151	وَلَا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
Transliteration 151:	Wala tuteeAAoo amra almusrifeena
Yusuf Ali 151:	"And follow not the bidding of those who are extravagant,-
Shakir 151:	And do not obey the bidding of the extravagant,
Pickthal 151:	And obey not the command of the prodigal,
Mohsin Khan: 151:	"And follow not the command of Al-Musrifun [i.e. their chiefs: leaders who were polytheists, criminals and sinners],
French 151:	N'obéissez pas à l'ordre des outranciers,
Spanish 151:	¡No obedezcáis las órdenes de los inmoderados,
Indonesian 151:	dan janganlah kamu menta'ati perintah orang-orang yang melewati batas,

Urdu 151:	اوران حد سے نکلنے والوں کا کہا مت مانو
152	الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Transliteration 152:	Allatheena yufsidoona fee alardi wala yuslihoona
Yusuf Ali 152:	"Who make mischief in the land, and mend not (their ways)."
Shakir 152:	Who make mischief in the land and do not act aright.
Pickthal 152:	Who spread corruption in the earth, and reform not.
Mohsin Khan: 152:	"Who make mischief in the land, and reform not."
French 152:	qui sèment le désordre sur la terre et n'améliorent rien›.
Spanish 152:	que corrompen en la tierra y no la reforman!"
Indonesian 152:	yang membuat kerusakan di muka bumi dan tidak mengadakan perbaikan".
Melayu 152:	Iaitu orang-orang yang melakukan kerosakan di bumi dan tidak membuat kebaikan.
German 152:	"die Verderben auf Erden stiften und keine guten Werke verrichten.""
Russian 152:	которые распространяют на земле нечестие и ничего не улучшают».
Bosnian 152:	koji na Zemlji ne zavode red već nered uspostavljaju" -
Urdu 152:	جو زمین میں فساد کرتے ہیں اور اصلاح نہیں کرتے
153	قَالُوا إِنَّمَا أَنتَ مِنَ الْمُسَحَّرِينَ
Transliteration 153:	Qaloo innama anta mina almusahhareena
Yusuf Ali 153:	They said: "Thou art only one of those bewitched!
Shakir 153:	They said: You are only of the deluded ones;
Pickthal 153:	They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched;
Mohsin Khan: 153:	They said: "You are only of those bewitched!
French 153:	Ils dirent: ‹Tu n'es qu'un ensorcelé.
Spanish 153:	Dijeron: "¡Eres sólo un hechizado!
Indonesian 153:	Mereka berkata: "Sesungguhnya kamu adalah salah seorang dari orang-orang yang kena sihir;
Melayu 153:	Mereka menjawab: Sesungguhnya engkau ini hanyalah salah seorang dari golongan yang kena sihir!
German 153:	""Sie sagten: ""Du bist nur einer, der dem Zauber zum Opfer gefallen ist.
Russian 153:	Они сказали: «Ты – всего лишь один из околдованных.
Bosnian 153:	rekoše oni: "Ti si samo opčinjen;
Urdu 153:	کہنے لگے تم پر تو کسی نے جادو کیا ہے
154	مَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
Transliteration 154:	Ma anta illa basharun mithluna fati biayatin in kunta mina alssadiqeena
Yusuf Ali 154:	"Thou art no more than a mortal like us: then bring us a Sign, if thou tellest the truth!"
Shakir 154:	You are naught but a mortal like ourselves; so bring a sign if you are one of the truthful.
Pickthal 154:	Thou art but a mortal like us. So bring some token if thou art of the truthful.
Mohsin Khan: 154:	"You are but a human being like us. Then bring us a sign if you are of the truthful."
French 154:	Tu n'es qu'un homme comme nous. Apporte donc un prodige, si tu es du nombre des véridiques›.
Spanish 154:	¡No eres sino un mortal como nosotros! ¡Trae un signo, si es verdad lo que dices!"
Indonesian 154:	Kamu tidak lain melainkan seorang manusia seperti kami; maka datangkanlah sesuatu mu'jizat, jika kamu memang termasuk orang-orang yang benar."
Melayu 154:	Engkau hanyalah seorang manusia seperti kami; oleh itu, bawakanlah satu tanda (mukjizat) jika betul engkau dari orang-orang yang benar.
German 154:	""Du bist nichts (anderes) als ein Mensch wie wir. So bringe ein Zeichen, wenn du zu den Wahrhaftigen gehörst.""
Russian 154:	Ты – всего лишь такой же человек, как и мы. Покажи нам знамение, если ты являешься одним из тех, кто говорит правду».
Bosnian 154:	ti si čovjek, kao i mi; zato nam donesi jedno čudo ako je istina to što govoriš!"
