2	كِتَابٌ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ فَلَا يَكُن فِي صَدْرِكَ حَرَجٌ مِّنْهُ لِتُنذِرَ بِهِ وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 2:	Kitabun onzila ilayka fala yakun fee sadrika harajun minhu litunthira bihi wathikra lilmumineena
Yusuf Ali 2:	A Book revealed unto thee,- So let thy heart be oppressed no more by any difficulty on that account,- that with it thou mightest warn (the erring) and teach the Believers).
Shakir 2:	A Book revealed to you-- so let there be no straitness in your breast on account of it-- that you may warn thereby, and a reminder close to the believers.
Pickthal 2:	(It is) a Scripture that is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) - so let there be no heaviness in thy heart therefrom - that thou mayst warn thereby, and (it is) a Reminder unto believers.
Mohsin Khan: 2:	(This is the) Book (the Qur'an) sent down unto you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), so let not your breast be narrow therefrom, that you warn thereby; and a reminder unto the believers.
French 2:	C'est un Livre qui t'a été descendu; qu'il n'y ait, à son sujet, nulle gêne dans ton coeur; afin que par cela tu avertisses, et (qu'il soit) un Rappel aux croyants.
Spanish 2:	Ésta es una Escritura que se te ha revelado -¡no te apures por ella!-, para que adviertas por ella, y como amonestación para los creyentes.
Indonesian 2:	Ini adalah sebuah kitab yang diturunkan kepadamu, maka janganlah ada kesempitan di dalam dadamu karenanya, supaya kamu memberi peringatan dengan kitab itu (kepada orang kafir), dan menjadi pelajaran bagi orang-orang yang beriman.
Melayu 2:	(Al-Quran ini) sebuah Kitab yang diturunkan kepadamu (wahai Muhammad dari Tuhanmu). Oleh itu, janganlah ada perasaan bimbang dalam dadamu mengenainya, supaya engkau memberi amaran dengan Al-Quran itu (kepada orang-orang yang ingkar) dan supaya menjadi peringatan bagi orang-orang yang beriman.
German 2:	(Dies ist) ein zu dir hinabgesandtes Buch; du sollst seinetwegen nicht bedrückt sein; und du sollst damit warnen; und es soll eine Ermahnung für die Gläubigen (sein).
Russian 2:	Тебе ниспослано Писание, которое не должно сжимать твою грудь, дабы ты увещевал им и наставлял верующих.
Bosnian 2:	Objavljuje ti se Knjiga - i neka ti u grudima ne bude nikakve tegobe zbog nje da njome opominješ i da vjernicima bude pouka.
Urdu 2:	یہ کتاب تیری طرف بھیجی گئی ہے تاکہ تو اس کے ذریعہ سے ڈرائے اور اس سے تیرے دل میں تنگی نہ ہونی چاہیئے اور یہ ایمان والوں کے لیے نصیحت ہے
3	اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Transliteration 3:	IttabiAAoo ma onzila ilaykum min rabbikum wala tattabiAAoo min doonihi awliyaa qaleelan ma tathakkaroona
Yusuf Ali 3:	Follow (O men!) the revelation given unto you from your Lord, and follow not, as friends or protectors, other than Him. Little it is ye remember of admonition.
Shakir 3:	Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow guardians besides Him, how little do you mind.
Pickthal 3:	(Saying): Follow that which is sent down unto you from your Lord, and follow no protecting friends beside Him. Little do ye recollect!
Mohsin Khan: 3:	[Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to these idolaters (pagan Arabs) of your folk:] Follow what has been sent down unto you from your Lord (the Qur'an and Prophet Muhammad's Sunnah), and follow not any Auliya' (protectors and helpers who order you to associate partners in worship with Allah), besides Him (Allah). Little do you remember!
French 3:	Suivez ce qui vous a été descendu venant de votre Seigneur et ne suivez pas d'autres alliés que Lui. Mais vous vous souvenez peu.
Spanish 3:	¡Seguid lo que vuestro Señor os ha revelado y no sigáis a otros amigos en lugar de seguirle a Él! ¡Qué poco os dejáis amonestar!
Indonesian 3:	Ikutilah apa yang diturunkan kepadamu dari Tuhanmu dan janganlah kamu mengikuti pemimpin-pemimpin selain-Nya . Amat sedikitlah kamu mengambil pelajaran (daripadanya).
Melayu 3:	(Katakanlah kepada mereka wahai Muhammad): Turutlah apa yang telah diturunkan kepada kamu dari Tuhan kamu dan janganlah kamu menurut pemimpin-pemimpin yang lain dari Allah; (tetapi sayang) amatlah sedikit kamu mengambil peringatan.
German 3:	Folgt dem, was zu euch von eurem Herrn herabgesandt wurde, und folgt keinen anderen Beschützern außer Ihm. Wie wenig seid ihr (dessen) eingedenk!
Russian 3:	Следуйте за тем, что ниспослано вам от вашего Господа, и не следуйте за иными помощниками, помимо Него. Как же мало вы поминаете назидание!
Bosnian 3:	Slijedite ono što vam se od Gospodara vašeg objavljuje i ne uzimajte, pored Njega, nekog drugog kao zaštitnika! - A kako vi malo pouku primate!
Urdu 3:	جو چیز تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تم پر اتری ہے اس کا اتباع کرو اور الله کو چھوڑ کر دوسرے دوستوں کی تابعداری نہ کرو تم لوگ بہت ہی کم نصیحت مانتے ہو
4	وَكَم مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا فَجَاءَهَا بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا أَوْ هُمْ قَائِلُونَ
Transliteration 4:	Wakam min qaryatin ahlaknaha fajaaha basuna bayatan aw hum qailoona
Yusuf Ali 4:	How many towns have We destroyed (for their sins)? Our punishment took them on a sudden by night or while they slept for their afternoon rest.
Shakir 4:	And how many a town that We destroyed, so Our punishment came to it by night or while they slept at midday.
Pickthal 4:	How many a township have We destroyed! As a raid by night, or while they slept at noon, Our terror came unto them.
Mohsin Khan: 4:	And a great number of towns (their population) We destroyed (for their crimes). Our torment came upon them (suddenly) by night or while they were taking their midday nap.
French 4:	Que de cités Nous avons détruites! Or, Notre rigueur les atteignit au cours du repos nocturne ou durant leur sieste.
Spanish 4:	¡Cuántas ciudades hemos destruido! Les alcanzó Nuestro rigor de noche o durante la siesta.
Indonesian 4:	Betapa banyaknya negeri yang telah Kami binasakan, maka datanglah siksaan Kami (menimpa penduduk)nya di waktu mereka berada di malam hari, atau di waktu mereka beristirahat di tengah hari.
Melayu 4:	Dan berapa banyak negeri yang Kami binasakan, iaitu datang azab seksa Kami menimpa penduduknya pada malam hari atau ketika mereka berehat pada tengah hari.
German 4:	Und wieviele Städte haben Wir zerstört! Unsere Strafe kam über sie bei Nacht oder während sie (sich) am Mittag ausruhten.
Russian 4:	Сколько же селений Мы погубили! Наше наказание поражало их ночью или во время полуденного отдыха.
Bosnian 4:	Koliko smo Mi samo gradova razorili! I kazna Naša im je dolazila noću i danju kad bi prilegli,
Urdu 4:	اور کتنی بستیاں ہم نے ہلاک کر دی ہیں جن پر ہمارا عذاب رات کو آیا ایسی حالت میں کہ دوپہر کوسونے والے تھے
5	فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَاهُمْ إِذْ جَاءَهُم بَأْسُنَا إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ
Transliteration 5:	Fama kana daAAwahum ith jaahum basuna illa an qaloo inna kunna thalimeena
Yusuf Ali 5:	When (thus) Our punishment took them, no cry did they utter but this: "Indeed we did wrong."
Shakir 5:	Yet their cry, when Our punishment came to them, was nothing but that they said: Surely we were unjust.
Pickthal 5:	No plea had they, when Our terror came unto them, save that they said: Lo! We were wrong-doers.
Mohsin Khan: 5:	No cry did they utter when Our Torment came upon them but this: "Verily, we were Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)".
French 5:	Leur invocation, lorsque leur survint notre rigueur, se limita à ces paroles: ‹Certes nous étions injustes›.
Spanish 5:	Cuando les alcanzó Nuestro rigor, no gritaron más que: "¡Fuimos impíos!".
Indonesian 5:	Maka tidak adalah keluhan mereka di waktu datang kepada mereka siksaan Kami, kecuali mengatakan: "Sesungguhnya kami adalah orang-orang yang zalim".
Melayu 5:	Maka tidak ada yang mereka katakan ketika datangnya azab Kami kepada mereka, melainkan mereka (mengakui dengan) berkata: Sebenarnya kami adalah orang-orang yang zalim.
German 5:	"Ihr Ausruf war nichts anderes, als Unsere Strafe über sie kam, als daß sie sagten: "" Wir waren wahrlich Frevler!""
Russian 5:	А когда Наше наказание поражало их, они лишь говорили: «Воистину, мы были несправедливы!»
Bosnian 5:	a kada bi ih kazna Naša zadesila, jadikovanje njihovo se svodilo samo na riječi: "Nasilnici smo, zaista bili!”
Urdu 5:	جس وقت ان پر ہمارا عذاب آیا پھر ان کی یہی پکار تھی کہتے تھے بے شک ہم ہی ظالم تھے
6	فَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الَّذِينَ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
Transliteration 6:	Falanasalanna allatheena orsila ilayhim walanasalanna almursaleena
Yusuf Ali 6:	Then shall we question those to whom Our message was sent and those by whom We sent it.
Shakir 6:	Most certainly then We will question those to whom (the messengers) were sent, and most certainly We will also question the messengers;
Pickthal 6:	Then verily We shall question those unto whom (Our message) hath been sent, and verily We shall question the messengers.
Mohsin Khan: 6:	Then surely, We shall question those (people) to whom it (the Book) was sent and verily, We shall question the Messengers.
French 6:	Nous interrogerons ceux vers qui furent envoyés des messagers et Nous interrogerons aussi les envoyés.
Spanish 6:	Pediremos, ciertamente, responsabilidades a aquéllos a quienes mandamos enviados, como también a los enviados.
Indonesian 6:	Maka sesungguhnya Kami akan menanyai umat-umat yang telah diutus rasul-rasul kepada mereka dan sesungguhnya Kami akan menanyai (pula) rasul-rasul (Kami),
Melayu 6:	Maka sesungguhnya Kami (Allah) akan menyoal umat-umat yang telah diutuskan (Rasul-rasul) kepada mereka dan sesungguhnya Kami akan menyoal juga Rasul-rasul itu.
German 6:	"Wahrlich, Wir werden jene fragen, zu denen (die Gesandten) geschickt wurden, und Wir werden die Gesandten fragen.
Russian 6:	Мы непременно спросим тех, к кому были отправлены посланники, и непременно спросим самих посланников.
Bosnian 6:	I sigurno ćemo pitati one kojima smo poslanike slali, a pitaćemo, doista, i poslanike,
Urdu 6:	پھر ہم ان لوگوں سے ضرور سوال کریں گے جن کے پاس پیغمبر بھیجے گئے تھے اور ان پیغمبروں سے ضرور پوچھیں گے
7	فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِم بِعِلْمٍ ۖ وَمَا كُنَّا غَائِبِينَ
Transliteration 7:	Falanaqussanna AAalayhim biAAilmin wama kunna ghaibeena
Yusuf Ali 7:	And verily, We shall recount their whole story with knowledge, for We were never absent (at any time or place).
Shakir 7:	Then most certainly We will relate to them with knowledge, and We were not absent.
Pickthal 7:	Then verily We shall narrate unto them (the event) with knowledge, for We were not absent (when it came to pass).
Mohsin Khan: 7:	Then surely, We shall narrate unto them (their whole story) with knowledge, and indeed We have not been absent.
French 7:	Nous leur raconterons en toute connaissance (ce qu'ils faisaient) car Nous n'étions pas absent!
Spanish 7:	Les contaremos, ciertamente, con conocimiento. No estábamos ausentes.
Indonesian 7:	maka sesungguhnya akan Kami kabarkan kepada mereka (apa-apa yang telah mereka perbuat), sedang (Kami) mengetahui (keadaan mereka), dan Kami sekali-kali tidak jauh (dari mereka).
Melayu 7:	Kemudian sesungguhnya Kami akan ceritakan kepada mereka (Rasul-rasul dan umat-umatnya), dengan (berdasarkan) pengetahuan (yang meliputi akan apa yang mereka lakukan), dan sememangnya Kami tidak sekali-kali ghaib (bahkan sentiasa Mendengar, Melihat dan Mengetahui akan hal ehwal mereka).
German 7:	Dann werden Wir ihnen mit Wissen berichten, (was geschehen ist); denn Wir waren (ja) niemals abwesend.
Russian 7:	Мы непременно расскажем им об их деяниях на основании знания. Мы никогда не отсутствовали.
Bosnian 7:	i izložićemo im, pouzdano, sve što o njima znamo, jer Mi nismo odsutni bili.
Urdu 7:	پھر اپنے علم کی بناء پر ان کے سامنے بیان کر دیں گے اور ہم کہیں حاضر نہ تھے
8	وَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ ۚ فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
Transliteration 8:	Waalwaznu yawmaithini alhaqqu faman thaqulat mawazeenuhu faolaika humu almuflihoona
Yusuf Ali 8:	The balance that day will be true (to nicety): those whose scale (of good) will be heavy, will prosper:
Shakir 8:	And the measuring out on that day will be just; then as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is heavy, those are they who shall be successful;
Pickthal 8:	The weighing on that day is the true (weighing). As for those whose scale is heavy, they are the successful.
Mohsin Khan: 8:	And the weighing on that day (Day of Resurrection) will be the true (weighing) . So as for those whose scale (of good deeds) will be heavy, they will be the successful (by entering Paradise).
French 8:	Et la pesée, ce jour-là, sera équitable. Donc, celui dont les bonnes actions pèseront lourd...Voilà ceux qui réussiront!
Spanish 8:	La pesa ese día será la Verdad. Aquéllos cuyas obras pesen mucho serán los que prosperen,
Indonesian 8:	Timbangan pada hari itu ialah kebenaran (keadilan), maka barangsiapa berat timbangan kebaikannya, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang beruntung.
Melayu 8:	Dan timbangan amal pada hari itu adalah benar; maka sesiapa yang berat timbangan amalnya (yang baik), maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang berjaya.
German 8:	Und das Wägen an jenem Tage wird wahrhaftig sein. Diejenigen, deren Waagschale dann schwer ist, werden erfolgreich sein.
Russian 8:	В тот день взвешивать будут правильно. Те, чья чаша Весов будет перевешивать, окажутся преуспевшими.
Bosnian 8:	Mjerenje toga dana biće pravedno: oni čija dobra djela prevagnu, oni će šta žele postići;
Urdu 8:	اورواقعی اس دن وزن بھی ہوگا جس شخص کا پلہ بھاری ہو گا سو ایسے لوگ کامیاب ہوں گے
9	وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يَظْلِمُونَ
Transliteration 9:	Waman khaffat mawazeenuhu faolaika allatheena khasiroo anfusahum bima kanoo biayatina yathlimoona
Yusuf Ali 9:	Those whose scale will be light, will be their souls in perdition, for that they wrongfully treated Our signs.
Shakir 9:	And as for him whose measure (of good deeds) is light those are they who have made their souls suffer loss because they disbelieved in Our communications.
Pickthal 9:	And as for those whose scale is light: those are they who lose their souls because they used to wrong Our revelations.
Mohsin Khan: 9:	And as for those whose scale will be light, they are those who will lose their ownselves (by entering Hell) because they denied and rejected Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.).
French 9:	Et quand à celui dont les bonnes actions pèseront léger...Voilà ceux qui auront causé la perte de leurs âmes parce qu'ils étaient injustes envers Nos enseignements.
Spanish 9:	mientras que aquéllos cuyas obras pesen poco perderán, porque obraron impíamente con Nuestros signos.
Indonesian 9:	Dan siapa yang ringan timbangan kebaikannya, maka itulah orang-orang yang merugikan dirinya sendiri, disebabkan mereka selalu mengingkari ayat-ayat Kami.
Melayu 9:	Dan sesiapa yang ringan timbangan amalnya (yang baik), maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang merugikan dirinya sendiri, dengan sebab mereka berlaku zalim terhadap ayat-ayat Kami (dengan meletakkannya pada bukan tempatnya).
German 9:	Diejenigen, deren Waagschale aber leicht ist, sind jene, die ihrer selbst verlustig gegangen sind, weil sie sich gegen Unsere Zeichen vergingen.
