it is on a road that still abides.
Pickthal 76:	And lo! it is upon a road still uneffaced.
Mohsin Khan: 76:	And verily! They (the cities) were right on the highroad (from Makkah to Syria i.e. the place where the Dead Sea is now) .
French 76:	Elle [cette ville] se trouvait sur un chemin connu de tous.
Spanish 76:	Está situada, ciertamente, en un camino que aún existe.
Indonesian 76:	Dan sesungguhnya kota itu benar-benar terletak di jalan yang masih tetap (dilalui manusia).
Melayu 76:	Dan sesungguhnya negeri kaum Lut yang telah dibinasakan itu, terletak di jalan yang tetap (dilalui orang).
German 76:	Und wahrlich, diese (Städte) lagen an einem (immer noch) vorhandenen Weg.
Russian 76:	Воистину, они жили прямо на дороге из Мекки в Сирию.
Bosnian 76:	on je pored puta, i sada postoji;
Urdu 76:	اور بے شک یہ بستیاں سیدھے راستے پر واقع ہیں
77	إِنَّ فِي ذَ‌ٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 77:	Inna fee thalika laayatan lilmumineena
Yusuf Ali 77:	Behold! in this is a sign for those who believed.
Shakir 77:	Most surely there is a sign in this for the believers.
Pickthal 77:	Lo! therein is indeed a portent for believers.
Mohsin Khan: 77:	Surely! Therein is indeed a sign for the believers.
French 77:	Voilà vraiment une exhortation pour les croyants!
Spanish 77:	Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo para los creyentes.
Indonesian 77:	Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat tanda-tanda (kekuasaan Allah) bagi orang-orang yang beriman.
Melayu 77:	Sesungguhnya keadaan yang demikian, mengandungi satu tanda yang memberi kesedaran kepada orang-orang yang beriman.
German 77:	Wahrlich, hierin ist ein Zeichen für die Gläubigen.
Russian 77:	Воистину, в этом – знамение для верующих.
Bosnian 77:	to je doista pouka za one koji vjeruju.
Urdu 77:	بے شک اس میں ایمانداروں کے لیے نشانیاں ہیں
78	وَإِن كَانَ أَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ لَظَالِمِينَ
Transliteration 78:	Wain kana ashabu alaykati lathalimeena
Yusuf Ali 78:	And the Companions of the Wood were also wrong-doers;
Shakir 78:	And the dwellers of the thicket also were most surely unjust.
Pickthal 78:	And the dwellers in the wood indeed were evil-doers.
Mohsin Khan: 78:	And the Dwellers in the Wood [i.e. the people of Madyan (Midian) to whom Prophet Shu'aib (عليه السلام) was sent by Allah), were also Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers).
French 78:	Et les habitants d'al-Aïka étaient [aussi] des injustes.
Spanish 78:	Los habitantes de la Espesura fueron, sí impíos.
Indonesian 78:	Dan sesungguhnya adalah penduduk Aikah itu benar-benar kaum yang zalim,
Melayu 78:	Dan sebenarnya penduduk kampung "Aikah" adalah orang-orang yang berlaku zalim.
German 78:	Und wahrlich, die Leute des Waldes waren gewiß Frevler.
Russian 78:	Жители Айки также были беззаконниками
Bosnian 78:	A i stanovnici Ejke su bili nevjernici,
Urdu 78:	اوربن کے لوگ بھی بدکار تھے
79	فَانتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمَا لَبِإِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ
Transliteration 79:	Faintaqamna minhum wainnahuma labiimamin mubeenin
Yusuf Ali 79:	So We exacted retribution from them. They were both on an open highway, plain to see.
Shakir 79:	So We inflicted retribution on them, and they are both, indeed, on an open road (still) pursued.
Pickthal 79:	So we took vengeance on them; and lo! they both are on a high-road plain to see.
Mohsin Khan: 79:	So, We took vengeance on them. They are both on an open highway, plain to see.
French 79:	Nous Nous sommes donc vengés d'eux. Et ces deux [cités], vraiment, sont sur une route bien évidente [que vous connaissez].
Spanish 79:	y nos vengamos de ellos. Los dos casos son típicos y claros.
Indonesian 79:	maka Kami membinasakan mereka. Dan sesungguhnya kedua kota itu benar-benar terletak di jalan umum yang terang.
Melayu 79:	Maka Kami membalas kezaliman mereka itu dengan azab yang membinasakan dan sesungguhnya kedua-duanya itu terletak di jalan yang terang (yang masih dilalui orang).
German 79:	Und Wir rächten Uns an ihnen. Und beide liegen als eine erkennbare Mahnung da.
Russian 79:	Мы отомстили им. Воистину, оба эти поселения находились на ясной дороге.
