| 51 | أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا نَصِيبًا مِّنَ الْكِتَابِ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوتِ وَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هَـٰؤُلَاءِ أَهْدَىٰ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا سَبِيلًا |
| Transliteration 51: | Alam tara ila allatheena ootoo naseeban mina alkitabi yuminoona bialjibti waalttaghooti wayaqooloona lillatheena kafaroo haolai ahda mina allatheena amanoo sabeelan |
| Yusuf Ali 51: | Hast thou not turned Thy vision to those who were given a portion of the Book? they believe in sorcery and Evil, and say to the Unbelievers that they are better guided in the (right) way Than the believers! |
| Shakir 51: | Have you not seen those to whom a portion of the Book has been given? They believe in idols and false deities and say of those who disbelieve: These are better guided in the path than those who believe. |
| Pickthal 51: | Hast thou not seen those unto whom a portion of the Scripture hath been given, how they believe in idols and false deities, and how they say of those (idolaters) who disbelieve: "These are more rightly guided than those who believe"? |
| Mohsin Khan: 51: | Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture? They believe in Jibt and Taghut and say to the disbelievers that they are better guided as regards the way than the believers (Muslims). |

| Melayu 51: | Tidakkah engkau perhatikan (dan merasa pelik wahai Muhammad) kepada orang-orang yang telah diberikan sebahagian dari Kitab (Taurat)? | 52 | أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَمَن يَلْعَنِ اللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ نَصِيرًا |
| Transliteration 52: | Olaika allatheena laAAanahumu Allahu waman yalAAani Allahu falan tajida lahu naseeran |
| Yusuf Ali 52: | They are (men) whom Allah hath cursed: And those whom Allah Hath cursed, thou wilt find, have no one to help. |
| Shakir 52: | Those are they whom Allah has cursed, and whomever Allah curses you shall not find any helper for him. |
| Pickthal 52: | Those are they whom Allah hath cursed, and he whom Allah hath cursed, thou (O Muhammad) wilt find for him no helper. |

| 53 | أَمْ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِّنَ الْمُلْكِ فَإِذًا لَّا يُؤْتُونَ النَّاسَ نَقِيرًا |
| Transliteration 53: | Am lahum naseebun mina almulki faithan la yutoona alnnasa naqeeran |
| Yusuf Ali 53: | Have they a share in dominion or power? Behold, they give not a farthing to their fellow-men? |
| Shakir 53: | Or have they a share in the kingdom? But then they would not give to people even the speck in the date stone. |
| Pickthal 53: | Or have they even a share in the Sovereignty? Then in that case, they would not give mankind even the speck on a date-stone. |
| Mohsin Khan: 53: | Or have they a share in the dominion? Then in that case they would not give mankind even a speck on the back of a date-stone. |

| 54 | أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ النَّاسَ عَلَىٰ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ ۖ فَقَدْ آتَيْنَا آلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَآتَيْنَاهُم مُّلْكًا عَظِيمًا |
| Transliteration 54: | Am yahsudoona alnnasa AAala ma atahumu Allahu min fadlihi faqad atayna ala ibraheema alkitaba waalhikmata waataynahum mulkan AAatheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 54: | Or do they envy mankind for what Allah hath given them of his bounty? but We had already given the people of Abraham the Book and Wisdom, and conferred upon them a great kingdom. |
| Shakir 54: | Or do they envy the people for what Allah has given them of His grace? But indeed We have given to Ibrahim's children the Book and the wisdom, and We have given them a grand kingdom. |
| Pickthal 54: | Or are they jealous of mankind because of that which Allah of His bounty hath bestowed upon them? For We bestowed upon the house of Abraham (of old) the Scripture and wisdom, and We bestowed on them a mighty kingdom. |
| Mohsin Khan: 54: | Or do they envy men (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his followers) for what Allah has given them of His Bounty? Then We had already given the family of Ibrahim (Abraham) the Book and Al-Hikmah (As-Sunnah - Divine Revelation to those Prophets not written in the form of a book), and conferred upon them a great kingdom. |

| 55 | فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَمِنْهُم مَّن صَدَّ عَنْهُ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِجَهَنَّمَ سَعِيرًا |
| Transliteration 55: | Faminhum man amana bihi waminhum man sadda AAanhu wakafa bijahannama saAAeeran |
| Yusuf Ali 55: | Some of them believed, and some of them averted their faces from him: And enough is Hell for a burning fire. |
| Shakir 55: | So of them is he who believes in him, and of them is he who turns away from him, and hell is sufficient to burn. |
| Pickthal 55: | And of them were (some) who believed therein and of them were (some) who turned away from it. Hell is sufficient for (their) burning. |
| Mohsin Khan: 55: | Of them were (some) who believed in him (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and of them were (some) who averted their faces from him (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم); and enough is Hell for burning (them) . |
| French 55: | Certains d'entre eux ont cru en lui, d'autres d'entre eux s'en sont écartés. l'Enfer leur suffira comme flamme (pour y brûler). |

| 56 | إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِنَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِيهِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُهُم بَدَّلْنَاهُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَهَا لِيَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا |
| Transliteration 56: | Inna allatheena kafaroo biayatina sawfa nusleehim naran kullama nadijat julooduhum baddalnahum juloodan ghayraha liyathooqoo alAAathaba inna Allaha kana AAazeezan hakeeman |
| Yusuf Ali 56: | Those who reject our Signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise. |
| Shakir 56: | (As for) those who disbelieve in Our communications, We shall make them enter fire; so oft as their skins are thoroughly burned, We will change them for other skins, that they may taste the chastisement; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise. |
| Pickthal 56: | Lo! Those who disbelieve Our revelations, We shall expose them to the Fire. As often as their skins are consumed We shall exchange them for fresh skins that they may taste the torment. Lo! Allah is ever Mighty, Wise. |
| Mohsin Khan: 56: | Surely! Those who disbelieved in Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), We shall burn them in Fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for other skins that they may taste the punishment. Truly, Allah is Ever Most Powerful, All-Wise. |