Russian 9:	Те же, чья чаша Весов окажется легче, потеряют самих себя, поскольку они были несправедливы к Нашим знамениям.
Bosnian 9:	a oni čija dobra djela budu lahka, oni će, zato što dokaze Naše nisu priznavali, stradati.
Urdu 9:	اور جس کا پلہ ہلکا ہو گا سو یہ لوگ ہوں گے جنہوں نے اپنا نقصان کیا اس لیے کہ ہماری آیتوں کا انکار کرتے تھے
10	وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ ۗ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ
Transliteration 10:	Walaqad makkannakum fee alardi wajaAAalna lakum feeha maAAayisha qaleelan ma tashkuroona
Yusuf Ali 10:	It is We Who have placed you with authority on earth, and provided you therein with means for the fulfilment of your life: small are the thanks that ye give!
Shakir 10:	And certainly We have established you in the earth and made in it means of livelihood for you; little it is that you give thanks.
Pickthal 10:	And We have given you (mankind) power in the earth, and appointed for you therein livelihoods. Little give ye thanks!
Mohsin Khan: 10:	And surely, We gave you authority on the earth and appointed for you therein provisions (for your life). Little thanks do you give.
French 10:	Certes, Nous vous avons donné du pouvoir sur terre et Nous vous y avons assigné subsistance. (Mais) vous êtes très peu reconnaissants!
Spanish 10:	Os hemos dado poderío en la tierra y os hemos puesto en ella medios de subsistencia. ¡Qué poco agradecidos sois!
Indonesian 10:	Sesungguhnya Kami telah menempatkan kamu sekalian di muka bumi dan Kami adakan bagimu di muka bumi itu (sumber) penghidupan. Amat sedikitlah kamu bersyukur.
Melayu 10:	Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah menetapkan kamu (dan memberi kuasa) di bumi dan Kami jadikan untuk kamu padanya (berbagai jalan) penghidupan (supaya kamu bersyukur, tetapi) amatlah sedikit kamu bersyukur.
German 10:	Wahrlich, Wir haben euch auf der Erde Macht verliehen und euch darin die Mittel zum Unterhalt bereitet. Wie wenig seid ihr dankbar!
Russian 10:	Мы наделили вас властью на земле и определили для вас средства к существованию. Как же мала ваша благодарность!
Bosnian 10:	Mi smo vas na Zemlji smjestili i na njoj vam sve što je potrebno za život dali. - A kako vi malo zahvaljujete!
Urdu 10:	اور ہم نے تمہیں زمین میں جگہ دی اور اس میں تمہاری زندگی کا سامان بنا دیا تم بہت کم شکر کرتے ہو
11	وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ
Transliteration 11:	Walaqad khalaqnakum thumma sawwarnakum thumma qulna lilmalaikati osjudoo liadama fasajadoo illa ibleesa lam yakun mina alssajideena
Yusuf Ali 11:	It is We Who created you and gave you shape; then We made the angels bow down to Adam, and they bowed down; not so Iblis; He refused to be of those who bow down.
Shakir 11:	And certainly We created you, then We fashioned you, then We said to the angels: Prostrate to Adam. So they did prostrate except Iblis; he was not of those who prostrated.
Pickthal 11:	And We created you, then fashioned you, then told the angels: Fall ye prostrate before Adam! And they fell prostrate, all save Iblis, who was not of those who make prostration.
Mohsin Khan: 11:	And surely, We created you (your father Adam) and then gave you shape (the noble shape of a human being); then We told the angels, "Prostrate yourselves to Adam", and they prostrated themselves, except Iblis (Satan), he refused to be of those who prostrated themselves.
French 11:	Nous vous avons créés, puis Nous vous avons donné une forme, ensuite Nous avons dit aux Anges: ‹Prosternez-vous devant Adam.› Ils se prosternèrent, à l'exception d'Iblis qui ne fut point de ceux qui se prosternèrent.
Spanish 11:	Y os creamos. Luego, os formamos. Luego dijimos a los ángeles: "¡Prosternaos ante Adán!" Se prosternaron, excepto Iblis. No fue de los que se prosternaron.
Indonesian 11:	Sesungguhnya Kami telah menciptakan kamu (Adam), lalu Kami bentuk tubuhmu, kemudian Kami katakan kepada para malaikat: "Bersujudlah kamu kepada Adam"; maka merekapun bersujud kecuali iblis. Dia tidak termasuk mereka yang bersujud.
Melayu 11:	Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah menciptakan kamu, lalu Kami membentuk rupa kamu, kemudian Kami berfirman kepada malaikat-malaikat: Sujudlah kamu kepada Adam, lalu mereka sujud melainkan Iblis, dia tidaklah termasuk dalam golongan yang sujud.
German 11:	"Und Wir hatten euch erschaffen, dann gaben Wir euch die Gestalt; dann sprachen Wir zu den Engeln: ""Werft euch vor Adam nieder!"" - und sie alle warfen sich nieder. Nur Iblis nicht; er gehörte nicht zu denen, die sich unterwarfen.
Russian 11:	Мы сотворили вас, потом придали вам облик. Потом Мы сказали ангелам: «Падите ниц перед Адамом!» Они пали ниц, и только Иблис не был в числе поклонившихся.
Bosnian 11:	Mi smo Adema stvorili i onda mu oblik dali, a poslije melekima rekli: "Poklonite mu se!", i oni su se poklonili, osim Iblisa, on nije htio da se pokloni.
Urdu 11:	او رہم نے تمہیں پیدا کیا پھر تمہاری صورتیں بنائیں پھر فرشتوں کو حکم دیا کہ آدم کو سجدہ کرو پھر سوائے ابلیس کے سب نے سجدہ کیا وہ سجدہ کرنے والوں میں سے نہ تھا
12	قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلَّا تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ ۖ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ
Transliteration 12:	Qala ma manaAAaka alla tasjuda ith amartuka qala ana khayrun minhu khalaqtanee min narin wakhalaqtahu min teenin
Yusuf Ali 12:	((Allah)) said: "What prevented thee from bowing down when I commanded thee?" He said: "I am better than he: Thou didst create me from fire, and him from clay."
Shakir 12:	He said: What hindered you so that you did not prostrate when I commanded you? He said: I am better than he: Thou hast created me of fire, while him Thou didst create of dust.
Pickthal 12:	He said: What hindered thee that thou didst not fall prostrate when I bade thee? (Iblis) said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire while him Thou didst create of mud.
Mohsin Khan: 12:	(Allah) said: "What prevented you (O Iblis) that you did not prostrate yourself, when I commanded you?" Iblis said: "I am better than him (Adam), You created me from fire, and him You created from clay."
French 12:	[Allah] dit: ‹Qu'est-ce qui t'empêche de te prosterner quand Je te l'ai commandé?› Il répondit: ‹Je suis meilleur que lui: Tu m'as créé de feu, alors que Tu l'as créé d'argile›.
Spanish 12:	Dijo: "¿Qué es lo que te ha impedido prosternarte cuando Yo te lo he ordenado?" Dijo: "Es que soy mejor que él. A mí me creaste de fuego, mientras que a él le creaste de arcilla".
Indonesian 12:	Allah berfirman: "Apakah yang menghalangimu untuk bersujud (kepada Adam) di waktu Aku menyuruhmu?" Menjawab iblis: "Saya lebih baik daripadanya: Engkau ciptakan saya dari api sedang dia Engkau ciptakan dari tanah".
Melayu 12:	Allah berfirman: Apakah penghalangnya yang menyekatmu daripada sujud ketika Aku perintahmu? Iblis menjawab: Aku lebih baik daripada Adam, Engkau (wahai Tuhan) jadikan daku dari api sedang dia Engkau jadikan dari tanah.
German 12:	""Er sprach: ""Was hinderte dich daran, dich niederzuwerfen, nachdem Ich es dir befohlen habe?"" Er sagte: ""Ich bin besser als er. Du hast mich aus Feuer erschaffen, ihn aber erschufst Du aus Lehm!""
Russian 12:	Он сказал: «Что помешало тебе пасть ниц, когда Я приказал тебе?» Он сказал: «Я лучше него. Ты сотворил меня из огня, а его – из глины».
Bosnian 12:	"Zašto se nisi poklonio kad sam ti naredio?" - upita On. - "Ja sam bolji od njega; mene si od vatre stvorio, a njega od ilovače" - odgovori on.
Urdu 12:	فرمایاتجھے سجدہ کرنے سے کس چیز نے منع کیا ہے جب کہ میں نے تجھے حکم دیا کہا میں اس سے بہتر ہوں تو نے مجھے آگ سے بنایا اور اسے مٹی سے بنایا ہے
13	قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِينَ
Transliteration 13:	Qala faihbit minha fama yakoonu laka an tatakabbara feeha faokhruj innaka mina alssaghireena
Yusuf Ali 13:	((Allah)) said: "Get thee down from this: it is not for thee to be arrogant here: get out, for thou art of the meanest (of creatures)."
Shakir 13:	He said: Then get forth from this (state), for it does not befit you to behave proudly therein. Go forth, therefore, surely you are of the abject ones.
Pickthal 13:	He said: Then go down hence! It is not for thee to show pride here, so go forth! Lo! thou art of those degraded.
Mohsin Khan: 13:	(Allah) said: "(O Iblis) get down from this (Paradise), it is not for you to be arrogant here. Get out, for you are of those humiliated and disgraced."
French 13:	[Allah] dit: ‹Descends d'ici, Tu n'as pas à t'enfler d'orgueil ici. Sors, te voilà parmi les méprisés.›
Spanish 13:	Dijo: "Desciende, pues, de aquí! ¡No vas a echártelas de soberbio en este lugar...! ¡Sal, pues, eres de los despreciables!"
Indonesian 13:	Allah berfirman: "Turunlah kamu dari surga itu; karena kamu tidak sepatutnya menyombongkan diri di dalamnya, maka keluarlah, sesungguhnya kamu termasuk orang-orang yang hina".
Melayu 13:	Allah berfirman: Turunlah engkau dari Syurga ini, kerana tidak patut engkau berlaku sombong di dalamnya; oleh sebab itu keluarlah, sesungguhnya engkau dari golongan yang hina.
German 13:	""Er sprach: ""Hinab mit dir von hier; es ziemt sich nicht für dich, hier hochmütig zu sein. Hinaus denn; du bist wahrlich einer der Erniedrigten.""

Bosnian 13:	"E onda izlazi iz Dženneta" - reče On - "ne priliči ti da u njemu prkosiš; izlazi, ti si, zaista, od onih prezrenih!"
Urdu 13:	کہاتو یہاں سے اتر جا تجھے یہ لائق نہیں کہ یہاں تکبر کرے پس نکل جا بے شک تو ذلیلوں میں سے ہے
14	قَالَ أَنظِرْنِي إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
Transliteration 14:	Qala anthirnee ila yawmi yubAAathoona
Yusuf Ali 14:	He said: "Give me respite till the day they are raised up."
Shakir 14:	He said: Respite me until the day when they are raised up.
Pickthal 14:	He said: Reprieve me till the day when they are raised (from the dead).
Mohsin Khan: 14:	(Iblis) said: "Allow me respite till the Day they are raised up (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)."
French 14:	‹Accorde-moi un délai, dit (Satan) jusqu'au jour où ils seront ressuscités.›
Spanish 14:	Dijo: "¡Déjame esperar hasta el día de la Resurreción!"
Indonesian 14:	Iblis menjawab: "Beri tangguhlah saya sampai waktu mereka dibangkitkan".

Urdu 14:	کہا مجھے اس دن تک مہلت دے جس دن لوگ قبرو ں سے اٹھائے جائیں گے
15	قَالَ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنظَرِينَ
Transliteration 15:	Qala innaka mina almunthareena
Yusuf Ali 15:	((Allah)) said: "Be thou among those who have respite."
Shakir 15:	He said: Surely you are of the respited ones.
Pickthal 15:	He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved.
Mohsin Khan: 15:	(Allah) said: "You are of those respited."
French 15:	[Allah] dit: ‹Tu es de ceux à qui délai est accordé.›
Spanish 15:	Dijo: "¡Cuéntate entre aquellos a quienes es dado esperar!"
Indonesian 15:	Allah berfirman: "Sesungguhnya kamu termasuk mereka yang diberi tangguh."

16	قَالَ فَبِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لَأَقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ صِرَاطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
Transliteration 16:	Qala fabima aghwaytanee laaqAAudanna lahum sirataka almustaqeema
Yusuf Ali 16:	He said: "Because thou hast thrown me out of the way, lo! I will lie in wait for them on thy straight way:
Shakir 16:	He said: As Thou hast caused me to remain disappointed I will certainly lie in wait for them in Thy straight path.
Pickthal 16:	He said: Now, because Thou hast sent me astray, verily I shall lurk in ambush for them on Thy Right Path.
Mohsin Khan: 16:	(Iblis) said: "Because You have sent me astray, surely I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your Straight Path.
French 16:	‹Puisque Tu m'as mis en erreur, dit [Satan], je m'assoirai pour eux sur Ton droit chemin,
Spanish 16:	Dijo: "Como me has descarriado, he de acecharles en Tu vía recta.

Urdu 16:	کہا جیسا تو نے مجھے گمراہ کیا ہے میں بھی ضرور ان کی تاک میں تیری سیدھی راہ پر بیٹھوں گا
17	ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ وَعَن شَمَائِلِهِمْ ۖ وَلَا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَاكِرِينَ
Transliteration 17:	Thumma laatiyannahum min bayni aydeehim wamin khalfihim waAAan aymanihim waAAan shamailihim wala tajidu aktharahum shakireena
Yusuf Ali 17:	"Then will I assault them from before them and behind them, from their right and their left: Nor wilt thou find, in most of them, gratitude (for thy mercies)."
Shakir 17:	Then I will certainly come to them from before them and from behind them, and from their right-hand side and from their left-hand side; and Thou shalt not find most of them thankful.
Pickthal 17:	Then I shall come upon them from before them and from behind them and from their right hands and from their left hands, and Thou wilt not find most of them beholden (unto Thee).
Mohsin Khan: 17:	"Then I will come to them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and You will not find most of them as thankful ones (i.e. they will not be dutiful to You)."
French 17:	puis je les assaillirai de devant, de derrière, de leur droite et de leur gauche. Et, pour la plupart, Tu ne les trouveras pas reconnaissants.›
Spanish 17:	He de atacarles por delante y por detrás, por la derecha y por la izquierda. Y verás que la mayoría no son agradecidos".
Indonesian 17:	kemudian saya akan mendatangi mereka dari muka dan dari belakang mereka, dari kanan dan dari kiri mereka. Dan Engkau tidak akan mendapati kebanyakan mereka bersyukur (ta'at).
Melayu 17:	Kemudian aku datangi mereka, dari hadapan mereka serta dari belakang mereka, dan dari kanan mereka serta dari kiri mereka dan Engkau tidak akan dapati kebanyakan mereka bersyukur.
German 17:	""Dann will ich über sie von vorne und von hinten kommen, von rechts und von links, und Du wirst die Mehrzahl von ihnen nicht dankbar finden.""
Russian 17:	А затем я буду подходить к ним спереди и сзади, справа и слева, и Ты не найдешь большинство из них благодарными».
Bosnian 17:	pa ću im sprijeda, i straga, i zdesna i slijeva prilaziti, i Ti ćeš ustanoviti da većina njih neće zahvalna biti!”
Urdu 17:	پھر ان کے پاس ان کے آگے ان کے پیچھے ان کے دائیں اور ان کے بائیں سےآؤں گا اور تو اکثر کو ان میں سے شکر گزار نہیں پائے گا
18	قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْءُومًا مَّدْحُورًا ۖ لَّمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Transliteration 18:	Qala okhruj minha mathooman madhooran laman tabiAAaka minhum laamlaanna jahannama minkum ajmaAAeena
Yusuf Ali 18:	((Allah)) said: "Get out from this, disgraced and expelled. If any of them follow thee,- Hell will I fill with you all.
Shakir 18:	He said: Get out of this (state), despised, driven away; whoever of them will follow you, I will certainly fill hell with you all.
Pickthal 18:	He said: Go forth from hence, degraded, banished. As for such of them as follow thee, surely I will fill hell with all of you.
Mohsin Khan: 18:	(Allah) said (to Iblis): "Get out from this (Paradise), disgraced and expelled. Whoever of them (mankind) will follow you, then surely I will fill Hell with you all."
French 18:	‹Sors de là›, dit (Allah) banni et rejeté. ‹Quiconque te suit parmi eux... de vous tous, J'emplirai l'Enfer›.
Spanish 18:	Dijo: "¡Sal de aquí, detestable, vil! ¡He de llenar la gehena de tus secuaces ¡De todos vosotros!"