Bosnian 79:	pa smo ih kaznili, i oba su pored puta vidljivi.
Urdu 79:	پھر ہم نےان سےبھی بدلہ لیا اور یہ دونوں بستیاں کھلے راستہ پر واقع ہیں
80	وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أَصْحَابُ الْحِجْرِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
Transliteration 80:	Walaqad kaththaba ashabu alhijri almursaleena
Yusuf Ali 80:	The Companions of the Rocky Tract also rejected the apostles:
Shakir 80:	And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the messengers;
Pickthal 80:	And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers.
Mohsin Khan: 80:	And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers.
French 80:	Certes, les gens d'al-Hijr ont traité de menteurs les messagers.
Spanish 80:	Los habitantes de al-Hichr desmintieron a los enviados.
Indonesian 80:	Dan sesungguhnya penduduk-penduduk kota Al Hijr telah mendustakan rasul-rasul.
Melayu 80:	Dan demi sesungguhnya penduduk "Al-Hijr" telah mendustakan Rasul-rasul.
German 80:	Auch das Volk von Al-Hidschr hielt die Gesandten für Lügner.
Russian 80:	Жители Хиджра тоже сочли лжецами посланников.
Bosnian 80:	I stanovnici Hidžra su poslanike lažnim smatrali,
Urdu 80:	او ربے شک حجر والوں نے رسولوں کو جھٹلایا تھا
81	وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ آيَاتِنَا فَكَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
Transliteration 81:	Waataynahum ayatina fakanoo AAanha muAArideena
Yusuf Ali 81:	We sent them Our Signs, but they persisted in turning away from them.
Shakir 81:	And We gave them Our communications, but they turned aside from them;
Pickthal 81:	And we gave them Our revelations, but they were averse to them.
Mohsin Khan: 81:	And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them.
French 81:	Nous leur avons montré Nos miracles, mais ils s'en étaient détournés.
Spanish 81:	Les trajimos Nuestros signos y se apartaron de ellos.
Indonesian 81:	dan Kami telah mendatangkan kepada mereka tanda-tanda (kekuasaan) Kami, tetapi mereka selalu berpaling daripadanya,
Melayu 81:	Dan Kami telah berikan kepada mereka tanda-tanda (yang membuktikan kebenaran agama dan Rasul Kami); dalam pada itu, mereka terus juga berpaling (mengingkarinya).
German 81:	Und Wir gaben (ihnen) Unsere Zeichen, sie aber wandten sich von ihnen ab.
Russian 81:	Мы даровали им Наши знамения, но они отвернулись от них.
Bosnian 81:	a Mi smo im dokaze Naše bili dali, ali su oni od njih glave okrenuli.
Urdu 81:	اور ہم نے انہیں اپنی نشانیاں بھی دی تھیں پر وہ ان سے روگردانی کرتے تھے
82	وَكَانُوا يَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا آمِنِينَ
Transliteration 82:	Wakanoo yanhitoona mina aljibali buyootan amineena
Yusuf Ali 82:	Out of the mountains did they hew (their) edifices, (feeling themselves) secure.
Shakir 82:	And they hewed houses in the mountains in security.
Pickthal 82:	And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure.
Mohsin Khan: 82:	And they used to hew out dwellings from the mountains (feeling themselves) secure.
French 82:	Et ils taillaient des maisons dans leur montagnes, vivant en sécurité.
Spanish 82:	Excavaban, tranquilos, casas en las montañas.
Indonesian 82:	dan mereka memahat rumah-rumah dari gunung-gunung batu (yang didiami) dengan aman.
Melayu 82:	Dan mereka memahat sebahagian dari gunung-ganang, sebagai tempat tinggal dengan keadaan aman (dari sesuatu bahaya).
German 82:	Und sie pflegten sich Wohnungen zur Sicherheit in die Berge einzuhauen.
Russian 82:	Они высекали в горах безопасные жилища.
Bosnian 82:	Oni su kuće u brdima klesali, vjerujući da su sigurni,
Urdu 82:	او وہ لوگ پہاڑوں کو تراش کر گھر بناتے تھے کہ امن میں رہیں
83	فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ مُصْبِحِينَ
Transliteration 83:	Faakhathathumu alssayhatu musbiheena
Yusuf Ali 83:	But the (mighty) Blast seized them of a morning,
Shakir 83:	So the rumbling overtook them in the morning;
Pickthal 83:	But the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the morning hour,
Mohsin Khan: 83:	But As-Saihah (torment - awful cry) overtook them in the early morning (of the fourth day of their promised punishment days).
French 83:	Puis, au matin, le Cri les saisit.
Spanish 83:	Les sorprendió el Grito por la mañana