| Russian 56: | Воистину, тех, которые не уверовали в Наши знамения, Мы сожгем в Огне. Всякий раз, когда их кожа сготовится, Мы заменим ее другой кожей, чтобы они вкусили мучения. Воистину, Аллах – Могущественный, Мудрый. |
| Bosnian 56: | One koji ne vjeruju u dokaze Naše Mi ćemo sigurno u vatru baciti; kad im se kože ispeku, zamijenićemo im ih drugim kožama da osjete pravu patnju. Allah je, zaista silan i mudar. |
| Urdu 56: | بے شک جن لوگو ں نے ہماری آیتوں کا انکار کیا انہیں ہم آگ میں ڈال دیں گے جس وقت ان کی کھالیں جل جائیں گی تو ہم انکو اور کھالیں بدل دیں گے تاکہ عذاب چکھتے رہیں بے شک الله زبردست حکمت والا ہے |
| 57 | وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَنُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۖ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَنُدْخِلُهُمْ ظِلًّا ظَلِيلًا |
| Transliteration 57: | Waallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati sanudkhiluhum jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan lahum feeha azwajun mutahharatun wanudkhiluhum thillan thaleelan |
| Yusuf Ali 57: | But those who believe and do deeds of righteousness, We shall soon admit to Gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal home: Therein shall they have companions pure and holy: We shall admit them to shades, cool and ever deepening. |
| Shakir 57: | And (as for) those who believe and do good deeds, We will make them enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them for ever; they shall have therein pure mates, and We shall make them enter a dense shade. |
| Pickthal 57: | And as for those who believe and do good works, We shall make them enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow - to dwell therein for ever; there for them are pure companions - and We shall make them enter plenteous shade. |
| Mohsin Khan: 57: | But those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, We shall admit them to Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), abiding therein forever. Therein they shall have Azwajun Mutahharatun (purified mates or wives), and We shall admit them to shades wide and ever deepening (Paradise) . |
| French 57: | Et quant à ceux qui ont cru et fait de bonnes oeuvres, bientòt Nous les ferons entrer aux Jardins sous lesquels coulent des ruisseaux. Ils y demeureront éternellement. Il y aura là pour eux des épouses purifiées. Et Nous les ferons entrer sous un ombrage épais |
| Spanish 57: | A quienes crean y obren bien, les introduciremos en jardines por cuyos bajos fluyen arroyos, en los que estarán eternamente, para siempre. Allí tendrán esposas purificadas y haremos que les dé una sombra espesa. |
| Indonesian 57: | Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal-amal saleh, kelak akan Kami masukkan mereka ke dalam surga yang di dalamnya mengalir sungai-sungai; kekal mereka di dalamnya selama-lamanya; mereka di dalamnya mempunyai isteri-isteri yang suci, dan Kami masukkan mereka ke tempat yang teduh lagi nyaman. |
| Melayu 57: | Dan orang-orang yang beriman serta beramal soleh, Kami akan masukkan mereka ke dalam Syurga yang mengalir di bawahnya beberapa sungai, mereka kekal di dalamnya selama-lamanya. Mereka beroleh dalam Syurga itu pasangan-pasangan, isteri-isteri yang suci bersih, serta Kami masukkan mereka ke tempat yang teduh yang sentiasa dinaungi. |
| German 57: | Diejenigen aber, die glauben und gute Werke tun, wollen Wir in Gärten eingehen lassen, durch die Bäche fließen, darin werden sie ewig weilen; dort sollen sie reine Gattinnen haben, und Wir werden sie in einen wohltätigen Ort mit reichlich Schatten eingehen lassen. |
| Russian 57: | А тех, которые уверовали и совершали праведные деяния, Мы введем в Райские сады, в которых текут реки. Они пребудут там вечно. У них там будут очищенные супруги. Мы введем их в густую тень. |
| Bosnian 57: | A one koji vjeruju i čine dobra djela uvešćemo, sigurno, u džennetske bašče, kroz koje će rijeke teći; u njima će vječno i zauvijek ostati, a u njima će čiste žene imati, i u debelu hladovinu ćemo ih uvesti. |
| Urdu 57: | او رجو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک کام کیے انہیں ہم ایسے باغوں میں داخل کریں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی ان میں ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہوں گے ان کے لیے وہاں ستھری عورتیں ہوں گی اور ہم انہیں گھنی چھاؤں میں رکھیں گے |
| 58 | ۞ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمَانَاتِ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُم بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَن تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ نِعِمَّا يَعِظُكُم بِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا |
| Transliteration 58: | Inna Allaha yamurukum an tuaddoo alamanati ila ahliha waitha hakamtum bayna alnnasi an tahkumoo bialAAadli inna Allaha niAAimma yaAAithukum bihi inna Allaha kana sameeAAan baseeran |
| Yusuf Ali 58: | Allah doth command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; And when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice: Verily how excellent is the teaching which He giveth you! For Allah is He Who heareth and seeth all things. |
| Shakir 58: | Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners and that when you judge between people you judge with justice; surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is Seeing, Hearing. |
| Pickthal 58: | Lo! Allah commandeth you that ye restore deposits to their owners, and, if ye judge between mankind, that ye judge justly. Lo! comely is this which Allah admonisheth you. Lo! Allah is ever Hearer, Seer. |
| Mohsin Khan: 58: | Verily! Allah commands that you should render back the trusts to those to whom they are due; and that when you judge between men, you judge with justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which He (Allah) gives you! Truly, Allah is Ever All-Hearer, All-Seer. |
| French 58: | Certes, Allah vous commande de rendre les dépòts à leurs ayants-droit, et quand vous jugez entre des gens, de juger avec équité. Quelle bonne exhortation qu'Allah vous fait! Allah est, en vérité, Celui qui entend et qui voit tout. |

| Transliteration 59: | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo ateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoola waolee alamri minkum fain tanazaAAtum fee shayin faruddoohu ila Allahi waalrrasooli in kuntum tuminoona biAllahi waalyawmi alakhiri thalika khayrun waahsanu taweelan |
| Yusuf Ali 59: | O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination. |
| Shakir 59: | O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end. |

Kemudian jika kamu berlainan pendapat tentang sesuatu, maka kembalikanlah ia kepada Allah (Al Qur'an) dan Rasul (sunnahnya), jika kamu benar-benar beriman kepada Allah dan hari kemudian. Yang demikian itu lebih utama (bagimu) dan lebih baik akibatnya. |

| Transliteration 60: | Alam tara ila allatheena yazAAumoona annahum amanoo bima onzila ilayka wama onzila min qablika yureedoona an yatahakamoo ila alttaghooti waqad omiroo an yakfuroo bihi wayureedu alshshaytanu an yudillahum dalalan baAAeedan |
| Yusuf Ali 60: | Hast thou not turned Thy vision to those who declare that they believe in the revelations that have come to thee and to those before thee? Their (real) wish is to resort together for judgment (in their disputes) to the Evil One, though they were ordered to reject him. But Satan's wish is to lead them astray far away (from the right). |
| Shakir 60: | Have you not seen those who assert that they believe in what has been revealed to you and what was revealed before you? They desire to summon one another to the judgment of the Shaitan, though they were commanded to deny him, and the Shaitan desires to lead them astray into a remote error. |

| Transliteration 61: | Waitha qeela lahum taAAalaw ila ma anzala Allahu waila alrrasooli raayta almunafiqeena yasuddoona AAanka sudoodan |
| Yusuf Ali 61: | When it is said to them: "Come to what Allah hath revealed, and to the Messenger.: Thou seest the Hypocrites avert their faces from thee in disgust. |

| Yusuf Ali 62: | How then, when they are seized by misfortune, because of the deeds which they hands have sent forth? Then their come to thee, swearing by Allah. "We meant no more than good-will and conciliation!" |

| Transliteration 63: | Olaika allatheena yaAAlamu Allahu ma fee quloobihim faaAArid AAanhum waAAithhum waqul lahum fee anfusihim qawlan baleeghan |
| Yusuf Ali 63: | Those men,-(Allah) knows what is in their hearts; so keep clear of them, but admonish them, and speak to them a word to reach their very souls. |
| Shakir 63: | These are they of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts; therefore turn aside from them and admonish them, and speak to them effectual words concerning themselves. |
| Pickthal 63: | Those are they, the secrets of whose hearts Allah knoweth. So oppose them and admonish them, and address them in plain terms about their souls. |

| Transliteration 64: | Wama arsalna min rasoolin illa liyutaAAa biithni Allahi walaw annahum ith thalamoo anfusahum jaooka faistaghfaroo Allaha waistaghfara lahumu alrrasoolu lawajadoo Allaha tawwaban raheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 64: | We sent not an apostle, but to be obeyed, in accordance with the will of Allah. If they had only, when they were unjust to themselves, come unto thee and asked Allah.s forgiveness, and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah indeed Oft-returning, Most Merciful. |
| Shakir 64: | And We did not send any messenger but that he should be obeyed by Allah's permission; and had they, when they were unjust to themselves, come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had (also) asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Oft-returning (to mercy), Merciful. |

| Indonesian 64: | Dan Kami tidak mengutus seseorang rasul, melainkan untuk dita'ati dengan seizin Allah. Sesungguhnya jikalau mereka ketika menganiaya dirinya datang kepadamu, lalu memohon ampun kepada Allah, dan Rasulpun memohonkan ampun untuk mereka, tentulah mereka mendapati Allah Maha Penerima taubat lagi Maha Penyayang. |

| 65 | فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا |
| Transliteration 65: | Fala warabbika la yuminoona hatta yuhakkimooka feema shajara baynahum thumma la yajidoo fee anfusihim harajan mimma qadayta wayusallimoo tasleeman |
| Yusuf Ali 65: | But no, by the Lord, they can have no (real) Faith, until they make thee judge in all disputes between them, and find in their souls no resistance against Thy decisions, but accept them with the fullest conviction. |
| Shakir 65: | But no! by your Lord! they do not believe (in reality) until they make you a judge of that which has become a matter of disagreement among them, and then do not find any straitness in their hearts as to what you have decided and submit with entire submission. |
| Pickthal 65: | But nay, by thy Lord, they will not believe (in truth) until they make thee judge of what is in dispute between them and find within themselves no dislike of that which thou decidest, and submit with full submission. |
| Mohsin Khan: 65: | But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. |