Urdu 154:	توبھی ہم جیسا ایک آدمی ہے سو کوئی نشانی لے آ اگر تو سچا ہے
155	قَالَ هَـٰذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
Transliteration 155:	Qala hathihi naqatun laha shirbun walakum shirbu yawmin maAAloomin
Yusuf Ali 155:	He said: "Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed.
Shakir 155:	He said: This is a she-camel; she shall have her portion of water, and you have your portion of water on an appointed time;
Pickthal 155:	He said: (Behold) this she-camel. She hath the right to drink (at the well), and ye have the right to drink, (each) on an appointed day.
Mohsin Khan: 155:	He said: "Here is a she-camel: it has a right to drink (water), and you have a right to drink (water) (each) on a day, known.
French 155:	Il dit: ‹Voici une chamelle: à elle de boire un jour convenu, et à vous de boire un jour.
Spanish 155:	Dijo: "He aquí una camella. Un día le tocará beber a ella y otro día a vosotros.
Indonesian 155:	Saleh menjawab: "Ini seekor unta betina, ia mempunyai giliran untuk mendapatkan air, dan kamu mempunyai giliran pula untuk mendapatkan air di hari yang tertentu.
Melayu 155:	Nabi Soleh berkata: Ini adalah seekor unta betina, (di antara cara-cara hidupnya ialah) air kamu hendaklah menjadi bahagian minumnya sehari dan bahagian kamu sehari, menurut giliran yang tertentu.
German 155:	""Er sagte: ""Hier ist eine Kamelstute; sie hat (ihre) Trinkzeit, und ihr habt (eure) Trinkzeit an einem bestimmten Tag.
Russian 155:	Он сказал: «Вот верблюдица! Она должна пить, и вы должны пить по определенным дням.
Bosnian 155:	"Evo, to je kamila" - reče on - "u određeni dan ona će piti, a u poznati dan vi,
Urdu 155:	کہا یہ اونٹنی ہے اسکے پینے کا ایک دن ہے اور یک دن معین تمہارے پینے کے لیے ہے
156	وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Transliteration 156:	Wala tamassooha bisooin fayakhuthakum AAathabu yawmin AAatheemin
Yusuf Ali 156:	"Touch her not with harm, lest the Penalty of a Great Day seize you."
Shakir 156:	And do not touch her with evil, lest the punishment of a grievous day should overtake you.
Pickthal 156:	And touch her not with ill lest there come on you the retribution of an awful day.
Mohsin Khan: 156:	"And touch her not with harm, lest the torment of a Great Day should seize you."
French 156:	Et ne lui infligez aucun mal, sinon le châtiment d'un jour terrible vous saisira›.
Spanish 156:	¡No le hagáis mal! ¡Si no, os sorprenderá el castigo de un día terrible!"
Indonesian 156:	Dan janganlah kamu sentuh unta betina itu dengan sesuatu kejahatan, yang menyebabkan kamu akan ditimpa oleh azab hari yang besar."
Melayu 156:	Dan janganlah kamu menyentuhnya dengan sesuatu yang menyakitinya; (jika kamu menyakitinya) maka akibatnya kamu akan dibinasakan oleh azab seksa hari yang besar (huru-haranya).
German 156:	""Berührt sie nicht mit Bösem, damit euch nicht die Strafe eines gewaltigen Tages ereile.""
Russian 156:	Не прикасайтесь к ней со злом, а не то вас постигнут мучения в Великий день».
Bosnian 156:	i ne učinite joj nikakvo zlo da vas ne bi stigla patnja na Velikom danu!"
Urdu 156:	اور اسے برائی سے ہاتھ نہ لگانا ورنہ تمہیں بڑے دن کا عذاب آ پکڑے گا
157	فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا نَادِمِينَ
Transliteration 157:	FaAAaqarooha faasbahoo nadimeena
Yusuf Ali 157:	But they ham-strung her: then did they become full of regrets.
Shakir 157:	But they hamstrung her, then regretted;
Pickthal 157:	But they hamstrung her, and then were penitent.
Mohsin Khan: 157:	But they killed her, and then they became regretful.
French 157:	Mais ils la tuèrent Eh bien, ils eurent à regretter!
Spanish 157:	Pero ellos la desjarretaron... y se arrepintieron.
Indonesian 157:	Kemudian mereka membunuhnya, lalu mereka menjadi menyesal,
Melayu 157:	Akhirnya mereka menikam mati unta itu, kemudian mereka menyesal (setelah melihat kedatangan bala bencana).
German 157:	"Sie aber schnitten ihr die Sehnen durch; und danach wurden sie reumütig.
Russian 157:	Но они подрезали ей поджилки и стали сожалеть об этом.
Bosnian 157:	Ali, oni je zaklaše i potom se pokajaše.