84	فَمَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
Transliteration 84:	Fama aghna AAanhum ma kanoo yaksiboona
Yusuf Ali 84:	And of no avail to them was all that they did (with such art and care)!
Shakir 84:	And what they earned did not avail them.
Pickthal 84:	And that which they were wont to count as gain availed them not.
Mohsin Khan: 84:	And all that they used to earn availed them not.
French 84:	Ce qu'ils avaient acquis ne leur a donc point profité.
Spanish 84:	y sus posesiones no les sirvieron de nada.
Indonesian 84:	maka tak dapat menolong mereka, apa yang telah mereka usahakan.

85	وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ ۗ وَإِنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَآتِيَةٌ ۖ فَاصْفَحِ الصَّفْحَ الْجَمِيلَ
Transliteration 85:	Wama khalaqna alssamawati waalarda wama baynahuma illa bialhaqqi wainna alssaAAata laatiyatun faisfahi alssafha aljameela
Yusuf Ali 85:	We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends. And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest). So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness.
Shakir 85:	And We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them two but in truth; and the hour is most surely coming, so turn away with kindly forgiveness.
Pickthal 85:	We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with truth, and lo! the Hour is surely coming. So forgive, (O Muhammad), with a gracious forgiveness.
Mohsin Khan: 85:	And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and the Hour is surely coming, so overlook (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) their faults with gracious forgiveness. [This was before the ordainment of Jihad - holy fighting in Allah's cause].
French 85:	Et Nous n'avons créé les cieux et la terre, et ce qui est entre eux, que pour une juste raison. Et l'Heure [sans aucun doute] arrivera! Pardonne-[leur] donc d'un beau pardon.
Spanish 85:	No hemos creado sino con un fin los cielos, la tierra y lo que entre ellos hay. ¡Sí, la Hora llega! ¡Perdona, pues, generosamente!
Indonesian 85:	Dan tidaklah Kami ciptakan langit dan bumi dan apa yang ada di antara keduanya, melainkan dengan benar. Dan sesungguhnya saat (kiamat) itu pasti akan datang, maka ma'afkanlah (mereka) dengan cara yang baik.
Melayu 85:	Dan (ingatlah) tiadalah Kami mencipta langit dan bumi serta segala yang ada di antara keduanya itu, melainkan dengan cara yang sungguh layak dan berhikmat; dan sesungguhnya hari kiamat itu tetap akan datang; oleh itu biarkanlah (golongan kafir yang mendustakanmu itu wahai Muhammad) serta layanlah mereka dengan cara yang elok.
German 85:	Wir erschufen die Himmel und die Erde und das, was zwischen beiden ist, nicht anders als in gerechter (und sinnvoller) Ubereinstimmung; und die Stunde kommt gewiß. Darum übe Vergebung in schöner Weise.
Russian 85:	Мы сотворили небеса, землю и все, что между ними, только ради истины. Час непременно настанет. Посему прощай их красиво.
Bosnian 85:	Mi smo nebesa i Zemlju i ono što je između njih mudro stvorili. Čas oživljenja će zacijelo doći, zato ti velikodušno oprosti,
Urdu 85:	اور ہم نے آسمانوں اور زمین اور ان کی درمیانی چیزوں کو بغیر حکمت کے پیدا نہیں کیا اور قیامت ضرور آنے والی ہے پر تو ان سے خوش خلقی کے ساتھ کنارہ کر
86	إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ الْخَلَّاقُ الْعَلِيمُ
Transliteration 86:	Inna rabbaka huwa alkhallaqu alAAaleemu
Yusuf Ali 86:	For verily it is thy Lord who is the Master-Creator, knowing all things.
Shakir 86:	Surely your Lord is the Creator of all things, the Knowing.
Pickthal 86:	Lo! Thy Lord! He is the All-Wise Creator.
Mohsin Khan: 86:	Verily, your Lord is the All-Knowing Creator.
French 86:	Ton Seigneur, c'est Lui vraiment le grand Créateur, l'Omniscient.