| Melayu 65: | Maka demi Tuhanmu (wahai Muhammad)! | Russian 65: | Но нет – клянусь твоим Господом! – они не уверуют, пока они не изберут тебя судьей во всем том, что запутано между ними, не перестанут испытывать в душе стеснение от твоего решения и не подчинятся полностью. |

| 66 | وَلَوْ أَنَّا كَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ أَنِ اقْتُلُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ أَوِ اخْرُجُوا مِن دِيَارِكُم مَّا فَعَلُوهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ مِّنْهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ فَعَلُوا مَا يُوعَظُونَ بِهِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ وَأَشَدَّ تَثْبِيتًا |
| Transliteration 66: | Walaw anna katabna AAalayhim ani oqtuloo anfusakum awi okhrujoo min diyarikum ma faAAaloohu illa qaleelun minhum walaw annahum faAAaloo ma yooAAathoona bihi lakana khayran lahum waashadda tathbeetan |
| Yusuf Ali 66: | If We had ordered them to sacrifice their lives or to leave their homes, very few of them would have done it: But if they had done what they were (actually) told, it would have been best for them, and would have gone farthest to strengthen their (faith); |
| Shakir 66: | And if We had prescribed for them: Lay down your lives or go forth from your homes, they would not have done it except a few of them; and if they had done what they were admonished, it would have certainly been better for them and best in strengthening (them); |
| Pickthal 66: | And if We had decreed for them: Lay down your lives or go forth from your dwellings, but few of them would have done it; though if they did what they are exhorted to do it would be better for them, and more strengthening; |

| 67 | وَإِذًا لَّآتَيْنَاهُم مِّن لَّدُنَّا أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا |
| Transliteration 67: | Waithan laataynahum min ladunna ajran AAatheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 67: | And We should then have given them from our presence a great reward; |
| Shakir 67: | And then We would certainly have given them from Ourselves a great reward. |
| Pickthal 67: | And then We should bestow upon them from Our presence an immense reward, |

| 69 | وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ ۚ وَحَسُنَ أُولَـٰئِكَ رَفِيقًا |
| Transliteration 69: | Waman yutiAAi Allaha waalrrasoola faolaika maAAa allatheena anAAama Allahu AAalayhim mina alnnabiyyeena waalssiddeeqeena waalshshuhadai waalssaliheena wahasuna olaika rafeeqan |
| Yusuf Ali 69: | All who obey Allah and the apostle are in the company of those on whom is the Grace of Allah,- of the prophets (who teach), the sincere (lovers of Truth), the witnesses (who testify), and the Righteous (who do good): Ah! what a beautiful fellowship! |
| Shakir 69: | And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger, these are with those upon whom Allah has bestowed favors from among the prophets and the truthful and the martyrs and the good, and a goodly company are they! |
| Pickthal 69: | Whoso obeyeth Allah and the messenger, they are with those unto whom Allah hath shown favour, of the prophets and the saints and the martyrs and the righteous. The best of company are they! |
| Mohsin Khan: 69: | And whoso obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), then they will be in the company of those on whom Allah has bestowed His Grace, of the Prophets, the Siddiqun (those followers of the Prophets who were first and foremost to believe in them, like Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (رضي الله عنه), the martyrs, and the righteous. And how excellent these companions are! |

| 70 | ذَٰلِكَ الْفَضْلُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ عَلِيمًا |
| Transliteration 70: | Thalika alfadlu mina Allahi wakafa biAllahi AAaleeman |
| Yusuf Ali 70: | Such is the bounty from Allah. And sufficient is it that Allah knoweth all. |
| Shakir 70: | This is grace from Allah, and sufficient is Allah as the Knower. |
| Pickthal 70: | That is bounty from Allah, and Allah sufficeth as Knower. |

| Transliteration 71: | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo khuthoo hithrakum fainfiroo thubatin awi infiroo jameeAAan |
| Yusuf Ali 71: | O ye who believe! Take your precautions, and either go forth in parties or go forth all together. |
| Shakir 71: | O you who believe! take your precaution, then go forth in detachments or go forth in a body. |
| Pickthal 71: | O ye who believe! Take your precautions, then advance the proven ones, or advance all together. |

| 72 | وَإِنَّ مِنكُمْ لَمَن لَّيُبَطِّئَنَّ فَإِنْ أَصَابَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالَ قَدْ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيَّ إِذْ لَمْ أَكُن مَّعَهُمْ شَهِيدًا |
| Transliteration 72: | Wainna minkum laman layubattianna fain asabatkum museebatun qala qad anAAama Allahu AAalayya ith lam akun maAAahum shaheedan |
| Yusuf Ali 72: | There are certainly among you men who would tarry behind: If a misfortune befalls you, they say: "(Allah) did favour us in that we were not present among them." |
| Shakir 72: | And surely among you is he who would certainly hang back! If then a misfortune befalls you he says: Surely Allah conferred a benefit on me that I was not present with them. |
| Pickthal 72: | Lo! among you there is he who loitereth; and if disaster overtook you, he would say: Allah hath been gracious unto me since I was not present with them. |
| Mohsin Khan: 72: | There is certainly among you he who would linger behind (from fighting in Allah's Cause). If a misfortune befalls you, he says, "Indeed Allah has favoured me in that I was not present among them." |
| French 72: | Parmi vous, il y aura certes quelqu'un qui tardera [à aller au combat] et qui, si un malheur vous atteint, dira: ‹Certes, Allah m'a fait une faveur en ce que je ne me suis pas trouvé en leur compagnie›; |
| Spanish 72: | Hay entre vosotros quien se queda rezagado del todo y, si os sobreviene una desgracia, dice: "Alá me ha agraciado, pues no estaba allí con ellos". |
| Indonesian 72: | Dan sesungguhnya di antara kamu ada orang yang sangat berlambat-lambat (ke medan pertempuran) . Maka jika kamu ditimpa musibah ia berkata: "Sesungguhnya Tuhan telah menganugerahkan ni'mat kepada saya karena saya tidak ikut berperang bersama mereka". |
| Melayu 72: | Dan sesungguhnya ada di antara kamu: Orang-orang yang sengaja memberat-beratkan dirinya (juga orang lain, daripada turut mara ke medan perang). Kemudian kalau kamu ditimpa kemalangan (tercedera atau terbunuh) dia berkata: Sesungguhnya Allah telah mengurniakan nikmat kepadaku, kerana aku tidak turut berperang bersama-sama mereka. |
| German 72: | "Unter euch ist wohl mancher, der zurückbleibt. Und wenn euch ein Unglück trifft, sagt er: ""Wahrlich, Allah ist gnädig zu mir gewesen, daß ich nicht bei ihnen zugegen war."" |
| Russian 72: | Воистину, среди вас есть такой, который задержится, и если вас постигнет несчастье, то он скажет: «Аллах оказал мне милость тем, что я не присутствовал рядом с ними». |
| Bosnian 72: | Među vama ima i takvih koji će sigurno oklijevati i koji će, ako doživite poraz, reći: "Sam Allah mi je milost Svoju ukazao što s njima nisam bio!" |
| Urdu 72: | اور بے شک تم میں بعض ایسا بھی ہے جو لڑائی سے جی چراتا ہے پھر اگر تم پر کوئی مصیبت آجائے تو کہتا ہے الله نے مجھ پر فضل کیا کہ میں ان لوگوں کے ساتھ نہ تھا |
| 73 | وَلَئِنْ أَصَابَكُمْ فَضْلٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ لَيَقُولَنَّ كَأَن لَّمْ تَكُن بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ مَوَدَّةٌ يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنتُ مَعَهُمْ فَأَفُوزَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا |
| Transliteration 73: | Walain asabakum fadlun mina Allahi layaqoolanna kaan lam takun baynakum wabaynahu mawaddatun ya laytanee kuntu maAAahum faafooza fawzan AAatheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 73: | But if good fortune comes to you from Allah, they would be sure to say - as if there had never been Ties of affection between you and them - "Oh! I wish I had been with them; a fine thing should I then have made of it!" |
| Shakir 73: | And if grace from Allah come to you, he would certainly cry out, as if there had not been any friendship between you and him: Would that I had been with them, then I should have attained a mighty good fortune. |