Indonesian 18:	Allah berfirman: "Keluarlah kamu dari surga itu sebagai orang terhina lagi terusir. Sesungguhnya barangsiapa di antara mereka mengikuti kamu, benar-benar Aku akan mengisi neraka Jahannam dengan kamu semuanya".
Melayu 18:	Allah berfirman: Keluarlah engkau dari Syurga sebagai makhluk yang terhina serta terusir. Sesungguhnya sesiapa di antara mereka yang menurutmu, tetaplah aku akan memenuhi Neraka Jahannam dengan (golongan) kamu (yang derhaka) semuanya;
German 18:	""Er sprach: ""Hinweg mit dir, (sei) verachtet und verstoßen! Wahrlich, wer von ihnen dir folgt - Ich werde mit euch allesamt Dschahannam füllen.""
Russian 18:	Он сказал: «Изыди отсюда презренным и отверженным! А если кто из них последует за тобой, то Я заполню Геенну всеми вами.
Bosnian 18:	"Izlazi iz njega, pokuđen i ponižen!” - reče On. "Tobom i svima onima koji se budu povodili za tobom doista će Džehennem napuniti!
Urdu 18:	فرمایا یہاں سے ذلیل و خوار ہو کر نکل جا جو شخص ان سے تیرا کہا مانے گا میں تم سب کو جہنم میں بھر دوں گا
19	وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَـٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration 19:	Waya adamu oskun anta wazawjuka aljannata fakula min haythu shituma wala taqraba hathihi alshshajarata fatakoona mina alththalimeena
Yusuf Ali 19:	"O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and enjoy (its good things) as ye wish: but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression."
Shakir 19:	And (We said): O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the garden; so eat from where you desire, but do not go near this tree, for then you will be of the unjust.
Pickthal 19:	And (unto man): O Adam! Dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden and eat from whence ye will, but come not nigh this tree lest ye become wrong-doers.
Mohsin Khan: 19:	"And O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in Paradise, and eat thereof as you both wish, but approach not this tree otherwise you both will be of the Zalimun (unjust and wrong-doers)."
French 19:	‹Ô Adam, habite le Paradis, toi et ton épouse; et ne mangez en vous deux, à votre guise; et n'approchez pas l'arbre que voici; sinon, vous seriez du nombre des injustes.›
Spanish 19:	"¡Adán! ¡Habita con tu esposa en el Jardín y comed de lo que queráis, pero no os acerquéis a este árbol! Si no, seréis de los impíos".
Indonesian 19:	(Dan Allah berfirman): "Hai Adam bertempat tinggallah kamu dan isterimu di surga serta makanlah olehmu berdua (buah-buahan) di mana saja yang kamu sukai, dan janganlah kamu berdua mendekati pohon ini, lalu menjadilah kamu berdua termasuk orang-orang yang zalim".
Melayu 19:	Dan wahai Adam! Tinggallah engkau dan isterimu di dalam Syurga serta makanlah dari makanannya sepuas-puasnya apa sahaja kamu berdua sukai dan janganlah kamu hampiri pokok ini, (jika kamu menghampirinya) maka akan menjadilah kamu dari orang-orang yang zalim.
German 19:	""""O Adam, weile du mit deiner Gattin in dem Garten und eßt, wovon immer ihr wollt, nur nähert euch nicht diesem Baum, sonst werdet ihr Ungerechte sein.""
Russian 19:	О Адам! Поселись в Раю вместе со своей супругой. Ешьте, где пожелаете, но не приближайтесь к этому дереву, а не то окажетесь беззаконниками».
Bosnian 19:	A ti, o Ademe, i žena tvoja u Džennetu stanujte i odakle god hoćete jedite, samo se ovom drvetu ne približujte, da se prema sebi ne ogriješite!"
Urdu 19:	اور اے آدم تو اور تیری عورت جنت میں رہو پھر جہاں سے چاہو کھاؤ اور اس درخت کے پاس نہ جاؤ ورنہ بے انصافوں میں سے ہو جاؤ گے
20	فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَـٰذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ
Transliteration 20:	Fawaswasa lahuma alshshaytanu liyubdiya lahuma ma wooriya AAanhuma min sawatihima waqala ma nahakuma rabbukuma AAan hathihi alshshajarati illa an takoona malakayni aw takoona mina alkhalideena
Yusuf Ali 20:	Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever."
Shakir 20:	But the Shaitan made an evil suggestion to them that he might make manifest to them what had been hidden from them of their evil inclinations, and he said: Your Lord has not forbidden you this tree except that you may not both become two angels or that you may (not) become of the immortals.
Pickthal 20:	Then Satan whispered to them that he might manifest unto them that which was hidden from them of their shame, and he said: Your Lord forbade you from this tree only lest ye should become angels or become of the immortals.
Mohsin Khan: 20:	Then Shaitan (Satan) whispered suggestions to them both in order to uncover that which was hidden from them of their private parts (before); he said: "Your Lord did not forbid you this tree save that you should become angels or become of the immortals."
French 20:	Puis le Diable, afin de leur rendre visible ce qui leur était caché - leurs nudités - leur chuchota, disant: ‹Votre Seigneur ne vous a interdit cet arbre que pour vous empêcher de devenir des Anges ou d'être immortels!›.
Spanish 20:	Pero el Demonio les insinuó el mal, mostrándoles su escondida desnudez, y dijo: "Vuestro Señor no os ha prohibido acercaros a este árbol sino por temor de que os convirtáis en ángeles u os hagáis inmortales".
Indonesian 20:	Maka syaitan membisikkan pikiran jahat kepada keduanya untuk menampakkan kepada keduanya apa yang tertutup dari mereka yaitu auratnya dan syaitan berkata: "Tuhan kamu tidak melarangmu dari mendekati pohon ini, melainkan supaya kamu berdua tidak menjadi malaikat atau tidak menjadi orang yang kekal (dalam surga)".
Melayu 20:	Setelah itu maka Syaitan membisikkan (hasutan) kepada mereka berdua supaya (dapatlah) dia menampakkan kepada mereka akan aurat mereka yang (sekian lama) tertutup dari (pandangan) mereka, sambil dia berkata: Tidaklah Tuhan kamu melarang kamu daripada (menghampiri) pokok ini, melainkan (kerana Dia tidak suka) kamu berdua menjadi malaikat atau menjadi dari orang-orang yang kekal (selama-lamanya di dalam Syurga).
German 20:	""Doch Satan flüsterte ihnen Böses ein, um ihnen das kundzutun, was ihnen von ihrer Scham verborgen war. Er sagte: ""Euer Herr hat euch diesen Baum nur deshalb verboten, damit ihr nicht Engel oder Ewiglebende werdet.""
Russian 20:	Сатана стал наущать их, чтобы обнажить их срамные места, которые были сокрыты от них. Он сказал им: «Ваш Господь запретил вам это дерево только для того, чтобы вы не стали ангелами или бессмертными».
Bosnian 20:	I šejtan im poče bajati da bi im otkrio stidna mjesta njihova, koja su im skrivena bila, i reče: "Gospodar vaš vam zabranjuje ovo drvo samo zato da ne biste meleki postali ili da ne biste besmrtni bili"-
Urdu 20:	پھرانہیں شیطان نے بہکایا تاکہان کی شرم گاہیں جو ایک دوسرے سے چھپائی گئی تھیں ان کے سامنے کھول دے اور کہا تمہیں تمہارے رب نے اس درخت سے نہیں روکا مگر اس لیے کہ کہیں تم فرشتے ہو جاؤ یا ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہو جاؤ
21	وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ
Transliteration 21:	Waqasamahuma innee lakuma lamina alnnasiheena
Yusuf Ali 21:	And he swore to them both, that he was their sincere adviser.
Shakir 21:	And he swore to them both: Most surely I am a sincere adviser to you.
Pickthal 21:	And he swore unto them (saying): Lo! I am a sincere adviser unto you.
Mohsin Khan: 21:	And he [Shaitan (Satan)] swore by Allah to them both (saying): "Verily, I am one of the sincere well-wishers for you both."
French 21:	Et il leur jura: ‹Vraiment, je suis pour vous deux un bon conseiller›.
Spanish 21:	Y les juró: "¡De veras, os aconsejo bien!"
Indonesian 21:	Dan dia (syaitan) bersumpah kepada keduanya. "Sesungguhnya saya adalah termasuk orang yang memberi nasehat kepada kamu berdua",
Melayu 21:	Dan dia bersumpah kepada keduanya (dengan berkata): Sesungguhnya aku adalah dari mereka yang memberi nasihat kepada kamu berdua.
German 21:	""Und er schwor ihnen: ""Gewiß, ich bin euch ein aufrichtiger Ratgeber.""
Russian 21:	Он поклялся им: «Воистину, я для вас – искренний доброжелатель».
Bosnian 21:	i zaklinjaše im se: "Ja sam vam, zaista, savjetnik iskreni!”
Urdu 21:	اور ان کے روبرو قسم کھائی کہ البتہ میں تمہارا خیرا خواہ ہوں
22	فَدَلَّاهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ ۚ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ ۖ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
Transliteration 22:	Fadallahuma bighuroorin falamma thaqa alshshajarata badat lahuma sawatuhuma watafiqa yakhsifani AAalayhima min waraqi aljannati wanadahuma rabbuhuma alam anhakuma AAan tilkuma alshshajarati waaqul lakuma inna alshshaytana lakuma AAaduwwun mubeenun
Yusuf Ali 22:	So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"
Shakir 22:	Then he caused them to fall by deceit; so when they tasted of the tree, their evil inclinations became manifest to them, and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves of the garden; and their Lord called out to them: Did I not forbid you both from that tree and say to you that the Shaitan is your open enemy?
Pickthal 22:	Thus did he lead them on with guile. And when they tasted of the tree their shame was manifest to them and they began to hide (by heaping) on themselves some of the leaves of the Garden. And their Lord called them, (saying): Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you: Lo! Satan is an open enemy to you?
Mohsin Khan: 22:	So he misled them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame (private parts) became manifest to them and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise (in order to cover their shame). And their Lord called out to them (saying): "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Shaitan (Satan) is an open enemy unto you?"
French 22:	Alors il les fit tomber par tromperie. Puis, lorsqu'ils eurent goûté de l'arbre, leurs nudités leur devinrent visibles; et ils commencèrent tous deux à y attacher des feuilles du Paradis. Et leur Seigneur les appela: ‹Ne vous avais-Je pas interdit cet arbre? Et ne vous avais-Je pas dit que le Diable était pour vous un ennemi déclaré?›
Spanish 22:	Les hizo, pues, caer dolosamente. Y cuando hubieron gustado ambos del árbol, se les reveló su desnudez y comenzaron a cubrirse con hojas del Jardín. Su Señor les llamó: "¿No os había prohibido ese árbol y dicho que el Demonio era para vosotros un enemigo declarado?"
Indonesian 22:	maka syaitan membujuk keduanya (untuk memakan buah itu) dengan tipu daya. Tatkala keduanya telah merasai buah kayu itu, nampaklah bagi keduanya aurat-auratnya, dan mulailah keduanya menutupinya dengan daun-daun surga. Kemudian Tuhan mereka menyeru mereka: "Bukankah Aku telah melarang kamu berdua dari pohon kayu itu dan Aku katakan kepadamu: "Sesungguhnya syaitan itu adalah musuh yang nyata bagi kamu berdua?"
Melayu 22:	Dengan sebab itu dapatlah dia menjatuhkan mereka berdua (ke dalam larangan) dengan tipu dayanya. Setelah mereka memakan (buah) pohon itu, terdedahlah kepada mereka berdua aurat masing-masing dan mereka mulailah menutupnya dengan daun-daun (dari) Syurga. Serta Tuhan mereka menyeru mereka: Bukankah Aku telah melarang kamu berdua dari pokok itu dan Aku katakan kepada kamu, bahawa Syaitan itu adalah musuh kamu yang nyata?
German 22:	""So verführte er sie durch Trug. Und als sie von dem Baum kosteten, wurde ihnen ihre Scham offenbar und sie begannen, sich mit den Blättern des Gartens zu bekleiden; und ihr Herr rief sie: ""Habe Ich euch nicht diesen Baum verwehrt und euch gesagt: »Wahrlich, Satan ist euer offenkundiger Feind«?""
Russian 22:	Он низвел их обманом, и когда они вкусили от этого дерева, то обнажились их срамные места, и они стали прилеплять на себя райские листья. Тогда Господь их воззвал к ним: «Разве Я не запретил вам это дерево и не сказал вам, что сатана для вас – явный враг?»
Bosnian 22:	I na prevaru ih zavede. A kad oni oni drvo okusiše, stidna mjesta njihova im se ukazaše i oni po sebi džennetsko lišće stavljati počeše. "Zar vam to drvo nisam zabranio?!” - zovnu ih Gospodar njihov - "i rekao vam: ’Šejtan vam je, zbilja, otvoreni neprijatelj.’"
Urdu 22:	پھر انہیں دھوکہ سے مائل کر لیا پھرجب ان دونوں نے درخت کو چکھا تو ان پر ان کی شرم گاہیں کھل گئیں اور اپنے اوپر بہشت کے پتے جوڑنے لگے اورانہیں ان کے رب نے پکارا کیا میں نے تمہیں اس درخت سے منع نہیں کیا تھا اور تمہیں کہ نہ دیا تھا کہ شیطان تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے
23	قَالَا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Transliteration 23:	Qala rabbana thalamna anfusana wain lam taghfir lana watarhamna lanakoonanna mina alkhasireena
Yusuf Ali 23:	They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost."
Shakir 23:	They said: Our Lord! We have been unjust to ourselves, and if Thou forgive us not, and have (not) mercy on us, we shall certainly be of the losers.
Pickthal 23:	They said: Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, surely we are of the lost!
Mohsin Khan: 23:	They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers."
French 23:	Tous deux dirent: ‹Ô notre Seigneur, nous avons fait du tort à nous-mêmes. Et si Tu ne nous pardonnes pas et ne nous fais pas miséricorde, nous serons très certainement du nombre des perdants›.
Spanish 23:	Dijeron: "¡Señor! Hemos sido injustos con nosostros mismos. Si no nos perdonas y Te apiadas de nosotros, seremos, ciertamente, de los que pierden".
Indonesian 23:	Keduanya berkata: "Ya Tuhan kami, kami telah menganiaya diri kami sendiri, dan jika Engkau tidak mengampuni kami dan memberi rahmat kepada kami, niscaya pastilah kami termasuk orang-orang yang merugi".
Melayu 23:	Mereka berdua merayu: Wahai Tuhan kami, kami telah menganiaya diri kami sendiri, dan kalau Engkau tidak mengampunkan kami dan memberi rahmat kepada kami, nescaya menjadilah kami dari orang-orang yang rugi.
German 23:	""Sie sagten: ""Unser Herr, wir haben gegen uns selbst gesündigt; und wenn Du uns nicht verzeihst und Dich unser erbarmst, dann werden wir gewiß unter den Verlierern sein.""
Russian 23:	Они сказали: «Господь наш! Мы поступили несправедливо по отношению к себе, и если Ты не простишь нас и не смилостивишься над нами, то мы непременно окажемся одними из потерпевших урон».
Bosnian 23:	"Gospodaru naš"- rekoše oni - "sami smo sebi krivi, i ako nam Ti ne oprostiš i ne smiluješ nam se, sigurno ćemo biti izgubljeni."
Urdu 23:	ان دونوں نے کہا اے رب ہمارے ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا اور اگر تو ہمیں نہ بخشے گا اور ہم پر رحم نہ کرے گا تو ہم ضرور تباہ ہوجائیں گے
24	قَالَ اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ ۖ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٍ
Transliteration 24:	Qala ihbitoo baAAdukum libaAAdin AAaduwwun walakum fee alardi mustaqarrun wamataAAun ila heenin
Yusuf Ali 24:	((Allah)) said: "Get ye down. With enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood,- for a time."
Shakir 24:	He said: Get forth, some of you, the enemies of others, and there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.
Pickthal 24:	He said: Go down (from hence), one of you a foe unto the other. There will be for you on earth a habitation and provision for a while.
Mohsin Khan: 24:	(Allah) said: "Get down, one of you is an enemy to the other [i.e. Adam, Hawwa' (Eve), and Shaitan (Satan)]. On earth will be a dwelling-place for you and an enjoyment for a time."
French 24:	‹Descendez, dit [Allah], vous serez ennemis les uns des autres. Et il y aura pour vous sur terre séjour et jouissance, pour un temps.›
Spanish 24:	Dijo: "¡Descended! Seréis enemigos unos de otros. La tierra será por algún tiempo vuestra morada y lugar de disfrute"
Indonesian 24:	Allah berfirman: "Turunlah kamu sekalian, sebahagian kamu menjadi musuh bagi sebahagian yang lain. Dan kamu mempunyai tempat kediaman dan kesenangan (tempat mencari kehidupan) di muka bumi sampai waktu yang telah ditentukan".