Urdu 157:	سو انہوں نے اس کے پاؤں کاٹ ڈالے پھر پشیمان ہوئے
158	فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَ‌ٰلِكَ لَآيَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 158:	Faakhathahumu alAAathabu inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mumineena
Yusuf Ali 158:	But the Penalty seized them. Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
Shakir 158:	So the punishment overtook them. Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe.
Pickthal 158:	So the retribution came on them. Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers.
Mohsin Khan: 158:	So the torment overtook them. Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers.
French 158:	Le châtiment, en effet, les saisit. Voilà bien là un prodige. Cependant, la plupart d'entre eux ne croient pas.
Spanish 158:	Y les sorprendió el Castigo. Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo, pero la mayoría no creen.
Indonesian 158:	maka mereka ditimpa azab. Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat bukti yang nyata. Dan adalah kebanyakan mereka tidak beriman.
Melayu 158:	Lalu mereka ditimpa azab yang membinasakan. Sesungguhnya peristiwa yang demikian mengandungi satu tanda (yang membuktikan kekuasaan Allah) dan dalam pada itu, kebanyakan mereka tidak juga mahu beriman.
German 158:	Da ereilte sie die Strafe. Hierin ist wahrlich ein Zeichen, jedoch die meisten von ihnen glauben es nicht.
Russian 158:	Их постигло наказание. Воистину, в этом – знамение, но большинство их не стали верующими.
Bosnian 158:	I stiže ih kazna. To je pouka, ali većina ovih neće da vjeruje,
Urdu 158:	پھر انہیں عذاب نے آ پکڑا البتہ اس میں بڑی نشانی ہے اور ان میں سے اکثر ایمان لانے والے نہیں
159	وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration 159:	Wainna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu
Yusuf Ali 159:	And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
Shakir 159:	And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful.
Pickthal 159:	And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.
Mohsin Khan: 159:	And verily your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
French 159:	Et ton Seigneur. c'est en vérité Lui le Tout-Puissant, le Très Miséricordieux.
Spanish 159:	¡En verdad, tu Señor es el Poderoso, el Misericordioso!
Indonesian 159:	Dan sesungguhnya Tuhanmu benar-benar Dialah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Penyayang
Melayu 159:	Dan sesungguhnya Tuhanmu (wahai Muhammad), Dialah sahaja Yang Maha Kuasa, lagi Maha Mengasihani.
German 159:	Und wahrlich, dein Herr - Er ist der Erhabene, der Barmherzige.
Russian 159:	Воистину, твой Господь – Могущественный, Милосердный.
Bosnian 159:	a Gospodar tvoj je, zaista, silan i milostiv
Urdu 159:	اوربے شک تیرا رب زبردست رحم کرنے والا ہے
160	كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
Transliteration 160:	Kaththabat qawmu lootin almursaleena
Yusuf Ali 160:	The people of Lut rejected the apostles.
Shakir 160:	The people of Lut gave the lie to the messengers.
Pickthal 160:	The folk of Lot denied the messengers (of Allah),
Mohsin Khan: 160:	The people of Lut (Lot) (-who dwelt in the town of Sodom in Palestine) belied the Messengers.
French 160:	Le peuple de Lot traita de menteurs les Messagers,
Spanish 160:	El pueblo de Lot desmintió a los enviados.
Indonesian 160:	Kaum Luth telah mendustakan rasul-rasul,
Melayu 160:	(Demikian juga) kaum Nabi Lut telah mendustakan Rasul-rasul (yang diutus kepada mereka).
German 160:	Das Volk Lots bezichtigte den Gesandten der Lüge,
Russian 160:	Народ Лута (Лота) счел лжецами посланников.
Bosnian 160:	I Lutov narod je smatrao lažnim poslanike.
Urdu 160:	لوط کی قوم نے پیغمبروں کو جھٹلایا
161	إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Transliteration 161:	Ith qala lahum akhoohum lootun ala tattaqoona
Yusuf Ali 161:	Behold, their brother Lut said to them: "Will ye not fear ((Allah))?
Shakir 161:	When their brother Lut said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)?
Pickthal 161:	When their brother Lot said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)?
Mohsin Khan: 161:	When their brother Lut (Lot) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him?
French 161:	quand leur frère Lot leur dit: ‹Ne craindrez-vous pas [Allah]?
Spanish 161:	Cuando su hermano Lot les dijo: "¿Es que no vais a temer a Alá?
Indonesian 161:	ketika saudara mereka, Luth, berkata kepada mereka: "Mengapa kamu tidak bertakwa?"
Melayu 161:	Ketika saudara mereka Nabi Lut, berkata kepada mereka: Hendaknya kamu mematuhi perintah Allah dan menjauhi laranganNya.