| 74 | ۞ فَلْيُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يَشْرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ ۚ وَمَن يُقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَيُقْتَلْ أَوْ يَغْلِبْ فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا |
| Transliteration 74: | Falyuqatil fee sabeeli Allahi allatheena yashroona alhayata alddunya bialakhirati waman yuqatil fee sabeeli Allahi fayuqtal aw yaghlib fasawfa nuteehi ajran AAatheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 74: | Let those fight in the cause of Allah Who sell the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah,- whether he is slain or gets victory - Soon shall We give him a reward of great (value). |
| Shakir 74: | Therefore let those fight in the way of Allah, who sell this world's life for the hereafter; and whoever fights in the way of Allah, then be he slain or be he victorious, We shall grant him a mighty reward. |
| Pickthal 74: | Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward. |

| 75 | وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَـٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا |
| Transliteration 75: | Wama lakum la tuqatiloona fee sabeeli Allahi waalmustadAAafeena mina alrrijali waalnnisai waalwildani allatheena yaqooloona rabbana akhrijna min hathihi alqaryati alththalimi ahluha waijAAal lana min ladunka waliyyan waijAAal lana min ladunka naseeran |
| Yusuf Ali 75: | And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)?- Men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help!" |
| Shakir 75: | And what reason have you that you should not fight in the way of Allah and of the weak among the men and the women and the children, (of) those who say: Our Lord! cause us to go forth from this town, whose people are oppressors, and give us from Thee a guardian and give us from Thee a helper. |

| Yusuf Ali 76: | Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who reject Faith Fight in the cause of Evil: So fight ye against the friends of Satan: feeble indeed is the cunning of Satan. |
| Shakir 76: | Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of the Shaitan. Fight therefore against the friends of the Shaitan; surely the strategy of the Shaitan is weak. |

| 77 | أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ قِيلَ لَهُمْ كُفُّوا أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقِتَالُ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُمْ يَخْشَوْنَ النَّاسَ كَخَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ أَوْ أَشَدَّ خَشْيَةً ۚ وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لِمَ كَتَبْتَ عَلَيْنَا الْقِتَالَ لَوْلَا أَخَّرْتَنَا إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ ۗ قُلْ مَتَاعُ الدُّنْيَا قَلِيلٌ وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّمَنِ اتَّقَىٰ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلًا |
| Transliteration 77: | Alam tara ila allatheena qeela lahum kuffoo aydiyakum waaqeemoo alssalata waatoo alzzakata falamma kutiba AAalayhimu alqitalu itha fareequn minhum yakhshawna alnnasa kakhashyati Allahi aw ashadda khashyatan waqaloo rabbana lima katabta AAalayna alqitala lawla akhkhartana ila ajalin qareebin qul mataAAu alddunya qaleelun waalakhiratu khayrun limani ittaqa wala tuthlamoona fateelan |
| Yusuf Ali 77: | Hast thou not turned Thy vision to those who were told to hold back their hands (from fight) but establish regular prayers and spend in regular charity? When (at length) the order for fighting was issued to them, behold! a section of them feared men as - or even more than - they should have feared Allah. They said: "Our Lord! Why hast Thou ordered us to fight? Wouldst Thou not Grant us respite to our (natural) term, near (enough)?" Say: "Short is the enjoyment of this world: the Hereafter is the best for those who do right: Never will ye be dealt with unjustly in the very least! |
| Shakir 77: | Have you not seen those to whom it was said: Withhold your hands, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate; but when fighting is prescribed for them, lo! a party of them fear men as they ought to have feared Allah, or (even) with a greater fear, and say: Our Lord! why hast Thou ordained fighting for us? Wherefore didst Thou not grant us a delay to a near end? Say: The provision of this world is short, and the hereafter is better for him who guards (against evil); and you shall not be wronged the husk of a date stone. |
| Pickthal 77: | Hast thou not seen those unto whom it was said: Withhold your hands, establish worship and pay the poordue, but when fighting was prescribed for them behold! a party of them fear mankind even as their fear of Allah or with greater fear, and say: Our Lord! Why hast Thou ordained fighting for us? If only Thou wouldst give us respite yet a while! Say (unto them, O Muhammad): The comfort of this world is scant; the Hereafter will be better for him who wardeth off (evil); and ye will not be wronged the down upon a date-stone. |
| Mohsin Khan: 77: | Have you not seen those who were told to hold back their hands (from fighting) and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat but when the fighting was ordained for them, behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or even more. They say: "Our Lord! Why have you ordained for us fighting? Would that You had granted us respite for a short period?" Say: "Short is the enjoyment of this world. The Hereafter is (far) better for him who fears Allah, and you shall not be dealt with unjustly even equal to a scalish thread in the long slit of a date-stone. |