87	وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَاكَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ الْمَثَانِي وَالْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِيمَ
Transliteration 87:	Walaqad ataynaka sabAAan mina almathanee waalqurana alAAatheema
Yusuf Ali 87:	And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an.
Shakir 87:	And certainly We have given you seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the grand Quran.
Pickthal 87:	We have given thee seven of the oft-repeated (verses) and the great Qur'an.
Mohsin Khan: 87:	And indeed, We have bestowed upon you seven of Al-Mathani (seven repeatedly recited Verses), (i.e. Surat Al-Fatihah) and the Grand Qur'an.

88	لَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَىٰ مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَاجًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 88:	La tamuddanna AAaynayka ila ma mattaAAna bihi azwajan minhum wala tahzan AAalayhim waikhfid janahaka lilmumineena
Yusuf Ali 88:	Strain not thine eyes. (Wistfully) at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them, nor grieve over them: but lower thy wing (in gentleness) to the believers.
Shakir 88:	Do not strain your eyes after what We have given certain classes of them to enjoy, and do not grieve for them, and make yourself gentle to the believers.
Pickthal 88:	Strain not thine eyes toward that which We cause some wedded pairs among them to enjoin, and be not grieved on their account, and lower thy wing (in tenderness) for the believers.
Mohsin Khan: 88:	Look not with your eyes ambitiously at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them (the disbelievers), nor grieve over them. And lower your wings for the believers (be courteous to the fellow-believers).
French 88:	Ne regarde surtout pas avec envie les choses dont Nous avons donné jouissance temporaire à certains couples d'entre eux, ne t'afflige pas à leur sujet et abaisse ton aile pour les croyants.
Spanish 88:	¡No codicies los goces efímeros que hemos concedido a algunos de ellos y no estés triste por ellos! Y ¡sé benévolo con los creyentes!
Indonesian 88:	Janganlah sekali-kali kamu menujukan pandanganmu kepada keni'matan hidup yang telah Kami berikan kepada beberapa golongan di antara mereka (orang-orang kafir itu), dan janganlah kamu bersedih hati terhadap mereka dan berendah dirilah kamu terhadap orang-orang yang beriman.
Melayu 88:	Janganlah engkau menujukan pandanganmu (serta menaruh hati) kepada nikmat kesenangan yang kami berikan kepada beberapa golongan di antara mereka (yang kafir itu) dan janganlah engkau merasa dukacita terhadap mereka (kerana mereka tidak beriman dan tidak dapat menguatkan Islam sebagaimana yang engkau harapkan); dan sebaliknya hendaklah engkau merendah diri kepada orang-orang yang beriman (sekalipun mereka dari golongan fakir miskin).