German 161:	"als ihr Bruder Lot zu ihnen sagte: ""Wollt ihr nicht gottesfürchtig sein?
Russian 161:	Вот их брат Лут (Лот) сказал им: «Неужели вы не устрашитесь?
Bosnian 161:	Kad im njihov brat Lut reče: "Kako to da se ne bojite?
Urdu 161:	جب انہیں ان کے بھائی لوط نے کہا کیا تم ڈرتے نہیں
162	إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
Transliteration 162:	Innee lakum rasoolun ameenun
Yusuf Ali 162:	"I am to you an apostle worthy of all trust.
Shakir 162:	Surely I am a faithful messenger to you;
Pickthal 162:	Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you,
Mohsin Khan: 162:	"Verily I am a trustworthy Messenger to you.
French 162:	Je suis pour vous un messager digne de confiance.
Spanish 162:	Tenéis en mí a un enviado digno de confianza.
Indonesian 162:	Sesungguhnya aku adalah seorang rasul kepercayaan (yang diutus) kepadamu,
Melayu 162:	Sesungguhnya aku ini Rasul yang amanah, (yang diutus oleh Allah) kepada kamu.
German 162:	"In Wahrheit, ich bin euch ein vertrauenswürdiger Gesandter.
Russian 162:	Я являюсь посланником к вам, достойным доверия.
Bosnian 162:	Ja sam vam, sigurno, poslanik pouzdani,
Urdu 162:	میں تمہارے لیے امانت دار رسول ہوں
163	فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
Transliteration 163:	Faittaqoo Allaha waateeAAooni
Yusuf Ali 163:	"So fear Allah and obey me.
Shakir 163:	Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me:
Pickthal 163:	So keep your duty to Allah and obey me.
Mohsin Khan: 163:	"So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me.
French 163:	Craignez Allah donc et obéissez-moi.
Spanish 163:	¡Temed, pues, a Alá y obedecedme!
Indonesian 163:	maka bertakwalah kepada Allah dan ta'atlah kepadaku.
Melayu 163:	Oleh itu, takutilah kamu akan (kemurkaan) Allah dan taatlah kepadaku.
German 163:	So fürchtet Allah und gehorcht mir.
Russian 163:	Бойтесь же Аллаха и повинуйтесь мне.
Bosnian 163:	zato se bojte Allaha i budite poslušni meni!
Urdu 163:	پس الله سے ڈرو اور میرا کہا مانو
164	وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 164:	Wama asalukum AAalayhi min ajrin in ajriya illa AAala rabbi alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 164:	"No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the lord of the Worlds.
Shakir 164:	And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds;
Pickthal 164:	And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds.
Mohsin Khan: 164:	"No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism); my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).
French 164:	Je ne vous demande pas de salaire pour cela; mon salaire n'incombe qu'au Seigneur de l'univers.
Spanish 164:	No os pido por ello ningún salario. Mi salario no incumbe sino al Señor del universo.
Indonesian 164:	Dan aku sekali-kali tidak minta upah kepadamu atas ajakan itu; upahku tidak lain hanyalah dari Tuhan semesta alam.
Melayu 164:	Dan aku tidak meminta kepada kamu sebarang upah mengenai apa yang aku sampaikan (dari Tuhanku); balasanku hanyalah terserah kepada Allah Tuhan sekalian alam.
German 164:	Und ich verlange von euch keinen Lohn dafür; mein Lohn ist allein beim Herrn der Welten.
Russian 164:	Я не прошу у вас за это вознаграждения, ибо вознаградит меня только Господь миров.
Bosnian 164:	Za ovo od vas ne tražim nikakve nagrade, mene će Gospodar svjetova nagraditi.
Urdu 164:	اورمیں تم سے اس پر کوئی مزودری نہیں مانگتا میری مزدوری تو بس اللهرب العالمین کے ذمہ ہے
165	أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 165:	Atatoona alththukrana mina alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 165:	"Of all the creatures in the world, will ye approach males,
Shakir 165:	What! do you come to the males from among the creatures
Pickthal 165:	What! Of all creatures do ye come unto the males,
Mohsin Khan: 165:	"Go you in unto the males of the 'Alamin (mankind),
French 165:	Accomplissez-vous l'acte charnel avec les mâles de ce monde?