Et on ne vous lésera pas fût-ce d'un brin de noyau de datte. |
| Spanish 77: | ¿No has visto a aquéllos a quienes se dijo: "¡Deponed las armas! ¡Haced la azalá y dad el azaque!"? Cuando se les prescribe el combate, algunos de ellos tienen tanto miedo de los hombres como deberían tener de Alá, o aún más, y dicen: "¡Señor! ¿Por qué nos has ordenado combatir? Si nos dejaras para un poco más tarde..." Di: "El breve disfrute de la vida de acá es mezquino. La otra vida es mejor para quien teme a Alá. No se os tratará injustamente en lo más mínimo". |
| Indonesian 77: | Tidakkah kamu perhatikan orang-orang yang dikatakan kepada mereka: "Tahanlah tanganmu (dari berperang), dirikanlah sembahyang dan tunaikanlah zakat!" Setelah diwajibkan kepada mereka berperang, tiba-tiba sebahagian dari mereka (golongan munafik) takut kepada manusia (musuh), seperti takutnya kepada Allah, bahkan lebih sangat dari itu takutnya. Mereka berkata: "Ya Tuhan kami, mengapa Engkau wajibkan berperang kepada kami? Mengapa tidak Engkau tangguhkan (kewajiban berperang) kepada kami beberapa waktu lagi?" Katakanlah: "Kesenangan di dunia ini hanya sebentar dan akhirat itu lebih baik untuk orang-orang yang bertakwa dan kamu tidak akan dianiaya sedikit pun . |
| Melayu 77: | Tidakkah engkau (hairan) melihat (wahai Muhammad), akan orang-orang yang (pernah) dikatakan kepada mereka: Tahanlah tangan kamu (daripada bertindak melancarkan perang yang belum diizinkan) dan dirikanlah sembahyang serta berikanlah zakat. (Mereka meminta juga hendak berperang), kemudian apabila mereka diperintahkan berperang, tiba-tiba sepuak di antara mereka merasa gerun kepada manusia sama seperti mereka merasa gerun kepada (azab) Allah atau lebih gerun lagi. Lalu mereka (merayu kepada Allah dengan) berkata: Wahai Tuhan kami, mengapa Engkau wajibkan kami berperang (pada saat ini)? Mengapa Engkau tidak biarkan kami hingga ke tempoh yang singkat (iaitu akhir hayat kami)? Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Harta benda yang menjadi kesenangan di dunia ini adalah sedikit sahaja, (dan akhirnya akan lenyap) dan (balasan) hari akhirat itu lebih baik lagi bagi orang-orang yang bertakwa (kerana ia lebih mewah dan kekal selama-lamanya) dan kamu pula tidak akan dianiaya sedikit pun. |
| German 77: | "Hast du nicht jene gesehen, zu denen man sagte: ""Haltet eure Hände zurück, verrichtet das Gebet und entrichtet die Zakah."" Doch als ihnen der Kampf verordnet wurde, da fürchtete ein Teil von ihnen die Menschen wie in Furcht vor Allah oder mit noch größerer Furcht; und sie sagten: ""Unser Herr, warum hast Du uns den Kampf verordnet? Möchtest Du uns nicht noch eine Weile Aufschub gewähren?"" Sprich: ""Die Nutznießung dieser Welt ist gering, und das Jenseits wird für die Gottesfürchtigen besser sein; und kein Fädchen Unrecht sollt ihr erleiden."" |
| Russian 77: | Разве ты не видел тех, кому было сказано: «Уберите руки (не пытайтесь сражаться), совершайте намаз и выплачивайте закят». Когда же им было предписано сражаться, некоторые из них стали бояться людей так, как боятся Аллаха, или даже более того. Они сказали: «Господь наш! Зачем Ты предписал нам сражаться? Вот если бы Ты предоставил отсрочку на небольшой срок!» Скажи: «Мирские блага непродолжительны, а Последняя жизнь лучше для того, кто богобоязнен. Вы же не будете обижены даже на величину нити на финиковой косточке». |
| Bosnian 77: | Zar ne vidiš one kojima je rečeno: "Dalje od boja, već molitvu obavljajte i milostinju dajite! A kada im bi propisana borba, odjednom se neki od njih pobojaše ljudi, kao što se Allaha boje, ili još više, i uzviknuše: "Gospodaru naš, zašto si nam borbu propisao? Da si nas toga još neko vrijeme poštedio!" Reci: "Uživanje na ovome svijetu je kratko, a onaj svijet je bolji za one koji se grijeha klone; i nikome se od vas ni koliko trun jedan neće učiniti nepravda." |
| Urdu 77: | کیا تم نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جنہیں کہا گیا تھا کہ اپنے ہاتھ روکے رکھو اور نماز قائم کرو اور زکواة دو پھر جب انہیں لڑنے کا حکم دیا گیا اس وقت ان میں سے ایک جماعت لوگوں سے ایسا ڈرنے لگی جیسا الله کا ڈر ہو یا اس سے بھی زیادہ ڈر اور کہنے لگے اے رب ہمارے تو نے ہم پر لڑنا یوں فرض کیا کیوں نہ ہمیں تھوڑی مدت اور مہلت دی ان سے کہ دو دنیا کا فائدہ تھوڑا ہے اور آخرت پرہیزگاروں کے لیے بہتر ہے اور ایک تاگے کے برابر بھی تم سے بے انصافی نہیں کی جائے گی |
| 78 | أَيْنَمَا تَكُونُوا يُدْرِككُّمُ الْمَوْتُ وَلَوْ كُنتُمْ فِي بُرُوجٍ مُّشَيَّدَةٍ ۗ وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ حَسَنَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَـٰذِهِ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَقُولُوا هَـٰذِهِ مِنْ عِندِكَ ۚ قُلْ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ ۖ فَمَالِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ لَا يَكَادُونَ يَفْقَهُونَ حَدِيثًا |
| Transliteration 78: | Aynama takoonoo yudrikkumu almawtu walaw kuntum fee buroojin mushayyadatin wain tusibhum hasanatun yaqooloo hathihi min AAindi Allahi wain tusibhum sayyiatun yaqooloo hathihi min AAindika qul kullun min AAindi Allahi famali haolai alqawmi la yakadoona yafqahoona hadeethan |
| Yusuf Ali 78: | "Wherever ye are, death will find you out, even if ye are in towers built up strong and high!" If some good befalls them, they say, "This is from Allah.; but if evil, they say, "This is from thee" (O Prophet). Say: "All things are from Allah." But what hath come to these people, that they fail to understand a single fact? |
| Shakir 78: | Wherever you are, death will overtake you, though you are in lofty towers, and if a benefit comes to them, they say: This is from Allah; and if a misfortune befalls them, they say: This is from you. Say: All is from Allah, but what is the matter with these people that they do not make approach to understanding what is told (them)? |
| Pickthal 78: | Wheresoever ye may be, death will overtake you, even though ye were in lofty towers. Yet if a happy thing befalleth them they say: This is from Allah; and if an evil thing befalleth them they say: This is of thy doing (O Muhammad). Say (unto them): All is from Allah. What is amiss with these people that they come not nigh to understand a happening? |
| Mohsin Khan: 78: | "Wheresoever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are in fortresses built up strong and high!" And if some good reaches them, they say, "This is from Allah," but if some evil befalls them, they say, "This is from you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)." Say: "All things are from Allah," so what is wrong with these people that they fail to understand any word? |

Qu'un bien les atteigne, ils disent: ‹C'est de la part d'Allah.› Qu'un mal les atteigne, ils disent: ‹C'est dû à toi (Muhammad).› Dis: ‹Tout est d'Allah.› Mais qu'ont-ils ces gens, à ne comprendre presque aucune parole? |
| Spanish 78: | Dondequiera que os encontréis, la muerte os alcanzará, aun si estáis en torres elevadas. Si les sucede un bien, dicen: "Esto viene de Alá". Pero, si es un mal, dicen: "Esto viene de ti". Di: "Todo viene de Alá". Pero ¿qué tienen éstos, que apenas comprenden lo que se les dice? |
| Indonesian 78: | Di mana saja kamu berada, kematian akan mendapatkan kamu, kendatipun kamu di dalam benteng yang tinggi lagi kokoh, dan jika mereka memperoleh kebaikan , mereka mengatakan: "Ini adalah dari sisi Allah", dan kalau mereka ditimpa sesuatu bencana mereka mengatakan: "Ini (datangnya) dari sisi kamu (Muhammad)". Katakanlah: "Semuanya (datang) dari sisi Allah". Maka mengapa orang-orang itu (orang munafik) hampir-hampir tidak memahami pembicaraan sedikit pun? |
| Melayu 78: | Di mana jua kamu berada, maut akan mendapatkan kamu (bila sampai ajal), sekalipun kamu berada dalam benteng-benteng yang tinggi lagi kukuh dan kalau mereka beroleh kebaikan (kemewahan hidup), mereka berkata: Ini adalah dari sisi Allah dan kalau pula mereka ditimpa bencana, mereka berkata: Ini adalah dari (sesuatu nahas) yang ada padamu. Katakanlah (wahai Muhammad): Semuanya itu (kebaikan dan bencana) adalah (berpunca) dari sisi Allah. Maka apakah yang menyebabkan kaum itu hampir-hampir tidak memahami perkataan (nasihat dan pengajaran)? |

Und wenn ihnen Gutes begegnet, sagen sie: ""Das ist von Allah""; und wenn ihnen Schlimmes begegnet, sagen sie: ""Das ist von dir."" Sprich: ""Alles ist von Allah."" Warum verstehen denn diese Leute kaum etwas von dem, was ihnen gesagt wird? |
| Russian 78: | Смерть настигнет вас, где бы вы ни находились, даже если вы будете в возведенных башнях. Если их постигает добро, они говорят: «Это – от Аллаха». Если же их постигает зло, они говорят: «Это – от тебя». Скажи: «Это – от Аллаха». Что же произошло с этими людьми, что они едва понимают то, что им говорят? |
| Bosnian 78: | Ma gdje bili, stići će vas smrt, pa kad bi bili i u visokim kulama. Ako ih stigne kakvo dobro, oni vele: "Ovo je od Allaha!", a snađe li ih kakvo zlo, govore: "Ovo je zbog tebe!" Reci: "Sve je od Allaha!” Pa šta je tim ljudima?! - oni kao da ne razumiju ono što im se govori! |
| Urdu 78: | تم جہاں کہیں ہو گے موت تمہیں آ ہی پکڑے گی اگرچہ تم مضبوط قلعوں میں ہی ہو اور اگر انہیں کوئی فائدہ پہنچتا ہے تو لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ الله کی طرف سے ہے اور اگر کوئی نقصان پہنچتا ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ یہ تیری طرف سے ہے ان لوگوں کو کیا ہو گیا ہے کہ کوئی بات ان کی سمجھ میں نہیں آتی |
| 79 | مَّا أَصَابَكَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَا أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٍ فَمِن نَّفْسِكَ ۚ وَأَرْسَلْنَاكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولًا ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهِيدًا |
| Transliteration 79: | Ma asabaka min hasanatin famina Allahi wama asabaka min sayyiatin famin nafsika waarsalnaka lilnnasi rasoolan wakafa biAllahi shaheedan |
| Yusuf Ali 79: | Whatever good, (O man!) happens to thee, is from Allah. but whatever evil happens to thee, is from thy (own) soul. and We have sent thee as an apostle to (instruct) mankind. And enough is Allah for a witness. |
| Shakir 79: | Whatever benefit comes to you (O man!), it is from Allah, and whatever misfortune befalls you, it is from yourself, and We have sent you (O Prophet!), to mankind as a messenger; and Allah is sufficient as a witness. |