Urdu 24:	فرمایا یہاں سے اترو تم ایک دوسرے کے دشمن ہو گے اور تمہارے لیے زمین میں ٹھکانا ہے اور ایک وقت تک نفع اٹھانا ہے
25	قَالَ فِيهَا تَحْيَوْنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنْهَا تُخْرَجُونَ
Transliteration 25:	Qala feeha tahyawna wafeeha tamootoona waminha tukhrajoona
Yusuf Ali 25:	He said: "Therein shall ye live, and therein shall ye die; but from it shall ye be taken out (at last)."
Shakir 25:	He (also) said: Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and from it shall you be raised.
Pickthal 25:	He said: There shall ye live, and there shall ye die, and thence shall ye be brought forth.
Mohsin Khan: 25:	He said: "Therein you shall live, and therein you shall die, and from it you shall be brought out (i.e. resurrected)."
French 25:	‹Là, dit (Allah), vous vivrez, là vous mourrez, et de là on vous fera sortir.›
Spanish 25:	Dijo: "En ella viviréis, en ella moriréis y de ella se os sacará".
Indonesian 25:	Allah berfirman: "Di bumi itu kamu hidup dan di bumi itu kamu mati, dan dari bumi itu (pula) kamu akan dibangkitkan.
Melayu 25:	Allah berfirman lagi: Di bumi itu kamu hidup dan di situ juga kamu mati dan daripadanya pula kamu akan dikeluarkan (dibangkitkan hidup semula pada hari kiamat).

26	يَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا ۖ وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَىٰ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ ۚ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
Transliteration 26:	Ya banee adama qad anzalna AAalaykum libasan yuwaree sawatikum wareeshan walibasu alttaqwa thalika khayrun thalika min ayati Allahi laAAallahum yaththakkaroona
Yusuf Ali 26:	O ye Children of Adam! We have bestowed raiment upon you to cover your shame, as well as to be an adornment to you. But the raiment of righteousness,- that is the best. Such are among the Signs of Allah, that they may receive admonition!
Shakir 26:	O children of Adam! We have indeed sent down to you clothing to cover your shame, and (clothing) for beauty and clothing that guards (against evil), that is the best. This is of the communications of Allah that they may be mindful.
Pickthal 26:	O Children of Adam! We have revealed unto you raiment to conceal your shame, and splendid vesture, but the raiment of restraint from evil, that is best. This is of the revelations of Allah, that they may remember.
Mohsin Khan: 26:	O Children of Adam! We have bestowed raiment upon you to cover yourselves (screen your private parts) and as an adornment; and the raiment of righteousness, that is better. Such are among the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, that they may remember (i.e. leave falsehood and follow truth ).
French 26:	Ô enfants d'Adam! Nous avons fait descendre sur vous un vêtement pour cacher vos nudités, ainsi que des parures. - Mais le vêtement de la piété voilà qui est meilleur. - C'est un des signes (de la puissance) d'Allah. Afin qu'ils se rappellent.
Spanish 26:	¡Hijos de Adán! Hemos hecho bajar para vosotros una vestidura para cubrir vuestra desnudez y para ornato. Pero la vestidura del temor de Alá, ésa es mejor. Ése es uno de los signos de Alá. Quizás, así, se dejen amonestar.
Indonesian 26:	Hai anak Adam sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan kepadamu pakaian untuk menutupi auratmu dan pakaian indah untuk perhiasan. Dan pakaian takwa itulah yang paling baik. Yang demikian itu adalah sebahagian dari tanda-tanda kekuasaan Allah, mudah-mudahan mereka selalu ingat.
Melayu 26:	Wahai anak-anak Adam! Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan kepada kamu (bahan-bahan untuk) pakaian menutup aurat kamu dan pakaian perhiasan dan pakaian yang berupa takwa itulah yang sebaik-baiknya. Yang demikian itu adalah dari tanda-tanda (limpah kurnia) Allah (dan rahmatNya kepada hamba-hambaNya) supaya mereka mengenangnya (dan bersyukur).
German 26:	"O Kinder Adams, Wir gaben euch Kleidung, um eure Scham zu bedecken und zum Schmuck; doch das Kleid der Frömmigkeit - das ist das beste. Dies ist eins der Zeichen Allahs, auf daß sie (dessen) eingedenk sein mögen.
Russian 26:	О сыны Адама! Мы ниспослали вам одеяние для прикрытия ваших срамных мест и украшения. Однако богобоязненность – лучшее одеяние. Таково одно из знамений Аллаха. Быть может, они помянут назидание.
Bosnian 26:	O sinovi Ademovi, dali smo vam odjeću koja će pokrivati stidna mjesta vaša, a i raskošna odijela, ali, odjeća čestitosti, to je ono najbolje. - To su neki Allahovi dokazi da bi se oni opametili.
Urdu 26:	اے آدم کی اولاد ہم نے تم پر پوشاک اتاری جو تمہاری شرم گاہیں ڈھانکتی ہیں اور آرائش کے کپڑے بھی اتارے اور پرہیزگاری کا لباس وہ سب سے بہتر ہے یہ الله کی قدرت کی نشانیاں ہیں تاکہ وہ نصیحت حاصل کریں
27	يَا بَنِي آدَمَ لَا يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِّنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَنزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْآتِهِمَا ۗ إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا تَرَوْنَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Transliteration 27:	Ya banee adama la yaftinannakumu alshshaytanu kama akhraja abawaykum mina aljannati yanziAAu AAanhuma libasahuma liyuriyahuma sawatihima innahu yarakum huwa waqabeeluhu min haythu la tarawnahum inna jaAAalna alshshayateena awliyaa lillatheena la yuminoona
Yusuf Ali 27:	O ye Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as He got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a position where ye cannot see them: We made the evil ones friends (only) to those without faith.
Shakir 27:	O children of Adam! let not the Shaitan cause you to fall into affliction as he expelled your parents from the garden, pulling off from them both their clothing that he might show them their evil inclinations, he surely sees you, he as well as his host, from whence you cannot see them; surely We have made the Shaitans to be the guardians of those who do not believe.
Pickthal 27:	O Children of Adam! Let not Satan seduce you as he caused your (first) parents to go forth from the Garden and tore off from them their robe (of innocence) that he might manifest their shame to them. Lo! he seeth you, he and his tribe, from whence ye see him not. Lo! We have made the devils protecting friends for those who believe not.
Mohsin Khan: 27:	O Children of Adam! Let not Shaitan (Satan) deceive you, as he got your parents [Adam and Hawwa' (Eve)] out of Paradise, stripping them of their raiments, to show them their private parts. Verily, he and Qabiluhu (his soldiers from the jinn or his tribe) see you from where you cannot see them. Verily, We made the Shayatin (devils) Auliya' (protectors and helpers) for those who believe not.
French 27:	Ô enfants d'Adam! Que le Diable ne vous tente point, comme il a fait sortir du Paradis vos père et mère, leur arrachant leur vêtement pour leur rendre visibles leurs nudités. Il vous voit, lui et ses suppòts, d'où vous ne les voyez pas. Nous avons désigné les diables pour alliés à ceux qui ne croient point,
Spanish 27:	¡Hijos de Adán! Que el Demonio no os tiente, como cuando sacó a vuestros padres del Jardín, despojándoles de su vestidura para mostrarles su desnudez. Él y su hueste os ven desde donde vosotros no les veis. A los que no creen les hemos dado los demonios como amigos.
Indonesian 27:	Hai anak Adam, janganlah sekali-kali kamu dapat ditipu oleh syaitan sebagaimana ia telah mengeluarkan kedua ibu bapamu dari surga, ia menanggalkan dari keduanya pakaiannya untuk memperlihatkan kepada keduanya auratnya. Sesungguhnya ia dan pengikut-pengikutnya melihat kamu dari suatu tempat yang kamu tidak bisa melihat mereka. Sesungguhnya Kami telah menjadikan syaitan-syaitan itu pemimpin-pemimpin bagi orang-orang yang tidak beriman.
Melayu 27:	Wahai anak-anak Adam! Janganlah kamu diperdayakan oleh Syaitan sebagaimana ia telah mengeluarkan kedua ibu bapa kamu dari Syurga, sambil dia menyebabkan terlucutnya pakaian mereka berdua untuk memperlihatkan kepada mereka: Aurat mereka (yang sebelum itu tertutup). Sesungguhnya Syaitan dan kaumnya melihat kamu dengan keadaan yang kamu tidak dapat melihat mereka. Sesungguhnya Kami telah menjadikan Syaitan-syaitan itu teman rapat bagi orang-orang yang tidak beriman.
German 27:	O Kinder Adams, laßt Satan euch nicht verführen, (so) wie er eure Eltern aus dem Garten vertrieb und ihnen ihre Kleidung entriß, um ihnen ihre Scham zu zeigen. Wahrlich, er sieht euch, er und seine Schar, von wo ihr sie nicht seht. Denn seht, Wir haben die Satane zu Freunden derer gemacht, die nicht glauben.
Russian 27:	О сыны Адама! Не позволяйте сатане совратить вас, подобно тому, как он вывел из Рая ваших родителей. Он сорвал с них одежды, чтобы показать им их срамные места. Воистину, он и его сородичи видят вас оттуда, где вы их не видите. Воистину, Мы сделали дьяволов покровителями и помощниками тех, которые не веруют.
Bosnian 27:	O sinovi Ademovi, neka vas nikako ne zavede šejtan kao što je roditelje vaše iz Dženneta izveo, skinuvši s njih odjeću njihovu da bi im stidna mjesta njihova pokazao! On vas vidi, on i vojske njegove, odakle vi njih ne vidite. Mi smo učinili šejtane zaštitnicima onih koji ne vjeruju.
Urdu 27:	اے آدم کی اولاد تمہیں شیطان نہ بہکائے جیسا کہ اس نے تمہارے ماں باپ کو بہشت سے نکال دیا ان سے ان کے کپڑے اتروائے تاکہ تمہیں ان کی شرمگاہیں دکھائے وہ اور اس کی قوم تمہیں دیکھتی ہے جہاں سے تم انہیں نہیں دیکھتے ہم نے شیطانوں کو ان لوگوں کا دوست بنادیا ہے جوایمان نہیں لاتے
28	وَإِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً قَالُوا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهَا آبَاءَنَا وَاللَّهُ أَمَرَنَا بِهَا ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ ۖ أَتَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration 28:	Waitha faAAaloo fahishatan qaloo wajadna AAalayha abaana waAllahu amarana biha qul inna Allaha la yamuru bialfahshai ataqooloona AAala Allahi ma la taAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali 28:	When they do aught that is shameful, they say: "We found our fathers doing so"; and "(Allah) commanded us thus": Say: "Nay, Allah never commands what is shameful: do ye say of Allah what ye know not?"
Shakir 28:	And when they commit an indecency they say: We found our fathers doing this, and Allah has enjoined it on us. Say: Surely Allah does not enjoin indecency; do you say against Allah what you do not know?
Pickthal 28:	And when they do some lewdness they say: We found our fathers doing it and Allah hath enjoined it on us. Say: Allah, verily, enjoineth not lewdness. Tell ye concerning Allah that which ye know not?
Mohsin Khan: 28:	And when they commit a Fahishah (evil deed, going round the Ka'bah in naked state, and every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse), they say: "We found our fathers doing it, and Allah has commanded it on us." Say: "Nay, Allah never commands Fahishah. Do you say of Allah what you know not?"
French 28:	et quand ceux-ci commettent une turpitude, ils disent: ‹C'est une coutume léguée par nos ancêtres et prescrite par Allah.› Dis: ‹[Non,] Allah ne commande point la turpitude. Direz-vous contre Allah ce que vous ne savez pas?›
Spanish 28:	Cuando cometen una deshonestidad, dicen: "Encontramos a nuestros padres haciendo lo mismo y Alá nos lo ha ordenado". Di: "Ciertamente, Alá no ordena la deshonestidad. ¿Decís contra Alá lo que no sabéis?"
Indonesian 28:	Dan apabila mereka melakukan perbuatan keji , mereka berkata: "Kami mendapati nenek moyang kami mengerjakan yang demikian itu, dan Allah menyuruh kami mengerjakannya. Katakanlah: "Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyuruh (mengerjakan) perbuatan yang keji." Mengapa kamu mengada-adakan terhadap Allah apa yang tidak kamu ketahui?
Melayu 28:	Dan (orang-orang yang tidak beriman itu) apabila mereka melakukan sesuatu perbuatan yang keji, mereka berkata: Kami dapati datuk nenek kami mengerjakannya dan Allah perintahkan kami mengerjakannya. Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Sesungguhnya Allah tidak sekali-kali menyuruh mengerjakan perbuatan yang keji. Patutkah kamu mengatakan terhadap Allah apa yang kamu tidak mengetahuinya?
German 28:	"Und wenn sie eine Schandtat begehen, sagen sie: ""Wir fanden unsere Väter dabei, und Allah hat sie uns befohlen."" Sprich: ""Wahrlich, Allah befiehlt keine Schandtaten. Wollt ihr denn von Allah reden, was ihr nicht wisset?""
Russian 28:	Когда они совершают мерзость, они оправдываются так: «Мы видели, что наши отцы поступали таким образом. Аллах повелел нам это». Скажи: «Аллах не велит совершать мерзость. Неужели вы станете наговаривать на Аллаха то, чего не знаете?»
Bosnian 28:	A kada urade neko ružno djelo, govore: "Zatekli smo pretke naše da to rade, a i Allah nam je to zapovijedio." Reci: "Allah ne zapovijeda da se rade ružna djela! Zašto o Allahu govorite ono što ne znate?"
Urdu 28:	اور جب کوئی برا کام کرتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے اسی طرح اپنے باپ دادا کو کرتے دیکھا ہے اور الله نے بھی ہمیں یہ حکم دیا ہے کہہ دو بے شک الله بے حیائی کا حکم نہیں کرتا الله کے ذمہ وہ باتیں کیوں لگاتے ہو جو تمہیں معلوم نہیں
29	قُلْ أَمَرَ رَبِّي بِالْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَقِيمُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ ۚ كَمَا بَدَأَكُمْ تَعُودُونَ
Transliteration 29:	Qul amara rabbee bialqisti waaqeemoo wujoohakum AAinda kulli masjidin waodAAoohu mukhliseena lahu alddeena kama badaakum taAAoodoona
Yusuf Ali 29:	Say: "My Lord hath commanded justice; and that ye set your whole selves (to Him) at every time and place of prayer, and call upon Him, making your devotion sincere as in His sight: such as He created you in the beginning, so shall ye return."
Shakir 29:	Say: My Lord has enjoined justice, and set upright your faces at every time of prayer and call on Him, being sincere to Him in obedience; as He brought you forth in the beginning, so shall you also return.
Pickthal 29:	Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every place of worship and call upon Him, making religion pure for Him (only). As He brought you into being, so return ye (unto Him).
Mohsin Khan: 29:	Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): My Lord has commanded justice and (said) that you should face Him only (i.e. worship none but Allah and face the Qiblah, i.e. the Ka'bah at Makkah during prayers) in every place of worship, in prayers (and not to face other false deities and idols), and invoke Him only making your religion sincere to Him (by not joining in worship any partner with Him and with the intention that you are doing your deeds for Allah's sake only). As He brought you (into being) in the beginning, so shall you be brought into being [on the Day of Resurrection in two groups, one as a blessed one (believers), and the other as a wretched one (disbelievers)].
French 29:	Dis: ‹Mon Seigneur a commandé l'équité. Que votre prosternation soit exclusivement pour Lui. Et invoquez-Le, sincères dans votre culte. De même qu'Il vous a créés, vous retournez à Lui›.
Spanish 29:	Di: "Mi Señor ordena la equidad. Dirigíos a Él siempre que oréis e invocadle rindiéndole culto sincero. Así como os ha creado, volveréis".
Indonesian 29:	Katakanlah: "Tuhanku menyuruh menjalankan keadilan". Dan (katakanlah): "Luruskanlah muka (diri) mu di setiap shalat dan sembahlah Allah dengan mengikhlaskan keta'atanmu kepada-Nya. Sebagaimana Dia telah menciptakan kamu pada permulaan (demikian pulalah) kamu akan kembali kepada-Nya)".