Spanish 165:	¿Os llegáis a los varones, de las criaturas,
Indonesian 165:	Mengapa kamu mendatangi jenis lelaki di antara manusia,
Melayu 165:	Patutkah kamu melakukan hubungan jenis dengan lelaki dari kalangan manusia,
German 165:	Vergeht ihr euch unter allen Geschöpfen an Männern
Russian 165:	Неужели вы будете возлежать с мужчинами из миров
Bosnian 165:	Zašto vi, mimo sav svijet, sa muškarcima općite,
Urdu 165:	کیا تم دنیا کے لوگوں میں لڑکوں پر گرے پڑتے ہو
166	وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَاجِكُم ۚ بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ
Transliteration 166:	Watatharoona ma khalaqa lakum rabbukum min azwajikum bal antum qawmun AAadoona
Yusuf Ali 166:	"And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing (all limits)!"
Shakir 166:	And leave what your Lord has created for you of your wives? Nay, you are a people exceeding limits.
Pickthal 166:	And leave the wives your Lord created for you? Nay, but ye are froward folk.
Mohsin Khan: 166:	"And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your wives? Nay, you are a trespassing people!"
French 166:	Et délaissez-vous les épouses que votre Seigneur a créées pour vous? Mais vous n'êtes que des gens transgresseurs›.
Spanish 166:	y descuidáis a vuestras esposas, que vuestro Señor ha creado para vosotros? Sí, sois gente que viola la ley".
Indonesian 166:	dan kamu tinggalkan isteri-isteri yang dijadikan oleh Tuhanmu untukmu, bahkan kamu adalah orang-orang yang melampaui batas".
Melayu 166:	Dan kamu tinggalkan apa yang diciptakan oleh Tuhan kamu untuk kamu (melakukan hubungan yang halal) dari badan isteri-isteri kamu? (Kamu orang-orang yang bersalah) bahkan kamu adalah kaum yang melampaui batas (keinginan kebanyakan haiwan)!
German 166:	"und laßt eure Frauen (beiseite), die euer Herr für euch geschaffen hat? Nein, ihr seid ein Volk, das die Schranken überschreitet.""
Russian 166:	и оставлять ваших жен, которых ваш Господь создал для вас? О нет! Вы являетесь преступным народом».
Bosnian 166:	a žene svoje, koje je za vas Gospodar vaš stvorio, ostavljate? Vi ste ljudi koji svaku granicu zla prelazite" -
Urdu 166:	اور تمہارے رب نےجو تمہارے لیے بیویاں پیدا کر دی ہیں انہیں چھوڑ دیتے ہو بلکہ تم حد سے گزرنے والے لوگ ہو
167	قَالُوا لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَا لُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُخْرَجِينَ
Transliteration 167:	Qaloo lain lam tantahi ya lootu latakoonanna mina almukhrajeena
Yusuf Ali 167:	They said: "If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!"
Shakir 167:	They said: If you desist not, O Lut! you shall surely be of those who are expelled.
Pickthal 167:	They said: If thou cease not, O Lot, thou wilt soon be of the outcast.
Mohsin Khan: 167:	They said: "If you cease not O Lut (Lot)! verily, you will be one of those who are driven out!"

Transliteration 180:	Wama asalukum AAalayhi min ajrin in ajriya illa AAala rabbi alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 180:	"No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds.
Shakir 180:	And I do not ask you any reward for it, my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds;
Pickthal 180:	And I ask of you no wage for it; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds.
Mohsin Khan: 180:	"No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism); my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists).

Shakir 181:	Give a full measure and be not of those who diminish;

Yusuf Ali 183:	"And withhold not things justly due to men, nor do evil in the land, working mischief.
Shakir 183:	And do not wrong men of their things, and do not act corruptly in the earth, making mischief.
Pickthal 183:	Wrong not mankind in their goods, and do not evil, making mischief, in the earth.

186	وَمَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
Transliteration 186:	Wama anta illa basharun mithluna wain nathunnuka lamina alkathibeena
Yusuf Ali 186:	"Thou art no more than a mortal like us, and indeed we think thou art a liar!
Shakir 186:	And you are naught but a mortal like ourselves, and we know you to be certainly of the liars.
Pickthal 186:	Thou art but a mortal like us, and lo! we deem thee of the liars.
Mohsin Khan: 186:	"You are but a human being like us and verily, we think that you are one of the liars!
French 186:	Tu n'es qu'un homme comme nous; et vraiment nous pensons que tu es du nombre des menteurs.
Spanish 186:	No eres sino un mortal como nosotros. Creemos que mientes.
Indonesian 186:	dan kamu tidak lain melainkan seorang manusia seperti kami, dan sesungguhnya kami yakin bahwa kamu benar-benar termasuk orang-orang yang berdusta.

German 186:	"Und du bist nichts (anderes) als ein Mensch wie wir, und wir halten dich für einen Lügner.
Russian 186:	Ты – всего лишь такой же человек, как и мы, и мы полагаем, что ты являешься одним из лжецов.