| 80 | مَّن يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللَّهَ ۖ وَمَن تَوَلَّىٰ فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا |
| Transliteration 80: | Man yutiAAi alrrasoola faqad ataAAa Allaha waman tawalla fama arsalnaka AAalayhim hafeethan |
| Yusuf Ali 80: | He who obeys the Messenger, obeys Allah. But if any turn away, We have not sent thee to watch over their (evil deeds). |
| Shakir 80: | Whoever obeys the Messenger, he indeed obeys Allah, and whoever turns back, so We have not sent you as a keeper over them. |
| Pickthal 80: | Whoso obeyeth the messenger hath obeyed Allah, and whoso turneth away: We have not sent thee as a warder over them. |
| Mohsin Khan: 80: | He who obeys the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), has indeed obeyed Allah, but he who turns away, then we have not sent you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) as a watcher over them. |

| 81 | وَيَقُولُونَ طَاعَةٌ فَإِذَا بَرَزُوا مِنْ عِندِكَ بَيَّتَ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنْهُمْ غَيْرَ الَّذِي تَقُولُ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَكْتُبُ مَا يُبَيِّتُونَ ۖ فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا |
| Transliteration 81: | Wayaqooloona taAAatun faitha barazoo min AAindika bayyata taifatun minhum ghayra allathee taqoolu waAllahu yaktubu ma yubayyitoona faaAArid AAanhum watawakkal AAala Allahi wakafa biAllahi wakeelan |
| Yusuf Ali 81: | They have "Obedience" on their lips; but when they leave thee, a section of them Meditate all night on things very different from what thou tellest them. But Allah records their nightly (plots): So keep clear of them, and put thy trust in Allah, and enough is Allah as a disposer of affairs. |
| Shakir 81: | And they say: Obedience. But when they go out from your presence, a party of them decide by night upon doing otherwise than what you say; and Allah writes down what they decide by night, therefore turn aside from them and trust in Allah, and Allah is sufficient as a protector. |
| Pickthal 81: | And they say: (It is) obedience; but when they have gone forth from thee a party of them spend the night in planning other than what thou sayest. Allah recordeth what they plan by night. So oppose them and put thy trust in Allah. Allah is sufficient as Trustee. |
| Mohsin Khan: 81: | They say: "We are obedient," but when they leave you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), a section of them spend all night in planning other than what you say. But Allah records their nightly (plots). So turn aside from them (do not punish them), and put your trust in Allah. And Allah is Ever All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs. |
| French 81: | Ils disent: ‹obéissance!› Puis sitòt sortis de chez toi, une partie d'entre eux délibère au cours de la nuit de tout autre chose que ce qu'elle t'a dit. [Cependant] Allah enregistre ce qu'ils font la nuit. Pardonne-leur donc et place ta confiance en Allah. Et Allah suffit comme Protecteur. |
| Spanish 81: | Y dicen: "¡Obediencia! Pero, cuando salen de tu presencia, algunos traman de noche hacer otra cosa diferente de lo que tú dices. Alá toma nota de lo que traman de noche. ¡Apártate, pues, de ellos y confía en Alá! ¡Alá basta como protector! |
| Indonesian 81: | Dan mereka (orang-orang munafik) mengatakan: "(Kewajiban kami hanyalah) ta'at". Tetapi apabila mereka telah pergi dari sisimu, sebahagian dari mereka mengatur siasat di malam hari (mengambil keputusan) lain dari yang telah mereka katakan tadi. Allah menulis siasat yang mereka atur di malam hari itu, maka berpalinglah kamu dari mereka dan tawakkallah kepada Allah. Cukuplah Allah menjadi Pelindung. |
| Melayu 81: | Dan mereka (golongan munafik) berkata: (Kami) taat, kemudian apabila mereka keluar dari majlismu, segolongan dari mereka memutuskan pada malam hari satu rancangan yang lain daripada (pengakuan taat) yang mereka katakan (kepadamu). Sedang Allah (perintahkan malaikat) menulis apa yang mereka rancangkan itu; maka berpalinglah (wahai Muhammad) daripada mereka, (janganlah dihiraukan apa yang mereka rancangkan), serta berserahlah kepada Allah; kerana cukuplah Allah menjadi Pembela (yang memeliharamu dari angkara mereka). |
| German 81: | "Und sie sagen: ""Gehorsam""; doch wenn sie von dir weggehen, dann munkelt ein Teil von ihnen von etwas anderem, als von dem, was du sagst. Allah aber zeichnet auf, worüber sie munkeln. So wende dich von ihnen ab und vertraue auf Allah. Und Allah genügt als Sachwalter. |
| Russian 81: | Они говорят: «Мы покорны». Когда же они покидают тебя, некоторые из них по ночам замышляют не то, что ты говорил. Аллах записывает то, что они замышляют по ночам. Отвернись же от них и уповай на Аллаха. Довольно того, что Аллах является Попечителем и Хранителем! |
| Bosnian 81: | Licemjeri govore: "Pokoravamo se!", a kada odu od tebe, onda neki od njih noću snuju nešto što je suprotno onome što ti govoriš, i Allah naredi da se ono što oni snuju pribilježi. Ti ih izbjegavaj i u Allaha se pouzdaj, jer Allah je dovoljan zaštitnik. |
| Urdu 81: | اور کہتے ہیں قبول کیا پھر جب تیرے ہاں سے باہر گئے تو ان میں سے ایک گروہ رات کو جمع ہو کر تمہاری باتو ں کے خلاف مشورہ کرتا ہے اور الله لکھتا ہے جو وہ مشورہ کرتے ہیں تو ان کی پرواہ نہ کر اور الله پر بھروسہ کر اور الله کارساز کافی ہے |
| 82 | أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ ۚ وَلَوْ كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ غَيْرِ اللَّهِ لَوَجَدُوا فِيهِ اخْتِلَافًا كَثِيرًا |
| Transliteration 82: | Afala yatadabbaroona alqurana walaw kana min AAindi ghayri Allahi lawajadoo feehi ikhtilafan katheeran |
| Yusuf Ali 82: | Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other Than Allah, they would surely have found therein Much discrepancy. |
| Shakir 82: | Do they not then meditate on the Quran? And if it were from any other than Allah, they would have found in it many a discrepancy. |
| Pickthal 82: | Will they not then ponder on the Qur'an? If it had been from other than Allah they would have found therein much incongruity. |
| Mohsin Khan: 82: | Do they not then consider the Qur'an carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein many a contradiction. |

| German 82: | "Sie machen sich keine Gedanken über den Qur'an. Wäre er von einem anderen als Allah, so würden sie darin gewiß viel Widerspruch finden. |