Melayu 29:	Katakanlah: Tuhanku menyuruh berlaku adil (pada segala perkara) dan (menyuruh supaya kamu) hadapkan muka (dan hati) kamu (kepada Allah) dengan betul pada tiap-tiap kali mengerjakan sembahyang dan beribadatlah dengan mengikhlaskan amal agama kamu kepadaNya semata-mata; (kerana) sebagaimana Dia telah menjadikan kamu pada mulanya, (demikian pula) kamu akan kembali (kepadaNya).
German 29:	""Sprich: ""Mein Herr hat Gerechtigkeit befohlen. Und ihr sollt euer Antlitz bei jeder Gebetsstätte (zu Ihm) richten, und ihr sollt Ihn in lauterem Gehorsam anrufen. Wie Er euch ins Dasein gebracht hat, so werdet ihr (zu Ihm) zurückkehren.""
Russian 29:	Скажи: «Мой Господь велел поступать справедливо». Обращайте к Нему лица в любом месте поклонения и взывайте к Нему, очищая перед Ним веру. Он сотворил вас изначально, и так же вы будете возвращены».
Bosnian 29:	Reci: "Gospodar moj naređuje - pravednost. I obraćajte se samo Njemu kad god obavljate molitvu, i molite Mu se iskreno Mu ispovijedajući vjeru! Kao što vas je iz ničega stvorio, tako će vas ponovo oživiti.
Urdu 29:	کہہ دو میرے رب نے انصاف کا حکم دیا ہے اور ہر نماز کےوقت اپنے منہ سیدھے کرو اور اس کے خالص فرمانبردار ہو کر اسے پکارو جس طرح تمہیں پہلے پیدا کیا ہے اسی طرح دوبارہ پیدا ہو گے
30	فَرِيقًا هَدَىٰ وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلَالَةُ ۗ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ
Transliteration 30:	Fareeqan hada wafareeqan haqqa AAalayhimu alddalalatu innahumu ittakhathoo alshshayateena awliyaa min dooni Allahi wayahsaboona annahum muhtadoona
Yusuf Ali 30:	Some He hath guided: Others have (by their choice) deserved the loss of their way; in that they took the evil ones, in preference to Allah, for their friends and protectors, and think that they receive guidance.
Shakir 30:	A part has He guided aright and (as for another) part, error is justly their due, surely they took the Shaitans for guardians beside Allah, and they think that they are followers of the right
Pickthal 30:	A party hath He led aright, while error hath just hold over (another) party, for lo! they choose the devils for protecting supporters instead of Allah and deem that they are rightly guided.
Mohsin Khan: 30:	A group He has guided, and a group deserved to be in error; (because) surely they took the Shayatin (devils) as Auliya' (protectors and helpers) instead of Allah, and think that they are guided.
French 30:	Il guide une partie, tandis qu'une autre partie a mérité l'égarement parce qu'ils ont pris, au lieu d'Allah, les diables pour alliés, et ils pensent qu'ils sont bien-guidés!
Spanish 30:	Ha dirigido a unos, pero otros han merecido extraviarse. Éstos han tomado como amigos a los demonios, en lugar de tomar a Alá, y creen ser bien dirigidos.
Indonesian 30:	Sebahagian diberi-Nya petunjuk dan sebahagian lagi telah pasti kesesatan bagi mereka. Sesungguhnya mereka menjadikan syaitan-syaitan pelindung (mereka) selain Allah, dan mereka mengira bahwa mereka mendapat petunjuk.
Melayu 30:	Sebahagian (dari umat manusia) diberi hidayat petunjuk oleh Allah (dengan diberi taufiq untuk beriman dan beramal soleh) dan sebahagian lagi (yang ingkar) berhaklah mereka ditimpa kesesatan (dengan pilihan mereka sendiri), kerana sesungguhnya mereka telah menjadikan Syaitan-syaitan itu pemimpin-pemimpin (yang ditaati) selain Allah. Serta mereka pula menyangka, bahawa mereka berada dalam petunjuk hidayat.
German 30:	"Eine Schar hat Er geleitet, einer anderen aber wurde nach Gebühr Irrtum zuteil, da sie sich die Satane zu Beschützern außer Allah genommen hatten; und (sie) meinen, sie seien rechtgeleitet.
Russian 30:	Он одних наставил на прямой путь, а другим заслуженно предписал заблуждение. Они сочли дьяволов своими покровителями и помощниками вместо Аллаха и полагают, что следуют прямым путем.
Bosnian 30:	On jednima na Pravi put ukazuje, a druge, s pravom, u zabludi ostavlja, jer oni, mjesto Allaha, šejtane za zaštitnike uzimaju i misle da dobro rade.
Urdu 30:	ایک جماعت کو ہدایت دی اور ایک جماعت پر گمراہی ثابت ہو چکی انہوں نے الله کو چھوڑ کر شیطان کو اپنا دوست بنایا ہے اور خیال کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ہدایت پر ہیں
31	۞ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
Transliteration 31:	Ya banee adama khuthoo zeenatakum AAinda kulli masjidin wakuloo waishraboo wala tusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena
Yusuf Ali 31:	O Children of Adam! wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer: eat and drink: But waste not by excess, for Allah loveth not the wasters.
Shakir 31:	O children of Adam! attend to your embellishments at every time of prayer, and eat and drink and be not extravagant; surely He does not love the extravagant.
Pickthal 31:	O Children of Adam! Look to your adornment at every place of worship, and eat and drink, but be not prodigal. Lo! He loveth not the prodigals.
Mohsin Khan: 31:	O Children of Adam! Take your adornment (by wearing your clean clothes), while praying and going round (the Tawaf of) the Ka'bah, and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allah) likes not Al-Musrifun (those who waste by extravagance).
French 31:	Ô enfants d'Adam, dans chaque lieu de Salat portez votre parure (vos habits). Et mangez et buvez; et ne commettez pas d'excès, car Il [Allah] n'aime pas ceux qui commettent des excès.
Spanish 31:	¡Hijos de Adán! ¡Atended a vuestro atavío siempre que oréis! ¡Comed y bebed, pero no cometáis excesos, que Él no ama a los inmoderados!
Indonesian 31:	Hai anak Adam, pakailah pakaianmu yang indah di setiap (memasuki) masjid makan dan minumlah, dan janganlah berlebih-lebihan . Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang berlebih-lebihan.
Melayu 31:	Wahai anak-anak Adam! Pakailah pakaian kamu yang indah berhias pada tiap-tiap kali kamu ke tempat ibadat (atau mengerjakan sembahyang) dan makanlah serta minumlah dan jangan pula kamu melampau; sesungguhnya Allah tidak suka akan orang-orang yang melampaui batas.
German 31:	O Kinder Adams, habt eine gepflegte Erscheinung an jeder Gebetsstätte, und eßt und trinkt, doch überschreitet (dabei) das Maß nicht; wahrlich, Er liebt nicht diejenigen, die nicht maßhalten.
Russian 31:	О сыны Адама! Облекайтесь в свои украшения при каждой мечети. Ешьте и пейте, но не расточительствуйте, ибо Он не любит расточительных.
Bosnian 31:	O sinovi Ademovi, lijepo se obucite kad hoćete molitvu obaviti! I jedite i pijte, samo ne pretjerujte; On ne voli one koji pretjeruju.
Urdu 31:	اے آدم کی اولاد تم مسجد کی حاضری کے وقت اپنا لباس پہن لیا کرو اور کھاؤ اور پیئو اور حد سے نہ نکلو بے شک الله حد سے نکلنے والوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا
32	قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ ۚ قُلْ هِيَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ كَذَ‌ٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration 32:	Qul man harrama zeenata Allahi allatee akhraja liAAibadihi waalttayyibati mina alrrizqi qul hiya lillatheena amanoo fee alhayati alddunya khalisatan yawma alqiyamati kathalika nufassilu alayati liqawmin yaAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali 32:	Say: Who hath forbidden the beautiful (gifts) of Allah, which He hath produced for His servants, and the things, clean and pure, (which He hath provided) for sustenance? Say: They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, (and) purely for them on the Day of Judgment. Thus do We explain the signs in detail for those who understand.
Shakir 32:	Say: Who has prohibited the embellishment of Allah which He has brought forth for His servants and the good provisions? Say: These are for the believers in the life of this world, purely (theirs) on the resurrection day; thus do We make the communications clear for a people who know.
Pickthal 32:	Say: Who hath forbidden the adornment of Allah which He hath brought forth for His bondmen, and the good things of His providing? Say: Such, on the Day of Resurrection, will be only for those who believed during the life of the world. Thus do we detail Our revelations for people who have knowledge.
Mohsin Khan: 32:	Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Who has forbidden the adornment with clothes given by Allah, which He has produced for His slaves, and At-Taiyyibat [all kinds of Halal (lawful) things] of food?" Say: "They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, (and) exclusively for them (believers) on the Day of Resurrection (the disbelievers will not share them)." Thus We explain the Ayat (Islamic laws) in detail for people who have knowledge.
French 32:	Dis: ‹Qui a interdit la parure d'Allah, qu'Il a produite pour Ses serviteurs, ainsi que les bonnes nourritures?› Dis: ‹Elles sont destinées à ceux qui ont la foi, dans cette vie, et exclusivement à eux au Jour de la Résurrection.› Ainsi exposons-Nous clairement les versets pour les gens qui savent.
Spanish 32:	Di: ",Quién ha prohibido los adornos que Alá ha producido para Sus siervos y las cosas buenas de que os ha proveído?" Di: "Esto es para los creyentes mientras vivan la vida de acá, pero, en particular, para el día de la Resurrección". Así es como explicamos con detalle las aleyas a gente que sabe.
Indonesian 32:	Katakanlah: "Siapakah yang mengharamkan perhiasan dari Allah yang telah dikeluarkan-Nya untuk hamba-hamba-Nya dan (siapa pulakah yang mengharamkan) rezki yang baik?" Katakanlah: "Semuanya itu (disediakan) bagi orang-orang yang beriman dalam kehidupan dunia, khusus (untuk mereka saja) di hari kiamat . Demikianlah Kami menjelaskan ayat-ayat itu bagi orang-orang yang mengetahui.
Melayu 32:	Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Siapakah yang (berani) mengharamkan perhiasan Allah yang telah dikeluarkanNya untuk hamba-hambaNya dan demikian juga benda-benda yang baik lagi halal dari rezeki yang dikurniakanNya? Katakanlah: Semuanya itu ialah (nikmat-nikmat) untuk orang-orang yang beriman (dan juga yang tidak beriman) dalam kehidupan dunia; (nikmat-nikmat itu pula) hanya tertentu (bagi orang-orang yang beriman sahaja) pada hari kiamat. Demikianlah Kami jelaskan ayat-ayat keterangan Kami satu persatu bagi orang-orang yang (mahu) mengetahui.
German 32:	"Sprich: ""Wer hat die schönen Dinge Allahs verboten, die Er für Seine Diener hervorgebracht hat und die guten Dinge der Versorgung?"" Sprich: ""Sie sind für die Gläubigen in diesem Leben (und) ausschließlich (für sie) am Tage der Auferstehung."" So machen Wir die Zeichen klar für Leute, die Wissen haben.
Russian 32:	Скажи: «Кто запретил украшения Аллаха, которые Он даровал Своим рабам, и прекрасный удел?» Скажи: «В мирской жизни они предназначены для тех, кто уверовал, а в День воскресения они будут предназначены исключительно для них». Так Мы разъясняем знамения людям знающим.
Bosnian 32:	Reci: "Ko je zabranio Allahove ukrase, koje je On za robove Svoje stvorio, i ukusna jela?" Reci: "Ona su za vjernike na ovome svijetu, a na onome svijetu su samo za njih." Eto, tako Mi podrobno izlažemo dokaze ljudima koji znaju.
Urdu 32:	کہہ دو الله کی زینت کو کس نے حرام کیا ہے جو اس نے اپنے بندو ں کے واسطے پیدا کی ہے اورکس نے کھانے کی ستھری چیزیں (حرام کیں) کہہ دو دنیا کی زندگی میں یہ نعمتیں اصل میں ایمان والوں کے لیے ہیں قیامت کے دن خالص انہیں کے لیے ہوجائیں گی اسی طرح ہم آیتیں مفصل بیان کرتے ہیں ان کے لیے جو سمجھتے ہیں
33	قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration 33:	Qul innama harrama rabbiya alfawahisha ma thahara minha wama batana waalithma waalbaghya bighayri alhaqqi waan tushrikoo biAllahi ma lam yunazzil bihi sultanan waan taqooloo AAala Allahi ma la taAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali 33:	Say: the things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: shameful deeds, whether open or secret; sins and trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah, for which He hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no knowledge.
Shakir 33:	Say: My Lord has only prohibited indecencies, those of them that are apparent as well as those that are concealed, and sin and rebellion without justice, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down any authority, and that you say against Allah what you do not know.
Pickthal 33:	Say: My Lord forbiddeth only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are within, and sin and wrongful oppression, and that ye associate with Allah that for which no warrant hath been revealed, and that ye tell concerning Allah that which ye know not.
Mohsin Khan: 33:	Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "(But) the things that my Lord has indeed forbidden are Al-Fawahish (great evil sins and every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse) whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds), unrighteous oppression, joining partners (in worship) with Allah for which He has given no authority, and saying things about Allah of which you have no knowledge."
French 33:	Dis: ‹Mon Seigneur n'a interdit que les turpitudes (les grands péchés), tant apparentes que secrètes, de même que le péché, l'agression sans droit et d'associer à Allah ce dont Il n'a fait descendre aucune preuve, et de dire sur Allah ce que vous ne savez pas›.
Spanish 33:	Di: "Mi Señor prohíbe sólo las deshonestidades, tanto las públicas como las ocultas, el pecado, la opresión injusta, que asociéis a Alá algo a lo que Él no ha conferido autoridad y que digáis contra Alá lo que no sabéis".
Indonesian 33:	Katakanlah: "Tuhanku hanya mengharamkan perbuatan yang keji, baik yang nampak ataupun yang tersembunyi, dan perbuatan dosa, melanggar hak manusia tanpa alasan yang benar, (mengharamkan) mempersekutukan Allah dengan sesuatu yang Allah tidak menurunkan hujjah untuk itu dan (mengharamkan) mengada-adakan terhadap Allah apa yang tidak kamu ketahui".
Melayu 33:	Katakanlah: Sesungguhnya Tuhanku hanya mengharamkan perbuatan-perbuatan yang keji, samada yang nyata atau yang tersembunyi dan perbuatan dosa dan perbuatan menceroboh dengan tidak ada alasan yang benar dan (diharamkanNya) kamu mempersekutukan sesuatu dengan Allah sedang Allah tidak menurunkan sebarang bukti (yang membenarkannya); dan (diharamkanNya) kamu memperkatakan terhadap Allah sesuatu yang kamu tidak mengetahuinya.
German 33:	""Sprich: ""Mein Herr hat nur Schändlichkeiten verboten, seien sie offenkundig oder verborgen, dazu Sünde und ungerechte Gewalttat. Und (Er hat verboten,) daß ihr Allah das zur Seite setzt, wozu Er keine Befugnis herabsandte, und (Er hat verboten,) daß ihr (etwas) von Allah aussagt, was ihr nicht wißt.""
Russian 33:	Скажи: «Мой Господь запретил совершать мерзкие поступки, как явные, так и скрытые, совершать грехи, бесчинствовать безо всякого права, приобщать к Аллаху сотоварищей, в пользу чего Он не ниспослал никакого доказательства, и наговаривать на Аллаха то, чего вы не знаете.
Bosnian 33:	Reci: "Gospodar moj zabranjuje razvrat, i javni i potajni, i grijehe, i neopravdano nasilje, i da Allahu smatrate ravnim one za koje On nikakav dokaz objavio nije, i da o Allahu govorite ono što ne znate."
Urdu 33:	کہہ دو میرے رب نے صرف بے حیائی کی باتو ں کو حرام کیا ہے خواہ وہ علانیہ ہوں یا پوشیدہ اور ہر گناہ کواور ناحق کسی پر ظلم کرنے کو بھی اور یہ کہ الله پر وہ باتیں کہو جو تم نہیں جانتے
34	وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلٌ ۖ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ
Transliteration 34:	Walikulli ommatin ajalun faitha jaa ajaluhum la yastakhiroona saAAatan wala yastaqdimoona
Yusuf Ali 34:	To every people is a term appointed: when their term is reached, not an hour can they cause delay, nor (an hour) can they advance (it in anticipation).
Shakir 34:	And for every nation there is a doom, so when their doom is come they shall not remain behind the least while, nor shall they go before.
Pickthal 34:	And every nation hath its term, and when its term cometh, they cannot put it off an hour nor yet advance (it).
Mohsin Khan: 34:	And every nation has its appointed term; when their term comes, neither can they delay it nor can they advance it an hour (or a moment).
