1	إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
Transliteration 1:	Inna anzalnahu fee laylati alqadri
Yusuf Ali 1:	We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power:
Shakir 1:	Surely We revealed it on the grand night.
Pickthal 1:	Lo! We revealed it on the Night of Predestination.
Mohsin Khan: 1:	Verily, We have sent it (this Qur'an) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree).
French 1:	Nous l'avons certes, fait descendre (le Coran) pendant la nuit d'Al-Qadr.
Spanish 1:	Lo hemos revelado en la noche del Destino.
Indonesian 1:	Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkannya (Al Qur'an) pada malam kemuliaan .
Melayu 1:	Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan (Al-Quran) ini pada Malam Lailatul-Qadar,
German 1:	Wahrlich, Wir haben ihn (den Qur'an) herabgesandt in der Nacht von Al-Qadr.
Russian 1:	Воистину, Мы ниспослали его (Коран) в ночь предопределения (или величия).
Bosnian 1:	Mi smo ga počeli objavljivati u Noći Kadr -
Urdu 1:	بے شک ہم نے اس (قرآن) کو شب قدر میں اتارا ہے
2	وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
Transliteration 2:	Wama adraka ma laylatu alqadri
Yusuf Ali 2:	And what will explain to thee what the night of power is?
Shakir 2:	And what will make you comprehend what the grand night
Pickthal 2:	Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is!
Mohsin Khan: 2:	And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?
French 2:	Et qui te dira ce qu'est la nuit d'Al-Qadr?
Spanish 2:	Y ¿cómo sabrás qué es la noche del Destino?
Indonesian 2:	Dan tahukah kamu apakah malam kemuliaan itu?
Melayu 2:	Dan apa jalannya engkau dapat mengetahui apa dia kebesaran Malam Lailatul-Qadar itu?
German 2:	Und was lehrt dich wissen, was die Nacht von Al-Qadr ist?
Russian 2:	Откуда ты мог знать, что такое ночь предопределения (или величия)?
Bosnian 2:	a šta ti misliš šta je Noć Kadr?
Urdu 2:	اور آپ کو کیا معلوم کہ شب قدر کیا ہے
3	لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
Transliteration 3:	Laylatu alqadri khayrun min alfi shahrin
Yusuf Ali 3:	The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
Shakir 3:	The grand night is better than a thousand months.
Pickthal 3:	The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.
Mohsin Khan: 3:	The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months).
French 3:	La nuit d'Al-Qadr est meilleure que mille mois.
Spanish 3:	La noche del Destino vale más de mil meses.
Indonesian 3:	Malam kemuliaan itu lebih baik dari seribu bulan.
Melayu 3:	Malam Lailatul-Qadar lebih baik daripada seribu bulan.
German 3:	Die Nacht von Al-Qadr ist besser als tausend Monate.
Russian 3:	Ночь предопределения (или величия) лучше тысячи месяцев.
Bosnian 3:	Noć Kadr je bolja od hiljadu mjeseci -
Urdu 3:	شب قدر ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر ہے
4	تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
Transliteration 4:	Tanazzalu almalaikatu waalrroohu feeha biithni rabbihim min kulli amrin
Yusuf Ali 4:	Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah.s permission, on every errand:
Shakir 4:	The angels and Gibreel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair,
Pickthal 4:	The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees.
Mohsin Khan: 4:	Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibril (Gabril)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,
French 4:	Durant celle-ci descendent les Anges ainsi que l'Esprit, par permission de leur Seigneur pour tout ordre.
Spanish 4:	Los ángeles y el Espíritu descienden en ella, con permiso de su Señor, para fijarlo todo.
Indonesian 4:	Pada malam itu turun malaikat-malaikat dan malaikat Jibril dengan izin Tuhannya untuk mengatur segala urusan.
Melayu 4:	Pada Malam itu, turun malaikat dan Jibril dengan izin Tuhan mereka, kerana membawa segala perkara (yang ditakdirkan berlakunya pada tahun yang berikut);
German 4:	In ihr steigen die Engel und Gabriel herab mit der Erlaubnis ihres Herrn zu jeglichem Geheiß.
Russian 4:	В эту ночь ангелы и Дух (Джибриль) нисходят с дозволения их Господа по всем Его повелениям.
Bosnian 4:	meleki i Džibril, s dozvolom Gospodara svoga, spuštaju se u njoj zbog odluke svake,
Urdu 4:	اس میں فرشتے اور روح نازل ہوتے ہیں اپنے رب کے حکم سے ہر کام پر
5	سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
Transliteration 5:	Salamun hiya hatta matlaAAi alfajri
Yusuf Ali 5:	Peace!...This until the rise of morn!
Shakir 5:	Peace! it is till the break of the morning.
Pickthal 5:	(The night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn.
Mohsin Khan: 5:	(All that night), there is Peace (and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn.
French 5:	Elle est paix et salut jusqu'à l'apparition de l'aube.
Spanish 5:	¡Es una noche de paz, hasta el rayar del alba!
Indonesian 5:	Malam itu (penuh) kesejahteraan sampai terbit fajar.
Melayu 5:	Sejahteralah Malam (yang berkat) itu hingga terbit fajar!
German 5:	Frieden ist sie bis zum Anbruch der Morgenröte.
Russian 5:	Она благополучна вплоть до наступления зари.
Bosnian 5:	sigurnost je u njoj sve dok zora ne svane.
Urdu 5:	وہ صبح روشن ہونے تک سلامتی کی رات ہے