| 83 | وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ ۖ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا |
| Transliteration 83: | Waitha jaahum amrun mina alamni awi alkhawfi athaAAoo bihi walaw raddoohu ila alrrasooli waila olee alamri minhum laAAalimahu allatheena yastanbitoonahu minhum walawla fadlu Allahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu laittabaAAtumu alshshaytana illa qaleelan |
| Yusuf Ali 83: | When there comes to them some matter touching (Public) safety or fear, they divulge it. If they had only referred it to the Messenger, or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have Tested it from them (direct). Were it not for the Grace and Mercy of Allah unto you, all but a few of you would have fallen into the clutches of Satan. |
| Shakir 83: | And when there comes to them news of security or fear they spread it abroad; and if they had referred it to the Messenger and to those in authority among them, those among them who can search out the knowledge of it would have known it, and were it not for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have certainly followed the Shaitan save a few |
| Pickthal 83: | And if any tidings, whether of safety or fear, come unto them, they noise it abroad, whereas if they had referred it to the messenger and to such of them as are in authority, those among them who are able to think out the matter would have known it. If it had not been for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy ye would have followed Satan, save a few (of you). |
| Mohsin Khan: 83: | When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they make it known (among the people); if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly). Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allah upon you, you would have followed Shaitan (Satan), save a few of you. |
| French 83: | Quand leur parvient une nouvelle rassurante ou alarmante, ils la diffusent. S'ils la rapportaient au Messager et aux détenteurs du commandement parmi eux ceux d'entre eux qui cherchent à être éclairés, auraient appris (la vérité de la bouche du Prophète et des détenteurs du commandement). Et n'eussent été le grâce d'Allah sur vous et Sa miséricorde, vous auriez suivi le Diable, à part quelques- uns. |
| Spanish 83: | Cuando se enteran de algo referente a la seguridad o al temor, lo difunden. Si lo hubieran referido al Enviado y a quienes de ellos tienen autoridad, los que deseaban averiguar la verdad habrían sabido si dar crédito o no. Si no llega a ser por el favor que de Alá habéis recibido y por Su misericordia, habríais seguido casi todos al Demonio. |
| Indonesian 83: | Dan apabila datang kepada mereka suatu berita tentang keamanan ataupun ketakutan, mereka lalu menyiarkannya. Dan kalau mereka menyerahkannya kepada Rasul dan Ulil Amri di antara mereka, tentulah orang-orang yang ingin mengetahui kebenarannya (akan dapat) mengetahuinya dari mereka (Rasul dan Ulil Amri) . Kalau tidaklah karena karunia dan rahmat Allah kepada kamu, tentulah kamu mengikut syaitan, kecuali sebahagian kecil saja (di antaramu). |
| Melayu 83: | Dan apabila datang kepada mereka sesuatu berita mengenai keamanan atau kecemasan, mereka terus menghebahkannya; padahal kalau mereka kembalikan sahaja hal itu kepada Rasulullah dan kepada "Ulil-Amri" (orang-orang yang berkuasa) di antara mereka, tentulah hal itu dapat diketahui oleh orang-orang yang layak mengambil keputusan mengenainya di antara mereka dan jika tidaklah kerana limpah kurnia Allah dan belas kasihanNya kepada kamu, tentulah kamu (terbabas) menurut Syaitan kecuali sedikit sahaja (iaitu orang-orang yang teguh imannya dan luas ilmunya di antara kamu). |
| German 83: | Und wenn ihnen etwas zu Ohren kommt, das Sicherheit oder Furcht betrifft, machen sie es bekannt. Hätten sie es aber vor den Gesandten und vor jene gebracht, die unter ihnen die Befehlsgewalt besitzen, dann würden es sicherlich die unter ihnen, die es entschleiern könnten, wissen. Und wäre nicht Allahs Gnade über euch und Seine Barmherzigkeit, wäret ihr alle dem Satan gefolgt, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen. |
| Russian 83: | Когда до них доходит известие о безопасности или опасности, они разглашают его. | 84 | فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ ۚ وَحَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ عَسَى اللَّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأْسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأْسًا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلًا |
| Transliteration 84: | Faqatil fee sabeeli Allahi la tukallafu illa nafsaka waharridi almumineena AAasa Allahu an yakuffa basa allatheena kafaroo waAllahu ashaddu basan waashaddu tankeelan |
| Yusuf Ali 84: | Then fight in Allah.s cause - Thou art held responsible only for thyself - and rouse the believers. It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the Unbelievers; for Allah is the strongest in might and in punishment. |
| Shakir 84: | Fight then in Allah's way; this is not imposed on you except In relation to yourself, and rouse the believers to ardor maybe Allah will restrain the fighting of those who disbelieve and Allah is strongest in prowess and strongest to give an exemplary punishment. |

| Yusuf Ali 85: | Whoever recommends and helps a good cause becomes a partner therein: And whoever recommends and helps an evil cause, shares in its burden: And Allah hath power over all things. |

| Transliteration 86: | Waitha huyyeetum bitahiyyatin fahayyoo biahsana minha aw ruddooha inna Allaha kana AAala kulli shayin haseeban |
| Yusuf Ali 86: | When a (courteous) greeting is offered you, meet it with a greeting still more courteous, or (at least) of equal courtesy. Allah takes careful account of all things. |

| Transliteration 87: | Allahu la ilaha illa huwa layajmaAAannakum ila yawmi alqiyamati la rayba feehi waman asdaqu mina Allahi hadeethan |
| Yusuf Ali 87: | Allah. There is no god but He: of a surety He will gather you together against the Day of Judgment, about which there is no doubt. And whose word can be truer than Allah.s? |
| Shakir 87: | Allah, there is no god but He-- He will most certainly gather you together on the resurrection day, there is no doubt in it; and who is more true in word than Allah? |

| Yusuf Ali 88: | Why should ye be divided into two parties about the Hypocrites? Allah hath upset them for their (evil) deeds. Would ye guide those whom Allah hath thrown out of the Way? For those whom Allah hath thrown out of the Way, never shalt thou find the Way. |
| Shakir 88: | What is the matter with you, then, that you have become two parties about the hypocrites, while Allah has made them return (to unbelief) for what they have earned? Do you wish to guide him whom Allah has caused to err? And whomsoever Allah causes to err, you shall by no means find a way for him. |
| Pickthal 88: | What aileth you that ye are become two parties regarding the hypocrites, when Allah cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they earned? Seek ye to guide him whom Allah hath sent astray? He whom Allah sendeth astray, for him thou (O MUhammad) canst not find a road. |

| Spanish 88: | ¿Por qué vais a dividiros en dos partidos a propósito de los hipócritas? Alá les ha rechazado ya por lo que han hecho. ¿Es que queréis dirigir a quien Alá ha extraviado? No encontrarás camino para aquél a quien Alá extravía. |
| Indonesian 88: | Maka mengapa kamu (terpecah) menjadi dua golongan dalam (menghadapi) orang-orang munafik, padahal Allah telah membalikkan mereka kepada kekafiran, disebabkan usaha mereka sendiri? Apakah kamu bermaksud memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang telah disesatkan Allah? Barangsiapa yang disesatkan Allah, sekali-kali kamu tidak mendapatkan jalan (untuk memberi petunjuk) kepadanya. |

Padahal sesiapa yang telah disesatkan oleh Allah, maka engkau tidak sekali-kali akan mendapat jalan untuk menyelamatkannya. |

| 89 | وَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُوا فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاءً ۖ فَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ حَتَّىٰ يُهَاجِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيرًا |
| Transliteration 89: | Waddoo law takfuroona kama kafaroo fatakoonoona sawaan fala tattakhithoo minhum awliyaa hatta yuhajiroo fee sabeeli Allahi fain tawallaw fakhuthoohum waoqtuloohum haythu wajadtumoohum wala tattakhithoo minhum waliyyan wala naseeran |
| Yusuf Ali 89: | They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks;- |
| Shakir 89: | They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper. |

Und wenn sie sich abwenden, dann ergreift sie und tötet sie, wo immer ihr sie auffindet; und nehmt euch keinen von ihnen zum Beschützer oder zum Helfer, |

| Urdu 89: | وہ تو چاہتے ہیں کہ جیسے وہ کافر ہوئے ہیں تم بھی کافر ہو جاؤ پھر تم سب برابر ہو جاؤ لہذا ان میں سے کسی کو اپنا دوست نہ بناؤ جب تک وہ الله کی راہ میں ہجرت کر کے نہ آ جائیں پھر اگر وہ اس بات کو قبول نہ کریں تو جہاں پاؤ انہیں پکڑو اور قتل کرو اور ان میں سے کسی کو اپنے دوست اور مددگار نہ بناؤ |

| Yusuf Ali 90: | Except those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with hearts restraining them from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. If Allah had pleased, He could have given them power over you, and they would have fought you: Therefore if they withdraw from you but fight you not, and (instead) send you (Guarantees of) peace, then Allah Hath opened no way for you (to war against them). |

| Yusuf Ali 91: | Others you will find that wish to gain your confidence as well as that of their people: Every time they are sent back to temptation, they succumb thereto: if they withdraw not from you nor give you (guarantees) of peace besides restraining their hands, seize them and slay them wherever ye get them: In their case We have provided you with a clear argument against them. |