Bosnian 186:	i ti si samo čovjek kao i mi; za nas si ti, doista, lažac pravi;
Urdu 186:	اورتو بھی ہم جیسا ایک آدمی ہے اور ہمارے خیال میں تو تو جھوٹا ہے
187	فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
Transliteration 187:	Faasqit AAalayna kisafan mina alssamai in kunta mina alssadiqeena
Yusuf Ali 187:	"Now cause a piece of the sky to fall on us, if thou art truthful!"
Shakir 187:	Therefore cause a portion of the heaven to come down upon us, if you are one of the truthful.
Pickthal 187:	Then make fragments of the heaven fall upon us, if thou art of the truthful.
Mohsin Khan: 187:	"So cause a piece of the heaven to fall on us, if you are of the truthful!"
French 187:	Fais donc tomber sur nous des morceaux du ciel si tu es du nombre des véridiques!›
Spanish 187:	Si es verdad lo que dices, ¡haz que caiga sobre nosotros parte del cielo!"
Indonesian 187:	Maka jatuhkanlah atas kami gumpalan dari langit, jika kamu termasuk orang-orang yang benar.
Melayu 187:	Oleh itu, gugurkanlah atas kami ketul-ketul (yang membinasakan) dari langit, jika betul engkau dari orang-orang yang benar!
German 187:	"So laß Brocken vom Himmel auf uns niederfallen, wenn du zu den Wahrhaftigen gehörst.""
Russian 187:	Низринь на нас осколок неба, если ты являешься одним из тех, кто говорит правду».
Bosnian 187:	zato spusti na nas kaznu s neba, ako istinu govoriš!"
Urdu 187:	سو ہم پر آسمان کا کوئی ٹکڑا گرا دے اگر تو سچا ہے
188	قَالَ رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Transliteration 188:	Qala rabbee aAAlamu bima taAAmaloona
Yusuf Ali 188:	He said: "My Lord knows best what ye do."
Shakir 188:	He said: My Lord knows best what you do.
Pickthal 188:	He said: My Lord is Best Aware of what ye do.
Mohsin Khan: 188:	He said: "My Lord is the Best Knower of what you do."
French 188:	Il dit: ‹Mon Seigneur sait mieux ce que vous faites›.
Spanish 188:	Dijo: "Mi Señor sabe bien lo que hacéis".
Indonesian 188:	Syu'aib berkata: "Tuhanku lebih mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan".
Melayu 188:	Nabi Syuaib berkata: Tuhanku lebih mengetahui akan apa yang kamu lakukan.
German 188:	""Er sagte: ""Mein Herr weiß am besten, was ihr tut.""
Russian 188:	Он сказал: «Мой Господь лучше знает о том, что вы совершаете».
Bosnian 188:	"Gospodar moj dobro zna šta vi radite" - reče on.
Urdu 188:	کہا میرا رب خوب جانتا ہے جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو
189	فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ الظُّلَّةِ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Transliteration 189:	Fakaththaboohu faakhathahum AAathabu yawmi alththullati innahu kana AAathaba yawmin AAatheemin
Yusuf Ali 189:	But they rejected him. Then the punishment of a day of overshadowing gloom seized them, and that was the Penalty of a Great Day.
Shakir 189:	But they called him a liar, so the punishment of the day of covering overtook them; surely it was the punishment of a grievous day.
Pickthal 189:	But they denied him, so there came on them the retribution of the day of gloom. Lo! it was the retribution of an awful day.
Mohsin Khan: 189:	But they belied him, so the torment of the day of shadow (a gloomy cloud) seized them. Indeed that was the torment of a Great Day.
French 189:	Mais ils le traitèrent de menteur. Alors, le châtiment du jour de l'Ombre les saisit. Ce fut le châtiment d'un jour terrible.
Spanish 189:	Le desmintieron. Y el castigo del día de la Sombra les sorprendió: fue el castigo de un día terrible.
Indonesian 189:	Kemudian mereka mendustakan Syu'aib, lalu mereka ditimpa azab pada hari mereka dinaungi awan. Sesungguhnya azab itu adalah azab hari yang besar.
Melayu 189:	Maka mereka tetap juga mendustakannya, lalu mereka ditimpa azab seksa hari awan mendung; sesungguhnya kejadian itu adalah merupakan azab seksa hari yang amat besar (huru-haranya).
German 189:	"Und sie erklärten ihn für einen Lügner. So ereilte sie die Strafe am Tage der schattenspendenden Wolke. Das war wahrlich die Strafe eines gewaltigen Tages.
Russian 189:	Они сочли его лжецом, и их постигли мучения в день тени. Воистину, это были мучения в Великий день.
Bosnian 189:	I oni su nastavili da ga u laž utjeruju pa ih je stigla kazna iz oblaka; a to je bila kazna jednog strašnog dana.