French 34:	Pour chaque communauté il y a un terme. Quand leur terme vient, ils ne peuvent le retarder d'une heure et ils ne peuvent le hâter non plus.
Spanish 34:	Cada comunidad tiene un plazo. Y cuando vence su plazo, no pueden retrasarlo ni adelantarlo una hora.
Indonesian 34:	Tiap-tiap umat mempunyai batas waktu; maka apabila telah datang waktunya mereka tidak dapat mengundurkannya barang sesaatpun dan tidak dapat (pula) memajukannya.
Melayu 34:	Dan bagi tiap-tiap umat ada tempoh (yang telah ditetapkan); maka apabila datang tempohnya, tidak dapat mereka dikemudiankan walau sesaatpun dan tidak dapat pula mereka didahulukan.
German 34:	"Jedem Volk ist eine Frist gesetzt; und wenn ihre Zeit gekommen ist, dann können sie (sie) auch nicht um eine Stunde hinausschieben, noch können sie (sie) vorverlegen.
Russian 34:	Для каждой общины есть свой срок. Когда же наступает их срок, они не могут отдалить или приблизить его даже на час.
Bosnian 34:	Svaki narod ima svoj kraj, i kad dođe njegov kraj, neće ga moći ni za tren jedan ni odložiti ni ubrzati.
Urdu 34:	اور ہر ایک گروہ کے لیے ایک معیاد معین ہے پھر جب وہ معیاد ختم ہو گی اور وقت نہ ایک گھڑی پیچھے ہٹیں گے اور نہ آگے بڑھیں گے
35	يَا بَنِي آدَمَ إِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي ۙ فَمَنِ اتَّقَىٰ وَأَصْلَحَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Transliteration 35:	Ya banee adama imma yatiyannakum rusulun minkum yaqussoona AAalaykum ayatee famani ittaqa waaslaha fala khawfun AAalayhim wala hum yahzanoona
Yusuf Ali 35:	O ye Children of Adam! whenever there come to you apostles from amongst you, rehearsing My signs unto you,- those who are righteous and mend (their lives),- on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.
Shakir 35:	O children of Adam! if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My communications, then whoever shall guard (against evil) and act aright-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.
Pickthal 35:	O Children of Adam! When messengers of your own come unto you who narrate unto you My revelations, then whosoever refraineth from evil and amendeth - there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
Mohsin Khan: 35:	O Children of Adam! If there come to you Messengers from amongst you, reciting to you My Verses, then whosoever becomes pious and righteous, on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.
French 35:	Ô enfants d'Adam! Si des messagers [choisis] parmi vous viennent pour vous exposer Mes signes, alors ceux qui acquièrent la piété et se réforment, n'auront aucune crainte et ne seront point affligés.
Spanish 35:	¡Hijos de Adán! Si vienen a vosotros enviados salidos de vosotros contándoos Mis signos, quienes temen a Alá y se enmiendan no tienen que temer y no estarán tristes.
Indonesian 35:	Hai anak-anak Adam, jika datang kepadamu rasul-rasul daripada kamu yang menceritakan kepadamu ayat-ayat-Ku, maka barangsiapa yang bertakwa dan mengadakan perbaikan, tidaklah ada kekhawatiran terhadap mereka dan tidak (pula) mereka bersedih hati.
Melayu 35:	Wahai anak-anak Adam! Jika datang kepada kamu Rasul-rasul dari kalangan kamu yang menceritakan kepada kamu ayat-ayat (perintah) Ku, maka sesiapa yang bertakwa dan memperbaiki amalnya, tidak ada kebimbangan (dari berlakunya kejadian yang tidak baik) terhadap mereka dan mereka pula tidak akan berdukacita.
German 35:	O Kinder Adams, wenn zu euch aus eurer Mitte Gesandte kommen, die euch Meine Zeichen verkünden - über diejenigen, die dann gottesfürchtig sind und gute Werke tun, soll keine Furcht kommen, noch sollen sie traurig sein.
Russian 35:	О сыны Адама! Если к вам придут посланники из вашей среды, читая вам Мои аяты, то всякий, кто станет богобоязненным и праведным, не познает страха и не будет опечален.
Bosnian 35:	O sinovi Ademovi, kad vam između vas samih budu dolazili poslanici koji će vam propise Moje objašnjavati - onda se oni koji se budu Allaha bojali i dobra djela činiti neće ničega bojati niti će bilo za čim tugovati;
Urdu 35:	اے ادم کی اولاد اگر تم میں سے تمہارے پاس رسول آئیں جو تمہیں میری آیتیں سنائیں پھر جو شخص ڈرے گا اور اصلاح کرے گا ایسوں پر کوئی خوف نہ ہوگا اور نہ وہ غم کھائیں گے
36	وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا أُولَـٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
Transliteration 36:	Waallatheena kaththaboo biayatina waistakbaroo AAanha olaika ashabu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona
Yusuf Ali 36:	But those who reject Our signs and treat them with arrogance,- they are companions of the Fire, to dwell therein (for ever).
Shakir 36:	And (as for) those who reject Our communications and turn away from them haughtily-- these are the inmates of the fire they shall abide in it.
Pickthal 36:	But they who deny Our revelations and scorn them - each are rightful owners of the Fire; they will abide therein.
Mohsin Khan: 36:	But those who reject Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations) and treat them with arrogance, they are the dwellers of the (Hell) Fire, they will abide therein forever.
French 36:	Et ceux qui traitent de mensonges Nos signes et s'en écartent avec orgueil, sont les gens du Feu et ils y demeureront éternellement.

Russian 36:	А те, которые отвергнут Мои аяты и превознесутся над ними, станут обитателями Огня и пребудут там вечно.
Bosnian 36:	a oni koji dokaze Naše budu poricali, i od njih se budu oholo okretali, biće stanovnici u vatri, u njoj će vječno ostati.
Urdu 36:	اور جنہوں نے ہماری آیتو ں کو جھٹلایا اوران سے تکبر کیا وہی دوزخی ہیں وہ اس میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہوں گے
37	فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ ۚ أُولَـٰئِكَ يَنَالُهُمْ نَصِيبُهُم مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا يَتَوَفَّوْنَهُمْ قَالُوا أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ قَالُوا ضَلُّوا عَنَّا وَشَهِدُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا كَافِرِينَ
Transliteration 37:	Faman athlamu mimmani iftara AAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththaba biayatihi olaika yanaluhum naseebuhum mina alkitabi hatta itha jaathum rusuluna yatawaffawnahum qaloo ayna ma kuntum tadAAoona min dooni Allahi qaloo dalloo AAanna washahidoo AAala anfusihim annahum kanoo kafireena
Yusuf Ali 37:	Who is more unjust than one who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Signs? For such, their portion appointed must reach them from the Book (of decrees): until, when our messengers (of death) arrive and take their souls, they say: "Where are the things that ye used to invoke besides Allah." They will reply, "They have left us in the lurch," And they will bear witness against themselves, that they had rejected Allah.
Shakir 37:	Who is then more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or rejects His communications? (As for) those, their portion of the Book shall reach them, until when Our messengers come to them causing them to die, they shall say: Where is that which you used to call upon besides Allah? They would say: They are gone away from us; and they shall bear witness against themselves that they were unbelievers
Pickthal 37:	Who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie concerning Allah or denieth Our tokens. (For such) their appointed portion of the Book (of destiny) reacheth them till, when Our messengers come to gather them, they say: Where (now) is that to which ye cried beside Allah? They say: They have departed from us. And they testify against themselves that they were disbelievers.
Mohsin Khan: 37:	Who is more unjust than one who invents a lie against Allah or rejects His Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations)? For such their appointed portion (good things of this worldly life and their period of stay therein) will reach them from the Book (of Decrees) until when Our Messengers (the angel of death and his assistants) come to them to take their souls, they (the angels) will say: "Where are those whom you used to invoke and worship besides Allah," they will reply, "They have vanished and deserted us." And they will bear witness against themselves, that they were disbelievers.

Et ils témoigneront contre eux- mêmes qu'ils étaient mécréants.
Spanish 37:	¿Hay alguien que sea más impío que quien inventa una mentira contra Alá o niega Sus signos? Ésos tendrán la suerte a que han sido destinados. Cuando, al fin, Nuestros enviados vengan a ellos para llamarles, dirán: "¿Dónde está lo que invocabais en lugar de invocar a Alá?" Ellos dirán: "¡Nos han abandonado!" Entonces, atestiguarán contra sí mismos su incredulidad.
Indonesian 37:	Maka siapakah yang lebih zalim daripada orang yang membuat-buat dusta terhadap Allah atau mendustakan ayat-ayat-Nya? Orang-orang itu akan memperoleh bahagian yang telah ditentukan untuknya dalam Kitab (Lauh Mahfuzh); hingga bila datang kepada mereka utusan-utusan Kami (malaikat) untuk mengambil nyawanya, (di waktu itu) utusan Kami bertanya: "Di mana (berhala-berhala) yang biasa kamu sembah selain Allah?" Orang-orang musyrik itu menjawab: "Berhala-berhala itu semuanya telah lenyap dari kami," dan mereka mengakui terhadap diri mereka bahwa mereka adalah orang-orang yang kafir.
Melayu 37:	Maka tidak ada yang lebih zalim daripada orang yang berdusta terhadap Allah atau yang mendustakan ayat-ayatNya. Orang-orang itu akan mendapat bahagian mereka (di dunia) dari apa yang telah tersurat (bagi mereka), hingga apabila datang kepada mereka utusan-utusan Kami (malaikat) yang mengambil nyawa mereka, bertanyalah malaikat itu (kepada mereka): Manakah (makhluk-makhluk dan benda-benda) yang kamu sembah selain Allah? Mereka menjawab: Semuanya itu telah hilang lenyap daripada kami dan mereka pula menjadi saksi terhadap diri mereka sendiri, bahawa mereka adalah orang-orang yang ingkar.
German 37:	"Wer ist wohl frevelhafter als der, der eine Lüge gegen Allah erdichtet oder Seine Zeichen der Lüge bezichtigt? Diesen soll das bestimmte Los (zuteil) werden, bis Unsere Boten zu ihnen kommen, um ihnen den Tod zu bringen; sie werden sprechen: ""Wo ist nun das, was ihr statt Allah anzurufen pflegtet?"" Jene werden antworten: ""Wir können sie nicht finden""; und sie werden gegen sich selbst Zeugnis ablegen, daß sie Ungläubige waren.
Russian 37:	Кто же несправедливее того, кто возводит на Аллаха навет или считает ложью Его знамения? Они получат удел, отведенный им в Писании. Когда же к ним явятся Наши посланцы, чтобы упокоить их, они скажут: «Где те, к кому вы взывали вместо Аллаха?» Они скажут: «Они бросили нас!» Они сами засвидетельствуют, что были неверующими.
Bosnian 37:	Ima li, onda, nepravednijeg od onoga koji o Allahu govori laži i ne priznaje Njegove riječi? Takvi će dobiti sve ono što im je zapisano. Ali kada im izaslanici Naši dođu da im dušu uzmu, upitaće: "A gdje su oni kojima ste se, umjesto Allahu, klanjali?" - "Izgubili su nam se" - odgovoriće, i sami protiv sebe posvjedočiti da su nevjernici bili.
Urdu 37:	پھر اس سے زیادہ ظالم کون ہوگا الله پر بہتان باندھے یا اس کے حکموں کو جھٹلائے ان لوگوں کا جو کچھ نصیب ہے وہ ان کو مل جائے گا یہاں تک کہ جب ان کے ہاں ہمارے بھیجے ہوئے فرشتے ان کی روح قبض کرنے کے لیے آئيں گے تو کہیں گے کہ وہ کہاں گئے الله کو چھوڑ کر جن کی تم عبادت کرتے تھے کہیں گے ہم سے سب غائب ہو گئے اور اپنے کافر ہونے کااقرار کرنے لگیں گے
38	قَالَ ادْخُلُوا فِي أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مِّنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ فِي النَّارِ ۖ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَّعَنَتْ أُخْتَهَا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا ادَّارَكُوا فِيهَا جَمِيعًا قَالَتْ أُخْرَاهُمْ لِأُولَاهُمْ رَبَّنَا هَـٰؤُلَاءِ أَضَلُّونَا فَآتِهِمْ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا مِّنَ النَّارِ ۖ قَالَ لِكُلٍّ ضِعْفٌ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration 38:	Qala odkhuloo fee omamin qad khalat min qablikum mina aljinni waalinsi fee alnnari kullama dakhalat ommatun laAAanat okhtaha hatta itha iddarakoo feeha jameeAAan qalat okhrahum lioolahum rabbana haolai adalloona faatihim AAathaban diAAfan mina alnnari qala likullin diAAfun walakin la taAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali 38:	He will say: "Enter ye in the company of the peoples who passed away before you - men and jinns, - into the Fire." Every time a new people enters, it curses its sister-people (that went before), until they follow each other, all into the Fire. Saith the last about the first: "Our Lord! it is these that misled us: so give them a double penalty in the Fire." He will say: "Doubled for all" : but this ye do not understand.
Shakir 38:	He will say: Enter into fire among the nations that have passed away before you from among jinn and men; whenever a nation shall enter, it shall curse its sister, until when they have all come up with one another into it; the last of them shall say with regard to the foremost of them: Our Lord! these led us astray therefore give them a double chastisement of the fire. He will say: Every one shall have double but you do not know.
Pickthal 38:	He saith: Enter into the Fire among nations of the jinn and humankind who passed away before you. Every time a nation entereth, it curseth its sister (nation) till, when they have all been made to follow one another thither, the last of them saith unto the first of them: Our Lord! These led us astray, so give them double torment of the Fire. He saith: For each one there is double (torment), but ye know not.
Mohsin Khan: 38:	(Allah) will say: "Enter you in the company of nations who passed away before you, of men and jinn, into the Fire." Every time a new nation enters, it curses its sister nation (that went before) until they will be gathered all together in the Fire. The last of them will say to the first of them: "Our Lord! These misled us, so give them a double torment of the Fire." He will say: "For each one there is double (torment), but you know not."
French 38:	‹Entrez dans le Feu›, dira [Allah,] ‹parmi les djinns et les hommes des communautés qui vous ont précédés.› Chaque fois qu'une communauté entrera, elle maudira celle qui l'aura précédée. Puis, lorsque tous s'y retrouveront, la dernière fournée dira de la première: ‹Ô notre Seigneur! Voilà ceux qui nous ont égarés: donne-leur donc double châtiment du feu.› Il dira: ‹A chacun le double, mais vous ne savez pas›.
Spanish 38:	Dirá "¡Entrad en el Fuego a reuniros con las comunidades de genios y hombres que os han precedido!" Siempre que una comunidad entra, maldice a su hermana. Cuando, al fin, se encuentren allí todas, la última en llegar dirá de la primera: "¡Señor! Éstos son quienes nos extraviaron. Dóblales, pues, el castigo del Fuego". Dirá: "Todos reciben el doble. Pero vosotros no sabéis".
Indonesian 38:	Allah berfirman: "Masuklah kamu sekalian ke dalam neraka bersama umat-umat jin dan manusia yang telah terdahulu sebelum kamu. Setiap suatu umat masuk (ke dalam neraka), dia mengutuk kawannya (yang menyesatkannya); sehingga apabila mereka masuk semuanya berkatalah orang-orang yang masuk kemudian di antara mereka kepada orang-orang yang masuk terdahulu: "Ya Tuhan kami, mereka telah menyesatkan kami, sebab itu datangkanlah kepada mereka siksaan yang berlipat ganda dari neraka". Allah berfirman: "Masing-masing mendapat (siksaan), yang berlipat ganda, akan tetapi kamu tidak mengetahui".
Melayu 38:	Allah berfirman: Masuklah kamu ke dalam Neraka bersama-sama umat-umat yang terdahulu daripada kamu, dari jin dan manusia. Tiap-tiap satu umat yang masuk, mengutuk akan saudaranya (golongannya sendiri); hingga apabila mereka semua berhimpun di dalamnya, berkatalah golongan yang akhir mengenai golongan yang pertama di antara mereka: Wahai Tuhan kami, mereka inilah yang telah menyesatkan kami; oleh itu berilah kepada mereka azab seksa yang berlipat ganda dari (azab) Neraka. Allah berfirman: Kamu masing-masing disediakan (azab seksa) yang berlipat ganda tetapi kamu tidak mengetahui.
German 38:	""Er wird sprechen: ""Tretet ein in das Feuer zu den Scharen der Dschinn und der Menschen, die vor euch dahingingen."" Sooft eine Schar eintritt, wird sie ihre Schwesterschar verfluchen, bis endlich, wenn sie alle nacheinander darin angekommen sind, die letzten zu den ersten sagen werden: ""Unser Herr, diese da haben uns irregeführt, so gib ihnen die Pein des Feuers mehrfach."" Er wird sprechen: ""Jeder hat (sie) mehrfach, allein ihr wisset es nicht.""