Karena itu jika mereka tidak membiarkan kamu dan (tidak) mau mengemukakan perdamaian kepadamu, serta (tidak) menahan tangan mereka (dari memerangimu), maka tawanlah mereka dan bunuhlah mereka di mana saja kamu menemui mereka, dan merekalah orang-orang yang Kami berikan kepadamu alasan yang nyata (untuk menawan dan membunuh) mereka. |

| Yusuf Ali 92: | Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to Allah. for Allah hath all knowledge and all wisdom. |
| Shakir 92: | And it does not behoove a believer to kill a believer except by mistake, and whoever kills a believer by mistake, he should free a believing slave, and blood-money should be paid to his people unless they remit it as alms; but if he be from a tribe hostile to you and he is a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (suffices), and if he is from a tribe between whom and you there is a convenant, the blood-money should be paid to his people along with the freeing of a believing slave; but he who cannot find (a slave) should fast for two months successively: a penance from Allah, and Allah is Knowing, Wise. |

Y quien mate a un creyente por error deberá manumitir a un esclavo creyente y pagar el precio de sangre a la familia de la víctima, a menos que ella renuncie al mismo como limosna. Y si la víctima era creyente y pertenecía a gente enemiga vuestra, deberá manumitir a un esclavo creyente. Pero, si pertenecía a gente con la que os une un pacto, el precio de sangre debe pagarse a la familia de la víctima, aparte de la manumisión de un esclavo creyente. Y quien no disponga de medios, ayunará dos meses consecutivos, como expiación impuesta por Alá. Alá es omniscente, sabio. |
| Indonesian 92: | Dan tidak layak bagi seorang mu'min membunuh seorang mu'min (yang lain), kecuali karena tersalah (tidak sengaja) , dan barangsiapa membunuh seorang mu'min karena tersalah (hendaklah) ia memerdekakan seorang hamba sahaya yang beriman serta membayar diat yang diserahkan kepada keluarganya (si terbunuh itu), kecuali jika mereka (keluarga terbunuh) bersedekah . Jika ia (si terbunuh) dari kaum yang memusuhimu, padahal ia mu'min, maka (hendaklah si pembunuh) memerdekakan hamba-sahaya yang mu'min. Dan jika ia (si terbunuh) dari kaum (kafir) yang ada perjanjian (damai) antara mereka dengan kamu, maka (hendaklah si pembunuh) membayar diat yang diserahkan kepada keluarganya (si terbunuh) serta memerdekakan hamba sahaya yang mu'min. Barangsiapa yang tidak memperolehnya , maka hendaklah ia (si pembunuh) berpuasa dua bulan berturut-turut sebagai cara taubat kepada Allah. Dan adalah Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana. |

Tetapi jika dia (yang terbunuh dengan tidak sengaja) dari kaum (kafir) yang memusuhi kamu, sedang dia sendiri beriman, maka (wajiblah si pembunuh membayar kaffarah sahaja dengan) memerdekakan seorang hamba yang beriman dan jika dia (orang yang terbunuh dengan tidak sengaja itu) dari kaum (kafir) yang ada ikatan perjanjian setia di antara kamu dengan mereka, maka wajiblah membayar "diat" (denda ganti nyawa) kepada keluarganya serta memerdekakan seorang hamba yang beriman. Dalam pada itu, sesiapa yang tidak dapat (mencari hamba yang akan dimerdekakannya), maka hendaklah dia berpuasa dua bulan berturut-turut; (hukum yang tersebut) datangnya dari Allah untuk menerima taubat (membersihkan diri kamu) dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Mengetahui, lagi Maha Bijaksana. |

Ako on pripada narodu koji vam je neprijatelj, a sam je vjernik, mora osloboditi ropstva jednog roba - vjernika; a ako pripada narodu s kojim ste u savezu, mora dati krvarinu porodici njegovoj i osloboditi ropstva jednog roba - vjernika. Ne nađe li, mora uzastopce postiti dva mjeseca da bi Allah primio pokajanje - a Allah sve zna i mudar je. |
| Urdu 92: | اور مسلمانوں کا یہ کام نہیں کہ کسی مسلمان کو قتل کرے مگر غلطی سے اور جو مسلمان کو غلطی سے قتل کرے تو ایک مسلمان کی گردن آزاد کرے اور مقتول کے وارثوں کو خون بہا دے مگر یہ کہ وہ خون بہا معاف کر دیں پھر اگر وہ مسلمان مقتول کسی ایسی قوم میں تھا جس سے تمہاری دشمنی ہے تو ایک مومن غلام آزاد کرنا ہے اور اگر وہ مقتول مسلمان کسی ایسی قوم میں سے تھا جس سے تمہارا معاہدہ ہے تو اس کے وارثوں کو خون بہا دیا جائے گا اور ایک مومن غلام کو آزاد کرنا ہوگا پھر جو غلام نہ پائے وہ پے درپے دو مہینے کے روزے رکھے الله سےگناہ بخشوانے کے لیے اور الله جاننے والا حکمت والا ہے |
| 93 | وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا |
| Transliteration 93: | Waman yaqtul muminan mutaAAammidan fajazaohu jahannamu khalidan feeha waghadiba Allahu AAalayhi walaAAanahu waaAAadda lahu AAathaban AAatheeman |

| Transliteration 94: | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo itha darabtum fee sabeeli Allahi fatabayyanoo wala taqooloo liman alqa ilaykumu alssalama lasta muminan tabtaghoona AAarada alhayati alddunya faAAinda Allahi maghanimu katheeratun kathalika kuntum min qablu famanna Allahu AAalaykum fatabayyanoo inna Allaha kana bima taAAmaloona khabeeran |
| Yusuf Ali 94: | O ye who believe! When ye go abroad in the cause of Allah, investigate carefully, and say not to any one who offers you a salutation: "Thou art none of a believer!" Coveting the perishable goods of this life: with Allah are profits and spoils abundant. Even thus were ye yourselves before, till Allah conferred on you His favours: Therefore carefully investigate. For Allah is well aware of all that ye do. |

| Transliteration 97: | Inna allatheena tawaffahumu almalaikatu thalimee anfusihim qaloo feema kuntum qaloo kunna mustadAAafeena fee alardi qaloo alam takun ardu Allahi wasiAAatan fatuhajiroo feeha faolaika mawahum jahannamu wasaat maseeran |
| Yusuf Ali 97: | When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: "In what (plight) Were ye?" They reply: "Weak and oppressed Were we in the earth." They say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?" Such men will find their abode in Hell,- What an evil refuge! - |

Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! |

Mereka menjawab: Kami dahulu adalah orang-orang yang tertindas di bumi. Malaikat bertanya lagi: Tidakkah bumi Allah itu luas, yang membolehkan kamu berhijrah dengan bebas padanya? Maka orang-orang yang sedemikian itu keadaannya, tempat akhir mereka ialah Neraka Jahannam dan Neraka Jahannam itu adalah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali. |

Они скажут: «Разве земля Аллаха не была обширна для того, чтобы вы переселились на ней». Их обителью станет Геенна. Как же скверно это место прибытия! |

| Transliteration 98: | Illa almustadAAafeena mina alrrijali waalnnisai waalwildani la yastateeAAoona heelatan wala yahtadoona sabeelan |

| Transliteration 100: | Waman yuhajir fee sabeeli Allahi yajid fee alardi muraghaman katheeran wasaAAatan waman yakhruj min baytihi muhajiran ila Allahi warasoolihi thumma yudrikhu almawtu faqad waqaAAa ajruhu AAala Allahi wakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman |
| Yusuf Ali 100: | He who forsakes his home in the cause of Allah, finds in the earth Many a refuge, wide and spacious: Should he die as a refugee from home for Allah and His Messenger, His reward becomes due and sure with Allah. And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |

Barangsiapa keluar dari rumahnya dengan maksud berhijrah kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian kematian menimpanya (sebelum sampai ke tempat yang dituju), maka sungguh telah tetap pahalanya di sisi Allah. Dan adalah Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. |
| Melayu 100: | Dan sesiapa yang berhijrah pada jalan Allah (untuk membela dan menegakkan Islam), nescaya dia akan dapati di muka bumi ini tempat berhijrah yang banyak dan rezeki yang makmur dan sesiapa yang keluar dari rumahnya dengan tujuan berhijrah kepada Allah dan RasulNya, kemudian dia mati (dalam perjalanan), maka sesungguhnya telah tetap pahala hijrahnya di sisi Allah dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Pengampun, lagi Maha Mengasihani. |