Urdu 189:	پھر اسے جھٹلایا پھر انہیں سائبان والے دن کے عذاب نے پکڑ لیا بے شک وہ بڑے دن کا عذاب تھا
190	إِنَّ فِي ذَ‌ٰلِكَ لَآيَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 190:	Inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mumineena
Yusuf Ali 190:	Verily in that is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
Shakir 190:	Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe.
Pickthal 190:	Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
Mohsin Khan: 190:	Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers.
French 190:	Voilà bien là un prodige. Cependant, la plupart d'entre eux ne croient pas.
Spanish 190:	Ciertamente, hay en ello un signo, pero la mayoría no creen.
Indonesian 190:	Sesungguhnya pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat tanda (kekuasaan Allah), tetapi kebanyakan mereka tidak beriman.
Melayu 190:	Sesungguhnya peristiwa yang demikian, mengandungi satu tanda (yang membuktikan kekuasaan Allah) dan dalam pada itu, kebanyakan mereka tidak juga mahu beriman.
German 190:	Hierin ist wahrlich ein Zeichen, jedoch die meisten von ihnen glauben es nicht.
Russian 190:	Воистину, в этом – знамение, но большинство их не стали верующими.
Bosnian 190:	To je pouka, ali većina ovih neće da vjeruje,
Urdu 190:	البتہ اس میں بڑی نشانی ہے اور ان میں سے اکثر ایمان لانے والے نہیں
191	وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
Transliteration 191:	Wainna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu
Yusuf Ali 191:	And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
Shakir 191:	And most surely your Lord is Mighty, the Merciful.
Pickthal 191:	And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.
Mohsin Khan: 191:	And verily your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
French 191:	Et ton Seigneur, c'est en vérité Lui le Tout Puissant, le Très Miséricordieux.
Spanish 191:	¡En verdad, tu Señor es el Poderoso, el Misericordioso!
Indonesian 191:	Dan sesungguhnya Tuhanmu benar-benar Dialah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Penyayang.

Urdu 191:	اور بے شک تیرا رب زبردست رحم کرنے والا ہے
192	وَإِنَّهُ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
Transliteration 192:	Wainnahu latanzeelu rabbi alAAalameena
Yusuf Ali 192:	Verily this is a Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds:
Shakir 192:	And most surely this is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.
Pickthal 192:	And lo! it is a revelation of the Lord of the Worlds,
Mohsin Khan: 192:	And truly, this (the Qur'an) is a revelation from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists),

Transliteration 193:	Nazala bihi alrroohu alameenu
Yusuf Ali 193:	With it came down the spirit of Faith and Truth-
Shakir 193:	The Faithful Spirit has descended with it,
Pickthal 193:	Which the True Spirit hath brought down
Mohsin Khan: 193:	Which the trustworthy Ruh [Jibril (Gabriel)] has brought down
French 193:	et l'Esprit fidèle est descendu avec cela

Yusuf Ali 194:	To thy heart and mind, that thou mayest admonish.
Shakir 194:	Upon your heart that you may be of the warners
Pickthal 194:	Upon thy heart, that thou mayst be (one) of the warners,
Mohsin Khan: 194:	Upon your heart (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) that you may be (one) of the warners,
French 194:	sur ton coeur, pour que tu sois du nombre des avertisseurs,

196	وَإِنَّهُ لَفِي زُبُرِ الْأَوَّلِينَ
Transliteration 196:	Wainnahu lafee zuburi alawwaleena
Yusuf Ali 196:	Without doubt it is (announced) in the mystic Books of former peoples.
Shakir 196:	And most surely the same is in the scriptures of the ancients.
Pickthal 196:	And lo! it is in the Scriptures of the men of old.
Mohsin Khan: 196:	And verily, it (the Qur'an, and its revelation to Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) is (announced) in the Scriptures [i.e. the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] of former people.
French 196:	Et ceci était déjà mentionné dans les Ecrits des anciens (envoyés).
Spanish 196:	y estaba, ciertamente, en las Escrituras de los antiguos.
Indonesian 196:	Dan sesungguhnya Al Qur'an itu benar-benar (tersebut) dalam Kitab-kitab orang yang dahulu.

197	أَوَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ آيَةً أَن يَعْلَمَهُ عُلَمَاءُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
Transliteration 197:	Awa lam yakun lahum ayatan an yaAAlamahu AAulamao banee israeela
Yusuf Ali 197:	Is it not a Sign to them that the Learned of the Children of Israel knew it (as true)?
Shakir 197:	Is it not a sign to them that the learned men of the Israelites know it?
Pickthal 197:	Is it not a token for them that the doctors of the Children of Israel know it?