German 88:	Und laß deine Augen nicht auf das abschweifen, was Wir manchen von ihnen zu kurzer Nutznießung verliehen haben, und sei auch nicht traurig ihretwegen; und senke deinen Flügel auf die Gläubigen.
Russian 88:	Не заглядывайся на блага, которыми Мы наделили некоторых из них, и не печалься о них. Опусти свои крылья перед верующими (будь добр и милосерден к ним)
Bosnian 88:	Ne pružaj poglede svoje na ono što Mi dajemo na uživanje nekim od njih i ne budi tužan zbog njih, a prema vjernicima blag budi
Urdu 88:	اور تو اپنی آنکھ اٹھا کر بھی ان چیزوں کو نہ دیکھ جو ہم نے مختلف قسم کے کافروں کو استعمال کے لیے دے رکھی ہیں اور ان پر غم نہ کر اور اپنے بازو ایمان والوں کے لیے جھکا دے
89	وَقُلْ إِنِّي أَنَا النَّذِيرُ الْمُبِينُ
Transliteration 89:	Waqul innee ana alnnatheeru almubeenu
Yusuf Ali 89:	And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"-
Shakir 89:	And say: Surely I am the plain warner.
Pickthal 89:	And say: Lo! I, even I, am a plain warner,
Mohsin Khan: 89:	And say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم): "I am indeed a plain warner."
French 89:	Et dis: ‹Je suis l'avertisseur évident› (d'un châtiment),
Spanish 89:	Di: "¡Soy el monitor que habla claro!"

Transliteration 90:	Kama anzalna AAala almuqtasimeena
Yusuf Ali 90:	(Of just such wrath) as We sent down on those who divided (Scripture into arbitrary parts),-
Shakir 90:	Like as We sent down on the dividers
Pickthal 90:	Such as We send down for those who make division,
Mohsin Khan: 90:	As We have sent down on the dividers, (Quraish pagans or Jews and Christians).

Yusuf Ali 91:	(So also on such) as have made Qur'an into shreds (as they please).
Shakir 91:	Those who made the Quran into shreds.
Pickthal 91:	Those who break the Qur'an into parts.
Mohsin Khan: 91:	Who have made the Qur'an into parts. (i.e. believed in one part and disbelieved in the other). [Tafsir At-Tabari]

Transliteration 92:	Fawarabbika lanasalannahum ajmaAAeena
Yusuf Ali 92:	Therefore, by the Lord, We will, of a surety, call them to account,
Shakir 92:	So, by your Lord, We would most certainly question them all,
Pickthal 92:	Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one,
Mohsin Khan: 92:	So, by your Lord (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم), We shall certainly call all of them to account.

Transliteration 94:	FaisdaAA bima tumaru waaAArid AAani almushrikeena
Yusuf Ali 94:	Therefore expound openly what thou art commanded, and turn away from those who join false gods with Allah.
Shakir 94:	Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists.
Pickthal 94:	So proclaim that which thou art commanded, and withdraw from the idolaters.
Mohsin Khan: 94:	Therefore proclaim openly (Allah's Message - Islamic Monotheism) that which you are commanded, and turn away from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, and disbelievers - See V.2:105).