Russian 38:	Он скажет: «Войдите вместе с народами из числа людей и джиннов, которые прожили до вас». Каждый раз, когда один народ будет входить туда, он будет проклинать родственный ему народ. Когда же они будут собраны там вместе, то последние из них скажут о первых: «Господь наш! Это они ввели нас в заблуждение. Удвой же их мучения в Огне». Он скажет: «Всем воздастся вдвойне, но вы не знаете этого».
Bosnian 38:	"Ulazite u Džehennem s narodima, sa džinima i ljudima koji su prije vas bili i nestali!” - reći će On. I kad god neki narod uđe, proklinjat će onaj za kojim se u nevjerovanje poveo. A kad se svi u njemu iskupe, tada će običan puk reći o glavešinama svojim: "Gospodaru naš, ovi su nas u zabludu odveli, zato im podaj dvostruku patnju u vatri!" - "Za sve će biti dvostruka!" - reći će On - "ali vi ne znate."
Urdu 38:	فرمائے گا جنوں اور آدمیوں میں سے جو امتیں تم سے پہلے ہو چکی ہیں ان کے ساتھ دوزخ میں داخل ہو جاؤ جب ایک امت داخل ہو گی تو دوسری پر لعنت کرے گی یہاں تک کہ جب اس میں سب گر جائیں گے تو ن کے پچھلے پہلوں سے کہیں گے اے رب ہمارے ہمیں انہوں نے گمراہ کیا سو تو انہیں آگ کا دگنا عذاب دے فرمائے گا کہ دونوں کو دگنا ہے لیکن تم نہیں جانتے
39	وَقَالَتْ أُولَاهُمْ لِأُخْرَاهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِن فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
Transliteration 39:	Waqalat oolahum liokhrahum fama kana lakum AAalayna min fadlin fathooqoo alAAathaba bima kuntum taksiboona
Yusuf Ali 39:	Then the first will say to the last: "See then! No advantage have ye over us; so taste ye of the penalty for all that ye did !"
Shakir 39:	And the foremost of them will say to the last of them: So you have no preference over us; therefore taste the chastisement for what you earned.
Pickthal 39:	And the first of them saith unto the last of them: Ye were no whit better than us, so taste the doom for what ye used to earn.
Mohsin Khan: 39:	The first of them will say to the last of them: "You were not better than us, so taste the torment for what you used to earn."
French 39:	Et la première fournée dira à la dernière: ‹Mais vous n'avez sur nous aucun avantage. Goûtez donc au châtiment, pour ce que vous avez acquis›.
Spanish 39:	La primera de ellas dirá a la última: "No gozáis de ningún privilegio sobre nosotros. Gustad, pues, el castigo que habéis merecido".
Indonesian 39:	Dan berkata orang-orang yang masuk terdahulu di antara mereka kepada orang-orang yang masuk kemudian: "Kamu tidak mempunyai kelebihan sedikitpun atas kami, maka rasakanlah siksaan karena perbuatan yang telah kamu lakukan".
Melayu 39:	Dan berkatalah golongan pertama (ketua-ketua), di antara mereka, kepada golongan yang akhir (pengikut-pengikutnya): (Jika demikianlah hukuman Tuhan), maka tidak ada bagi kamu sebarang kelebihan atas kami. (Allah berfirman): Oleh itu rasalah kamu azab seksa disebabkan apa yang kamu telah usahakan.
German 39:	""Und die ersten werden zu den letzten sagen: ""So hattet ihr denn keinen Vorteil vor uns; kostet also die Strafe für das, was ihr begangen habt.""
Russian 39:	Тогда первые из них скажут последним: «Вы не были лучше нас. Посему вкусите наказание за то, что вы приобретали».
Bosnian 39:	A glavešine će reći običnom puku: "Pa vi nemate nikakve prednosti pred nama!" Zato iskusite patnju za ono što ste radili.
Urdu 39:	اور پہلے پچھلوں سے کہیں گے پس تمہیں ہم پر کوئی فضیلت نہیں پس بسب اپنی کمائی کے عذاب چکھو
40	إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا لَا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَلَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّىٰ يَلِجَ الْجَمَلُ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ ۚ وَكَذَ‌ٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُجْرِمِينَ
Transliteration 40:	Inna allatheena kaththaboo biayatina waistakbaroo AAanha la tufattahu lahum abwabu alssamai wala yadkhuloona aljannata hatta yalija aljamalu fee sammi alkhiyati wakathalika najzee almujrimeena
Yusuf Ali 40:	To those who reject Our signs and treat them with arrogance, no opening will there be of the gates of heaven, nor will they enter the garden, until the camel can pass through the eye of the needle: Such is Our reward for those in sin.
Shakir 40:	Surely (as for) those who reject Our communications and turn away from them haughtily, the doors of heaven shall not be opened for them, nor shall they enter the garden until the camel pass through the eye of the needle; and thus do We reward the guilty.
Pickthal 40:	Lo! they who deny Our revelations and scorn them, for them the gates of heaven will nor be opened not will they enter the Garden until the camel goeth through the needle's eye. Thus do We requite the guilty.
Mohsin Khan: 40:	Verily, those who belie Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations) and treat them with arrogance, for them the gates of heaven will not be opened, and they will not enter Paradise until the camel goes through the eye of the needle (which is impossible). Thus do We recompense the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and sinners).
French 40:	Pour ceux qui traitent de mensonges Nos enseignements et qui s'en écartent par orgueil, les portes du ciel ne leur seront pas ouvertes, et ils n'entreront au Paradis que quand le chameau pénètre dans le chas de l'aiguille. Ainsi rétribuons-Nous les criminels.
Spanish 40:	A quienes hayan desmentido Nuestros signos y se hayan apartado altivamente de ellos, no se les abrirán las puertas del cielo ni entrarán en el Jardín hasta que entre un camello en el ojo de una aguja. Así retribuiremos a los pecadores.
Indonesian 40:	Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami dan menyombongkan diri terhadapnya, sekali-kali tidak akan dibukakan bagi mereka pintu-pintu langit dan tidak (pula) mereka masuk surga, hingga unta masuk ke lobang jarum . Demikianlah Kami memberi pembalasan kepada orang-orang yang berbuat kejahatan.
Melayu 40:	Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat (perintah) Kami dan yang angkuh (merasa dirinya lebih) daripada mematuhinya, tidak sekali-kali akan dibukakan bagi mereka pintu-pintu langit dan mereka tidak akan masuk Syurga sehingga unta masuk di lubang jarum dan demikianlah Kami membalas orang-orang yang melakukan kesalahan.
German 40:	"Wahrlich, denjenigen, die Unsere Zeichen für Lüge erklären und sich mit Hochmut von ihnen abwenden, werden die Pforten des Himmels nicht geöffnet werden, noch werden sie in das Paradies eingehen, ehe denn ein Kamel durch ein Nadelöhr geht. Und so belohnen Wir die Verbrecher.
Russian 40:	Воистину, не откроются врата небесные для тех, кто считал ложью Наши знамения и превозносился над ними. Они не войдут в Рай, пока верблюд не пройдет сквозь игольное ушко. Так Мы воздаем грешникам.
Bosnian 40:	Onima koji dokaza Naše budu poricali i prema njima se budu oholo odnosili - kapije nebeske neće se otvoriti, i prije će debelo uže kroz iglene uši proći nego što će oni u Džennet ući. Eto tako ćemo Mi grješnike kazniti.
Urdu 40:	بے شک جنہوں نے ہماری آیتو ں کو جھٹلایا اوران کے مقابلہ میں تکبر کیا ان کے لیے آسمان کے دروازے نہیں کھولے جائیں گے اورنہ وہ جنت میں داخل ہوں گے یہاں تک کہ اونٹ سوئی کے ناکے میں گھس جائے اور ہم گناہگاروں کو اسی طرح سزا دیتے ہیں
41	لَهُم مِّن جَهَنَّمَ مِهَادٌ وَمِن فَوْقِهِمْ غَوَاشٍ ۚ وَكَذَ‌ٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration 41:	Lahum min jahannama mihadun wamin fawqihim ghawashin wakathalika najzee alththalimeena
Yusuf Ali 41:	For them there is Hell, as a couch (below) and folds and folds of covering above: such is Our requital of those who do wrong.
Shakir 41:	They shall have a bed of hell-fire and from above them coverings (of it); and thus do We reward the unjust.
Pickthal 41:	Theirs will be a bed of hell, and over them coverings (of hell). Thus do We requite wrong-doers.
Mohsin Khan: 41:	Theirs will be a bed of Hell (Fire), and over them coverings (of Hell-fire). Thus do We recompense the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers).
French 41:	L'Enfer leur servira de lit et, comme couverture, ils auront des voiles de ténèbres. Ainsi rétribuons-Nous les injustes.
Spanish 41:	Tendrán la gehena por lecho y, por encima, cobertores. Así retribuiremos a los impíos.
Indonesian 41:	Mereka mempunyai tikar tidur dari api neraka dan di atas mereka ada selimut (api neraka) . Demikianlah Kami memberi balasan kepada orang-orang yang zalim.
Melayu 41:	Disediakan untuk mereka hamparan-hamparan dari api Neraka dan di atas mereka lapisan-lapisan penutup (dari api Neraka) dan demikianlah Kami membalas orang-orang yang zalim (disebabkan keingkarannya).
German 41:	Sie sollen Dschahannam zum Lager und als Decke über sich haben. Und so belohnen Wir die Ungerechten.
Russian 41:	Их ложа будут из Геенны, а над ними будут покрывала. Так Мы воздаем беззаконникам.
Bosnian 41:	U Džehennemu će im ležaj i pokrivači od vatre biti. Eto tako ćemo Mi nevjernike kazniti.
Urdu 41:	ان کے لیے دوزخ کا بچھونا اور اوپر سے اوڑھنا ہے اور ہم ظالموں کو ایسی ہی سزا دیا کرتے ہیں
42	وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا أُولَـٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ
Transliteration 42:	Waallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati la nukallifu nafsan illa wusAAaha olaika ashabu aljannati hum feeha khalidoona
Yusuf Ali 42:	But those who believe and work righteousness,- no burden do We place on any soul, but that which it can bear,- they will be Companions of the Garden, therein to dwell (for ever).
Shakir 42:	And (as for) those who believe and do good We do not impose on any soul a duty except to the extent of its ability-- they are the dwellers of the garden; in it they shall abide.
Pickthal 42:	But (as for) those who believe and do good works - We tax not any soul beyond its scope - Such are rightful owners of the Garden. They abide therein.
Mohsin Khan: 42:	But those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and worked righteousness - We tax not any person beyond his scope - such are the dwellers of Paradise. They will abide therein.
French 42:	Et ceux qui croient et font de bonnes oeuvres - Nous n'imposons aucune charge à personne que selon sa capacité - ceux-là seront les gens du Paradis: ils y demeureront éternellement.

Indonesian 42:	Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal-amal yang saleh, Kami tidak memikulkan kewajiban kepada diri seseorang melainkan sekedar kesanggupannya, mereka itulah penghuni-penghuni surga; mereka kekal di dalamnya.

Urdu 42:	اور جو ایمان لانے اور نیکیاں کیں ہم کسی پر بوجھ نہیں رکھتے مگر اس کی طاقت کےموافق وہی بہشتی ہیں وہ اس میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں
43	وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمُ الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَـٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ ۖ لَقَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ ۖ وَنُودُوا أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
Transliteration 43:	WanazaAAna ma fee sudoorihim min ghillin tajree min tahtihimu alanharu waqaloo alhamdu lillahi allathee hadana lihatha wama kunna linahtadiya lawla an hadana Allahu laqad jaat rusulu rabbina bialhaqqi wanoodoo an tilkumu aljannatu oorithtumooha bima kuntum taAAmaloona
Yusuf Ali 43:	And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury;- beneath them will be rivers flowing;- and they shall say: "Praise be to Allah, who hath guided us to this (felicity): never could we have found guidance, had it not been for the guidance of Allah. indeed it was the truth, that the apostles of our Lord brought unto us." And they shall hear the cry: "Behold! the garden before you! Ye have been made its inheritors, for your deeds (of righteousness)."
Shakir 43:	And We will remove whatever of ill-feeling is in their breasts; the rivers shall flow beneath them and they shall say: All praise is due to Allah Who guided us to this, and we would not have found the way had it not been that Allah had guided us; certainly the messengers of our Lord brought the truth; and it shall be cried out to them that this is the garden of which you are made heirs for what you did.
Pickthal 43:	And We remove whatever rancour may be in their hearts. Rivers flow beneath them. And they say: The praise to Allah, Who hath guided us to this. We could not truly have been led aright if Allah had not guided us. Verily the messengers of our Lord did bring the Truth. And it is cried unto them: This is the Garden. Ye inherit it for what ye used to do.
Mohsin Khan: 43:	And We shall remove from their breasts any (mutual) hatred or sense of injury (which they had, if at all, in the life of this world); rivers flowing under them, and they will say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has guided us to this, and never could we have found guidance, were it not that Allah had guided us! Indeed, the Messengers of our Lord did come with the truth." And it will be cried out to them: "This is the Paradise which you have inherited for what you used to do."
French 43:	Et Nous enlèverons toute la rancune de leurs poitrines, sous eux couleront les ruisseaux, et ils diront: ‹Louange à Allah qui nous a guidés à ceci. Nous n'aurions pas été guidés, si Allah ne nous avait pas guidés. Les messagers de notre Seigneur sont venus avec la vérité.› Et on leur proclamera: ‹Voilà le Paradis qui vous a été donné en héritage pour ce que vous faisiez›.
Spanish 43:	Extirparemos el rencor que quede en sus pechos. Fluirán arroyos a sus pies. Dirán: "¡Alabado sea Alá, Que nos ha dirigido acá! No habríamos sido bien dirigidos si no nos hubiera dirigido Alá. Los enviados de nuestro Señor bien que trajeron la Verdad". Y se les llamará: "Éste es el Jardín. Lo habéis heredado en premio a vuestras obras".
Indonesian 43:	Dan Kami cabut segala macam dendam yang berada di dalam dada mereka; mengalir di bawah mereka sungai-sungai dan mereka berkata: "Segala puji bagi Allah yang telah menunjuki kami kepada (surga) ini. Dan kami sekali-kali tidak akan mendapat petunjuk kalau Allah tidak memberi kami petunjuk. Sesungguhnya telah datang rasul-rasul Tuhan kami, membawa kebenaran". Dan diserukan kepada mereka: "Itulah surga yang diwariskan kepadamu, disebabkan apa yang dahulu kamu kerjakan."
Melayu 43:	Dan Kami cabutkan segala dendam dan hasad dengki dari hati mereka, (di dalam Syurga) yang mengalir beberapa sungai di bawah (tempat) masing-masing dan mereka pula bersyukur dengan berkata: Segala puji tertentu bagi Allah yang telah memberi hidayat petunjuk untuk (mendapat nikmat-nikmat) ini, padahal Kami tidak sekali-kali akan memperoleh petunjuk kalau Allah tidak memimpin kami (dengan taufiqNya); sesungguhnya telah datang Rasul-rasul Tuhan kami dengan membawa kebenaran. Dan mereka diseru: Itulah Syurga yang diberikan kamu mewarisinya dengan sebab apa yang kamu telah kerjakan.
German 43:	"Und Wir wollen alles hinwegräumen, was an Groll in ihren Herzen sein mag. Unter ihnen sollen Bäche fließen. Und sie werden sagen: ""Alles Lob gebührt Allah, Der uns zu diesem (Paradies) geleitet hat! Wir hätten den Weg nicht zu finden vermocht, wenn Allah uns nicht geleitet hätte. Die Gesandten unseres Herrn haben in der Tat die Wahrheit gebracht."" Und es soll ihnen zugerufen werden: ""Das ist das Paradies, das euch zum Erbe gegeben wird für das, was ihr getan habt.""
Russian 43:	Мы исторгнем из их сердец злобу, и под ними будут протекать реки. Они скажут: «Хвала Аллаху, Который привел нас к этому! Мы не последовали бы прямым путем, если бы Аллах не наставил нас. Посланники нашего Господа приходили с истиной». Им будет возвещено: «Вот Рай, который вы унаследовали за то, что совершали».
Bosnian 43:	Iz njihovih grudi ćemo zlobu odstraniti; ispred njih će rijeke teći, i oni će govoriti: "Hvaljen neka je Allah, koji nas je na Pravi put uputio; mi ne bismo na Pravome putu bili da nas Allah nije uputio, poslanici Gospodara našeg su zaista istinu donosili", i njima će se doviknuti: "Taj Džennet ste u nasljedstvo dobili za ono što ste činili!"