Mohsin Khan: 197:	Is it not a sign to them that the learned scholars (like 'Abdullah bin Salam رضي الله عنه who embraced Islam) of the Children of Israel knew it (as true)?
French 197:	N'est-ce pas pour eux un signe, que les savants des Enfants d'Israël le sachent?
Spanish 197:	¿No es para ellos un signo que los doctores de los Hijos de Israel lo conozcan?
Indonesian 197:	Dan apakah tidak cukup menjadi bukti bagi mereka, bahwa para ulama Bani Israil mengetahuinya?
Melayu 197:	(Tidakkah mereka yang musyrik sedarkan kebenaran itu) dan tidakkah menjadi satu keterangan kepada mereka bahawa pendita-pendita agama Bani lsrail mengetahui akan kebenaran Al-Quran itu?
German 197:	Gilt es ihnen denn nicht als Zeichen, daß die Kundigen unter den Kindern Israels ihn kennen?
Russian 197:	Разве для них не является знамением то, что ученые сынов Исраила (Израиля) знают его?
Bosnian 197:	zar ovima nije dokaz to što za njega znaju učeni ljudi sinova Israilovih?
Urdu 197:	کیا ان کے لیے نشانی کافی نہیں کہ اسے بنی اسرائیل کے علماء بھی جانتے ہیں
198	وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَاهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ الْأَعْجَمِينَ
Transliteration 198:	Walaw nazzalnahu AAala baAAdi alaAAjameena
Yusuf Ali 198:	Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs,
Shakir 198:	And if we had revealed it to any of the foreigners
Pickthal 198:	And if We had revealed it unto one of any other nation than the Arabs,
Mohsin Khan: 198:	And if We had revealed it (this Qur'an) unto any of the non-Arabs,
French 198:	Si Nous l'avions fait descendre sur quelqu'un des non-Arabes,
Spanish 198:	Si lo hubiéramos revelado a uno no árabe
Indonesian 198:	Dan kalau Al Qur'an itu Kami turunkan kepada salah seorang dari golongan bukan Arab,

German 198:	Und hätten Wir ihn zu einem Nichtaraber herabgesandt,

Urdu 198:	اور اگر ہم اسے کسی عجمی پر نازل کرتے
199	فَقَرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Transliteration 199:	Faqaraahu AAalayhim ma kanoo bihi mumineena
Yusuf Ali 199:	And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it.
Shakir 199:	So that he should have recited it to them, they would not have believed therein.
Pickthal 199:	And he had read it unto them, they would not have believed in it.
Mohsin Khan: 199:	And he had recited it unto them, they would not have believed in it.
French 199:	et que celui-ci le leur eut récité, ils n'y auraient pas cru.
Spanish 199:	y éste se lo hubiera recitado, no habrían creído en él.
Indonesian 199:	lalu ia membacakannya kepada mereka (orang-orang kafir); niscaya mereka tidak akan beriman kepadanya.
Melayu 199:	Kemudian dia (dikurniakan Tuhan dapat) membacakannya kepada mereka, mereka tetap juga tidak mahu percayakan bacaan itu daripada Tuhan.
German 199:	und hätte er ihn ihnen vorgelesen, würden sie (doch) nie an ihn geglaubt haben.
Russian 199:	и если бы он прочел его им, то они не уверовали бы в него.
Bosnian 199:	pa da im ga on čita, opet u nj ne bi povjerovali.
Urdu 199:	پھر وہ اسے ان کے سامنے پڑھتا تو بھی ایمان نہ لاتے
200	كَذَ‌ٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَاهُ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
Transliteration 200:	Kathalika salaknahu fee quloobi almujrimeena
Yusuf Ali 200:	Thus have We caused it to enter the hearts of the sinners.
Shakir 200:	Thus have We caused it to enter into the hearts of the guilty.
Pickthal 200:	Thus do We make it traverse the hearts of the guilty.
Mohsin Khan: 200:	Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Qur'an) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners).
French 200:	Ainsi l'avons Nous fait pénétrer [le doute] dans les coeurs des criminels;
Spanish 200:	Así se lo hemos insinuado a los pecadores,
Indonesian 200:	Demikianlah Kami masukkan Al Qur'an ke dalam hati orang-orang yang durhaka.
Melayu 200:	Demikianlah Kami masukkan perasaan (kufur ingkar) itu ke dalam hati orang-orang yang melakukan dosa tidak percayakan Al-Quran.
German 200:	So haben Wir ihn in die Herzen der Sünder einziehen lassen.
Russian 200:	Так Мы внедряем его (неверие) в сердца грешников.
Bosnian 200:	Eto, tako ga Mi u srca grješnika uvodimo,
Urdu 200:	اسی طرح ہم نے اس انکار کو گناہگاروں کے دل میں ڈال رکھا ہے