95	إِنَّا كَفَيْنَاكَ الْمُسْتَهْزِئِينَ
Transliteration 95:	Inna kafaynaka almustahzieena
Yusuf Ali 95:	For sufficient are We unto thee against those who scoff,-
Shakir 95:	Surely We will suffice you against the scoffers
Pickthal 95:	Lo! We defend thee from the scoffers,
Mohsin Khan: 95:	Truly! We will suffice you against the scoffers,
French 95:	Nous t'avons effectivement défendu vis-à-vis des railleurs.
Spanish 95:	Nosotros te bastamos contra los que se burlan,

96	الَّذِينَ يَجْعَلُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا آخَرَ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration 96:	Allatheena yajAAaloona maAAa Allahi ilahan akhara fasawfa yaAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali 96:	Those who adopt, with Allah, another god: but soon will they come to know.
Shakir 96:	Those who set up another god with Allah; so they shall soon know.
Pickthal 96:	Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know.
Mohsin Khan: 96:	Who set up along with Allah another ilah (god); but they will come to know.
French 96:	Ceux qui associent à Allah une autre divinité. Mais ils sauront bientòt.
Spanish 96:	que ponen, junto con Alá, a otro dios. ¡Van a ver...!
Indonesian 96:	(yaitu orang-orang yang menganggap adanya tuhan yang lain di samping Allah; maka mereka kelak akan mengetahui (akibat-akibatnya).
Melayu 96:	(Iaitu) mereka yang mengadakan tuhan yang lain bersama-sama Allah, maka mereka akan mengetahui kelak (akibatnya).
German 96:	die einen anderen Gott neben Allah setzen, doch bald werden sie es wissen.

97	وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ
Transliteration 97:	Walaqad naAAlamu annaka yadeequ sadruka bima yaqooloona
Yusuf Ali 97:	We do indeed know how thy heart is distressed at what they say.
Shakir 97:	And surely We know that your breast straitens at what they say;
Pickthal 97:	Well know We that thy bosom is oppressed by what they say,
Mohsin Khan: 97:	Indeed, We know that your breast is straitened at what they say.
French 97:	Et Nous savons certes que ta poitrine se serre, à cause de ce qu'ils disent.
Spanish 97:	Bien sabemos que te angustias por lo que dicen.
Indonesian 97:	Dan Kami sungguh-sungguh mengetahui, bahwa dadamu menjadi sempit disebabkan apa yang mereka ucapkan,

German 97:	Und wahrlich, Wir wissen, daß deine Brust beklommen wird wegen dem, was sie reden.

Bosnian 97:	Mi dobro znamo da ti je teško u duši zbog onoga što oni govore,
Urdu 97:	اور ہم جانتے ہیں کہ تیرا دل ان باتوں سے تنگ ہوتا ہے جو وہ کہتے ہیں
98	فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ
Transliteration 98:	Fasabbih bihamdi rabbika wakun mina alssajideena
Yusuf Ali 98:	But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration.
Shakir 98:	Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance.
Pickthal 98:	But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him).
Mohsin Khan: 98:	So glorify the praises of your Lord and be of those who prostrate themselves (to Him).
French 98:	Glorifie donc Ton Seigneur par Sa louange et sois de ceux qui se prosternent;
Spanish 98:	Pero tú ¡celebra las alabanzas de tu Señor y sé de los que se prosternan!
Indonesian 98:	maka bertasbihlah dengan memuji Tuhanmu dan jadilah kamu di antara orang-orang yang bersujud (shalat),
Melayu 98:	Oleh itu, bertasbihlah engkau dengan memuji Tuhanmu, serta jadilah dari orang-orang yang sujud.
German 98:	Aber lobpreise deinen Herrn und sei unter den Sich-Niederwerfenden.
Russian 98:	Так восславь же Господа твоего хвалой и будь в числе тех, кто падает ниц.
Bosnian 98:	zato veličaj Gospodara svoga i hvali Ga, i molitvu obavljaj

99	وَاعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ الْيَقِينُ
Transliteration 99:	WaoAAbud rabbaka hatta yatiyaka alyaqeenu
Yusuf Ali 99:	And serve thy Lord until there come unto thee the Hour that is Certain.
Shakir 99:	And serve your Lord until there comes to you that which is certain.
Pickthal 99:	And serve thy Lord till the Inevitable cometh unto thee.
Mohsin Khan: 99:	And worship your Lord until there comes unto you the certainty (i.e. death).