Urdu 43:	اور جوکچھ ان کے دلو ں میں خفگی ہو گی ہم اسے دور کردیں گے ان کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی اور وہ کہیں گےکہ الله کاشکر ہے جس نے ہمیں یہاں تک پہنچایا اور ہم راہ نہ پاتے اگر الله ہماری رہنمائی نہ فرماتا بے شک ہمارے رب کے رسول سچی بات لائے تھے جور آواز آئے گی کہ یہ جنت ہے تم اپنے اعمال کے بدلے اس کے وارث ہو گئے ہو
44	وَنَادَىٰ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ أَن قَدْ وَجَدْنَا مَا وَعَدَنَا رَبُّنَا حَقًّا فَهَلْ وَجَدتُّم مَّا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا ۖ قَالُوا نَعَمْ ۚ فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ بَيْنَهُمْ أَن لَّعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration 44:	Wanada ashabu aljannati ashaba alnnari an qad wajadna ma waAAadana rabbuna haqqan fahal wajadtum ma waAAada rabbukum haqqan qaloo naAAam faaththana muaththinun baynahum an laAAnatu Allahi AAala alththalimeena
Yusuf Ali 44:	The Companions of the Garden will call out to the Companions of the Fire: "We have indeed found the promises of our Lord to us true: Have you also found Your Lord's promises true?" They shall say, "Yes"; but a crier shall proclaim between them: "The curse of Allah is on the wrong-doers;-
Shakir 44:	And the dwellers of the garden will call out to the inmates of the fire: Surely we have found what our Lord promised us to be true; have you too found what your Lord promised to be true? They will say: Yes. Then a crier will cry out among them that the curse of Allah is on the unjust.
Pickthal 44:	And the dwellers of the Garden cry unto the dwellers of the Fire: We have found that which our Lord promised us (to be) the Truth. Have ye (too) found that which your Lord promised the Truth? They say: Yea, verily. And a crier in between them crieth: The curse of Allah is on evil-doers,
Mohsin Khan: 44:	And the dwellers of Paradise will call out to the dwellers of the Fire (saying): "We have indeed found true what our Lord had promised us; have you also found true, what your Lord promised (warnings)?" They shall say: "Yes." Then a crier will proclaim between them: "The Curse of Allah is on the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)."

Maka adakah kamu juga telah dapati apa yang telah dijanjikan oleh Tuhan kamu itu semuanya betul?. Mereka menjawab: Benar ada. 45	الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُم بِالْآخِرَةِ كَافِرُونَ
Transliteration 45:	Allatheena yasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi wayabghoonaha AAiwajan wahum bialakhirati kafiroona
Yusuf Ali 45:	"Those who would hinder (men) from the path of Allah and would seek in it something crooked: they were those who denied the Hereafter."
Shakir 45:	Who hinder (people) from Allah's way and seek to make it crooked, and they are disbelievers in the hereafter.
Pickthal 45:	Who debar (men) from the path of Allah and would have it crooked, and who are disbelievers in the Last Day.
Mohsin Khan: 45:	Those who hindered (men) from the Path of Allah, and would seek to make it crooked, and they were disbelievers in the Hereafter.

46	وَبَيْنَهُمَا حِجَابٌ ۚ وَعَلَى الْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلًّا بِسِيمَاهُمْ ۚ وَنَادَوْا أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ أَن سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُونَ
Transliteration 46:	Wabaynahuma hijabun waAAala alaAArafi rijalun yaAArifoona kullan biseemahum wanadaw ashaba aljannati an salamun AAalaykum lam yadkhulooha wahum yatmaAAoona
Yusuf Ali 46:	Between them shall be a veil, and on the heights will be men who would know every one by his marks: they will call out to the Companions of the Garden, "peace on you": they will not have entered, but they will have an assurance (thereof).
Shakir 46:	And between the two there shall be a veil, and on the most elevated places there shall be men who know all by their marks, and they shall call out to the dwellers of the garden: Peace be on you; they shall not have yet entered it, though they hope.
Pickthal 46:	Between them is a veil. And on the Heights are men who know them all by their marks. And they call unto the dwellers of the Garden: Peace be unto you! They enter it not although they hope (to enter).
Mohsin Khan: 46:	And between them will be a (barrier) screen and on Al-A'raf (a wall with elevated places) will be men (whose good and evil deeds would be equal in scale), who would recognise all (of the Paradise and Hell people), by their marks (the dwellers of Paradise by their white faces and the dwellers of Hell by their black faces), they will call out to the dwellers of Paradise, "Salamun 'Alaikum" (Peace be on you), and at that time they (men on Al-A'raf) will not yet have entered it (Paradise), but they will hope to enter (it) with certainty.

Indonesian 46:	Dan di antara keduanya (penghuni surga dan neraka) ada batas; dan di atas A`raaf itu ada orang-orang yang mengenal masing-masing dari dua golongan itu dengan tanda-tanda mereka. Dan mereka menyeru penduduk surga:" Salaamun `alaikum" . Mereka belum lagi memasukinya, sedang mereka ingin segera (memasukinya).
Melayu 46:	Dan di antara keduanya (Syurga dan Neraka) ada tembok "Al-A'raaf "(yang menjadi) pendinding dan di atas tembok Al-A'raaf itu ada sebilangan orang-orang lelaki yang mengenal tiap-tiap seorang (dari ahli-ahli Syurga dan Neraka) itu, dengan tanda masing-masing dan mereka pun menyeru ahli Syurga (dengan memberi salam, katanya): "Salaamun Alaikum" (salam sejahtera kepada kamu). Sedang mereka, sendiri belum lagi masuk Syurga, padahal mereka ingin sangat memasukinya.
German 46:	""Und zwischen den zweien soll eine Scheidewand sein; und in den Höhen sind Leute, die die beiden (Scharen) an ihren Merkmalen erkennen. Sie rufen der Schar des Paradieses zu: ""Friede sei auf euch!"" Diese sind (noch) nicht (in das Paradies) eingegangen, obwohl sie es erhoffen.
Russian 46:	Между ними будет изгородь, а на оградах будут люди, которые распознают каждого из них по их признакам. Они воззовут к обитателям Рая: «Мир вам!» Они пока не войдут в Рай, хотя будут желать этого.
Bosnian 46:	Između njih biće bedem, a na vrhovima ljudi koji će svakoga po obilježju njegovome poznati. I oni će stanovnicima Dženneta viknuti: "Mir vama!" - dok još ne uđu u nj, a jedva će čekati.
Urdu 46:	اور ان دونوں کے درمیان ایک دیوار ہو گی اور اعراف کے اوپر ایسے مرد ہوں گے کہ ہر ایک کو اس کی نشانی سے پہچان لیں گے اور جنت والوں کو پکار کر کہیں گے کہ تم پر سلام ہو وہ ابھی جنت میں داخل نہیں ہوئے اور امیدوار ہیں
47	۞ وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَاءَ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ قَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Transliteration 47:	Waitha surifat absaruhum tilqaa ashabi alnnari qaloo rabbana la tajAAalna maAAa alqawmi alththalimeena
Yusuf Ali 47:	When their eyes shall be turned towards the Companions of the Fire, they will say: "Our Lord! send us not to the company of the wrong-doers."
Shakir 47:	And when their eyes shall be turned towards the inmates of the fire, they shall say: Our Lord! place us not with the unjust
Pickthal 47:	And when their eyes are turned toward the dwellers of the Fire, they say: Our Lord! Place us not with the wrong-doing folk.
Mohsin Khan: 47:	And when their eyes will be turned towards the dwellers of the Fire, they will say: "Our Lord! Place us not with the people who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)."
French 47:	Et quand leurs regards seront tournés vers les gens du Feu, ils diront : ‹Ô notre Seigneur! Ne nous mets pas avec le peuple injuste›.
Spanish 47:	Cuando sus miradas se vuelvan hacia los moradores del Fuego, dirán: "¡Señor! ¡No nos pongas con el pueblo impío"
Indonesian 47:	Dan apabila pandangan mereka dialihkan ke arah penghuni neraka, mereka berkata: "Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau tempatkan kami bersama-sama orang-orang yang zalim itu".
Melayu 47:	Dan apabila dialihkan pandangan mereka ke arah ahli Neraka, mereka (berdoa dengan) berkata: Wahai Tuhan kami! Janganlah Engkau jadikan kami bersama orang-orang yang zalim.
German 47:	""Und wenn ihre Blicke sich in Richtung der Bewohner des Feuers wenden, sagen sie: ""Unser Herr, mache uns nicht zum Volk der Frevler.""
Russian 47:	Когда же их взоры обратятся к обитателям Огня, они скажут: «Господь наш! Не помещай нас с людьми несправедливыми!»
Bosnian 47:	A kada im pogledi skrenu prema stanovnicima Džehennema, uzviknuće: "Gospodaru naš, na daj nam da budemo s narodom grješnim!"
Urdu 47:	اورجب ان کی نگاہ دوزخ والوں کی طرف پھرے گی تو کہیں گے اے رب ہمارے ہمیں ظالموں کے ساتھ نہ ملا
48	وَنَادَىٰ أَصْحَابُ الْأَعْرَافِ رِجَالًا يَعْرِفُونَهُم بِسِيمَاهُمْ قَالُوا مَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
Transliteration 48:	Wanada ashabu alaAArafi rijalan yaAArifoonahum biseemahum qaloo ma aghna AAankum jamAAukum wama kuntum tastakbiroona
Yusuf Ali 48:	The men on the heights will call to certain men whom they will know from their marks, saying: "Of what profit to you were your hoards and your arrogant ways?
Shakir 48:	And the dwellers of the most elevated places shall call out to men whom they will recognize by their marks saying: Of no avail were to you your amassings and your behaving haughtily:
Pickthal 48:	And the dwellers on the Heights call unto men whom they know by their marks, (saying): What did your multitude and that in which ye took your pride avail you?
Mohsin Khan: 48:	And the men on Al-A'raf (the wall) will call unto the men whom they would recognise by their marks, saying: "Of what benefit to you were your great numbers (and hoards of wealth), and your arrogance (against Faith)?"
French 48:	Et les gens d'al-Araf, appelant certains hommes qu'ils reconnaîtront par leurs traits caractéristiques, diront: ‹Vous n'avez tiré aucun profit de tout ce que vous aviez amassé et de l'orgueil dont vous étiez enflés!
Spanish 48:	Y los moradores de los lugares elevados llamarán a hombres que reconozcan por sus rasgos distintivos. Dirán: "Lo que habéis acumulado y vuestra altivez no os han servido de nada.
Indonesian 48:	Dan orang-orang yang di atas A`raaf memanggil beberapa orang (pemuka-pemuka orang kafir) yang mereka mengenalnya dengan tanda-tandanya dengan mengatakan: "Harta yang kamu kumpulkan dan apa yang selalu kamu sombongkan itu, tidaklah memberi manfa'at kepadamu".
Melayu 48:	Dan orang-orang yang berada di atas tembok Al-A'raaf menyeru beberapa orang (Ketua kaum kafir) yang mereka kenal dengan tandanya, dengan berkata: Nampaknya kumpulan kamu yang ramai (atau kekayaan kamu yang besar) dan juga segala apa yang kamu sombongkan dahulu tidak dapat menolong kamu.
German 48:	""Und die (Leute) in den Höhen rufen den Leuten, die sie an ihren Merkmalen erkennen, zu (und) sagen: ""Nichts hat euch das gefruchtet, was ihr zusammengebracht habt, und auch euer Hochmut (hat euch nichts gefruchtet).
Russian 48:	Люди на оградах обратятся к мужчинам, которых они узнают по их признакам, и скажут: «Не помогло вам то, что вы собирали, и ваше высокомерие.
Bosnian 48:	Oni koji će po vrhovima bedema biti zovnuće neke ljude, koje će po obilježju njihovom poznati, i reći će: "Šta vam koristi ono što ste zgrtali i to što ste se oholo držali?
Urdu 48:	اور اعراف والے پکاریں گے جنہیں وہ ان کی نشانی سے پہچانتے ہوں گے کہیں گے تمہاری جماعت تمہارے کسی کام نہ آئی اور نہ وہ جو تم تکبر کیا کرتے تھے
49	أَهَـٰؤُلَاءِ الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا يَنَالُهُمُ اللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ ۚ ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَا أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ
Transliteration 49:	Ahaolai allatheena aqsamtum la yanaluhumu Allahu birahmatin odkhuloo aljannata la khawfun AAalaykum wala antum tahzanoona
Yusuf Ali 49:	"Behold! are these not the men whom you swore that Allah with His Mercy would never bless? Enter ye the Garden: no fear shall be on you, nor shall ye grieve."
Shakir 49:	Are these they about whom you swore that Allah will not bestow mercy on them? Enter the garden; you shall have no fear, nor shall you grieve.
Pickthal 49:	Are these they of whom ye swore that Allah would not show them mercy? (Unto them it hath been said): Enter the Garden. No fear shall come upon you nor is it ye who will grieve.
Mohsin Khan: 49:	Are they those, of whom you swore that Allah would never show them mercy. (Behold! It has been said to them): "Enter Paradise, no fear shall be on you, nor shall you grieve."
French 49:	Est-ce donc ceux-là au sujet desquels vous juriez qu'ils n'obtiendront de la part d'Allah aucune miséricorde...? - Entrez au Paradis! Vous serez à l'abri de toute crainte et vous ne serez point affligés.
Spanish 49:	¿Son éstos aquéllos de quienes jurabais que Alá no iba a apiadarse de ellos?" "¡Entrad en el Jardín! No tenéis que temer y no estaréis tristes".
Indonesian 49:	(Orang-orang di atas A`raaf bertanya kepada penghuni neraka): "Itukah orang-orang yang kamu telah bersumpah bahwa mereka tidak akan mendapat rahmat Allah?" (Kepada orang mu'min itu dikatakan): "Masuklah ke dalam surga, tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadapmu dan tidak (pula) kamu bersedih hati.
Melayu 49:	(Mereka bertanya pula kepada ketua-ketua kaum kafir itu dengan berkata): Itukah orang-orang yang kamu ejek-ejek dahulu dan kamu bersumpah bahawa mereka tidak akan beroleh rahmat dari Allah? (Sekarang dikatakan kepada mereka): Masuklah kamu ke dalam Syurga, tidak ada kebimbangan (dari berlakunya sesuatu yang tidak baik) terhadap kamu dan kamu pula tidak akan berdukacita.
German 49:	""Sind das jene, von denen ihr (einst) geschworen habt, Allah würde ihnen keine Barmherzigkeit erweisen?"" Geht ein in das Paradies; keine Furcht soll über euch kommen, noch sollt ihr traurig sein.
Russian 49:	Разве это не те, о которых вы клялись, что Аллах никогда не проявит к ним милости?» Им будет сказано: «Войдите в Рай! Вы не познаете страха и не будете опечалены».
Bosnian 49:	Zar nisu ovo oni za koje ste se zaklinjali da ih Allahova milost neće stići?" - a Allah im je rekao: "Uđite u Džennet, nikakva straha za vas neće biti, i ni za čim vi nećete tugovati!"
Urdu 49:	یہ وہی ہیں جن کے متعلق تم قسم کھاتے تھے کہ انہیں الله کی رحمت نہیں پہنچے گی (انہیں کہا گیا ہے) جنت میں چلے جاؤ تم پر نہ ڈر ہے اور نہ تم غمگین ہو گے
50	وَنَادَىٰ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ أَنْ أَفِيضُوا عَلَيْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ أَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ
Transliteration 50:	Wanada ashabu alnari ashaba aljannati an afeedoo AAalayna mina almai aw mimma razaqakumu Allahu qaloo inna Allaha harramahuma AAala alkafireena
Yusuf Ali 50:	The Companions of the Fire will call to the Companions of the Garden: "Pour down to us water or anything that Allah doth provide for your sustenance." They will say: "Both these things hath Allah forbidden to those who rejected Him."
Shakir 50:	And the inmates of the fire shall call out to the dwellers of the garden, saying: Pour on us some water or of that which Allah has given you. They shall say: Surely Allah has prohibited them both to the unbelievers.
Pickthal 50:	And the dwellers of the Fire cry out unto the dwellers of the Garden: Pour on us some water or some wherewith Allah hath provided you. They say: Lo! Allah hath forbidden both to disbelievers (in His guidance),
Mohsin Khan: 50:	And the dwellers of the Fire will call to the dwellers of Paradise: "Pour on us some water or anything that Allah has provided you with." They will say: "Both (water and provision) Allah has forbidden to the disbelievers."
